My customer i'd 1529507. I have recharged on 30th june to avail the offer of extra 1 month. The recharge was unsuccessful and for that the customer care representative said that the money will be refunded. Next day i can see the balance in my hathway account. I have lodged many complaints for the same. Later they confirmed that the refund wil happen within two weeks. It is already more than 2 weeks and no refund has been done. Such an idiotic behaviour. If it continues i will proceed further for mental harassment.

    I was shocked when i received your sms that i have used 90% of my data plan but i came to know that on 4/6 & 6/6 kindly 94 gb and 70 gb upload done which is not used by us kindly check who has misused our id. Please help or suggest which is the next authority to complain on this. Router issues are also there but nobody is responding.

      We have installed broadband connection (cus. id – 1569780) from hathway last month. connection is on the name of pradeep patil (my brother).
      Internet connection is down from last three days and it still not resolved.

      We have one customer care number to get the details of our connection. every day we call no. of times and get very interesting answers to hear. either from your executives receiving calls or there seniors.

      I called many times and asked about what is the status currently shown about my account on your system.
      · switch off the modem and switch on – that we understand and did it many times. don’t say this at least when new complain is raised and issue is something else.

      · sir your complain has been forwarded – where? who’s taking follow up? what is the current status? no, only we have forwarded we have forwarded. sick of you guys.

      · your complain was registered for different reason and problem after checking is different – how we could know what is the issue registered for? you register on yourself and give answers yourself? can’t you be genuine and do it as it is?

      · server is down in that area, our team is working on it – called up after few hours asking is server down in this area? your other executive says no sir everything is fine there. why to lie, try to satisfy to hang up the call early?

      · sir whatever the issue is, will be resolved by tomorrow 12 noon – are you making fun o[censored]s? or promising chocolate for kid? how many days passed? are you going to way off my bill or increase the due date of my bill.

      · sir modem is not in stock, will be resolved by today evening – this is the latest (called up now) today you will have another new answer with you. really it is disgusting to have your connection. do it today.


      What i understood by your answers in last three days is that your team, company and its services are not genuine. but your sales is very strong in lying and selling the product like beggars saying it is good after sales as well sir. i guarantee you sir and bla bla…but bow he is not picking up the phone now and if he picks up then says contact to customer care, i can’t help you.

      Please check in the details, calls, your executives involved, there seniors to solve this.

      There is no point in writing mail and having discussion with people and team like you, where the whole team and people are dishonest.

      You cannot grow or stay for long time in the market with these type of approach towards customer and business attitude.

      Do it asap, solve the issue and finish it off.

        I have sent a written complaint to hathway nodal officer and my account number of
        Hathway broadband connection is 1118659. regarding theie refusal to refund an amount of rs.
        4322/-. please note renewal of existing plan was done on 1st june 2016. the complainant for
        Ome reason had to shift to pasan-sus road pune where hathway connectivity does not exist.
        In the interim the i have approached your customer care and apprised them the
        Change of residence and i was assured that the transfer and relocation would be feasible. but
        As there is no connectivity of your service the i was asked to terminate the
        Connection with immediate effect and the above mentioned amount lodged with you would be
        Refunded and the account would be closed. but hathway customer care people have refused to
        Refund not giving any reason for this about face.

        Ho w can be your service so bad after the consumer is disconnected!

          Its been long time i am facing problem from gtpl. I hope and wish to go this message to at least one of the superior person in the gtpl company.

          I have been facing problem since long time and nobody is even ready to see this.

          I would like to know who is the owner of the company. Is this the really a way to make fool people. I have connection with gtpl broadband since last 2 years but not satisfied since last few months.

          They are not at par to provide the service. I will send the complaint everyday until gtpl will not reimburse my last cut of days of the connection.

          Very lazzy and unsatisfied services. Sometime speed goes up instantly and then down and for 2-3 days you will never gonna get the same speed.

          I want to take it further legally if not solved at all.

              I have been using gtpl since 2016 april and this is the worse service provider into my experience. i never get proper connectivity and the most latest since last 7 days there is no connectivity i have called several times to the customer care but no body is bother resolve my issue. atlast kindly disconnect my connection and refund my amount or else i will be force to go to the consumer forum.

              I am waiting for your response since 15-20 days, I want to have a new internet connection but I am not getting any response from your end. Just got one call last week but no one had visited then.

                  Good morning dear support team,

                  Now, once again i have to ask for your support.in last week, i relocate my self to new resident from the old one as because i'm living on rent. my newly location is just near by to the old one, you can say the 500m - 600m.

                  So, the problem is that i had already registered online complain about transferring my internet connectivity to the current location. one complaint, i placed online through gtpl website and the other offline request is by calling a gtpl customer care. i have to place the online request as because whenever i trying to call on any of the customer care numbers, there is always one voice message is there "our executives are busy to serve other customers" though you call at anytime (day / night/ early morning / office time).

                  The offline complaint, i placed before two days ago but i can't see that complaint / ticket number which i was given by the customer care executive and that's why i have to place the new online request through gtpl website. i thought that the person had avoided my issue to register.

                  No one was came to my home to resolve the issue within from last 3 days and even though there is no reply from local gtpl agent (chehar cable network, sabarmati unit, ahmedabad) as well through whom i took the internet connection. they call me on time just at the time of renewal of my internet connection to take an amount from me.

                  I was trying to call gtpl customer care from yesterday afternoon and today morning i got success to call them but i got the reply from the executive that "system is down and he was not able to checkout my details and so he was not able to forward my query to technical team of gtpl."

                  Please help to resolve my this current issue.

                  How stupid they are ? Today, I have just received the message about my complaint number : 1428500 .
                  I got the message having that my following complaint has been resolved though it isn't resolved yet.


                  Such a ridiculous service by them. Customer service is totally worst. They just namely kept customer service executives, they never work trustfully and they never guide or help their customer at all.

                  I have to say "[censored] OFF" to them... !!! as because I'm waiting since last week and my several things are still pending due to this casualties. I had taken 2Mbps smart plan and now it's running out without any use since last week.

                  Please do something ASAP...

                    I have been using Hathway broadband internet connection from last 4-5 years and wanted to change from Prepaid to Postpaid.
                    Nobody in the entire Hathway customer service helped me for a smooth transition. N no of times I have called and every time customer service does not know background and comes with a feedback "Will get back". Till my last day of account expiry, nobody turned and explained. I have been getting mails/calls to renew with prepaid account. Customer service team are checking the height of frustration which customer can have. Grievance mail respond saying ticket is raised. Looks like the grievance team is there for the sake of fun.

                    REALLY WONT SUGGEST OR RECOMMEND HATHWAY TO ANY CUSTOMER. THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

                      Taken 25 gb and 50 mbps speed broadband connection form hathway bangalore. paid 2759rs - when checked the speed it was only less than 10 mbps and while checking in the website it was showing an other plan with 10 mbps and the plan value was approx 2300 rs and after raising complaint regarding the same to the hathway customer care, the response was too poor and they were just kept me on hold for first time 8 min and second time for 13 min.

                        Am using 3 months 50gb plan hathway {3824/-}internet connection in bangalore.
                        After 3 months while renewing by mistake i recharged to 1562496 account which is not mine on 15/05/2016.
                        Immediately i made a request to customer care of hathway to resolve it.
                        I called so many times and evry time they registered new compliant no and say "our executive will call within 5 days and resolve it".
                        3rd time he called and i talked and mailed him the screenshot of wrong payment details also.
                        Now he doesnt replied or respond to me also customer care number[protected] is not working.
                        I dont understand why the these guys will maintain such a bad services.
                        Am ready to file a police compliant and cheating case on hathway. i have recordings and proofs that these guys are not working.
                        Hope you could help me in this issue it will be usefull for other customers who are suffering like me.

                          My user id is - kachauhan504 - gtpl person has not done proper wiring and taken connection from window and not done driling work in wall for proper conncetion. After registring complain via phone and online 5 to 6 time, they have not done and even close complain without solving. I have taken connection on[protected] and from that day i am doing follow up with agent mr. Jignesh patel - mo-[protected] and from company also but this all are not giving proper answer and closing my complain no. Without sending person and this is 5 to 6 time they have done.

                              I am highly disappointed with these shameless people. They claim to be the best in internet service. Even after submitting this complain they still didnt contact me. Whenever I call them they say they ll call me back . I guess I must have called them for 10 times by now. When will the complain of poor customers like us be taken into consideration.
                              PS: I want to have their connection and they are acting as if I am asking it for free.
                              Now if they don't contact me I l be taking them to the media as such big people think they can play with our money.

                                Since 1 st June 2016, we are receiving very bad and broken transmission of Hathway cable channels. Majority of channels are "not available"and those which are available have very bad signal.

                                I have complained atleast 6-8 times to my local cable operator in Malad ( west) Orlem, Mumbai in last 2 weeks hoping it will be resolved but to no avail.

                                On previous such failure of display channels, I had complained to Hathway Main office and customer care and I never received any response or solution.

                                This is really absurd despite we middle class people paying Rs.345/- p.m

                                  Last month there was complete stoppage of wifi network from 7th. june to 14 june continuesly & fault not rectified even after daily 2/3 complaints to customer care center. again similarly on 1/2/3 july there was breakdown. so a total of 10/11 precious days have been lost for want of your wifi connection as i do work at home job on my desktop computer. so besides monetary loss there was delay in submission of documents. i do not demand any cash compensation from hathway except the extension of my wifi contract which is expiring on 11 july by minimum 30 days. this complaint is already registered with customer care dept. through your toll free no. thank you.

                                    I have internet connection issue since july 5th 8 am. the data pocket losses as per the service provider. so there is no error by it says 8 hours for downloading 194kb file and i subscribed for 50 mbps plan.initially i thought it as pc problem like virus and wasted complete day and fixing issues in pc. but at the end of the day after connecting to mobile network i found the issue is due to internet connection. i registered complaint on july 5th 8pm and got response that it will be resolved withing 24hrs. still (july 7th 2016 2pm) i didn't get any solution to the issue. i have to use temporary mobile data and spend almost 500 rupees till now. can i get legal solution to this problem? more than internet and money, i had spend hell lot of my time on this issue? how can i get compensation for the same?

                                      Please provide the proper broadband connection since from 24hrs only 12 hrs it is working and you are saying that we can use 24 hrs. On the contrary your customer care service is poor. No one is answering the call. My connection was off since 5:50 pm on 7/5/16 till 2:02 pm 7/6/16.                                         I want to take a Hathway internet connection so I called customer care for as many times as I don't recall.The guy on the other end of the phone i.e customer care representative tells me to note a number and assures they will call me back.But even after waiting for a month I have not received any calls.It seems that either they have to much customers or they just don't value the business anymore. Please take this into serious consideration as it is affecting your business very badly and will bring serious bad name to the company. If I don't receive any calls from you asap I am sure to lodge a complaint in consumer redressal agency. Hope this will be an eye opener.
