Respected person,
We are your recent customers from vikaspuri new delhi with a/c no.[protected].We were given false information regarding the modem and router as it was said that a router with double antenna would be installed but later a device was installed which had both inside.Secondly the connectivity is so poor that the wifi is not accessible in any other room except the one in which the device has been installed.Rather than solving the problem of the connectivity lame excuses are given I. E the connectivity is good but it is hampered by the doors in the house and if you want to use wifi in other rooms kindly leave all your doors open.When this excuse was unacceptable another suggestion was given by the concerned person to purchase another router with a special wire for every room.
This was the most annoying reply that anybody could have given and it is our request to you to please look into this matter and give us a valid solution.If nothing is done soon as we are pissed off from the day we have installed wifi from hathway we will have to move to another network which can provide services rather than excuses.

    Hi, my account number is 1611486.
    Hathway promised me a plan of 80mbps 100GB but I am getting only 20mbps speed and rarely 37mbps. I didn't receive bill also till now. I have called several times to area manager but he (Veerabhadram) talked very recklessly instead of giving the bill. He doesn't have good manners. Do whatever you want is the reply given by him.
    After that I called to area sales team, they asked 2 hours of time to check but no response after that.
    Later, I called to customer care couple of times and complained on bill and speed. They took the complaint and no solution or call after that. Every time they simply take the complaint but didn't provide any solution for my problems.
    I strongly suggest people not to take Hathway connection. Hathway is cheating customers.

      My account number is 932560. For more than a year we have been using Hathway broadband connection. Last year we had installed cctv camera for which we had paid extra to Hathway to buy the static IP address. As i understand we need to renew the static IP address and are ready to pay for it. However no one in the call centre has any knowledge about this. Besides they are very conviniently saying we cannot provide static IP address anymore. Its been more than a month my cameras are not working and we are not getting any response whatsoever from Hathway team how to make this work.

      Hello, I'm Deepak from Chennai. Using HATHWAY for past 3 months My ID is [protected]. On 26th June 2018, Got a call from HATHWAY person stating that, if we pay 3 months rent in advance, they will provide one Free CCTV camera for free with free installation within 48 hours from payment date. Now its almost one week no one turned back and also contacted customer care and they daily creating one job ID for this and at-last today they asked me to get refund else surrender the connection. This is totally fraud business by HATHWAY like 250/- Smart phone fraud, 500/- DTH from reliance like this 3 months advance for one free CCTV. This should be published in all public forums, So please all forward this in WHATSAPP, FACEBOOK and TWITTER
      Hello I'm Duvara Kesan from chennai,

      I am a customer with about 3 yrs of account usage

      This was initiated by my friend 3 yrs ago and carry forwarded to me within a year.

      I have been personally using this account for about 2 years now.

      Due to tax claim, I'm in a state to continue the account with my name.
      Thus raised a request to change the name.
      One of the hathway executive suggested that name cannot be changed within friends, thus asked me to move to new account.

      I asked her to confirm that, will i be able to continue with same 471 plan, she confirmed the same from 3rd month. I personally have proof for this(Call recording)

      So moved to new account

      But after three months, i have paid 471, but account was not activated. When connected to same executive she adviced to pay excess amount, only then you will be eligible to continue.

      Thus raised a request to close all accounts and planned to move to jio fiber where i can get better assistance than here.

      But i had a call from another executive saying that, no need to move will activate the old account, and initiate a name change and also will transfer the paid amount of 471 to old one.

      I agreed to all the decisions made by them and i was been played like a football for each one's profit.

      Now I'm in loss of around 871(400rs for deposit of new account and 471 plan).
      My account is still not activated.
      Name hasn't changed yet.
      I'm getting calls that i have to 600 to activate the account.

      This seem to be a total scam

      Nothing has been done from their end but i end up in a loss.

      All the employees in this broadband has trained to scratch out the money from consumers in all possible formats.

        I am Rakesh Gupta, having hathway cable connection. MAC ID is 24767D78377A.


        Hathway customer care is so irresponsible, i never thought. Even local ones services are faster than you. I made call to your headoffice, customer care, nodal officer continuously on 7, 10, 12, and 14th and explain that I have made the payment but for the last five months I never received any receipt also not get any sms. they told me that they will speak to local cable office and resolve my issue on the given number [protected] and [protected], but till now I didn't receive any update. and now my connection is disconnected showing due to non payment of bill.

        How pathetic is this kind of service, when after making of so many complaints and calls my services has not been resumed. I visited five times to cable provider office and always received answer that within half an hour this issue will be resolved.

        I also have the recording of earlier calls I made to nodal officer. It really a worst service provider when a customer who is already made the payment but their connection are disconnected and customer are suffering because of ignorance of customer care service provider, as well as nodal officer.

          Hi, my name is rohith from hyderabad, bearing with account number: 1449931. We took connection in january 1 2016 till date we made complaints more than 50, but no one acted accordingly. Still i have issue with the service where along with this i also using tata photon as this in not a reliable resource.

          Spoke with customer care on[protected] for more than 50 time, but no one will respond accordingly and there is no escalation team also. When i ask for a supervisor they will say that we do not have such option and disconnects call.

          List of technicians name and contact details who i spoke with asking to fix the problem.

          3. Abhishek: [protected]
          4. Ram nayidu: [protected]
          There are few other numbers as well which i lost.

          You can understand how many contacts i made.
          1. You will not provide service properly
          2. You will address issues on time
          3. Poor customer support.
          4. No option to refund or escalate the issue.
          5. Literally waiting from 6 months, but one is addressing my issue.

          In case it is not address in next few days, as a corporate employee among fortune 100 companies, i will speak to my attorney and will move legally and sue your company.

            I have, vide your receipt no:236209 dtd: 08.03.2016 paid rs: 5100/= (Rs: 1500/= for degital decoder + rs: 3600/= as fees for 12 months + 1 month free).
            My cable tv has been suddenly deactivated today moring i. E. On 22.06.2016. On telephonic talk with your customer care department, i have been informed that my connection was activated only for 3 months and hence it is deactivated. It appears that there is some feeding mistake in the system. I, therefore, request you to activate my cable tv with immediate effect. Please note that my renewal is due only on 08.04.2017, and prior to that you are not suppose to deactivate my cable tv for the said reason

              Took a new connection last week and it worked only for 2 days! Customercare says there is a problem in the area. Not sure when will it be fixed.
              Before taking the connection, i had very clearly mentioned that i work from home and i cant suffer any outages. The guy who sold the package, one mr. Naresh from ameerpet, hyderabad area assured that internet will be available without any issues. Why sell new connections when they have issues in the area? He further said i can call him if i face any issues with the internet. However, he never answers his phone. Their only aim seems to be to lock the customer for 3 months and give no service. Repenting taking this connection! I take 3g pack on my mobile everyday even after taking this connection. Feel cheated.

                The speed issue is very chronic. I have been having intermittent or no connectivity for my internet connection for the last 6 - 7 days. Last 2 days there is no connectivity at all.

                Call to customer care does not resolve the issue and they connect the call to escalation team and put on hold for over 10 minutes and then the call gets disconnected (Apparently that is their setting) and no call back. Writing to helpdesk also has no benefit as they have been saying, i will receive a call from technical team but, that does not happen.

                the speed issues still unresolved and the speed fluctuates between 20 MBPS and 9 MBPS. I have paid for 40 and this is a low number.

                No response from Hathway.

                Since I raised this complaint, yesterday I got a visit from the cable person, who said that the main cable in the area has been changed and my connection speed has improved. however, it is still half that of what it is supposed to be.

                for that, I received 7 phone calls yesterday, with different people calling and wanting to know my modem and wifi router details and promises that they will come home to fix the issue before 6 PM. however, no one has come till now and I am still awaiting resolution of my connectivity issue.

                  From past 10 days. My internet (Upload speed) is not working. I called customer care many times. But all time they tell me to restart the modem but nothing happens. And after few minutes, a message receives that your problem has been resolved but no problem is solved. And they are not doing anything for my problem. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Since i am not able to upload not even a single document.

                    Hi team,

                    Worst service by hathway... From sat 18th jun 16 internet is down raised issue towards nodal desk but no use...

                    For solving this issue contacted customer care via calling helpline number they told me issue will be get resolved in 4 hours after 5 hours again contacted them they they will raise this also visited to hadapsar office they told till 8 pm you will get call from our side.. Today 20th jun contacted nodel desk and speak with swapna she told me they will do it but till now no progress..

                      The Hathway people delayed the installation of my internet service.
                      I bought a 50MBPS package with a 80GB limit on the 16th of june.
                      on the 20th of june they reduced my speed to 0.5MBPS and because i used 40GB of the 80GB package I bought

                      The staff is completely rude and inconsiderate & would just disconnect my call when I had a complaint

                      they would only provide me with 40GB of data although they sold me an 80GB package for 2200 rupees because "I bought the connection on the 16th and it was their company policy to give me only half of what I paid for"

                      This was a total scam on their part and I am thankful that i did NOT commit to the 3 month package.

                      I would like to warn everyone about the scam that they're running, they might have stole my 2200 Rupees but the cost of their reputation which I will personally seek to destroy will be far greater

                        I paid 3 month money for hathway broadband. I live in Vikaspuri Delhi 110018.

                        Sales guy which came, said connection is feasible.

                        But installation never happened. Modem guy was the only nice person I met, he came same day but found wiring missing. He proactively called wiring team and revealed to me that wiring is not possible, although wiring was crossing in front of our office.

                        I kept on writing mail to [protected]@hathway.net & they kept on responding with a standard mail, that someone will be looking into it.

                        Wiring team never called me to inform there issues.

                        After 3 weeks my money is still stuck, guy on phone on there customer care told me if I want a refund, then refund process takes 45 days!!!

                        45 days huh!!

                        Guys before taking a new connection just give a call to there customer care & compare this with other professional players ( I will not name it). And you will know what you are getting into!

                          From 7days i don have internet connection, when i called and enquired the customer service center told it was because of no payment. I gave then my receipt. RECEIPT NUMBER : 54083, date of receipt 7th april. PAYMENT OF 3800 done by cash. After presenting all such details, the customer service executive said the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. i called then again on friday and they said few more hours they are working. I have made several calls! and i am fed up. the person through whom i got the connection - SURIYA, [protected] i have made several calls to him.. but i get no response. after being fedup i go to drop by the hathway office at vijjaynagar and there i meet this person called suriya and he says in 2 hours it will start working., . its already been more than a day and i don see anything working. hence forth, i am stating this very strongly that if this issue isnt resolved i will take a legal action. 7 days, 100 + calls and no response this is worst service possible.

                            Poor Customer Service in Aurangabad.. The sales person Dhanraj ([protected]) assured me that installation would happen in 3 days but it took 20 days to install the connection. Internet would go now and then. They would register a complaint. Next day a message would come that the complaint is resolved, which as expected it wont be. You cant call anyone directly and no one listen. And this would go on in an endless loop.And later they would say that your modem wasnt registered. After one month o[censored]sing their service, they say the modem is nt registered - its a bit perplexing

                            Their IVR is also poorly designed.

                                I was taking broadband connection from hathway on 15th March 2016 with 3000 /- rs fees, and they told me internet will be start after 2-3 days, but still date internet is not working. After that I had continuously follow up with phone and email for my internet is not working but no one can came for checking. After that I personally visit on their Pune, JM road office, but my problem is not solved. Kindly help me in this. They are not solved my problem and even they are not return my 3000 money.

                                    Upgraded my existing plan and paid 3 months tariff at once on 9th june. The executive told that the connection will be activated in 1 day. Its 16th june now but still the connection has not been activated. He is evading my calls now. Tried to call customer care they to seem to ignore my calls.
                                    I would like a refund of the charges/tariffs i have paid to them asap.

                                      I think you guys fooled me. My hatchway is not working since last 3 days. Have raised multiple complains since last 2 days & spent close to 200 rs over phone but i think your customer care work in an absolute no resolution zone.

                                      There is no pint going ahead with the same since i am paying for a wire & a blinking router. I want to terminate my connection & need my money back. No need give me any funda of no refund, neither i have told the same nor i have signed any such docs.

                                      Can i know how to receive my rs 200 & 2 hrs of time which i spent with your customer care.

                                      I think i have wasted my time & money both by opting hathway.

                                        Iam Hathway customer iam relocating to new area in Hyderabad.I have paid amount for reconnection, but because of the no feasibility in my area Hathway is not given internet conection to me, at the same time money also not refunding from past 2 months.every time when I called to customer care they will tell we will processing but no result. I lost and time.please look in to the ishhue.
