I have lot of prob with your comany beacause u r service center give me not satisfied result regarding speed as per plan. i m suffering since 6 month but yet not resolve. my plan for brodband 4 mbps but never got more then 1.5 mbps. here no one is ready to solve my problem. because i have paid advance payment, so your company has no intrest to solve the prob. really i m exaust with u r service please dogive me proper speed otherwise back u r service and give me refund for it as early as possible

    Very poor internet connection.
    Often disconnect. Some time no internet and service reach in 2-3 days. For new connection service boy will come without calling also.
    We have submitted 3 months advance but due to very poor internet speed our jobs have been also affected work from home.
    We contact customer support for disconnection then also they are not doing, we have mailed but didnt get any response from 3 days.

      Respected sir/madam,
      Its been 5 months since I have returned my hathway modem and other mentioned things to pune kothrud office. No reply have come yet for the refund of the money and nobody at hathway office tells where to talk about the same. The agents over the phone are very rude and are not at all helpful. Please get me back my money as soon as possible. Even their phone numbers have been changed and inspite of mailing them they haven't replied yet.

        They put up big hoardings that they give you 50 mbps speed but the truth is that the speed is 0.5 to 1 mbps. I have been complaining since two months and every other day the common dialogue is that it will be fixed in 24 hours. I have been waiting for the 24 hours to end from the last 1000 or more hours. I will be raising a consumer complaint against Hathway hereafter.

            Dear All, I had applied for relocation of GTPL broadband services and make payment and submit all necessary documents to your local support. Since last 10 days local team is not acting upon and make falls commitment. Since i paid the annual charges for service, i am taken for granted. Request you to help in restoration of services this time. Assuring you in future i will never recharge GTPL once this annual plan consumed.

            I want my money back.

            I WANT TO CASE TO CONSUMER COURT FOR THE SAME SO WHAT WILL BE PROCEDURE?

            My complain ID is 300877 which I have generated on 16th June almost 15 days ago and when I called to customer care they are not replying and just giving me the answer like wait for 2 hours, your issue will be resolved, I called to area manager (Shayam) he told me that you have to take the permission from society then we can give you the Internet connection (what the answer from shayam, he was the manager and he told me that I have to take the permission from society), actually shayam has to take the permission from society not me, he was not doing his job.

            If you are not ready to solve the my problem I will case on GTPL with people whome I have talked.

              I have subscribed to Hathway Broadband by paying Rs. 2250. However due to building internal wiring problems The cabling couldn't be done and our landlord is also not permitting us to do external cabling. So I asked for refund from Hathway but they are not providing it and harassing me.Kindly help. My Hathway Account Id is [protected] and I am also attaching my payment receipt.

              I am live in gwalior MP. Here in my home hathway set tab box due to cable opertor has install. Due to 2-3 months hathway cadle box have very poor performanceand cable opertor have do not respone. pleace insure proper network give to me without any problem. Thankyou

                I had taken a hathway connection for rs. 4, 484 which was supposed to get started on 24th june. Despite follow-ups, the connection is yet not active i. E. On 28th june.

                I have got a receipt for my payment, installation is done and they have started my billing of account number [protected]. Complaint filed with them[protected]w17212.

                On asking for a refund, mr. Mayur of their call center says you will only get back a part of your money i. E. The deposit and not a full refund. The internet hasn't worked for a day and they are scamming the customer by not giving a refund!

                Mr. Abdul who came to take the money for this broadband service is not picking up the phone.

                  I have complain this so many times to customer care that my internet is not working since 4 days but no response received also the behaviour of their technicians located at bapunagar office is so rude and unprofessional like they don't want customers. I have mailed also but same no response received from their side. Please don't buy gtpl network it s worth to pay more for other network. This is the worst service i have used and biggest mistake that i choose this network.

                    I took hathway internet service last month and it did work fine for couple of days. But then the real problem started. The internet works for couple of days and it does not work for couple of days again. I have complained around 13 complaints in last one month. I am spending more money in calling hathway customer care. Whenever i call them their system does not work most of the time.

                    My earnest request to the concerned department is to kindly look into this matter and force hathway to deliver the service which they promised before providing me the service.

                      Hi,
                      Dinesh, cable man who provides connection and takes money took Installation charges on Saturday, 25th June He said that my cable connection will start on Sunday and to keep the setup box on. It didn't happened. I called today Monday 27th June, 2016 and his phone agar, unreachable. The maintenance charge card that is given to me doesn't have any phone no, nor address. I went to Hrishi cable, Ba-Fira Nagar Jankalyan nagar Malad west, Mumbai after getting information from our building security to contact them.
                      They said Joel operates through them and with utter dismay when I asked them about Dinesh, they said he has gone to his native place. Hrishi Cable told me he will speak to the person who replaces Dinesh and will let me know the status. I asked them about my connection status. They said they don't know.
                      My setup box is still not working. I have also came across others complaining about Joel Cable network service person DINESH. I want to know when my setup box work and get connected.

                        The company took a full payment on the sopt for internet connection one month ago and there has been no setup till now. The concerned technicians harassed me by not picking up phones, promising times and not coming up for the connection set up. The company did not respond to any complaints filed online through their customer care, they said online refund is not possible u will have to vist the head office, upon visiting the head office they said they can only give refund by online methods or bank transfer. It has been more than a month that i have suffered due to this company. The customer care executives are so careless that they actually said please go ahead and file a complaint in consumer court "we don't care".

                        Kindly help me to get a payback of the harassment i have been through!!

                          Hi team,

                          I would like to bring this to your attention that customer service from gtpl is very disappointing. My internet is not working since last 10 days and i have registered complaint online/via a phone as well.

                          Since 18th june till today, never heard back from you. I am calling your service center everyday twice and they promise me that your problem will be resolved by today end of day and our technician will visit you to resolve this issue.

                          Some of your representatives are very un-professional and rude. It seems they are not interested to provide service/resolution to their customers.

                          I here by request you to kindly escalate this matter to higher authorities in your company to make them aware people on ground level are not working as per promises made by company.

                            My broadband connection (Account no. 1600868 - deep puri) is out of service since last sunday. Till thursday i was not even able to log a complaint through your contact number 67134600. After entering account number on ivr and confirming, call gets cut automatically. Thereafter i had to file a complaint with the nodal officer on thursday, jun 23. Some lady called me next day and i narrated the episode to her. She said she will call me back after checking with the engineer. Nothing. Next day, saturday june 25th, finally i was able to log a complaint in the system to which some executives came to fix it, it started working at that time for 10 mins. After they left it stopped again. I called the technician directly. No answer. I logged another complaint[protected]. Lady says call the technician directly. Since he was not answering i got another complaint number but no resolution. This morning the complaint status says resolved and auto closed. I am still without service. I am now buying a new connection and legally pressing charges against hathway for deficient service alongwith recovery of losses caused by the same

                              My account number is 1273933. Every month my speed gets downgraded when i cross the fup limit. After i crossed the fup limit, at the start of my billing cycle the speed is never upgraded back until i make a complain that my speed has not been upgraded as it should be at the start of the month. Post i complain the speed is upgraded normally but the fair usage policy data is counted from the billing cycle date even though the speed was not upgraded on the same date. This time the speed was not even upgraded and i got no replied from hathway. The date of this incident is 24/06/2016

                                I am a subscriber of your service from bhubaneswar, odisha since last july. Since last july you have not added any new channels on your network till now and you removed axn. So plz add some new channels like axn, colors infinity, toonami and many more on your network in our region.

                                  As i am complaining about GTPL Cable tv service in my area because i am completely unhappy for not repairing my cable tv problems.

                                  I did complain many times for my tv cable problem to GTPL cable service people by phone and meeting personally but they never repaired my problem.

                                  Here i just want to show people how gtpl people charging lot money and not repairing issues at time.

                                  I can not see all tv channels properly because all the channels come with improper broadcasting.

                                  I recommend all the guy not to buy gtpl cable tv.

                                    Hi,

                                    My name is Dola Krishna. I have taken Hathway connection almost 3 months back. Connection will drop many times in a day. Now I want to recharge my broadband connection.

                                    I am unable to login to my Hathway account from their website. If I click on Forgot Password, it is not recognizing my registered mail.

                                    Usage will not been online. We need to call customer care, which is chargeable. I lost my patience with this worst broadband service provider.

                                    I took 80 MBPS speed connection. Never I got that speed.

                                      My internet speed is too slow. Am using a speed of 40 mbps and still when i browse any websites or a video it buffers a lot where in it shouldnt at this speed even after downgrading I still get a min of 1-2 mbps speed and still it lags.

                                      I have been facing issues from quite a long time and even after a lot of complaints the issue wouldnt get resolved infact you people would close of the complaint stating that everything is working fine where in its not.

                                      I have booked a complaint today itself and the tech asked to do a speed test and the results were intermittent but still the issue wasnt resolved and instead informing that person that its intermittent asked to book a complaint and informed that every thing is working fine and its not an issue with the router as well.

                                      Sent screenshots of the speed test which i have done and results which have come up.

                                      Was facing the same issue as before where i booked a complaint and you people have resolved it. Want this to be fixed asap and if this is still continued would like to move on to a different connection rather than wasting my money on the same one.

                                      Do need a quick resolution else need my money back.

                                        I have 2 cable connections of Hathway cable at my residence in Ameerpet, Hyderabad from which one connection does not work 15 days in a month.Box no.MAC 34BDFA62AD7B in the name of P.R kedia.Mob no.[protected], [protected]
                                        i have to keep calling the cable operator, the man to collects the monthly fee for the cable, but still the complaint goes unaddressed.Even after making the full payment my cable is not working for the reason that payment is not received
