Dear sir,
I want to bring to your notice that from last 2 weeks i was trying to get a hathway cable tv connection, and after my repeated requests to the hathway office in my area, from last 2 weeks, i failed to get the connection.
I joined in flat no 304 of srinivasa towers, rajiv nagar near mothinagar hyderabad on 01-june-2016 and from that day i am daily calling hathway office (Calling[protected] two to three times) daily. I am repeatedly asking them to sell me a set top box and give me a hathway cable connection. A hathway cable already exists in to my house. (Previous tenant has a hathway cable connection in the same house). So they just need to bring a set top box and connect it to the existing cable.
Every time when i call them they say they will send the technician to my house within 2 to 3 hours but nothing will happen. From last two weeks i am daily calling them and till now no one came to my house to give cable tv connection.
I did not expected this type of attitude towards customer from a company like hathway and now i am looking to go to for other options like going towards dish tvs like airtel etc.
I am sending this mail as a last trial to get hathway cable connection.
I feel that this type of reckless attitude towards the customers will definitely lower the reputation of the company, and drive away the customer from the company. So i request you to please do the needful.
