Dear sir,

I want to bring to your notice that from last 2 weeks i was trying to get a hathway cable tv connection, and after my repeated requests to the hathway office in my area, from last 2 weeks, i failed to get the connection.

I joined in flat no 304 of srinivasa towers, rajiv nagar near mothinagar hyderabad on 01-june-2016 and from that day i am daily calling hathway office (Calling[protected] two to three times) daily. I am repeatedly asking them to sell me a set top box and give me a hathway cable connection. A hathway cable already exists in to my house. (Previous tenant has a hathway cable connection in the same house). So they just need to bring a set top box and connect it to the existing cable.

Every time when i call them they say they will send the technician to my house within 2 to 3 hours but nothing will happen. From last two weeks i am daily calling them and till now no one came to my house to give cable tv connection.

I did not expected this type of attitude towards customer from a company like hathway and now i am looking to go to for other options like going towards dish tvs like airtel etc.

I am sending this mail as a last trial to get hathway cable connection.

I feel that this type of reckless attitude towards the customers will definitely lower the reputation of the company, and drive away the customer from the company. So i request you to please do the needful.

    I am a gtpl user. recently i am facing a major issue of speed. i have contacted GTPL c.care but not satisfied with their services. i want to file RTI or complaint against them as they think they can run this bloody company without customer.they think customer as BHIKHAARI and respond to us like STREET DOGS of their house. i am not gonna tolerate this. if needed then will file PIL against them to make them realize how to treat the customer.

      So, I got a connection about a 15-20 days back. I was promised seamless connectivity with great speed. So the problems started with day 1 itself, internet got disconnected one every power cut. I connected with customer care and they said they would resolve the problems within 2-3 days. that didnt happen, i contacted the Nodal officer at Hyderabad and a compaint (no[protected] was registered, thought problems would be solved. The executive closed the complaint without any resolution. I have sent approximately 6-7 emails after that but no response from them, neither from nodal officer nor from appelate authority.

        Hello..

        Recently we have opted for gtpl cable channel in visakhapatnam andhra pradesh instead of opting for dish connection but we are not satisfied with their services. The reason is none of the channels are coming properly... At the time of installation of gtpl hd set top box, all the channels are avaibale. Later on, they disconnected sun network for more than two weeks. Now sun network channels are coming but ktv and sun music channels are not coming which are a part of this sun network package... Now from the past three weeks they have stopped zee network also. When i am trying to call the local cable operators and branch office they are not responding properly and not taking this as seriously. No proper response from any of these people. But they are coming for monthly payment collection on time without failure. They are giving more value to money but not to the customer value. We have two connections from gtpl for our two televisions. We are loosing a huge amount every month.. Please take necessary action and provide us the missing channels as soon as possible

          I have been facing internet interruption from past 1 month, i have complained to customer care number of times and there was no response. Service works for a day and down for a week. Lot of representatives came to repair the service but of no use. No responsibility, no response to customer and no value at all. Pathetic, insane and waste service.

              Today, right now the opening match o[censored]efa europian championship football match is kicking off snd i am writing you this mail as i am unable fix the unavailybilty of set top boxe's signal. While contacted with customer care, they said it is the probrlem of local signal provider. Further, when contacted to local service provider mr deba, it is found to be his mobile is switched off to fascilitate his sweet good night sleep.
              My grievence is how come a person from service sector can be such irresponsible to ignor customers' probelem? Infact stringent disciplinary action must be initiated against this kind of atrocious person.

                Cable i'd :[protected]
                Since 2010 i'm using never had a issue but i'm very much unhappy with few things.. Very bad service. The local guy who was in touch earlier passed away. After that one guy by name karthik is dealing and he happens to be too rude and he will behave as if he is paying for my service. My settop box needed to be replaced and i requested to be replaced in a same day evening... For that the way he spoke it was really pathetic. He said it will take 3-4 days to replace.. Than i tried calling customer care no response finally spoke to nodal officer madhusudhan.
                Believe me the worst nodel person i have spoken. I tltold him abt the problem and i said i almost was thinking to take some other provider connection. And he said he dont have any issue if i change it to. He repeated this same word for 8 times. He was also so much rude on call. He later said he will get this done and will arrange the replacement in a 24 hrs time but no one came. I tried calling nodel person madhusudhan he started disconnecting my cal. Its been 2 days i'm not having any contact no process. Its totally more than 20 days facing the issue which is unsolved.

                Is this the way u give service..?

                I want a proper response or else return my settop box money and first when i took connection rs. 500 was taken as token.

                Or else for giving poor service and talking so rude i definitely want to file a complain.

                You can't behave or deal with your customer like this.

                We pay for the service we avail. You are not giving for one day also for free.

                A reply i would expect from your company.

                    I was using hathways broadband connection my hathway a/c was 1167335, i already disconnected the broadband connection since 1 year and paid the bill and returned all the instruments but still am receiving invoices. For this issue i already contacted the customer care of hathway they told me, you don't have to pay any amount and in future you will not receive any invoice's, but still am getting invoice mails, hard copies of invoices to my address please stop harassing me.

                      I have opted for gtpl broadband connection as per plan shown by your representative mr. Girish (Mob [protected]).

                      1) from last 1 and 1/2 month there were about complain of mine regarding the broadband connection. Every time your represantative explained that server is down. But at the same time, there was no complain in my neighbourhood of gtpl connection.

                      2) once regarding the same complain, your cust. Care represantative confirm that this types of problems are usual.

                      3) from dt. 7 june, there was again same issue and for which your representative has confirmed to depute service engineer to short out the fault, but till date no action has been taken in this regard.

                      4) again repeation of complain goes on on 8th and again on 9 th of june in morning at 7.30 am.In first time one lady respond the phone and said as usual that problem will be resolved. On asking what action was taken regarding deputation of representative, there was no proper reply and phone was disconnected.

                      5) after continuous try, representative mr. Mitesh attended phone at around 8.30 am and unable to provide the name of person who disconnected phone earlier without any proper resolution.

                      So facility is sought for uninterrupted service for which total amount is paid in advance. If this type of problems are usual as seen (You can check for the same from your office record also), then it is to be intimated to customer in advance before selling the plan. Disconnecting phone by your represantative is also a problem without listening to the customer.

                          Iam dr roshan bhugaonkar iam using Hathaway connection since 3-4 months but recently since 20 days it's give problem very much.. till now I hav done at least 8-10 times complain but nothing is done.. every time I get answers of maintenance.. nobody is taking any responsibility for this... only once ur technician came and it worked for 3days and stopped working..
                          After completion on three months package I used to get latest 3-4calls per day for renewal after that no maintenance no customer service..
                          Iam really fed up with this kind of service
                          U can check my connection details most of the time it won't be working..
                          I feel like cheated, I request u too plz remove ur connection and refund my money..

                            Hathway broadband customer care.. I have seen ever worst.

                            Fro january my prepared service got changed to to postpaid without any acknowledgment..!!

                            Everytime i said to clear unnecessary amount from my account.. They didnt do.. Every month i have to struggle to call them for billing amount for uninterrupted service..!! Then use to pay...
                            Next month again they will add previous or some other amount and to say me to pay extra amount..

                            I got sick of to explaim them every time 4 month story..

                              Iam a retired man aged 63 years and have no pension as was working with a private company.
                              I have paid wide my account no 1854646 rs 4550/ advance payment or 12 + 2 free months on 5'th june 2016. It was all in good faith and my family likes only zee channels and daily view between 7.30 pm to 11. At night. Since zee tv is deleted, and my family looks at that channel in the evening as their favourate channel. Now as your customer service eecutives clearly says their is no information with them when zee channel will come. Please refund my amount so that i can change to other sevice proider. The matter is very urgent and needs immediate action, as family is missing their link with zee tvv serials like jamai raja sahib, kum kum etc

                                  Hi,

                                  I got hathway installed (30gb 50mbps plan) on 31-may-16 and within 3 days o[censored]sage i receive a message that the 30gb data has been utilized and the speed will be downgraded. I checked my account and it shows usage of 10 to 11 mb for a period of average 20 hrs per day. Can you explain how this is possible? I have been using other internet services (Bsnl, tata photon) for more than 6 years and have never exceeded the limit of 20gb on an average in a month. We've escalated this issue verbally to mr. Natarajan the area manager but no action has been taken so far. If this continues i will not be paying the bill, no matter what the amount. Kindly address the issue at the earliest.

                                  I'm using the same plan too. Hathway does not have their own customer care. They depend upon some 3rd party inexperienced call centers who doesn't have any idea about Hathway. I'm calling Hathway every month for some kind of technical issue. The answer that they give is "Due to an Up gradation work in your area, the connection will be down for six hours." And likewise, my allocated full usage data will be done in a matter of 10 days., according to their records. And then the 1 mbps unlimited speed sucks, as i will get only 500 - 600 kbps speed most of the times. These people just don''t care about their customers.
                                  Pathetic customer care service. The data usage listed is 10000 to 11000 MB for 2 days. Absolutely exaggerated.
                                  the same thing happened with me exaggerated gbs within 6 days they are showing that i have used all my 30gb data which is not at all possible and even said that i used 10gb on the first day of activation which i never didi how is that possible i dont know what to do I paid for three months

                                    - he said that we provide wire in thaltej...
                                    All above made wrong with me... With very wrong information...

                                    After above discuss, i take this 18 month connection... Otherwise i take only 2 or 3 month plan of rs.2500/- but due to wrong information i take 18 month plan of 5630/- and shifting charge 560/- so, also not any support from tall free no. / customer care... They said that send mail, and we give reply... But they not reply??? Reply only "we send your request to our department" every time i receive same reply...

                                    O this is very bad...

                                    If possible provide net at (1) thaltej - 108/block-2, nr. Narayan bunglows, nr. Heenglaj nagar-2, thaltej gam,

                                    Or another my office address is (2) before gopi dalbati, nr. Gota cross road, sun heart office at godown...

                                    Provide net in 1 from above 2 address otherwise give refund my money...

                                      I have complain about the internet speed and not properly running but they are not providing any solution.I have complain many times and problem is from more than 1 month.They are very careless and not responsible.One of the cheater company.I want my money back.I have 512-2 mbps unlimited plan.I had complain many many times but they had closed complain without any solutions so it is one of the worst thing.
