I have been using hathway for just 3 months and i have discontinued the service now and its been 2 years. but still all the customer executive guys from this hathway company are calling me and torturing me about recharging. i dont know how to stop it now

I got Hathway connection when I was in Chennai then came to home town after some time. I paid around 400 to disconnect from Hathway permanently. Eventhough, I am getting daily 2 calls per day

These guys are harassing me like anything with calls and I have paid for my connection and no connection given, then I said give me refund it is happend on Apr 15 but till now no resolution made,

I am facing a problem of internet connection not working till last 6 days.

I have also fired complain 10-12 times during last 6 days but nothing was worked. I have mail to gtpl customer care service and also contact you with gtpl customer care service but they also not reply and only say mamm plz wait.. Technician are working on it. But nothing has been work till now.

Please help me to resolve the issue of internet bcz I am highly affected. My all works are delayed because of internet is not working

Please check the technician and your customer care service will be work on my issue or not. Bcz last 6 days internet not working and nothing is resolved till now

I have filled the complain at gtpl customer service and also email at [protected]@gtpl.net but till now internet is not working. Customer care executive is also not reply and they say Technician is working on it but from last 5 days internet is not working.

I have taken a subscription of hathway fibernet internet service. My account number is [protected].
The internet router was installed at my home on 29th May 2022 and I was promised that the internet will be activated the same day by 4PM by the person who installed the router.
I have been trying to follow up with customer care and the person who provided the router but they are not even responding to the calls.
The internet is not yet active but they have already deducted 2 days total number of days service will be provided.

I paid fully in advance to Hathway for their most expensive internet package as I needed it for my office work from home. The salesperson Anshuman Yadav has said that we may, at the most, face issues once in a month. But I ended up calling their call center multiple times per month for the past 2 months, leaving my office work aside. I paid them fully on 8th Apr 2022 and invoice no is I0127P[protected] for 4 months.
Currently, I'm getting no internet from the past 3 days and today is the 4th day. My work is suffering due to this. And they are not refunding the money so that I can go ahead and get another company's service.
The call center people are not entertaining my calls and neither is the sales person. The call center people clearly says we are not responsible. I'm fed up.
If you, the government is listening, India can't progress if these lousy companies are not hold responsible for their lousy services. Will you help us or you will also turn a blind eye? Its my hard earned money that has gone down the drain. And their may be many financially challenged who are quietly facing this issue.
I hope some action will be taken against them.

I have payed full amount to gtpl for a new connection.
But after paying for the connection, the employee asked me to wait for two days for installation, one third day no connection still and he didn't lift the call.
Now it's day 16 and no connection but fully payed amount of rupees 3186.
Pls look after this, pls

My area service operater for GTPL cable is arrogant . Not even cares for customer services. No proper attention on complaints
No proper billing, no tracking, it seems he is either not having experience or very careless in this business.
Monopoly is big hurdle for end users

One of the worst experience. People are not mannered, very arrogant .
They will not receive calls.
If received they will not speak properly or give proper answers.
Neither GTPL app has peoper option to raise complaint tickets, nor feedback button is available.
Ticket gets closed automatically and ticket status changes to resolved without any update, but services are nevertheless restored.
I wasted my money on people having bad attitude and worst way of taking

My internet connection is not working since last 3 days and company is not providing the solution and just make us fool and we cant do anything

Hathway Broadband tele callers are calling 2-3times everyday for the past few months, even though I have discontinued the service.
I have even emailed them regarding this.

Some of the tele-callers even have the audacity to tell me that they will call 10 times a day and I will continue to be harassed, and that there is nothing I can do about it.

I will lodge a complaint at my nearest Police Station soon.

To the most worst IP hathway. I have disconnected the connection 4 years back and moved to a location you have no presence. But I am still getting calls. I dont really know if you understand that or not. I get frequent calls. I take this as harassment

Hi, I have disconnected Hathaway internet connection 3years back when I was in Hyderabad. I have been living in Mumbai since 2019. Still daily I keep getting calls on my mobile number from Hathway for new offers. So far blocked 100number still keep getting calls from new number
Please stop harassing us

We have connection on 3rd May 2022 with 80mbps speed ehearss we are not getting even 20mbps, repeatly raising complaints but technician is cancelling and closing complaint.

I deactivated my hathway account ([protected]) as I moved cities. The modem was collected before I left. Its been 2 years and I get calls everyday asking about renewal. I have raised requests to delete account on their customer care number and
I still continue to receive calls. Blocking the caller doesn't help either as i have blocked 30 numbers of hathway and they call from different numbers each time.

I hve taken 100 mb/s plan. nd i have never ever shown ur internet speed, please give me my money nd otherwise i will go for other action u r most cheater companie in india nd ur employee also cheater.

I have been requested for relocation of my Broadband connection to my new address which is just few streets away from old one..its almost been 10 days for now but no one has turned up.. The local distributed who sold me data connection said to pay 300Rs for shifting I made that amount also. if i spoke with costumer care regarding this and they have taken new address.. I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to my hometown, and when I moved back to Bangalore I again contacted hathway team for account re activation but they told me that the area I am living is not feasible so I moved to other ISP. Still I am getting calls on daily basis regarding offers. It is really irritating.

I'm relocated from my previous place, my new residence is not covered by hathwaye ISP. I've already switched to different ISP.
Please stop calling me daily for offers/asking to renew.
