    It has been more than a month since I have been following up for the refund request from Hathway payment made towards broadband ac [protected]

    I was told that my Hathway a/c extension to Oct 14th 2022 cannot reflect in my login online (still shows 14th Jul 2022) and hence I requested for a refund on 2nd May 2022. Am repenting to have chosen to do an early payment in such a system which has an immature way of handling early payments - neither the account reflects the correct expiration date after early payment nor the refund requests are resolved on time.

    I was first told 15 working days for a refund on 2nd May over call and then received a mail on 21st May stated 5 working days. I haven't received the refund till date. I have never heard this long time required for any of my refunds with any organisation that too for a digital wallet like Amazon Pay. Even the banks with traditional processes take 7 working days and close the case promptly.

      I cancelled my account 3-4 months ago and there isnt a day that goes by am not bombarded by calls from hathway. One can request them to stop the calls but no so persistant that they will still keep calling you again and again. Each salesperson would tell you they will take your name off the list but na, they fooling you. Please stay away from this nonsense desperate of a company unless ofcourse you like getting 10-15 calls a day from them to reconnect, in my eyes this is complete harassment. If this goes on, I will be taking action against this company.

        I've requested to shift my GTPL internet broadband for 11 days and after taking money for shifting no one even bothering to come or help at all from GTPL, I've ask customer service to speak to manager no manager available to talk, just rubbish customer service support and fad-up now

          I am in the same situation. Some days the calls get to 10-15 times a day. We should all come together and file a lawsuit against these harassers. This shouldnt be tolerated. Even if you cancel, how dare they keep calling you again and again and again. They dont seem to udnerstand it at all.

            I had a hathway broadband connection and wanted to move on to another company for broadband connection. Though I have requested cancellation and not to call anymore for over 20 times, hathway is making their representatives call me and frustrate me ruing my day. I daily get calls with the Truecaller IDs "hathway bikari", "hathway beggars" and "hathway bikhmange". Explains alot on how they are harrassing everyone else

              I have been using hathway for just 3 months and i have discontinued the service now and its been 2 years. but still all the customer executive guys from this hathway company are calling me and torturing me about recharging. i dont know how to stop it now

                I got Hathway connection when I was in Chennai then came to home town after some time. I paid around 400 to disconnect from Hathway permanently. Eventhough, I am getting daily 2 calls per day

                    I am facing a problem of internet connection not working till last 6 days.

                    I have also fired complain 10-12 times during last 6 days but nothing was worked. I have mail to gtpl customer care service and also contact you with gtpl customer care service but they also not reply and only say mamm plz wait.. Technician are working on it. But nothing has been work till now.

                    Please help me to resolve the issue of internet bcz I am highly affected. My all works are delayed because of internet is not working

                      I have filled the complain at gtpl customer service and also email at [protected]@gtpl.net but till now internet is not working. Customer care executive is also not reply and they say Technician is working on it but from last 5 days internet is not working.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have taken a subscription of hathway fibernet internet service. My account number is [protected].
                        The internet router was installed at my home on 29th May 2022 and I was promised that the internet will be activated the same day by 4PM by the person who installed the router.
                        I have been trying to follow up with customer care and the person who provided the router but they are not even responding to the calls.
                        The internet is not yet active but they have already deducted 2 days total number of days service will be provided.

                          I paid fully in advance to Hathway for their most expensive internet package as I needed it for my office work from home. The salesperson Anshuman Yadav has said that we may, at the most, face issues once in a month. But I ended up calling their call center multiple times per month for the past 2 months, leaving my office work aside. I paid them fully on 8th Apr 2022 and invoice no is I0127P[protected] for 4 months.
                          Currently, I'm getting no internet from the past 3 days and today is the 4th day. My work is suffering due to this. And they are not refunding the money so that I can go ahead and get another company's service.
                          The call center people are not entertaining my calls and neither is the sales person. The call center people clearly says we are not responsible. I'm fed up.
                          If you, the government is listening, India can't progress if these lousy companies are not hold responsible for their lousy services. Will you help us or you will also turn a blind eye? Its my hard earned money that has gone down the drain. And their may be many financially challenged who are quietly facing this issue.
                          I hope some action will be taken against them.

                            I have payed full amount to gtpl for a new connection.
                            But after paying for the connection, the employee asked me to wait for two days for installation, one third day no connection still and he didn't lift the call.
                            Now it's day 16 and no connection but fully payed amount of rupees 3186.
                            Pls look after this, pls

                              My area service operater for GTPL cable is arrogant . Not even cares for customer services. No proper attention on complaints
                              No proper billing, no tracking, it seems he is either not having experience or very careless in this business.
                              Monopoly is big hurdle for end users

                                One of the worst experience. People are not mannered, very arrogant .
                                They will not receive calls.
                                If received they will not speak properly or give proper answers.
                                Neither GTPL app has peoper option to raise complaint tickets, nor feedback button is available.
                                Ticket gets closed automatically and ticket status changes to resolved without any update, but services are nevertheless restored.
                                I wasted my money on people having bad attitude and worst way of taking

                                    Hathway Broadband tele callers are calling 2-3times everyday for the past few months, even though I have discontinued the service.
                                    I have even emailed them regarding this.

                                    Some of the tele-callers even have the audacity to tell me that they will call 10 times a day and I will continue to be harassed, and that there is nothing I can do about it.

                                    I will lodge a complaint at my nearest Police Station soon.

                                      To the most worst IP hathway. I have disconnected the connection 4 years back and moved to a location you have no presence. But I am still getting calls. I dont really know if you understand that or not. I get frequent calls. I take this as harassment

                                        Hi, I have disconnected Hathaway internet connection 3years back when I was in Hyderabad. I have been living in Mumbai since 2019. Still daily I keep getting calls on my mobile number from Hathway for new offers. So far blocked 100number still keep getting calls from new number

                                        This is extortion and harassment
                                        I have 2 lawyers in the family, and plan to take legal actions against them.
