We had subscribed for GTPL broadband service in November 2021 for 9 months. Since 15th January broadband connection is not working properly.
We have complained so many times but no improvement and they are not willing to pay refund as well. Data Speed is also not as per they promised. Since last three days I am fed up of complaining for internet not working but there is no improvement.

    Cancel my broadband connection immediately

    Hi
    I was told by the hathway sales person i will be given play box during hathway installation. But later customer care said that i am not eligible for a playbox and asked me to pay extra in the next month to get one. I am not planning to pay more and personally I didn't like their service. So I asked them to cancel my connection on 16th Feb 2022. It's been 10 days and they have not cancelled my connection. No proper communication...

    I have deactivated my Hathway account in 2021 and returned my modem and told them not to contact again . but everyday i am gettting 4-5 repeated calls to reactivate my account.i scolded them many times which is of no use . please let how to take legal action against them

      I have been using Hathway since 10, 11 months and now due to covid 3rd wave spread we have advised to work from home and hence came back to my native. I have been getting atleast 3, 4 calls per day since 2, 3 weeks to renew am account.
      I have informed them I won't be renewing my account until I am back to Bangalore. And requested to activate DND service.
      But still the same thing is happening and this is affecting me very badly.

        I have taken hathway connection earlier but now before 6 months i have disconnected the service and returned their all devices, still they keep callingme daily 3 or 4 times and saying there's offer please renew you connection. yesterday i was driving and got a call so i picked the call while driving thought that it may be urrgent call from home or office but it washathway and due to taking call whiledriving imet with an accident. i requeated them 100 times to not call me but they keep calling.

          I normally get about 5ms ping on optic fibre connection. At night it spikes to about 70ms with 10% packet loss. This makes browsing, gaming and other experiences very bad. A friend of mine also uses hathway and gets the same problem at night time. Called thier customer care daily for the past week, they haven't been able to fix it.

            I have requested for discontinuation service in the month of January 2022
            But No one has taken action on that issue. But receiving calls for renewal everytime atleast for 5 times from different people.

                Dear sir,
                Since 16 feb 22 my GTPL INTERNET SERVICE is down have called customer care multiple times but no response. When tried to create SR got message of outage.
                5 days passed nothing is done my user id safeer1_403 is I am attaching snapshot of outage message.

                  Service Provider is not entertaining - wifi not working properly from more than 10 days We daily Login Complain they them self closed ...

                      I majorly stopped using Hathway due to large number o[censored]nnecessary call from Hathway. Today received a call from them again and the lady was very rude and asked me to cut the call and get lost. Seriously where is the basic customer service here. I have taken up multiple times to surrender my device, but no response. Please stop harassing customers.

                      There is no solution from Hathway. They have taken my Router back and I am yet to get my refund and repeatedly getting calls to reactivate my old account.

                        My family was using hathway internet in Delhi, we moved from that place, placed the request to deactivate the account and collect the modem. Not sure hathway did it or not.
                        Now after many months I got a mail from hathway: SUBMIT DEVICE URGENTLY TO AVOID LEGAL HASSLES !!!
                        basically saying, if I don't return the modem they will take legal actions.
                        I am in Bangalore now.

                        This is complete torture from the Hathway team
                        1. I have stopped using Hathway for many months now, but I still get 7-8 calls on a daily basis to renew my connection and all their executives are rude on call.
                        2. Sending a mail for legal notice is plain torture to the consumer.

                        I am willing to pay for the modem but this kind of mail is very disheartening. Please let me know how can we solve it, if I need to pay how can I pay and what's the procedure to avoid legal notice and kindly give me proof after that that my account is settled and I don't owe you anything so that you don't threaten me with these emails.

                        If somebody has lost the device (which I hadn't) there should be an easy way to get the money like keeping the deposit, sending them threatening mail is very rude. I am willing to cooperate, but if I don't get an appropriate response, I will also go to consumer court for the harassment Hathway team had done to me over the last few months and with this mail.

                        Please revert immediately.

                          Hi team,

                          I have used the hathway connection and then i moved to another location,
                          So i closed my account and cleared all the dues and returned their modem as well.

                          I am still receiving frequent calls from hathway team. There is no point in bugging a customer
                          I request to stop bugging me else i will go to consumer court & police and will file a strict complaint against hathway.

                            I have disconnected Hathway 2 years ago. But the customer service executives wouldn't stop calling me asking me to avail reconnection. I don't want the service. I have informed you many times and yet you keep calling me. Please stop this nuisance.

                              I have multiple conns from hathway company and i am happy with thier service but they call me everyday more than hundred times to sell their products and services and i block their numbers on daily basis.
                              Please request you stop making calls at all
                              This is harassing me mentally

                                    Sir, the gtpl is not solving the issue of internet .they says that whole are has not have internet .if that then why are taking so much time to complete the issue .the company is ... When plans expired they came like cheetah to take bill and cut the internet .not more a single second waiting. Please do anything.please solve the issue.thanks

                                      Hi, There is a hathway internet pole outside our newly constructed house. It is blocking the way for vehicle movement into the house.

                                      The pole needs to be removed or shifted to a new place. Request you to look into the matter asap.
