Dear Hathway,

I am your subscriber for Broadband from Hyderabad. I stay in Kukatpally, Venkat Rao nagar colony.

From Saturday evening I have not been able to use Broadband Internet services.

I thought to wait for a day to complain on Sunday morning. But it still remains.

It shows LOS sign blinking on my Router since then and even now .

I tried to complain by raising it up in the the Hathway app. Let me tell it is the most worthless app.. the Chat bot for Technical issues just gives an automated message and never raises a Service ticket for us.
Please check attached.

Next I tried calling up different Broadband customer care for Hyderabad. But for technical issues it immediately disconnects the call and never responds .. nos. :

All what I get by calling is an automated message saying 4 hours and simply disconnects without giving chance to talk to Customer care or even to raise a ticket.

Next I tried to call the agents who came to my home to connect, laxman[protected] & Mallikarjun[protected].
They too ask me to call Customer care and never bother to support.

Another fact I have recently taken the connection for Office purpose and was promised that I would be getting the router range upto entire home . But it hardly comes longer nor even faster .

Please dear Hathway.. is this how you treat us .. are we at fault in believing your service ..
How could you disappoint us so much .is this what we deserve in trusting your service??.

Please, please make the improvements ASAP.. and make my connection up and running. I cannot tolerate this any further and I might be forced to take further action on this inconvenience I am facing.

      I have been using Hathway internet for past few months and now we have decided to relocate. I have informed them that, I will recharge once I need. But still I am getting 4 to 6 calls per day. I have informed almost 10 times that I will recharge if needed still they are calling like crazy. Not sure if they have basic sense about customer management.

        I was a hathway broadband user during between March 2021 and October 2021. I was using their service since I had taken a temporary office accommodation.

        Once I decided to move from the location, I raised request for disconnection and the connection was disconnected.

        However since last 8 months I get at-least 4 calls everyday with offers/renewal inspite of having my number on DND and explicitly telling the executives not to call.

        The calls come from private mobile numbers and different numbers

                Hi, am Karthik, I have disconnected hathway internet and move my place. There hathway service not available.But these ### keep on calling.everyday 5-10 calls am getting.Its irritating, mentaly affecting me, can't work at office, my life getting affected because of these guys.Please anybody want network dont buy hathway.If you buy you will face same issues, they torchour like hell.

                  I am facing daily internet issues from last 15 days... I raised complaints many times, but no use.

                  Everyday for 1-2 hrs internet is going off. We have wfh and have to attend online meetings, and daily internet issues are impacting very badly.

                  I would suggest not to go with Hathway internet. Even after raising multiple complaints issue is bot getting resolved.

                  Even after 30 days ...i m daily sharing mail to hatway...my issue is not yet resolved. Daily my internet is going off.
                  Very poor service and they should return back my money, for what they are charging

                    I discontinued my subscription but the hathway renewal team calls and disturbs me everyday 4-5 times, they are even calling midnight and asking to renew the plan, everytime i tell them to stop calling me again and again but they wont listen. This is really harassing!

                      I removed hathway broadband connection a month back...and since then..every day I m getting calls from them asking me to take up hathway broadband again
                      They call up from different number many times a day.
                      I want them to stop calling me.

                        I using hatchway modern past few month
                        Due to my personal issue i stop recharge and return the modern, but modern return after 4 month also calling me to need to recharge and torcher me everyday more than 20 call each day you have offer and need to recharge like that.
                        So guys if anyone plan to take hatchway broadband it's not a good choice

                        Please don't go to hatchway broadband

                          I requested disconnection of my Hathway broadband connection as I no longer required the service. Since then I am facing constant harassment from Hathway contact centers. They are calling me more than 10 times daily from different numbers. Till date I have received more than 100 calls. Every time they try to sell some offer or request payment for next month. But none of the associates is taking my request for disconnection.

                          I escalated the matter to Hathway Bangalore Nodal Officer and got no response. I need immediate disconnection of services and need Hathway team to STOP CALLING ME.

                                Dear Hathway, I took hathway connection([protected]) 5 years back and was happy, until my prepaid plan expired. Now I am getting 4 to 5 calls regularly everyday to recharge my broadband. i dont understand even after explaining am not in station what's the point in recharging my account. Please understand from customer perspective also it's a prepaid connection. i sincerely request you not to call and harass me. iam missing some important calls and my work is getting disturbed. if this continues, i have to discontinue your service.

                                  I live near waghodia road, G-27 Payal park-2, waghodia road, vrundavan char rasta. I have been using gtpl since 10 years. I had different cable supplier, however my old supplier gave his job to another guy name Deepak brahmbhatt. Since he took over the job, we are having issues, in addition he never fixes the issues. 99% he gives us the excuses of electricity issue. If we ask him to fix the issue, he directly tells us that i dont care if three for houses will stop taking his services. So, Gtpl should take steps towards his bad work. I would request to fix the issue.

                                    Getting extremely low internet speed (down from 25Mbps to 1Mbps)

                                    ISSUE: My Hathway internet broadband plan is supposed to give me a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 5 Mbps. Since the last few days, my speed has been drastically reduced to 1 Mbps!

                                    My plan does NOT have any FUP limit. I've been using it for years. Even if there was a limit, it shouldn't apply anymore because a new month (May 2022) has just started.

                                    I recently renewed my GTPL broadband subscription.
                                    Internet is always unstable.
                                    For the past 3 days there is no internet access and the response from the customer support is always that there is technical issue.
                                    I have 73 days left out 90, I want refund for 60 days out of them and I want to unsubscribe.
                                    Please help me terminate my account and get my money back for the service I never used.

                                      I have moved to different country from March 2020 and submitted modem to hathway kandivali asking to deactivate my account.
                                      From last teo year, i am receiving message and calls to renew the account.
                                      I have asked them at least 100 time ls to deactivate my account and informed that I am not in Mumbai anymore to use your service.
                                      Still I am receiving calls.
                                      I have also raised dnd complaint to airtel last week for the same.
                                      They have no option of delete account on their application due to which we cannot elete by our own.
                                      I will sue the company now if they trouble me like this.
