    I have deactivated my hathway Broadband account (ACC. No. [protected]) as I have faced poor service. The modem was collected after I have terminated the subscription. Its been one year and I get calls everyday asking about renewal. I have raised requests through phone call to delete account on their customer care [protected]@hathway.net.
    I still continue to receive calls. Blocking the caller doesn't help either as i have blocked around 20 numbers of hathway and they call from different numbers each time. Please help me resolve this issue to delete my account from their database. It is affecting my work and privacy very badly everyday.

        Previously I had Hathaway Broadband connection. Because of relocation I discontinued my connection and submitted Modem/Router to Hathaway. Now I am not using it still also getting so many Hathway calls. I am getting irritated. I want to get rid of those calls.

          I have disconnected hathway broadband because of poor customer service and bad speed. I have informed to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Such a nuisance to keep calling everyday..

              I have submitted my Hathway router at kothrud, Karve nagar branch, Pune to the hathway executive, also I have asked them to close my account, still they have not closed it yet. I'm getting daily calls to renew the `plan. Please close my account and stop calling me. Kindly find the account details.

                Hathway took Rs 1000/- for modem and 6 months advance payment for the Internet. Despite repeated calls to customer service and regional officer, there was no internet for approximately 5 months. They didn't care to reimburse the 5 months. We stopped using their service 6 months ago due to poor customer service. Since 6 months they have been harassing with activation calls, now harassing with calls and angrily asking 1400/- for the modem penalty. When asked for the Rs 1000/- return for the modem, they threaten legal action. This is stealing money from customers and now harassment.

                  I just dont need hathway messages to pop-up on my personal phone, there is no need for executive to get in touch with me, you can simply unsubscribe my number [protected] in your list. Also I am out of country and calls wont be receivable from my end. You can please stop sending messages, that all i need. Thank you.

                    Actually we are changing our house so we want to discontinue the connection so we have stopped using our account but the wifi router is also with us only and once i gave complaint to the coustomer care to take the router back but they didn't came and didnot take the router back now they have called me and harrassing that they will take a legal action so i have told them to take back router so they are not at all listening and harrassing us continuously so resolve this issue My account no : [protected]

                      We had renewed our subscription on 19th Feb 2022 for Regular & HD Channels.

                      On 21st Feb, we had made our first complain for Blank Screen, which was attended by the local technician.
                      He was able to start only the regular channels & not the HD channels.
                      We were informed by the LOCAL office that the SERVICE FOR HD CHANNELS ON OUR SETTOP BOX IS DISCONTINUED BY THE COMPANY FROM IMMEDIATE EFFFECT,
                      We had asked the representative to discontinue our service & process the refund as we are unable to View HD channels,

                      The representative gave us a suggestion to change the Settop Box with a Low Grade Box for Rs.500/- ( We are using a HIGH GRADE SetTop Box with recording feature supplied by GTPL itself at RS. 6500/-.)

                      We denied the Offer & asked them to provide us HD Channels Or can Refund Us the Subscription amount as GTPL is unable to serve me the Channels & have Discontinue the services to our SET TOP BOX Supplied by them.

                      Various complains have been made to GTPL through ONLINE & on Whatsapp..

                      BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO HAVE HD CHANNELS SERVED

                          I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to Thiruvallur. I have called to customer care to stop the service and they closed it, but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer?

                            I had already registered a termination of service since i`m moving out of city.

                            I`m daily getting calls for renewal but fed up explaining them that i need termination of service & not renewal.

                            For Termination : Daily morning im getting calls on termination request stating that an executive will call me & will come & pick the router in the premises but no one will either call or come to the apartment to collect the device.

                            After moving out of city, Just for the sake of Hathway, I will not be able to come to that place to handover the device if we use common sense.

                            I have been writing emails to nodal officers of Hathway but no responses from them as well.

                              I was a student In delhi for the term[protected]
                              For which I borrowed the Hathway Internet connection.
                              But its been 2 years now that I've repeatedly told them that I do not stay in Delhi anymore and thus wont use the internet connection. Further I had also applied to deactive my account : [protected] but to no avail.
                              I am harrassed with calls everyday regarding recharge.This is really unethical and affecting my mental health.

                                Dear Hathway, I took hathway connection([protected]) 3 years back in chennai. I am getting 6 to 7 calls regularly everyday if i wont do the recharge. i understand funds are very important, but u need to understand from customer perspective also. i wont do recharge if i travel out of station and stay there for too long. i sincerely request you not to call and harass me. iam missing some important calls and my work is getting disturbed. if this continues, i have to discontinue your service and take ACT net. please look into the issue.                                     My service request was ticket no: 16103161/16044371 and the engineer came to my home and checked and broke the Fiber cable, told me another team will come and resolved it has not been resolved till date.
                                    When I tried to reach them with no responses from GTPL, I called the engineer and manager and both did not respond to my call.

                                      I am a user of GTPL BROADBAND. When last renewal time, I got a call from your customer care to recharge for renewal of my plan.As I was shifting, I declined for renewal.

                                      The Lady on a phone call told me after one or two days that sir that we will not charge you shifting charges whenever you will shift.i have taken approval from company for waiver of shifting charges.So i renewed the plan. Today when I tried to make a request for shifting in the same area that the customer call guy asked for the shifting charges of rs 560/-.

                                      This is a kind of fraud from your company.Please look in to matter at the earliest

                                        We had subscribed for GTPL broadband service in November 2021 for 9 months. Since 15th January broadband connection is not working properly.
                                        We have complained so many times but no improvement and they are not willing to pay refund as well. Data Speed is also not as per they promised. Since last three days I am fed up of complaining for internet not working but there is no improvement.
