    I have been requested for relocation of my Broadband connection to my new address which is just few streets away from old one..its almost been 10 days for now but no one has turned up.. The local distributed who sold me data connection said to pay 300Rs for shifting I made that amount also. if i spoke with costumer care regarding this and they have taken new address..       I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to my hometown, and when I moved back to Bangalore I again contacted hathway team for account re activation but they told me that the area I am living is not feasible so I moved to other ISP. Still I am getting calls on daily basis regarding offers. It is really irritating.

          I have had broadband service of gtpl for last 18 months. my plan is fiber 60 Mbps. my id remesh_0866 . my mobile no [protected] -registered with gtpl.I am at Karamsad-ANAND pin 388325
          Sir I have made many complaints with gtpl regarding low speed and speed fluctuations. frequent stoppage of broadband service- I give here with the details
          1.I raised complaints of low speed and speed fluctuation on 17 Th May 22 It was registered -ticket no #17500568.Without attending to my complaint of low broadband speed and speed fluctuations I got a message " GTPL ticket # 17500568 is resolved now.You may complain within 30 days if you are not satisfied "
          Earlier I have also approached the nodal officer of gtpl but it was not helpful
          It is a common practice of gtpl that without attending to the complaint send a message to the concerned complainer that YOUR COMPLAIN HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I earnestly request you to look into the matter and I am sure you will definitely do the needful

              My Name is Kapil kumar from Delhi, 3 Years back i have used Hathway Broadband Internet Connection, that was closed Already, even closed also, they are sending the text messages, pls pay the bill like that.This Person called me of the hatway [protected] mobile number, and he said please Pay the 470 Amount otherwise we will close the your internet service, he said he is from Hathway, Delhi, he sent a pay amout message i have click on this message 470 rupee debited from my acount, i had checked with customer care They said also account is already terminated, they said its may be mismatch, My Hathway account that was registerd on my mobile number [protected],

              NOTE : Please Check and Close the issue, and please refund my 470 debited amout otherwise i will Register a FIR in Police Station Against Hathway and [protected] this mobile number.

              Hathway side pay message -
              Hathway Digital Private Limited is requesting payment of Rs.470. Pay from your Bank Account linked on Paytm App now http://m.p-y.tm/UPIpas :PPBL

                Broadband not working internet

                Address: 5X Middle Road, Santoshpur

                Again no internet in Kolkata, it is happening very frequently and the customer service is not reachable. They are only buying time without solving the issue, no turn around time. It is getting really difficult to work, if this carries on....

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    We have made excess payment of our hathway broad band account# [protected] on 7th April'22(Attached Payment Receipt - PhonePe) and requested many times to refund the same by calling the customer care and also registered complaint# ID 07052022W640653 but no use because themselves they closed this open ticket on 8th May'22 without processing the refund - attached the screenshot for your ref. and use.

                    We have already called and requested for the same 3-5 times - the customer care executive says that you will get refund as soon as possible.

                    We have not received refund even after 30 days also.

                    Please check and do the needful.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    Please note that we have not received any call/reply/update from Hathway Broadband Team-Hyderabad so we have tried to contact customer support by calling[protected]. Again and again explained the same to the customer executive about the issue as described in my complaint - he was again saying the same as your Refund couldn't be processed due to some issues and you will get the same ASAP. Even they have not confirmed a date even after 45 days of my transaction.

                    He simply registered a Complaint ID 16052022W785487(attached screenshot - please check) and disconnected the call which i didn't expect from customer support team.

                    Once again request you to expedite the process to get my refund!!!

                      Hi Team,
                      I am not using the Hathway service anymore, however they are keep calling to re-subscribe the service. When I denied, They are sending a threatening mail of legal action to submit the device. Almost four times I had submitted Google sheet with location to pick up the device but no response from Hathway and they are keep sending this mail.

                        Hathway Service

                        I renewed my hathway account on 7th of May 2022 till 12th of May 19:00PM didn't get Internet Service and after payment noone responding.Executives are saying it is wrong number and Customer service also not connecting to executive for Hathway account-[protected].
                        I sent alot mails to Hydhelpdesk, [protected]@hathway even though issue not resolved.
                        I sent mails for refund also.

                        Hi,

                        I've been moved out of Hyderabad and working from my village for last 1.5 years, and I'm not going to return back. I've informed countless hatway callers of this, and even sent a mail to them as per their request, but it's no use since they keep calling and calling and torchering us like hell.

                        At the very least, they lack a basic understanding of how to interact with customers correctly.

                        I have a feeling that if I return to Hyderabad, I will not use his hathway broadband or suggest any of my friends to him.

                          I have been facing frequent office VPN disconnections and inspite of raising several complaints Hathway was not able to resolve the problem, so I had switch the service to another ISP where now I don't see any issues. So I have raised request for connection termination and enquired about adavance refund they informed post modem collection they will process it. Now they are not providing refund stating the below

                          Referring to your mail, We would like to inform you that the deposit refund of Rs.400/- can be processed only if the customer is active for 3 years. since the initial activation date and disconnects the services.
                          As your account was taken on 7th June 2019 and has not been active for 3 years, we are sorry to inform you, Hence we are unable to process the refund of the deposit amount as per the policy.

                          Find the attached CRF for your reference with the terms and conditions.

                            • I had paid my payment on dated 25th April 2022 Amount 1813.66 transaction id[protected] through Gpay upi option which shows payment is made & informed you through email on 26th April but still internet was disconnected on 27th morning .

                            • I had got at least 25 to 30 calls that I should make payment & nobody was interested to give solution & confirmation of my payment made on 25th April & was getting reply from your side that my payment is not reflecting & wanted me to just pay again payment so forcibly & unwillingly I have to paid again on 28th April2022 with transaction id[protected] .


                            • My Concern is as I had to done double payment to get internet started here I demand refund of my first payment & expecting professional reply & immediate action on this .

                            Hathway replied they had refund amount through PROCESS REFUND: Payu Trns Refund against FT No [protected] .. But question is where is money on which bank account it was transferred. They are not having any reply on this .. it seems like a big fraud this way they are using consumer money for their working capital requirement & important things no 25 to 30 phones for refund since 28th april 2022.

                              On 10 th may I have made payment to Hathaway using payU Amazon pay.
                              Payment amount was 2162 rs. While making payment it showed payment is done but after that error game bad gateway.
                              I got the bank amount deduct message.

                              Same issue face by many users. Not single number on website helps to contact customer care. Hathaway should change there gateway partner or shut themselves down from operating.

                                  Dear Hathway,

                                  I am your subscriber for Broadband from Hyderabad. I stay in Kukatpally, Venkat Rao nagar colony.

                                  From Saturday evening I have not been able to use Broadband Internet services.

                                  I thought to wait for a day to complain on Sunday morning. But it still remains.

                                  It shows LOS sign blinking on my Router since then and even now .

                                  I tried to complain by raising it up in the the Hathway app. Let me tell it is the most worthless app.. the Chat bot for Technical issues just gives an automated message and never raises a Service ticket for us.
                                  Please check attached.

                                  Next I tried calling up different Broadband customer care for Hyderabad. But for technical issues it immediately disconnects the call and never responds .. nos. :

                                  [protected].[protected]

                                  All what I get by calling is an automated message saying 4 hours and simply disconnects without giving chance to talk to Customer care or even to raise a ticket.

                                  Next I tried to call the agents who came to my home to connect, laxman[protected] & Mallikarjun[protected].
                                  They too ask me to call Customer care and never bother to support.

                                  Another fact I have recently taken the connection for Office purpose and was promised that I would be getting the router range upto entire home . But it hardly comes longer nor even faster .

                                  Please dear Hathway.. is this how you treat us .. are we at fault in believing your service ..
                                  How could you disappoint us so much .is this what we deserve in trusting your service??.

                                  Please, please make the improvements ASAP.. and make my connection up and running. I cannot tolerate this any further and I might be forced to take further action on this inconvenience I am facing.
