My Account Number is [protected].

I have got call from one of the executive from hathway hyderabad and she took required documents for the new connection.After the process she sent me payment link and I have done the payment of Rs 1859 within few minutes.
They accepted payment without checking feasibility of their service at new address, Later one of the technical person said we can't provide service at that location. Immediately I have tried to reach the person who initiated the process. I did more than 50 calls and whats app messages, they are not picking my calls and rejecting every time I call.

    My internet stopped working after replacing the modem i asked to resove it from past 5 days but no one responded till now. I called them thrice a day from past 5 days buy my issue nit solved. I want my money back so that i will take a new one from other service provider

      My wifi internet is down from last 3days as i call customer care like 20 times in a day and they all answer same thing that technical problem sir. If you don't know how to solve technical problem then why you built this company?.

        I have made an early payment on 3 july 2022 to hathway broadband. i was subscribed for the period 3 june to 3 july so today i did a transaction of 589 rs and in first it showed that it was failed but i got an message from my bank that transaction of 589 rs has been sucess so i re checked hathway broadband and it was still asking for payment so i did one more transaction and this time it was sucessfull but i got an msg from hathway that recharge your broadband it is expiring at 3 july 2022 even i did double payment still through so i request you for refund of 589 rs at upi id -[protected]@ybl registred mobile number- [protected] email id [protected]@gmail.com

          On thr date[protected] we applied for new broadband connection from hathway hyderabad, they installed it on time but they didn't tolt us how to activate it, i also asked but they just said that wait for 1 hour you'll geta call from hathway for activation but they didn't call me. They don't even recieving the calls and replying the messages.
          i want refund or else get the perfect connection.

            This is regards to the payment that I have made towards the Internet connection for my (Sidharth Kukadiya) house at Plot No:-L-303,
            Vedika Happy Valley Homes, Randesan, Urjanagar 2, Gujarat 382421
            dated:01/06/2022 with the receipt detail attached in the complaint. I have been told to get the refund of the amount Rs 4200.00 for the internet connection that was technically not possible for your technician to provide through the cable. I have strictly told him not to install as I am not interested in the wireless connection. I was promissed to get my money back within 15 dyas and it is almost a month now. I have been trying to contact the local office of gandhinagar again and again an they say the cheque is ready but not getting cheque in anyway. So, I request you to look into this and get back to me with the satisfactory reply.

              I'm Hathway Digital tv customer, I recharged successfully but no channel is available except official channel no. 999. I have raised complaint more than 24hrs but not yet solved. Customer service executives are also not entertaining my issue. I'm not getting any solid answer about what's problem, when will it solve, what about refund. My whole 24 hrs recharge and valueable time has been wasted by you. Please take action and solve my problem.

                I had previous Hathway internet connection, As I shifted my home, i disconnected it, from then i get daily multiple calls for renewal. Can this be taken seriously and stopped and can action be taken against Hathway. Only because they have the phone number they cant call daily.

                  Before my renewal due date of 10-15 days they are making calls to pay bills and after renewal date they are calling about 5-10 times.. even after I said my issues whether I'll pay or not. Still they are making calls and disturbing for every one hour

                    Hi Team, I was using hathhway services till Sep-21 and after that moved to different location where we opted for Local internet connection and informed hathway about the same that not willing to renew the services. in May-22 I received email from Hathway where they mentioned that if you do not return the modem they will take legal action against me. So i called on helpline number and they said you need to pay some charges as you have been holding the model very long without opting for services so I paid the requested amount via Hathway official website. and submitted the google form which was attached in email to schedule pickup. It's been more than a month now no one has come to my place to collect the modem and again and again calling me for the renewal of services.

                        I requested service cancellation, and they have provided acceptance letter on 2nd June 2022. I have constantly received calls daily regarding service renewal. I have registered multiple complaints with customer service for DND requests, but no action has been taken. They sometimes call 2 to 3 times a day for renewal requests which is harassment and abuse of power.

                        I request for stoppage of calls and SMS from hathway in order to let me live in peace.

                          My Hathway account plan is expired in last month. Even though, I told clearly to hathway persons calling from call centres many times that I dont want to continue the connection because i am not satisfied the service. But still I am getting 2/3 calls OR SMS to renew the connection. I fed of these calls from your team. Once the payment is done nobody cares about the problems.
                          I request you to inform the concerned team - to stop calling me/ send SMS.
                          When i was using thr connection these person never resolved my issue permanently FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR PERIOD. Everytime they are telling that technical person will come and check but till last month nobody turned up. There billing team is also not replying properly.
                          I am FED UP with and dont want to continue with Hathway.
                          STOP CALLING ME for RENEWAL.

                              Your sales guy with mobile number [protected] has pasted a sticker of Hathway inside the apartment which we recently painted. Despite repeated requests he didn't remove. I am already your customer [protected]. If is not removed, i will discontinue your service.

                                I have disconnected my Hathway broadband a year before I am still getting calls and sms every single day to recharge the account. I have notified them several times they respond with OK but nothing happens. What do i have to do to make you stop these calls?

                                  Hi, I have disconnected Hathaway internet connection 03.05.2022(My A/c No: [protected]). Still daily I keep getting calls on my mobile number from Hathway for new offers. So far blocked 100number still keep getting calls from new number

                                    Hi,
                                    My Hathway broadband connection ID is [protected]. I have opted to discontinue the service from June 2022 after having poor service and dissatisfied customer support response. Since then I have been getting numerous calls from Hathaway on a daily basis requesting to join back. I have expressed my disinterest many times and asked not to call again. Despite that I get 10 calls a day. I can't bear this harassment from their customer support executives. Please help me in this regard.

                                        I have disconnected Hathway broadband a/c in may-22 and they have collected their router and modem. Hathway is now spam calling me multiple times each day to renew the connection. I have blocked some numbers but they call from a new number everyday. Also they send multiple spam messages everyday.
