Dear Sir/ Madam

My account no is 1152831 and my subscription renewal was on 4/5/2016 but i received a message from hathway on 29/4/16 stating that if i recharge on the same day i will be getting 1 moth subscription extra which has been confirmed with your customer care executives with the complaint reff no 16637085, 16632909 and 16658069, but now renewal has been done for only 3 months (4/5/2016 to 4/8/2016) instead of 4 months, i have complained about this to customer care executives and they asked me to wait for 10 days, am getting a messages stating my complaints has been closed but still no changes has been made, requesting you to take necessary action and update the subcription date, complaint reff no for change in renewal date are as follows 16745156, 16745126, 16766571.

    I am user hathway from last 6 months. The worst experience i had faced in my life was with hathway. There was severe interruptions to my internet as well as speed was very less. They had charged us 2700 rs for 3 months but was not worth.
    I had severe complaints to customer but did not responded well only i used to get false assurance. Even i mailed them multiple times. From january 2016 i am mailing them but till date no response so by this we can judge what service they are providing. So i demand either extend my service or refund my amount. I have complete compliant details of sms that i received from hathway.

      I have hathway cable at home and they discontinued all the english movie channels with out informing me and when i contacted them for the same there is very lame response from their side. It seems to be "we don't care" attitued from their side. I think it better to switch to other dish tv instead of complaining on deaf ears. Pathetic service provider

        I have took broadband connection from Hathway on 4th may. I paid amount in advance and after a week I have raised 3 complains with them about their services.
        1. They did NOT give router as per plan. there executives are not picking up the calls or ignoring.
        2. Internet is not working, sometimes it works but speed is damm slow.

        I believe I have wasted my money. Its 3rd class services.. its my pathetic experience so far with Hathway...

          My internet service purchase from GTPL is having network connection issues and service is unavailable from 3rd May 2016. I have raised multiple tickets and complaints but still there is no action taken by GTPL.

          They are daily informing me that we will send technician to your home but still no one has visited my home to resolve this issue.

            I had an connection from Hathway and my account number is 1496931. On 7th of may internet connection went down and I was unable to get any connection. After that I called customer service to raise a service request. I was promised with 24 hours it would be up and working. But before 24 hours I received a message saying my ticket is closed. But my issue was not resolved.

            I again called back same day to check why my ticket was closed without my issue being not resolved. So they gave me another ticket number informing it would be resolved with in 24 hours. So by this it been more than 16 hours with no progress but I was promised saying 24 hours my connection would be up. So I waited...

            11th may I waited and no one turned up nor anyone called to check. But I got a message saying my ticket is closed. So I again called up customer service and requested to speak to manager. But I was denied and was placed on hold for more than 20 min and then my line was disconnected. I called back again and was denied manager and my line was disconnected.

            I lost all hope and I was forced to go for different vendor for internet as I work from home and with few hours I got the connection. I am only requesting for a refund for the money which I have paid.

              GTPL Cable connection

              I have paid 2000 rs to GTPL service person in my bapunagar area-ahmedabad 20 days ago for new connection. still he yet not installed and provide me a GTPL cable connection. I call him 1000 times mostly his phone remains switchoff and if it is swith on then he never pick phone at all. I even tried from different number as well. if he pick the phone he always make an excuse and said my registration boy is not available, I am busy or I am not available. He also said me that I comes at office after 10:30 PM. I also visited his office may times but i never found him at office even at once. After so many follow us he set me a cable connection but STB registration is pending since 3 days. Now tell me what should I do?

              I think he is not interested to make a new GTPL cable customers or expanding or doing the business. He is so careless person i have ever seen.

                I took hatchway broadband connection and my validity period is upto 04.04.2016. from 20.03.2016 onwards I am getting sms and calls from hatchway stating to pay the renewal amount. I got 5 to 10 calls per day. then I called customer care and informed them that I am getting too many calls as it is prepaid if I want to continue I will pay otherwise not. and I requested them to avoid the calls and sms regarding renewal. still repeated. on 30.04.2016 n 01.05.2016 I got sms that my account no is deactivated from 01.05.2016. even to day I am getting minimum 2 calls and 2 sms which are harassing me. almost I informed to customer care number[protected] more than 10 times. still problem not resolved. please help me out not to get calls from sadist psycho hatchway broadband.

                  We have booked the on line complain on 3 rd may and also before 10 day ago on telephone but till to day not resole the our complain, what are doing your staff customer care service bloody full all your staff, after install the your connection we have hardly used the only one month, we have deposit the money rs 6500.00 per year and 6 month extra, i am not satisfied your net connection, very very very poor service
                  And all customer care office not responsibility on complain very very very bad service and cheater company and not received the proper answer from customer service. All are fraud with all pepole,

                    My account no. is 834765 . we are using this network from last 5 years. but we are facing problem from last 4 months . we daily called the executive of hathway. they said we try to solve u r problem till day of the end and next they we received massage from them that u r problem is resolved. But problem is same at the stage. No verification call from them.

                    Frequent disconnections

                    *Frequent network blackouts from 10 min to few hours without any notification

                    *Poor speed like less than 2 mbps though my monthly quota is not over

                    * they charged us monthly 2400 INR for bad internet connection.

                    * I called the customer service several times already yet there is no improvement.

                    *I have made several complaints, but no action from hathway fake people.
                    Their motto is cheat people and make money.

                    Requesting concerned authorities to take a note of it.

                      There is very much problem with your connection, i m from new delhi, rohini sector-24 pocket-14, we are suffer from last 15 days.. We are really suffer alot, we call on our local complaints number but no one can answer on phone or sometime say coming in an hour but no one come to resolve it.. Even if we call them continously they switched off there complaint number insisted of aswering them... Really there behaviour nd service is very very much poor.. From last 15 days wr are requesting them to resove tge problem but they can't even bother.. Even we paid the advance rent of 300 still wr are suffer... No connect in our house.. Please take some action and resolve our problem sincerely..

                        Like this multiple others tickets are closed without resolution for my speed issue.
                        Everyday I am calling hathway and they are raising one after another ticket for speed issue and closing ticket without resolution.

                        What the hell is happening here. Why should I pay for this kind of service. When will my issue be permanently resolved
                        Can someone please respond and resolve the speed issue permanently. What kind of service is this from hathway. Why is the team closing tickets without resolving the issue.

                        Again today I see speed is sometimes 10mbps, sometimes 7 mbps. Attached screenshot. Why should I pay for 50mbps when I am not getting the same.

                          Hello,

                          I've found some serious issues with Hathway. One of them is after the Hathway's new one Click access. They call it as a new security feature. But I don't see anything like that. Due to this One Click, many sites are not getting accessed by our systems from Hathway servers. The One click url http://203.212.193.162/oneclick pops up when we try to open a website or it shows a 404 error as hathway servers prevent access to that website. I tried explaining this to the customer care. They don't understand a word I say. This One Click needs to be stopped. Then everything will be back on track. Best example is, apps like iTunes or apple music uses a URL at the background to help us access internet and get the songs we want. But due to this OneClick, Apple music will not show One click log in page, instead, it will say the song cannot be downloaded. When we connect it to other ISPs, it works fine. This needs to be fixed are we are paying for Hathway's miserable service.

                          Never Resolves any Issue, I got Fake Invoice, been given slow internet service when i have paid for more!

                          Now says that they won't refund money and should pay more as per fake invoice or else use only slow internet not which paid for.

                            Since the last 3 months, you people have been reducing my soeed to 1mbps citing the reason that my data has been used. But neither me or my family members have used 15gb of data in any of the month. Even changed my password due to this reason. This has been done repeatedly and i have been cheated.                             I have subscribed for the broadband connection as on 01/04/2016 and opt for 15 GB unlimited plan with three months advance payment. However, at the end of the first month the data speed limit of 15 GB stated to be finished and the they never revised my package speed for coming month. This is fraud and I want this to be logged against them

                            As per company plan speed should be 50 MBPS. BUT ACTUALLY IT IS SHOWING HARDLY ONE MBPS SPEED.

                              *Frequent disconnections

                              *Frequent network blackouts from 10 min to few hours without any notification

                              *Poor speed like less than 2 mbps though my monthly quota is not over

                              *No bills and payment receipt either through email or paper. Even my account page doesn't display the information

                              *I was charged 2200 INR wrongly for Topup of 100GB and no one is giving me the explanation of that

                              *I have made several complaints, but no action.
                              Their motto is cheat people and make money. They claims 50mbs but you will never get more than 20 mbps if you are lucky enough to not have issues like me.

                              Totally false commitments from Hathway and reponse from the customer care is worst than their services.

                                I have taken a internet connect from hathway.

                                Initially the sales person presented all the plans and offers, he mentioned a offer for rs899+tax monthly.

                                But now i am receiving monthly bill of rs999+tax, when i try to discuss the same with the customer care executive they just ask me to pay the bill which is completely incorrect and they put me on hold then disconnect the call abruptly.

                                My account number with hathway is [protected].

                                I was sold one plan and now being billed for another plan for the month of april and may(Prepaid payment).

                                I would like if team hathway can redo my billing and charge me appropriately to what i was sold initially(Rs899+tax monthly).

                                  I had payed 3870 rs advance for 3months on 23rd april 2016 . Installation was done on 31st april 2016. And internet stopped working on 1st may 2016 for which i had launched a complaint. I received a complaint number via text. They said complaint was launced on 1st may 2016 (Sunday) hence it was a holiday and technician would arrive in next 24 working hours.


                                  After which i have contacted consumer support of gtpl 30 more time which is never reachable. And if reachable then it get dropped intentionally or due to some issue im not aware about that.

                                  I found their services highly irresponsible and unprofessional.

                                  I need an urgent solution or refund of my advance payment

                                      Internet isnt working. Called up gtpl customer service. Was told to perform a few tech steps. Did that. It didnt work. They raised a complaint, complaint no.: 1241047. After sometime, i get a message that the issue has been resolved. So i checked the internet connection. Unfortunately, it didnt work yet. I was still not able to use internet. Called up again to the customer care. Advisor:bhavna. She assured it will be done and raised another complaint. Complaint no: 1241346. And told to wait another 24 hours. I waited. Technician came in the morning. And left in ten minutes after half n hour saying he will get it sorted in half n hour. Been 4 hours, technician didnt turn up. I called customer service again. Advisor:bhavesh, told me to be wait for another 24 hours. He said that he put in on urgent priority. I wander why it wasnt urgent till then. I then ask him to connect me to manager as bhavesh seemed to have limited access. He said it will done in 24 hours. I then ask again, is the manager going to be available after 24 hours? Failed to understand my question he repeats same old answer. I then ask again for abt ten times. Then he says, call after 1 or 1.5 hours. I ask 1 hour or 1.5 specifically? He said then, 1.5 or 2 hours. Looks like he wasnt sure himself. In a team of customer service filled with unhelpful employees is there no manager?????? I then again ask for time that i can call. Unfortunately, he put the call on mute. I kept on talking and he was listening but not responding. Such a lame customer service from gtpl. I then called again, cs advisor: amit. He said he will put it on urgent priority. Makes me laugh, urgent on top o[censored]rgent. Says the issue will be sorted by 7pm. Why did itnot happen in the previous call. Told him to connect to a manager to confirm or at least give a confirmation text. To the failure, nothing happened. Neither did he raise any complaint for the inconvenience at previous call with bhavesh. And i am just waiting for the internet connection suffering the loss of 2.5k which i could have earned. Looks like going forward i wont be recommending this gtpl to anyone. My contact number is: [protected]

                                        I have been using the broadband services of hathway bearing account no. 1132015 since the last 2.8 years. Hathway sales people misled me stating their broadband bandwidth as 50mbps. Since the last 2.8 years, i have never got 50mbps speed, all i would get is 5mbps, 10mbps, at max 15mbps.

                                        Despite complaining many times they said simply, the bandwidth speed is upto 50mbps, which was not mentioned anywhere in their pamphlets, even today they keep emphasizing that they would provide 50mbps bandwidth and try to grab market. I was not told the same thing at the time of taking up this broadband connection.

                                        I gave a couple of complaints to the concerned department at hathway, still the complaint is not yet resolved.

                                        I demand an explanation, and in return i would expect a compensation from them for misinforming or misleading me (As a customer) regarding their services.

                                        Every time i would get connectivity issues, they take a lot of time to get them resolved. Also they have only landline telephone numbers for customer service they do not have toll free numbers. Usually to pick up one's complaint they make us wait for 10mins, and they conversation ends for 10 more mins. Altogether 20mins ( it means 20inr). Imagine if a customer gets 5 network issues in a month, usually it happens.

                                        So 20 *5=100 inr additionally a customer is paying. Per month, the price for broadband services is approximately 700 inr depending on the type of packages in services the price would differ . For compalints another 100 inr each customer is spending indeed i usually spend. So 800 inr a customer is spending. Which is huge compared to its competitors like act fiber.

                                        Why don't they have a toll free number for the complaints and customer care service.
