Hi, my account id for hathway is # [protected]. I've requested for a shift of connection on 29th march via call to the customer centre and they said that they have taken the request. However we didn't receive any sms/email stating the same. I called back on 1st april and found out that the previous rep did not open any ticket, so i opened a ticket 01042016w0668-1 however they've closed the ticket on 3rd april stating that service has been provided. I've called back on the same day asking them why they've closed the ticket without shifting the connection, they've mentioned that they've reopened the ticket and someone would call us in the next few hours. However, i've been calling hathway everyday for the last 5 days and each rep tells me that they've escalated the issue to their manager and that a technician would contact us. But not a single person has contacted us. Today i've called them again and after 20 mins of conversation the rep tells me that they could not provide the connection to my locality. My concern is why did they kept on making me wait for 10 days when they could not provide the connection, i'd need the refund of my money that i've paid for as i've opted for 3 months plan, however the rep tells me to go to a location to ask for my refund and that it cannot be done online. Why is this the case? When asking for a connection they've come and collected the money. However why should i go to a far off location and not get my money online or at my home? Also, why did it take all the reps 10 days to inform me that they cannot provide connection at this location? Why is it that despite of calling you people each day why did no manager or any authoritative person did not observe the repetitive scenario and informed me of the situation. How can such a reputed company have such a pathetic service? How can the representatives of your team be so irresponsible? This is the ticket they provided me when i've asked for connection cancellation as they cannot provide me one at my new address # 03042016w0437. Please look into this and find out how your representatives acted irresponsibly and provide me a resolution in getting my money refunded as no service is been provided to me. Thanks for nothing as i've wasted hours of my time each day talking to a new rep with no zeal to provide any resolution to the customer with a complaint as i've had to explain the same scenario to each rep every day.Kindly let me know when and how would i get my money back?

    I got new connection of Hathway Broadband on 29th Jan, 2016. Since that time I am getting very poor service from the company. The executives at the Call centres are totally non-professional. The Nodal office - Sikander Ali doesn't even bother to reply to customer emails and when I called him, he doesn't even have answers to my queries. I have lodged 'n' number of complaints regarding the disconnections and speed issues, however after resloving the issue, the internet only works fine for few days.

      Ame here, We are also facing the same problem as mentioned by Mr.Ravi Sinha, Iam the resident of Shriram Samruddhi, Kundanahalli gate, Bangalore. On my complaint to the cable operator, without even checking the problem, they have taken the hathway setup box saying that the capacitor is gone and we need to pay Rs. 200 for the same. Even after a months time we still have not received the box nor the complaint has been resolved.

      Iam fedup of these guys and hathway service . and have no option.
      Calling & talking to them politely and following up everday which has become my routine work. Especially chasing[protected]Purushothama (Phone is busy all the time). Request you to pls look into this.

      VERY WORST SERVICE FROM SLV CABLE NETWORK. ACTION TO BE TAKEN...

        I had Hathway broadband for a while. Due to consistent bad service quality, I terminated their services in October 2015.

        Hathway is still sending me bills thanking me for availing their services and requesting payment.

        I have written to their email ID confirming closure, told the same thing when their executives called me several times. I even wrote to their nodal office. But still demand notices have not stopped.

        My customer ID is 1312697.

        You may choose to stay away from Hathway but they won't let you.

          Hi!

          Hathway customer id : 1439139

          The renewal of my connection was on 25th of march, i don't wanted to use the hathway broadband connection anymore, so i didn't applied for renewal and requested them to close my connection, collect the router and refund my deposit of router.

          But since 10 days i'm trying to contact them, calling to customer care(As per the customer care answer the executive will come in next 24 hours) but no one is collecting the router and initiating deposit refund process.

          I've talked to customer care, even i've mailed about this issue to the nodel officer as well, but no one is taking any kind of action on it.

            I have purchased GTPL broadband before 30 days. I am facing issue since 1st day. I am not able to configure internet through router. Internet is working fine with my laptop, but if i connect cable with router it always show cable not detected. I have already added my router's mac address with my account. I have tried same router at my friends home it works absolutely fine with GTPL, so i am confirmed there is no problem with router, even though i have changed router also. I already did many complaints in GTPL customer care my complaint numbers are 1123760, 1125914, 1128184, 1148353, 1149017, 1158874. But no one arrived to resolve problem, even no one called me also, they are directly closing tickets without any notification to me.

            I even called up the guy from GTPL who has filled up the form and received money, but he is also not responding. Instead he replies if you might have purchased router from them they only it would work properly. This is disgusting, if i already had router then why should i purchase another router?

            I even sent mail to nodal officer gujarat of gtpl as well as Appellate authority Gujarat before 10 days, but still my complaint is not resolved.

            No one is giving answer to me.

              I have registered complain to close the connection as i am shifting to new location and Hathway service is not available in that area.So wanted to close the connection. But nobody registered that I have to close the connection I called more than 5 times.

              And uncessarily they are charging 500 rs. after every 10 days. for 2 days internet will start automatically as I have not asked for the service. and after 2 days it will stop again.

                  During renewal on Dec 31st 2015, they promised extra one month free for 3 months subscription. I'm follow up since 2 months now its deactivated and they didn't give any free month offer. I called so many times to customer care. Every time they are rising ticket and they will say they'll get back. But never get back and now asking me to pay the bill again. Problem is still pending (latest complaint no:[protected]. Now I have realized Hathway promises all fake only. My advise to people don't believe hathway promises. Please spread this news thanks.

                    Hd box purchased in dec 2015, since it's inception, the hd channels are appearing with various disturbences. 1, frequent is common phenomena, green square grains in most of the hd channels are appearing disturbing the view.. We have already brought this anomaly to the notice of the concerned. So far no measures are being initiated. Kindly took into the matter on priority and set right/or replace the set provided.

                      Hi,
                      Despite of multiple follow-ups our broadband connect bill of which for 3 months have been paid on 13th march 2016 has been inactive since friday evening and customer care people are just making excuses for resolution of the issue for 2 hours, 3 hours or even end of the day. We have a receipt of payment of Rs. 3775 for 3 months 30GB plan but we are unable to access the internet for 3 days straight. Please help us resolve this issue as the company people are not willing to co-operate.

                        I have been using GTPL since last year, subscribed for one year broadband plan of 10 mbps. Already paid full amount for whole year subscription at the time of installation.

                        Since last 1.5 month I have been complaining for low speed, no network in customer care, every time they call and say "We will look into this issue and try to solve asap" however I do not see any progress in this.

                        I was using Ticona before I subscribed gtpl, its was much better than GTPL in terms of customer service. I have opted for GTPL only because of this 10mbps scheme but ended up disappointed with there services.

                          I have been using hathway broadband services. On 13/03/2016 i moved to new location in Mumbai. I was earlier residing in Borivali and now i moved to Kandivali. I had already recharged for a period of three months on 12/02/2016 around Rs 2700/-, initially i enquired with hathway about the service at the new location and they stated that they would provide the service at my new location too. However, once i shifted to new location i called them for installation and then they started giving reason that they do not provide service at this location.
                          As i had already paid amount for three months and i have my deposit placed with them towards the router too. i have already communicated to them thrice and they have only replied once and then there is no news from they about the refund of amount.
                          I request you to help me in getting my amount for the two months and my deposit amount too. As it is not my fault and its they who are not providing the service and i had confirmed before rechariging and they confirmed that they provide service and now they are not responding. Please guide me.

                              I paid the rental charges of april 2016 on 28th march 2016 for tv cable connection, in spite of advance rental payment my cable connection disconnected on 31 mar 2016. My several phone calls to the concerned representative is in vain. Even i did not receive any response from the head office. I hereby request the concerned authorities to take immediate necessary action for disconnecting my cable connection in spite of advance rental charges.

                                My hathway account no: [protected]and transaction id hat70671af6cab42i had paid for broadband connection for 3 months timeline but suddenly on 12 march connection gets cancelled saying your three months are expired but just 2 months were completed. After following up with the hathway and their local cable person i got my connection active.I had also buyed 3 subscribed channels but that are not showing up and after putting several complaints just 1 channel got active star movies the other 2 channels hbo and warner brothers are still not active. I am tired with regular follow up with them as so far the problem is not solved and no one is bothered to resolve the issue. They mention if we want to escalate issues we have to email to [protected]@hathway, i also did that but no acknowledgement of email nor any reply.

                                Please help as my connection is going to expire by 17 april.

                                  I have paid advance rent for six months. am having home connection. today is[protected] @9.56am itself, I have received sms saying that my usage limit is completed and speed is downgraded.
                                  I never get full speed... simply I receive an sms and the wify gets off.
                                  infact, I use hathway very minimum. am having unlimited BSNL data card and broadband connection.
                                  am maintaining hathway as standby, which never satisfied me in providing service.
                                  most painful connection.

                                      Before 16 months, i have renewal internet connection for 12+3 months. After 6 months internet is not working i was tried call to customer care and emailing but no response, after finishing above plan, salesman person contact me and give hope for do not raise any problem.
                                      And renewal again for 6+2 month plan. After 1 month same problem create do not give answer me and i was also send email to nodalofficer.[protected]@gtpl.Net,
                                      Appellateauthority.[protected]@gtpl.Net, [protected]@gtpl.Net and complaint raise on gtpl.Net but no response.

                                      We want refund money, because this company is do not give service at my home.

                                        previously as soon i started p.C. Automatically net started working, previous to that i was to log in, which stopped and
                                        i was automatically connected as soon as started p.C.
                                        Now there is no login board, no automatic connection
                                        only on phone i get sms daily that
                                        "dear customer as on date you have consumed 14174.707 mb out of 18432 mb.This is just to keep you informed on your account usage."
                                        how can i use balace before due date if i am not connected.
