Dear sir,

I have taken gtpl connection at my home on 26th january 2016. Gtpl marketing guy mr.Divyang have given me receipt of payment of rs. 4070/- and told me that your connection will be activated within 7 days from today. Though after this date over 1 month passed away but till today internet connection not activated on my pc even for a single day. I called customer care, i called divyang no of times but no one have given me solution of this problem

    To whom so ever it may concern,

    This is to inform you that i have subscribe for your internet services on the name of kalpesh mevada (Id: kalpesh22291) since 3 years. I had no queries regarding your internet services. But few days back i've received renal call from one of your excutive mr. Jayesh somaiya ( [protected],[protected]. He asked me to renew the subscription for the new year. Event hough my subscription has not yet completed and have 20 more days to expire. My interent has been stopped since 3 days and your excutive is not picking my calls. I've called him for almost 50 times.

    Request you to take some action against him before i file a case against him in consumer forum.

        Sir recently i transfered my home in ahmedabad. i contactected new supplier of gtpl for connection in new area where he said that you have to take noc from old supplier through mail after that i communicated with old supplier where hw ensured me to give noc but when i again contected to new supplier he said still there are no noc received from old supplier.and when i called to old supplier he said i already sent noc.
        In this way i still not getting a new connection at my new home. kindly solve this confusion and make a new connection.

            Hi, My name is pavan. In the month of November 2015. I got a message from Hathway stayting that. If i make the payment for 3 month in advance payment i will get 1 month extra free. I believed that and made the payment of INR.2793/- on 28th Nov 2015. Hathway people had given written receipt receipt 3months+1 month. As per this offer i need to get internet connection till 28th March 2016. But till Feb 2016. There was no issue on the same. In the manth of feb 2016. Every day i use to get SMS for renewal of my account. I called to n number of times to customer care for the clarification but no one has responded. Finaly on 3rd March 2016 they had disconnedted my connection. My wife use to work from home on the same internet. I use to check my mails on same internet. My kid use to play videos on same interent. From 3rd march to till date there is no action has been taken from hathway. They cheated me. I wasted my time to call customer care almost 10 hours during this period. Request to take a action aginest them.

                Neha cable network in D-2 block janakpuri your distributor increased cable charges without prior notice and when asked got angry and cut our cable connection and refused to give security deposit of set top box.we have been customer of hathway from such a long time and are satisfied with your services but your distributor is misbehaving s as well as forfeiting our security deposit. .kindly see to it and do needful.we will b grateful.waiting for prompt intimation

                        My Cable Operator has installed Hathway setup box more than a 2 month back. There are many channels are blocked and coming message of "You're not authorized to view this channel" till 04th March. From 05th March all channels are blocked and give the above error.

                          I called for an internet connection from hathway on the 10th of February 2016.Hathway was quick to respond and on the 12th a representative from hathway visited my house and explained me about the plan and offers available. As per my convenience I chose a plan which cost me 3800rs. The person promised to install the modem and get the connection going within 7days. The cheque I provided was realised on the 15th of February. The funds were transferred to hathway on the same day. After all of this smooth flow of transaction Hathway showed it's true colors. The representative who collected the cheque never picks my phone call.and even after speaking to the customer service executive's who promise for a response within 4 hours never call back. Even after speaking to their 2nd level team who promised a call back within 1 hour failed to resolve my issue. As I'm typing this it's the 5th of March 2016 which is the 23rd day.almost past 15daya beyond the committed time from Hathway.I have spoken to atleast 15 different customer care executive's and called them atleast 15-20 time.without any concern for the money that I paid and nothing but dissapointed from.them everytime I speak to them.This is the worst possible service anybody can expect from Hathway. A complete disregard to a customer's issue. I hope the management of hathway are reading this and understand the kind of issues their Consumer's are facing.All u manager's of hathway get ur act right or else there will be a day when the consumers will stop waiting for.u and the company will soon be extinct.This is one last go I have before I hit the court.

                            My account number is 1114656, I recently called customer care to report slow internet, i was informed that my 25gb data usage was over as per my plan. My plan starts on 11 of the month, I called customer care on 29 feb. During the conversation i was told almost everyday 1gb data was used (that should me 18gb 11 - 29) i asked them what was my data usage on 27th feb 2016, they told me it was 1gb. I am unable to understand how did i use 1gb data on 27th feb as no was present at my home, the net was switched off and home was locked. I have mailed Hathway Broadband thrice and called several times. I havnt received and feedback/reply for the mail and customer care tells me "they cant help me", their higher authorities also seems to be to busy to attend when asked. I kindly request you to look into the matter and sought things for me asap.

                              My GTPL internet user id is dkjoshi11.I've registerd my compalin regularly since 3 days.But, It can't be solved YET.I have already paid my payment as advance.when payment taken from ur executive he give assurance about ur superb service.But, Actually ur service is totally worst. Third class.And ya Tomorrow will Sunday.Nobody in ur Team of technical person on duty.And As payment collection side ready for any time.even i cal him to collect cheque at 8.00pm ya 9.00pm he arrived on the spot.So, why this fast service not occured in complain solution.My complain is pending since last 3 days.and tomorrow sunday.then 4 days.I purchase this connection about only one month ago.so poor service.Same on it.If today my net connection not start i'll take legal action.

                                I am not getting KIRAN TV Which is a Malayalam language al a CARTE channel for which I have subscribed. However despite payment the channel is going off line frequently. Last four days it is not coming with a message E16-4 Service is currently scrambled.

                                  On 1st March, I paid ₹ 3570/- for Renewing my Broadband Connection Plan for next 6 months. Firstly I didn't get any sort of acknowledgement from GTPL yet and secondly from more than 72+ hours my complaint is not being lodged or taken seriously. I raised an online complaint ticket which is yet unanswered. I called for more than 10 times but I didn't get proper response on call. They were just ignoring the fact that they got payment but they can not start the service. They couldn't confirm whether they got the renewal payment or not. I didn't see this kind of lethargic approach towards consumer complaint ever.

                                    Continuous disconnection from May till date, no timely assistance and issue has not yet been resolved.
                                    Ticket Numbers allotted. Failure on part of the GTPL company to provide regular broadband service.

                                    Desirable Resolution - Refund the amount paid for 2 yrs contract 8, 000 INR after deducting for the amount as per the usage.

                                      Dear Hathway Users.

                                      I feel very bad for Hathway Customer Service numbers.

                                      The New Customer Service they have Provided is not Even Toll Free
                                      [protected], this number is Chargeable to the Hathaway Customers which they keep waiting to there customers.

                                      And When i talked about this service, the CSE asked me have you ever used customer service numbers for ICICI or Vodaphone or others they also keep waiting if the CSE department is busy . And i was Like i totally agrred but the Number they have provided is a TOLL FREE NUMBER dude, and he was silient then and didnt argued .

                                      I am in Doubt that Does Hathway find themselves in financial Crisis that they cannot even allocate Toll free number for there Customers.

                                      Ya i think i will have to wait another 10 years for this Toll- free Service.

                                        My Account Number is 1500182, i am facing internet issues 5-6 times monthly and company isnt taking necessary action inspite of several complaints logged to them.

                                        Latest Comaplaint number[protected]

                                        Now when i am trying to call them on the IVR they have setup maintenance work for 2 hrs but now its already more than a day so not able to contact the call center.

                                        Note : They have not infrmed on the maintenance work in advance.

                                        Please take necessary action against the company.
