Dear sir,

My Hathway ID is 1568878, their is an issue in my internet in last 7-8 days regarding this issue i called many time in given number [protected].they gives me complaint number but not solve my issue. So i request to you please solve my issue other wise my cut off my connection hathway.

1st complaint number :[protected]
2nd complaint number:[protected]

My current plan is 2 MB in Day and 4 MB in Night.
BUT Current Speed of Downloading is 0.35 to0.75 mb and Uploading is .01 to0.1 mb last 7-8 days

first of all, i called customer care number and tell them my problem but they told me you start your router then told me its problem in network, they registered my complaint, similarly its happens in more then 6-7 times but their is no solution..

    I have been using Hathway Cable TV set up box. Most of the times Cable will be disconnected. Always it gives error message as Setup box is unable to receive a signal. on march 2nd and 3rd 2016 for the whole day, signal was continuously having issues. I have been asking cable provider to fix it and he says its problem with main Hathway signal. No one is bothered to fix it. Really i am frustrated with this Hathway Cable. Please help us to get this fixed or provide other operators for Cable connections. As per my experience, Hathway is the worst cable TV providers.

      Hi,
      My internet connectivity has been disconnected due to lack of payment or over due as per the service provider informed me. Then I contacted the person multiple times to collect the amount from my home as GTPL.net was not working from my mobile browser and though I could not pay.
      Today the person came at my home to take a payment and today morning, I have checked my GTPL account in between my working hours from office desk and I found that my recharge date was 22nd August 2016. The plan is having 7momths validity (6 months + 1 month) but as per the person, who was coming to collect the amount, was telling that my last recharge was done on 30th May 2015 and my account was over due since last 2 months.

      I argued him many times on phone call as I was in office at 4.30 pm today about my last payment date but he refused every time and he was asking for receipt. I told him that I had check online payment history and it was showing me last payment date as 22nd August 2015 still he refused all my arguments and told me that online history was wrong.

      At last, my family member found the last payment receipt and gave him to verify the date. He convinced after seeing the receipt and told me that he was the person who collect the last payment from me and I shocked as he watsted my working time and disturbed me mentally as well.

      I told him that my internet was not working since last four days then he told me to file the complaint and I filed it for the same. He told me to do whatever I could and literally ridiculous answered given by him.

      Now my question is :

      Who is responsible for my last four days internet service failure?

      How can I trust on the person who is coming to collect the money at door step?

      There is no original receipt provided by the service provider or the person/agent who is interconnected.

      My plan is having day-night unlimited scheme of 512kbps - 2 Mbps at night but I never get 2 Mbps speed. Before this I was having 1Mbps plan for night and at that time I was received 1Mbps completely.

      I had also complained many times about the internet speed as well but every time it was ignored by the superior person.

      One more thing, at the time of filing complaint, person gives a complaint number and one hope that technical person will be at your door step and till today no one was coming at my door step to resolve the issue.

      In short, totally worst SERVICE is provided by the service provoder . I'm filing this complaint with the help of neighbouring INTERNET service.

      Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Hi,
      I will not close this complaint until the proper resolution provided to me. The technical team has contacted me twice on wrong time without prior notifications and I had few conversations with the technical personal as well but still their behaviour or the way they give the answer is not proper. The technical person was not ready to hear my complaint and he was arguing with me on the router issue. At last he told me the same sentence the superior or the money collection person had told me.

      I'm writing you the sentences which he told me on the telephonic conversations as he did not come at my home to resolve my problem.

      "You can you whatever you like the situation will not be stable in case of service and you have to ready to survive with technical issue and you will have to make complaint again and again. I don't want to take more with you and you can register your complain with Customer Care."
      Dear support team,

      The issue is still pending from my end, there was no reply from GTPL Internet provider in this case. So, I'm not going to make this as resolve.

          We have opted for hathway package which is selected in hathway official website with all channels selected and submitted the request with card details.

          Local provider told they dont give flexi plan and we have to take whatever the plan we give to them.

            I am using hathway braodband services from November 2015.
            I am having repeated service problems from the service provider.
            Their is no continuous and good quality service from the service provider.
            I registered a series of complaints on 26th February 2016 till date regarding internet connectivity issue.
            After repeated follow ups, The problem remains as it is. In addition, no technician ever called me or visited my home for actual problem understanding.

            One thing to be noticed is that there is no continuous and good quality service at all. After several days of continuous service, There is discontinuation due to some problems.

              I am facing slowness and on 26th when I called Customer Care, I have informed that my data usage is exceeded and
              I have to wait till 1st of March for renewal of my subscription. and as an alternate I had bought top-up of 10GB for Rs.573, which hasn't been activated yet,
              Now on 2nd May, I still face the same slowness issue and after calling to Customer care I have now informed a total new story that my billing cycle is on 24th of every month.
              My queries are:
              1. Why I have been informed as my billing cycle is on 1st of every month and forced me to do a top-up if its actually on 24th?

              2. If it's on 24th of every month, why I didn't get renewed on time?

              3. Why people sitting as Customer Care doesn't provide exact information nor co-operates except repeating the same 'sorry' without looking into the actual issues?

                My net is not working from last 7 days..the executive of customer care..is just said that wait for 24 hr..but its more than 6 days..no one is coming from gtpl to solve my problem..i am disappointed with service provider..they said it a down time so your net is not working..this is happen from last 6 days..so solve my problem

                    It shows on Router WI FI signal okay but while operating in Computer shows signal for internet failed.Morover 512 speed as claimed while booking and taking money is not justified .

                    I hope Government or Authorized Company should hold licence for operating with refund of money .This is not expected .Even calling their Representative Mr.Vipul today at 9.30 A M for not working last night till 12.00 Noon he replied after visit to Office shall inform .Regret to inform that people is only interested for Booking not service

                      they say fair usage policy and its been finished without being used
                      after placing complaint they give complaint number and never respond to the complaints plz dont take hathway

                        My Hathway Customer No is 16016921. I have a frequent issue with poor internet connectivity or complete failure. Every complaint is met with a standard response of 'will be solved within 4 hours' however there is no long term solution. We have no connectivity for the past 4 days. My complaint number 15989590 has been marked resolved in the system despite no effort being made. I have called again and complained and have now been given a new complaint number 16016921. Hathway should review calls and complaints and its infrastructure as the staff response and performance is extremely shoddy.

                          I have taken up the plan for internet connection which promises 50 mbps upto 15 gb, then after 15 gb of data usage 1 mbps unlimited data usage but it doest provide speed upto 1 mbps post 15 gb data consumption, its not even half of speed .

                          Its totally a false advertisement based on which i took connection but now its completely slow not as expected

                            Sir, im a user of hathway brodband in delhi ncr noida.. i saw the advt. of hathway which stated that on new connection they will provide free router and also said me the price 1030 approx for the firts months and said from next month i only need to pay 899 but next month they said me i need to pay 1030 again. so i decided to discontinue the connection. and they started saying that they will collect the router if i want to discotinue, . they are cheating a consumer. so i need help plz...
                            i dont think i should return the router as they said its free and nowhere on the advt. they have wrriten that its only usable until i have the connection. they are trying to cheat ppl by false advt. so they must be punsihed.

                              No service available from you people..regarding recharging of account.
                              I have registered complaint several times almost 10-15 times from last 10 days.
                              i receive massages that service will be provided with in 24 hours but no service is provided..pathetic response ..really facing great difficulties.
                              and even i get message that my complaint has been closed without even getting service.

                                  WORST SERVICE. Whenever called in hathway office either it is busy or no one attends the calls. Cable service is unavailable since 3 days now and no one is responding. Every month their people come right on time to collect payment but they dont provide service at all. Soon will be changing to some other dth operator.

Request you pls take a look at such issues across Bangalore and put full stop to such anti social elements... Why should we citizen's dance to their tunes ...
