    Mo [protected] my problem was very old since i had purchased this plan, , my plan is 512 kbps and 2 mbps but unfortunately i am recieve only 1 and less than 1 mbps, i was complaint many times still no engineer was come and no visited, such i am very feeling bad for this poor service,

      We had raise complaint on 18th march our local area(Vadodara makarpura) net not working. So please look at this matter. After that one person came look into this matter net started to work only for few hours on 19th march continuously we call gtpl support to solve our problems we register 4 time complaint and one our complaint is close with out solving our issue.

      When i call customer care today they didn't raise my complaint and i told the customer care to transfer call to senior he refuse and directly said no to me.

      Worst services gtpl are providing to us. Me and my friends are going to quit out from gtpl and we will said to other don't use gtpl services.

        I am using GTPL connection (Kubernagar, Ahmedabad) since last year..I have subsribed to the plan having bandwith of 10MBPS. its been 3-4 months there is no speed of data as such, i have made complains to the customer care several times, almost twice a week to send someone to check the connection but they failed to do so. everytime i call to CC and make them understand the problem for 10 mins. I am fed up with the problem and no more require this connection and even want my refund back.
        For reference my GTPL Id is - Dashwani08

          My hathway broad account number is 1335659. There are 2 complaints that i have:

          1. The internet speed was always less than promised and there were issue of frequent disconnection- i had put in multiple complaints but every time it was closed without my consent with no resolution. I have attached the screen-shots taken at various times when the system quota was not fully used and i was supposed to get the promised speed of 50 mbps. In the last complaint i had a site visit done where they agreed that the speed is low and said we will have service engineers come in and rectify the problem- but again as usual this never happened and the complaint was automatically closed without my consent

          2. I had been promised free 1 week connection when i upgrade my plan (I had taken an email confirmation ) which is attached. Now despite repeated reminders and emails this commitment has not been honored and my connection has been disconnected.

              I have gtpl broadband connection. ahmedabad.client id:bb230348 I have paid 8150 rs to gtpl which provide 1000 gb for 1 year at 10 mbps speed. There is a kind o[censored]nsatisfactory issue with gtpl. I have complained at around 10 times within a month regarding my wifi speed and connection error. . I have to complain every 2 - 3 day per week. When i complain regarding wifi speed and failed connection, they always register my complain but after 2 - 3 days they close my complain without solving problem. Though my browsing speed is 10 mbps, i usually get less than 0.5 mbps speed. Technician person not coming to see problem. I request you to solve this problem for me. And contact gtpl regarding my wifi speed and connection error.

                I am Rohan Shinde. User of hathway broadband services pune region. My Customer id is 1285430. They charged RS 100 extra in balance amount.
                My remaining payment was Rs 302/- and they charged me Rs 400 as balance amount.
                Also on their online payment portal they do not display exact amount to be paid. They show amount without taxes. Consumer could not get idea exactly how much money to be paid.

                  I have requested for a new broadband connection with hathway in mumbai.Its been 10 days I dont receive any updates about the modem which is yet to fixed.Numerous calls to their call centres and area manager AbhayParekh [protected] goes in vain.When they do answer they don't give you a specific time in the day they would be coming and you wait endlessly.They never show up.While filing this complaint I am still waiting and trying to contact the manager who doesn't respond.

                  I feel all this is useless unless common man is aware of these rogues who mentally harass you and no one is accountable.

                    My account no is 1271521. I have made a payment of 1270.60 to renew my subscription for this month. I have made my payment on 11th March but the account has been activated yet. I have called the customer service for more than 10 times but none of them have been able to resolve my issue.

                    They have transferred the calls to the managers and escalated the issue. But none of them responded after being on hold for more than 30 mins. They cut me off after sometime.
                    They say the issue will be resolved in 4 hours but it's been almost 5 days.
                    When I asked them for explanation and told them to refund my money, they don't respond and cut me off.

                    They would start calling everyday before 10 days of the due date. But once the payment is made, they just doesn't care about the customers.
                    I have spent more than 300 rupees calling the customer care in 5 days.

                    I don't want to continue with Hathway anymore. I want the money to be refunded at the earliest.

                    Sadly I faced the same issue.. the customer service is pathetic! For me they shamelessly said that they have refunded my money back on the same day I recharged and just marked the issue as resolved. They have not refunded my money back and shamelessly keep calling me to renew the service!

                    I dont know how to get this resolved. My Hathway account number is [protected]. Bangalore.
                    I made the payment on 28thDec 2020, but the internet service is not activated till today(20th jan2021). I tried to reach out to the executive who guided me to make the payment but she is not responding after I made the payment also reached out to customer care [protected] unfortunately this customer care is not helpful as it is asking me to call the same number while I am in call itself..

                    Note :they have not refunded the amount also they mentioned my contact number wrongly in the bill

                    No follow up, No resopnsibilty at all from the local Hathway team.

                    Please take necessary action against the responsible so that Hathway will sustain otherwise I don't see it's future .. as I can see number of similar cases online

                      My account Number is 1331617. My plan was Speedway 2 Mbps, which consisted 2MBps for 15 GB, and 512 KBps onwards unlimited for a month. I used to pay 2100 for 3 months. I converted the same plan to monthly, for which the hathway executive collected 700Rs. but now i'm told to pay Rs 607 extra, saying that your plan is postpaid plan, without prior information. The customer care people are rude and unable to give a solution, nor replying to the emails.

                        Hi,

                        My Hathway A/c no is 966420. My net was closed through out November, December & part of January. So I requested them to consider this part of 75 days in my billing cycle and sent me bill for remaining part. Also my co-coordinator Yogesh (Hathway Kandivali Branch person) has taken my repeater of WIFI since last 3.5 months for repair work which I purchased from him (Hathway ) which has not been yet returned.

                        I have followed up with them many times but there is no response from them.

                        I request you to see to this matter at the earliest.

                          This is the worst service I have ever had and the customer care representatives behaviour is the worst..I already made a payment for a top up of 10 gb...the same is not processed after 48 hours of payment and even after several times of calling the customer care..they say the plan doesnt exist anymore(even though I was able to recharge the plan, given in their site) and are not ready to refund also...I am a highly disatisfied customer and I would make sure in future to ask my friends and relatives not to go for hathway..

                              My account got deactivated. At the time of sales they said its a 3+1 month offer. I have prepaid the amountI for 3 months. But, it is deactivated now after completing 3 months. I have been in constant follow up and forwarded the bill copy and marked it to their nodal officers and appellate authorities around 6 times. Every time they will say that they are going to arrange a call back but none turned up till date. If I shout at them they will temporarily activate it for 2 or 3 days again it will get deactivated.

                                They promised an auto renewal option and when I opted for it, the next month's money was NOT deducted from my prepaid wallet of sorts. They suspend my connection without any notice and the GOOD FOR NOTHING customer care gives the same old we will restore it in 4 hours for the past four days. My money is stuck with them and there has been no service yet. Worst part? I the fourth day, some customer care fellow calls me to remind that I haven't paid yet. What the??? On day five, someone else promises connection will be restored in half an hour. I didn't even call you guys today. You yourself make a promise and don't freaking stick to it. Different people giving different reasons, all uniquely ridiculous. Frustrating customer experience and the worst and unprofessional service EVER. wouldnt recommend this connection provider even to the worst of my enemies.

                                  My Hathway Broadband Account number is 1536069.

                                  I took their HD 2 Stream plan ( 50 Mbps speed with 15 GB monthly data cap) in January 2016, with billing cycle starting on the 23rd of each month. This connection was taken after paying an advance amount of Rs. 2747.

                                  During the 1st billing cycle from January 23rd, 2016 to February 23rd, 2016, the speed was dropped to 1Mbps saying I had crossed the 15 GB monthly data cap limit. Accepted.

                                  So at least for the second billing cycle starting from February 23rd, 2016 they should have restored the speed to 50 MBps. They did not, and my speed remained at 1Mbps. So I called their service centre several times, and all they do is register a new complaint ID every time, and they say the following 4 reasons every single time :

                                  - Sir, have registered your complaint, your issue will be resolved in 4 hours.
                                  - Sir, have registered your complaint, your issue will be resolved by the end of the day.
                                  - Sir, have registered your complaint, by tomorrow first half, the issue will be resolved.
                                  - Sir, have raise the complaint on priority basis, and a technician will come to your house in the evening.

                                  Despite of all this, my issue has never been resolved, nor has any technician come to the house to repair it even once.

                                  When the next time I called asking to speak to the floor manager, the Customer Care member (a Mr. Ashutosh) told me, he was busy and couldn't attend now, and instead asked me to write a mail to [protected]@hathway.net . I did the same, and no reply has come nor has their been any resolution to the issue.

                                  Now since, March 9th 2016, their has been no internet service itself. When I called regarding this, they told me there was an issue, in our area (Gokuldham, Goreagon -East) and was being sorted out, that's why I was having the issue and it would be resolved within 24 hours. The next day when I called, he told me that the issue in the area had been resolved, but yet I had no internet, so he remotely tried to reset my router, which failed. So he tells me that my issue can't be resolved from there and he'd send a technician by evening to resolve it. The same cycle has started all over again, with me calling them every day, and they keep saying it'll be resolved.

                                  I was finally able to talk to the floor manager yesterday and he told me it was because I had not made the bill payment. I told him, your service centre person told me that the Internet in our area was the issue and that I had already made the advance payment for 3 months. On hearing this, he had nothing to say and went back to saying the issue will be resolved soon.

                                  Clearly, this company and its customer support have no idea what the problem is, and they just keep beating around the bush, trying to fault the customer.

                                  THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE AND PRODUCT SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED. IT'S BEEN 3 DAYS NOW, AND I STILL HAVE NO INTERNET . ALL MY MEANS OF BUSINESS, WORK AND COMMUNICATION HAVE BECOME STRANDED BECAUSE OF THIS.

                                    I have taken gtpl connection at my home on 26th january 2016. Gtpl marketing guy mr.Divyang have given me receipt of payment of rs. 4070/- and told me that your connection will be activated within 7 days from today. Though after this date over 1 month passed away but till today internet connection not activated on my pc even for a single day. I called customer care, i called divyang no of times but no one have given me solution of this problem

                                      This is to inform you that i have subscribe for your internet services on the name of kalpesh mevada (Id: kalpesh22291) since 3 years. I had no queries regarding your internet services. But few days back i've received renal call from one of your excutive mr. Jayesh somaiya ( [protected],[protected]. He asked me to renew the subscription for the new year. Event hough my subscription has not yet completed and have 20 more days to expire. My interent has been stopped since 3 days and your excutive is not picking my calls. I've called him for almost 50 times.

                                      Request you to take some action against him before i file a case against him in consumer forum.
