This is regarding the account no. 1117666, which I was using for a year before I had to move to Pune for career shift.
I had requested for disconnection of my services on 14th July 2015, since I was moving to Pune on15th. After repeated mails, I did not get any reply. I believe it was on purpose to keep my account active and keep me charging. If I called them up, they put me on hold for half an hour on the pretext of checking my details. I tried raising so many complaints, but the service desk guys were extremely unhelpful.
After a lot of emails and contacting the customer care, the router was finally collected. After this I settled the pending bill, believing that the connection would now be closed.
However, to my surprise, I kept receiving bills in the further months. I even received calls asking me to make the payment. I told them that I had submitted the modem and the connection has not been in use for months now. To which they showed surprise.
Every month I keep getting a new bill and messages. I would like to know why my account has not been closed, and why is no proper action being taken on my complaints?
This is one service I would never ever recommend to anyone.
