This is to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Hathway WIFI connection. For the past many days, I have been facing internet issues, and its impacting my office work to large extent.

Whenever I call customer care they tell me it will be "RESOLVED IN 24 HOURS" but that never gets resolved. I don't think anybody is taking action.

If this is going to be the case today also, I am going to switch to another service...

My Hathway Internet Account No[protected]K.R.Puram). I am facing the issue with internet from past 3 days and i called them and complained 9 to 10 times but still "No Internet".they are telling some false reasons when ever i called them. This is the third time i am facing issue with internet this month. So Please take necessary action and do the needful.

If it's not resolved then i will go for another service provider...

Our account no is 1459785 which was not working from last 4days we also complained for solution but we don't get result till now. So please solve our problem as soon as possible....

There was problem regarding stop using service. I mailed at [protected]@hathway.net but it said 'mailbox for user is full'.

Customer care service is very slow and mail also not work. Where consumer will submit its querries....

finely the install a gtpl concoction some time letter but channel was not working properly . It never works well, I have complain for that but the company's executives never needful. they never solve complain in time. our cable connection is not working in 15days.i have contact my area gtpl service provider but not solved my problem.

I have taken a new connection at my home. Connection wire has been taken from window and note from hole within the window and as a result window remains open. 04/12/2015 ko muje Bapunagar GTPL Branch se muje mail aaya tha ki aapko 45 days me refund mil jayega. Par aaj 46 days ho gaye he phir bhi muje refund nahi mila he. Jab mene aaj GTPL me call kiya to muje bol rahe he ki aage se jab refund aayega tab aapko milega. hum kuch nahi kar sakte......

I m really dissatisfied with Hathway net connection there net speed is very slow they provide me net speed 5 Mbps but my net speed always is 0.45 Mbps. & so bad customer care service. I suggest to everyone . don't waste your money such bad service company. My Account no is 1465039...

I have a hathway setupbox since 3 years but now the box is given me a warning of channel subscription and all the channels is dissapeared and i am given all the due payment on time still i recieve nothing from hathway what type of service hathway setup boxx given me... m very dissapointed with this box...

Dear Hathway Team, I would like to let you know, please deactivate all our services & please make a note its because of your pathetic service. we made payment on saturday 16 JAN 2016 by cash and thanks to hathway its 18th JAN 2016 account is not activated yet. where as in your service said within 4 hrs after payment services should start. its more than 72 hrs now we are just following you like you are the only provider in World....

Hi I have hathway broadband connection with the account ID 1002925. I have a prepaid, quarterly plan and every time I pay the bill online/thru cash, I do not receive the payment receipt or bill. I am a Hathway customer in Bangalore. Alright. I do not know how to start with the way Hathway is handling my data usage. I subscribed for 3 months plan of 30 gb with 50 mbps speed. To my surprise, speed came down to 200 kbps after 2 weeks. Why? Because as per their records, I had exceeded 30 gb limit. I do not download any movies or any software the consumes lotsa data.
