    Hi

    This is srikanth k, accnt no : 1515741, i have taken new connection on[protected] by making 3 months payment 3090 INR /-, account got deactivated on 1-2-2016 with the reason of payment has not been updated in their application.
    I had raised the request several times by calling customer care,

    Customer care services is completely useless, i was promised the issue will be resolved in 24 hours, but till now i have not got any improvement, i am really fedup with the service, i have been told they raised a request to Billing department and waiting for their response, i was listening this from last 3 working days,

    Badly need help this.

    Worst service by Hathway.

      This is about account number 1109836 - Bangalore, Kamanhalli.

      I am extremely upset that Hathway has deactivated my account without informing me.

      Couldn't they send someone to send the cheque or send an email reminding me to pay.

      Now they are telling me make online payment bit where do I make it. I have no details. If I call the call centre, they just give me instructions but it does not work. They are not at all bothered about the customer.

      Atleast try and help customers.

          I had purchase an internet service from Gujarat Telelink Pvt Ltd worth rupees 6600 and i had also purchase a smart day night unlimited download plan. In this plan 56KBps speed is mention in day and 256KBps speed in night. I had purchase this plan in august month and i am phasing slow speed problem from last 5 months i had complied 15 to 20 times but company is not responding Recently I had compiled today and company ask me to wait still 7 pm now company had asked me to wait till tomorrow. Its my humble request to you to take steps against this company.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              We had taken a GTPL connection on 9th January of 2500 4Mbps and 12 months validity. My username is niketprasad_rj. We had paid on the 9th itself and have a receipt of the same. However Mr. mahendra(phone number: [protected]) after promising did not give us connection till 16th January that too after I had raised a complaint.(Complaint no. 1018415). On 16th he tried to take an extra 150 rs( for providing service) which we refused and he created a scene for the same and threatened us that if we have issues we should not contact him.

              Our connection is not working since 23rd January. We had raised a complaint on 27th Jan and the complaint number is 1042591. One person from GTPL called me on 28th Jan and fixed an appointment for 10 AM on 29th. However he did not show up. I re raised the complaint on the customer care number. On 30th I get a message that my complaint has been resolved however neither the issue was solved nor any person from GTPL called us or visited our house.

              Request you to take the necessary action for the same and get the net working in our house again. This has been a really traumatic experience dealing with the customer service of GTPL and hope some action is taken for the same and my issue resolved.

                My customer ID for hathway broadband is 874876 and my problem is that my Internet connection is not working properly from about a week and when I complain in customer care they tell me that they will send technician bust from week we are waiting for technician. Please help me also the company had told that the will provide 1 mbps morning and 2mbps in evening but they lied and service is not proper.

                  I am ashok Jain. My Hathway broadband account number is 693989 and we subscribe to the 50mbps with 30gb limit pack . We have Really had horrible internet since last 1.5 month. Either there's no internet or the speed is horribly slow. Speed I tested is 2 mbps download and 0.01 mbps upload speed. which is extremely slow. I cant even upload 1mb file in from my email acc. I call Hathway everyday. And they assure me an engineer will call and come home to check the connection. but nobody has called from 1 month. Neither has anyone showed up to check the issue at my office. Whenever I call the customer service helpline they give me every standard excuse in the book. Modem issue, router issue, signal issue, server issue, server upgradation, system upgradation etc etc.
                  I'm still waiting for someone to fix my problem. I can't even disconnect the service because I have paid for a six month ( really a very biggest mistake ever) and the amount is non refundable. It's been over a month now.

                  My next step is to complaint in consumer court and I will spread this issue everywhere.
                  I am posting this complaint after a long time wait. I just thought that hathway is top brand and they will definatly solve my issue but i am totally disappointed.

                  Facing the same issue. These guys should be made to pay a compensation of 10lacs for their fraud promises of 50mbps connections.

                    I received a call from hathway office on 14 the of January 2016 at 4.34 pm from[protected] executive I spoke to he introduced him self as venkatseh, he gave me a offer that it's only for today if I do the renewal I would get additional month free with 30 gb and fup 1mbps. I did trust him and I did the renewal on my account : 1437467 I didn't get my offer yet. He informed me that if I call him he would credit my account with 4 months in 30 minutes. I have been calling him from 14 JAN he isn't receiving my call.

                    Still the offer data is not credited to my account

                    I have requested to disconnect the connection but still they not doing that .they tell us that someone will get back to me in 48 hrs with a valid answer . but no one has an answer

                      Last week, We have paid online, the top charges of Rs.572/- for top up 10 GB data in our month plan.

                      Despite writing and calling them several times, they have not activated the top up.

                      If they can't activate it in the next 2 hours, then they have to refund the amount.

                        I am facing problem of speed cut since last 3 months. Everytime my speed gets slow just after renewal and officials excuses themselves by saying that i have reached my usage linit.
                        Every month i need to change my password and they try to befool me by saying that maybe your password is hacked by someone.
                        I want the officials to take some strict actions and contact me asap!
                        Either i want a waver or any other favourable solution otherwise i would be opting for another company for internet connection.

                            I am not satisfied with your internet speed. last 1 month its very poor, and when i call the customer care they will never receive my call. i hope so you can give me proper solution about this problems.

                            As per plan my net speed is 2 MBPS (9 TO 9) And other time 512 KBPS but i got 0.67 MBPS. please check attached screen short.

                              I m calling their customer care since 22 jan and first they were saying that area server is down will be sorted out in 4 hrs.

                              Next day when issue was not sorted out they register my complaint (complaint no.[protected] and said the problem is with cables on mu side so an engineer will visit on fist half of Monday.

                              I have not received any call on Monday and so called in the night and got the response that the problem is from server and will be resolved in Tuesday first half.

                              But still didnot received any call so called again and ask for the senior person's contact, they have provided [protected] nodal officer's no. which is also not connecting.

                              I am very frustrated from their response.

                                Hathway has stopped all the channels in by existing box, and has told that the channel will only come once I change the box and pay a fees for Rs. 600 /-. In case the company discontinues a box the company should not force consumers to pay the fees.

                                  My Account number is 1211687, and I am a Hathway user in Bangalore for more than a year.
                                  Hathway is cheating with their usage consumption. I have a 25GB plan and every day it shows a usage of atleast 1.5 GB, when I am just a basic user. My internet pack always expires before time.
                                  The worst case is that my broadband was down for 2 days and I had registered 4-5 complaints. Even during that period the usage history shows 100+ MB. Classic case of cheating.
                                  On 23/01/2015 I was getting only 512 MBPS due to exceeding fair usage policy, and still the usage log shows 1800 MB. God knows how one can download so much data with that speed.

                                  I also warn the public to stay away from Hathway.
                                  It is our hard earned money, don't throw it away to cheats and frauds.
                                  Honesty is not their policy.

                                  I demand a resolution ASAP or money back from Hathway.

                                    On 15th January 2016 morning at 10 AM I lodge a complain regarding my net connection had failed to perform & there were no signals. After a day SMS came from GTPL authorities that my problem has been resolved but actually it did not. I again complain for situation & GTPL found that my cable connection was removed by somebody. GTPL insisted that new cable was to be laid and the fault was repaired on 22nd of January 2016 late evening.
                                    Sir, my request is these EIGHT full days to be extended to me as no service period during which I could not use internet connection provided to me by M/s GTPL under the user ID: pg03,

                                      I m customer of gtpl cable.. due to my personal reasion i have changed my house ...since last many days I am calling gtpl service provider (piyush cable at rajesh tower road, baroda) to set cable at my new house... but he is not coming... And not peaking up my phone...
                                      As I have old gtpl setup box I can not change my box...
                                      So.. please help me to get my connection ...

                                        Worst administration...it seems you people dont give salary to your employees thats the reason they have no interest in resolving costumer complain..only they contact for new connection and after installation they are vanished somewere...in vadodra pratapnagar area mr deepak handles the area..with his team and himself these poor guys are helpless to solve problems and never lift the mobile rather the mobile is diverted to some others number ''''hopeless people...shame on you all
