I have a 50mbps plan. it works fine during morning hours but in the afternoon its slows down and it reaches as low as 1mbps. it takes too long to open a google webpage. it is happening since last week...please fix this ASAP. My complaint for Internet is 48 hours old. 2 complaint nos have been allotted and at least 10 complaints have been lodged but no response. Hathway customercare tells me that HD set top box is for around 1850 and 1yr HD channels plan is for 1950(approx) and a monthly pack of 360 for other channels is what i chose on the recommendation of the local cable guy.
