I am facing the issue with internet from past 3 days and i called them and complained 9 to 10 times but still "No Internet".they are telling some false reasons when ever i called them. This is the third time i am facing issue with internet this month. So Please take necessary action and do the needful.

If it's not resolved then i will go for another service provider

      There was problem regarding stop using service. I mailed at [protected]@hathway.net but it said 'mailbox for user is full'.

      Customer care service is very slow and mail also not work. Where consumer will submit its querries.

        finely the install a gtpl concoction some time letter but channel was not working properly . It never works well, I have complain for that but the company's executives never needful. they never solve complain in time. our cable connection is not working in 15days.i have contact my area gtpl service provider but not solved my problem.

                  I have a hathway setupbox since 3 years but now the box is given me a warning of channel subscription and all the channels is dissapeared and i am given all the due payment on time still i recieve nothing from hathway what type of service hathway setup boxx given me... m very dissapointed with this box

                      Hi,

                      I am a customer of hathway not so professional services.

                      I renewed my account on 16th November for 3 months and i am regretting it to an extent beyond explaination. So first of all, you promise services which are never provided and then when we try to call your customer service they give the following responses:


                      1. We have a request response time of 48 hrs- even if its urgent we do not care

                      2. We have registered the problem, we will have someone get back to you

                      3. Hang up on your face!

                      4. We say 50 Mbps but if you believe that it is true then, you are an - because how do you think we can give you that speed in such less rental!! - I mean excuse me! Thats no way of talking to a customer

                      5. We cant do anything about it

                      6. OK surrender your connection, we will not refund any amount

                      7. We cant make you talk to any higher authority


                      So even after this, i manage to get in contact with a person called ABHISHEK from hathway who says he will visit and check but no one has ever come.

                      And we stand here only wondering how to get an internet connection which atleast gives 2-3 Mbps if not 50 Mbps speed.


                      I would be glad if someone looks into my plight and helps us out.

                        Hi I have hathway broadband connection with the account ID 1002925. I have a prepaid, quarterly plan and every time I pay the bill online/thru cash, I do not receive the payment receipt or bill. Every time I raise the issue to the customer care, they say it will be resolved within 24 hrs, each time. I am fed up with these people. I do not know how to proceed further. I need those bills as I have to submit the bills in office for reimbursement. Regards Santhosh

                          Our account number is[protected] we have made annual payments for the following channels: 1. Star Jalsa 2. Star Jalsa Movies. Inspite of making the annual payment in month of July 2015, every month they have been disconnecting channels every now and then- and inspite of calling them up and requesting, they have been arrogant and claims that we have not made the payment. They are completely irresponsible with their service and are cheating their customers. We need to get this rectified, but somehow we find that this company are CHEATS of top order.

                            I am a Hathway customer in Bangalore. Alright. I do not know how to start with the way Hathway is handling my data usage. I subscribed for 3 months plan of 30 gb with 50 mbps speed. To my surprise, speed came down to 200 kbps after 2 weeks. Why? Because as per their records, I had exceeded 30 gb limit. I do not download any movies or any software the consumes lotsa data. I only used the internet for browsing and for watching youtube videos which is also not so frequent. I do not understand, how the data usage details shows atleast 2 gb of data consumption every day. But still, believing that probably i would have consumed, I bought another 10 gb, since I could not work with the speed that i was provided. Now, it has been 2 days since I bought(bought on 14-1-16) another 10 gb. On 16-1-16, I checked the data usage details, it showed 1 gb of data consumption for 15-1-16. Today that is 17-1-16, again I checked and it says that my consumption of data for 15-1-16 as 5 gb!!!. I can never consume 5gb of data in one day!!! I am a Software Engineer and I do understand how the data consumption works and what download will consume too much of data. .I mean, how can hathway cheat customers like this????

                            Very similar experience. Hathway is just aggressively marketing its plans, and after its "upgraded" modem is in place, things have just been like this. Every 15 days there will be data finished. Then you either recharge etc. MEanwhile, NO change in usage. Only browsing and occasional FB videos, that too in normal res. very very sad. Even after taking 40 GB plan, it exhausts. IT is just absolutely pathetic.

                            Customer care only says; check wifi password. They have been taught well to be non-cooperative. Very very sad state of affairs. Time to change Hathway.

                            It means i am running mini data center. Funny part is i was even not at home on 9th of May. THIS IS CHEATING !!!
                            Hathway cheats in data consumption.. Even I am experiencing the same.. Waiting to get over the validity period then will shift to ACT which provides good service.

                              Hi I was using Hathway Broad band for last one year. I used take 6months package. later in November 28th I suppose to renew my account. Since we were out station, I have called hathway call center and enquired possibility of paying once we are back that is one week later ( on 19th Nov). They told us that there will not be any additional charges. But surprisingly I got a bill for Rs 500 when I was about to pay as usual for 6 months. When I spoke to the customer care on 8th they told me that that was wrong bill generated and suggested me to wait till they clear that, other wise money I paid will be adjusted to that wrong bill. then Again I have called Hathway to several times in DEC minimum 10times, every time I got same response. On 5th JAN with so much of pain I asked them to cancel my connection. instead of that they slapped me with one bill of 1200 on my gmail. I called up Aurangabad office Head Mr. Murthaza on his mobile : [protected]. they said they will adjust and I can start using the connection but later no response. I sent him message on 8th Jan But no response. Amount is not big but the response is so poor that I urge NEVER TAKE HATHWAY BROAD BAND. I have used Airtel in Mumbai, Bangalore for almost 10 Years never had any such problems. My account no. is 1218827

                                    Hi Team, I have this Hathway Broadband connection since last 2 months. Internet is down every week and down for 24-48 hrs. I have sent mail to customer care and Nodal Officer but no use of it, no one is responding. When I have called up Customer care[protected] on 13th Jan Call center, agent said "Enginner will visit in in next 4 Hrs to rectify the issue"and till date no one visited. I called up yesterday again but useless agents gave me same reply, Engineer will visit in next 4 Hrs, again no one visited yet. Agent are not professional and robotic, they have 0 knowledge. I called up today again and now they are saying entire area is down. And agent said me to visit local Chinchwad Office and check the status. I asked phone number and address and they denied to provide details...they said google it(I have not found and contact details online). I brought this 50mbps connection Last month and I`m getting max 13-14Mbps speed and i have sent mail to Nodel Office and helpdesk and called up as well but no action taken till date. So do you people think that we doesn't any work apart calling to you costumer care .you costumer care people dosen't have mind .when we calling they are saying our application is not working please call us after 1 hour its ms . IS this is the services which you providing to the public ...when you unable to provide good services to the costumers then what is the reason of company ...
