Dear Sir/Madam I am consistently contacting hathway customer care for shifting my internet connection but i don't get any response from their side customer id no 1294260..I have recharged for 3 months i am shifting to a new place (700m away from my present place Place, I am shifitng to sobha aquamarine bellandur) I want same connection with same balance amount. I have been contacting many times they always say they will call back I havent got response for past 1 month thanks

      I had a new connection of Hathway WIFI installed but i must say it was my worst choice to opt for hathway. Infact being a new connection it worked for just 4 days and after that it stopped working. I complained several times on customer care and executives also made a visit at my place but i always get a false answer that my connection will start in 30min or 2 hrs by everyone however it never started.Its almost more than a week now but it is not yet resolved.

          My account number is 1502748 .I requested for an Hathway Connection on 06/12/2015. Mr.Santosh (number : [protected]) visited me in person and i gave a post dated cheque (15/12/2015) for Rs.3780 . he committed that before 15 dec he will confirm the feasibility check for connection after which there was no response from Mr.Santosh. i gave him a call on 17/12/2015 he said it is not possible to give connection and the money will be refunded and i will be getting an update from your call center. on 18/12/2015, i received a call from your call center and it was told within 6 working days my amount will be refunded by DD. but no update hence i gave a call to Mr.Santosh on 24/12/2015, he said not to believe the call center team, Amount will be refunded back to me on 29/12/2015. i waited the whole day, by end of day he said next day for sure the money will be refunded. on 30 /12/2015 by 19:00 Hrs i gave him a call, he gave me another number to contact for refund (SIDDESHWAR : [protected].) when i gave a call he said he cant come the same day but for sure he will come by 31/12/2015 morning. from morning i have called him twice but the person has not responded . I called him in the afternoon he disconnected the call. When I called him from a different number he disconnected the call while I was talking. every time i give a call to the call center they say they will be giving a call back within 24 hour which doesn't happen anyway . when i ask for any escalation, the head also say that they will be getting back to me within 24 hours.but since 29th dec no progress. Also a complain number[protected] was given to me which none of your call center guys reviews when i call.i need to explain right from beginning, every time. Hathway have debited the amount(INR 3780) on 15-dec-2015 and how long you guys take to refund the amount ? i need my money back. rather than using fancy call center templates just refund my money asap, not just in words, just handover the money.

            I was trying to reach them via phone, email, etc but all I get is to wait for long time. Whenever I tried to call the customer support they ask me to wait for 3 hours which they promised they're representative will call me back. I never got call from they after 2 days but all of sudden they call me after few days asking for the address details (I have given my details address 4 times, but still these people just waste the time). I think hathway is not concerned about their new customers or either respect consumers. I tried sending email but still no proper response. How could this company be so careless of handling the consumers. As of my part, I've raised complaint here. Let's see how hathway responds. Hope not to be like pathetic airtel service.

              This is my 2nd complaint against our cable operator " Om Shakti Video Cable Vision " which provides cable service for " Hathway ". I stay in kandivali East, Lokhandwala Township and over there the cable operator claims that we have to pay an extra charge of Rs15/- each Channel for getting Sports Channels & English Movie Channels. Already we are paying Rs 300 per month but still they have blocked all those channels since the last 3 month. Cable operator states that the charges are increased by the Hathway Company and there is nothing what they can do in this matter. However that is totally false, the same Hathway company is giving all the channels free included in their monthly package in Mira road and Bhayandar. Why is that we have to pay an extra charge per channel when we are already paying the monthly subscription charge. Can you do something in this matter ?

                  As i had new connection on[protected] & asked about 4 to 5 times in week about slow speed and as usual company gives fake promise about speed and not giving proper response in anyway whether @ their office in my city or in their toll free number... So finally I take a decision to change my broadband plan to go for a better speed plan and still they are not giving response about changing my plan. GTPL office staff asked to go for toll free number to change the plan. After calling 3 to 4 times in toll free number they asked to mail me and my problem will be resolved soon.. But till now i'm waiting what to do as any is not giving proper response by any employee or staff of GTPL..

                      Took a connection for 50mbps speed connection in August 2015 and never never from 1 st day got speed more than 7 mbps. I was tempted by yearly subscription for 10 months payment. Made a great mistake. The complaint center tel no 30237600 is disconnected.Call center complaints are closed next day without attending.

                          Just want to inform you I have made the inquiry for Hathway Broadband connection online on 7th Dec 2015. One sales representative visit our location (West Patel Nagar). I asked him that this is my house do you have the flexibility for the broadband connection. He said we have Hathway box near your location. I again told him please check again for the cable flexibility. Daily he call us for the document and the payment. On 10 of December I made the payment and give him the I D proof & photograph. After two day I received the verification call from Hathway department. Till date connection has been not done. I called up many times to that person for the connection. Now he is saying that we have no flexibility in your area. Wait at least 1 month for the connection. My question is this the service Hathway provide. If you don’t have the flexibility than why you have booked the connection and make false commitment to customers. Now they are saying we are returning your money wait for 20 days. I want to make you notice that why these people booked connection if you do not have the cable flexibility. You waste public time and money and make company name down. Kindly return my money and the documents Asap or provide me the connection.

                            Service provided by hathway is tremendously bad . we paid hefty amount of 5500 Rs for 50Mbps speed, the speed which we are recieving is 0.78Mbps and 1.0 Mpbs at the max. We are calling from the 10 Dec till date to resolve the issue. I exhausted calling the customer care to resolve this issue. The service are least interested to help to resolve any of the requests. I have been requesting them to give the technical support number which they are very reclutant to provide. I would definitely request that they should be a law to adjourn these kind of service providerers. I request all the consumers to not to even think of hathway as internet provider. thank you

Your appointed agents Dilip hagawane and santosh are really worst in their service whenever we call them they said we will do .. But still no results...kindly take this matter very seriously as i am having this issue from past 1 year and out of that most of the times cable network is not availble though we are paying the bills on time each month.
