I have taken new Hathway Broadband connection with account num 1481802 registered name CHIRAG VAGHELA..which was fitted as on[protected]. it stopped working on 15-dec i registered complain 17-dec Num 15191139 another complain on 18-dec 15211832. executive came on 19-dec at 5pm. nd net started working, but it stopped same day 9pm. again i called executive staff member. No one was receiving calls. another complain i registered on 22-dec num 15256469. still internet is not working. I want my internet to be started today as early as possible or refund my money

Hathway — Internet doesn't work even after 3 complaint

I have taken new Hathway Broadband connection with account num 1481802 registered name CHIRAG VAGHELA..which was fitted as on[protected]. it stopped working on 15-dec i registered complain 17-dec Num 15191139 another complain on 18-dec 15211832. executive came on 19-dec at 5pm. nd net started working, but it stopped same day 9pm. again i called executive staff member.     Dear sir/madam myself t manna wanted to be your broadband customer, and already [protected]@2575...And i told to connect broadband after 26 dec 2015(because not for my avilibility) even i have not installed router i allready got my a/c no 1502641 ...On 12 dec...And one call came from your customer care and she told me to to solve this issue by contact to your customer care...But i have been tried for 04 days for contact your customer care but it not established due to your poor service...Please confirm me for billing should be started only after installation... Regards

      We have made 21 Complaints or more since October till date and we haven't got a solution besides 1) We have taken down Complaint and we shall look into it on Priority Basis. 2) There is an engineer scheduled for a site visit as there is a problem in your line. 3) Your problem shall get resolved in the first half following day. 4) We are looking in to the problem and there is a new server being installed but not to worry you shall be online soon. 5) Sir resolution has been provided and your ticket has been closed. but not to worry we have your issue resolved at priority and please take a new ticket number ... Complaints Numbers since 10 oct - dec 18th many more we lost 15188524, 15178929, 15155248, 15134738, 15134283, 15088922, 15015602, 15027858, 15014605, 14840481, 14823507, 14809524, 14799702, 15188524... Account Number : 1169919 Worst call centre supervisiors we have ever come across - FAWAZ / RIZWAN / RAM / SANTOSH The network engineer who calls has only one arrogant line : "ARREY mainey aap ko bolana aap ka issue reolve nahee ho sakhta hai ... Aap kyun phone kartey ho phir ... Don't understand why have they charged us ... Hope this issue is taken up with them so that many others who have not been complaining or been able to complain like us gets their query answered /resolved

        My account no is 391677.There was no internet connection for last 2 days.Since yesterday I am trying to call to customer care ([protected]) but nobody picks the call & many times it is on busy mode. Hathway dont bother about customers.They dont have courtesy to tell the problem to customer.I am quite disappointed & frustrated with Hathway Broadband.I will never recommend Hathway to anyone.

          Dear Sir, My internet is not working for over last 48 hours. I was told that my complaint will be attended within 24 hours but nobody turned up yet in-spite of the finishing of the deadline. The worst is helpline numbers given to us like [protected] &[protected] are continuously coming busy for last more than 24 hours. I must have tried for more than 100 times. Please fix my internet connection ASAP. Warm Regards, Siddhartha.

            I paid amount of Rs 2229/- regarding new connection(receipt no. hydisp/ 495968) on 19th DEC 2015, Saturday. When I called regarding new connection, their people sent Collection executive within 1 hour, and those people said my connection will established within 24 hours (of course, they said if possible it will be completed by evening). Then on Sunday I called customer care center for 2 times, their people sent cabling person and he finished cabling. And the worst thing I faced that is I have to wait for another person who come with modem and configures connection. Regarding that I called their care center for more than 5 times[protected] and 15233403 are the latest complaint numbers) first person said that configuring person will come within 1hour n next person said that by 8:00pm it will be done and finally around 7:20 pm your care executive named Mr. Nagaraju ( I don't know his Surname, father name and etc.) said that we will finish it within 24 hours. This kind of service is a worst and disgusting thing ever I faced in my life. My friends (customers of Hathway) said that don't take connection of Hathway and they don't provide proper service, but now I found that mistake. I trusted Hathway by a word said by their people that is "connection will be fully configured within 24 hours from paying money to the collection executive". But their people failed in that. So, I can imagine your future services, but I have to bear for minimum 3 months. On 21st DEC they are saying thar, your documents are under verification. Then I called collection executive named Vivek mobile no.+91 [protected] and he said documents are missing and he gave a number of his team lead named Venkat mobile no.[protected], he never answers my call. I mailed ap appellate authority, they just called me after a day, of course that was use less. Still am calling their care center 10 times a day, they giving ridiculous answers. I can go for cancellation of connection but I can imagine does I get my money back or not. Don't trust Hathway and don't tempt for a modem and 15mbps speed. A silly thing is that modem you can't use for other broadband. Finally I highly recommend that don't take connection of Hathway, you can get better services by local broadband providers also. After that your wish, they will give you HATH (hand)in their own and preplanned WAY when expect minimum service.

              After paying in advance for 3 months of Internet service along with installation charges INR 4771..It has been 4 weeks and no work has been done.inspite of numerous calls where we are assured of service.they have cheated us of our money and now are refusing to return us our money. Absolutely unethical.This is FRAUD.

              We have made 21 Complaints in last 3 months ...
              All we get is standard five lines these guys are trained with...

              1) We have taken down Complaint and we shall look into it on Priority Basis.

              2) There is an engineer scheduled for a site visit as there is a problem in your line.

              3) Your problem shall get resolved in the first half following day.

              4) We are looking in to the problem and there is a new server being installed but not to worry you shall be online soon.

              5) Sir resolution has been provided and your ticket has been closed. However dont worry i shall issue you a new ticket number and have your issue resolved at priority.

              All the supervisors are there are all so good for nothing namely Fawaz / Rizwan / Om / Santosh

              Worst customer care people we have ever come across all our lives... And their network engineer who call are arrogant & disgrace to HATHWAY !

                Hi I have requested Hathway Broadband to reactive my number 1098611. They took money from me on 18th Dec 2015. Since then there is no response from their end. I have tried calling a number [protected] & [protected]. The land line is out of Service and no one lift the mobile. It seems Hathway is trying to join in Frauds list .

                      Hi, This is regarding an HD cable connection that I need. I'm a part of a housing society with around 600 flats and the infrastructure is already available for the same (address below). But my concern is that the local cable operator is charging Rs. 5600 for the set-top box (inclusive of 1 year HD package, exclusive of Rs. 1000 installation charges), while Hathway provides it for Rs. 2000 + 1840 = Rs. 3840 (inclusive of 1 year HD package, exclusive of installation charges). There is no reason why I would have to pay anything more than Rs. 3840. I spoke with the call center and they asked me to send this email. Request your prompt response on this, as I look to finalize between Hathway or Tata Sky very soon.

                        This is regarding the Hathway Service I had subscribed to in the name of Sneha Gada on the following address: A/2, Gita Building, P. ramabai road, Gamdevi, Mumbai -7 . I had subscribed to the service in 13th Septembe, where in your salesperson Mr Ram Kumar Vishwakarma had taken our paymetn of Rs. 2734 on a postdated cheque dated on 20th September. My account no is 1430526 He promised us that in those 7 days a technical engineer will come in to check the connectivity in our area and only then he will deposit the cheque. There was no engineer who came in till the 20th and Mr Ram cheated us and deposited the cheque. After which on making repeated complaints an engineer named Mr. Hussain came in who checked the connectivity in our flat and said that we donot have enough connectivity hence we need to discontinue the service. Following which we asked to cancel the service and asked for a refund of the amount. I made repeated complaints and request to cancel the service which as as follows14217272. This has been around 2 months since we have asked to cancel the service but no response has been shown from your end. Today when we called the customer service they said that the service is active when no modem is connected at our place, . This is a clear case of fraud and cheating. I had sent a mail to the Nodal officer also, even he hasnt replied. This is the last email and complaint we are making. If i donot get any response in a day I will forward this mail to the consumer forum and report a case of fraud. Look into the matter as soon as possible Kindly CC it to your department head

                          Hi i have an Hathway account no 243956, in India - Hyderabad - Moti nagar. i have been paying every time monthly or Quarterly charges to the hathway executives and they promise that i will get regular net. But, i never get even for a week completely in month on weekly basis. i have to call customer care and i have spent almost 200rs for phone calls to customer care in every month. However, its waste of my efforts and my money since they never respond for my request. they never lift my call, the exucutives who are technicians for my locations. i would like to log a complaint on this to take necessary action and solve my issue on priority and refund my amount .                                 Hello, My Self Chirag Madhani, i am from ahmedabad. I started my gtpl cable service since last october or so.. since then i am facing serious issues like all channels are getting hanged. i always ask them to resolve but they always says it will not happen next time.. i called them many times. Now they dont receive my calls. I called on sahibag branch.. they also respose me in same manner. I am not happy with this service. This is Pathetic.. I am going to change my plan and also recommend others from society not to use this service.. I hope, i will get response soon.

                                    This pertains to Hathway broadband. They are using an out-dated technology and the internet speed is nowhere near to the committed plans. Despite several complaints there is no resolution. We pay high prices for good speed and sufficient data so that there are no disruptions and in return Hathaway cheats and fools customers. I have paid 4400 for a 8 mbps speed and the speed I get fails to load simple websites let alone a YouTube video. You get this after paying such huge sum.

                                      1. my wifi-plan is of 50 mbps and from the beginning i was being assured that the speed will always be around that... but its not even 500 kbps... despite my complaints.. no action has been taken.. 2. pathetic customer care service... the customer care executive speaks as if he has come back from a funeral.. and despite being asked the same question twice because he was not speaking clearly.. he was not replying intentionally... and was very rude...
