Herewith to inform you that Zama cable proprietor is a criminal he also sever one year in jail in case of murder.     Internet is not working, its stopping in between only for 5 minutes it works and then just went off. please kindly note down this . too many times we registered complaints hope it will be fine soon.

      Hathway Boardband working terribly slow from last 3-4 days. There is hardly any change in the service or speed even after calling and complianing twice on the Hathway Service center. Enable to even open my mails or open any site.

        Dear Sir/Medam. I am using GTPL internet more then 3 years, cable installed by GTPL only. Yesterday GTPL engineer came and cut the cable without any information and said you have to open complaint for this. I have already paid charge for one year. Now my internet is down since yesterday and no one is responding to solve this issue which done by them. Please help.

          Paid for the connection on 14 Oct 2014 but the connection stopped working within three days due to some issues. They promised to look into it and fix it soon, but did not respond till December. By then, we had already got an alternate connection as it was urgent and required for an exam in November. They called us mid december saying the issue has been fixed, however we said that there was no requirement of the connection and asked us to refund the amount of Rs 3000. They have agreed over multiple phone calls and emails but have not heard back from them yet. It has been a three month ordeal now which does not seem to end.

            I am common man I am gtpl customer I do have a cable connection They have provide us set top box which was working properly but from last 20 days it is not working Analogue channel is working through it but digital channels not working properly But in neighbours having proper working of their set top box I am complaining from last 6 days Even my complain is on argent basis as per they have told me When I do wants to know my complaint status they are just replying that technician will come and visit from last 4 days but when ever i ask on customer care number they are saying technician will come and visit i ask when they don't have any answer simply they are telling that sorry i can't tell you when they will come and visit From last 20 days set top box is not working and from last 6 days i am calling but not having any satisfied response Even they don't have a proper response about my complaint atleast they should tell me that at this or that day technician will come and visit you but argent besis complaints are taking so much library Pls ask them i can't wait much other companies provides so much good services but this cable providing company is not having even answer about argent basis company i don't know what to do

            I said i have called on that num so many times don't you think that you're having responsibility towards your customers
            Call on surendranagar district operator he'll tell you the actual situation
            What i write you on that email that your customer care service have already told me that your complaint is on argent base and that how you provide services on argent base complaint
            Really that's good to see that you're not having any kind of attention towards the argent base complaints
            Really awesome
            Its great that from last 20 days i am having this much only that provide us information we'll contact you instead of when technician will visit
            I don't want to share anything i have told you already and provide all data on call every time i called
            Just tell me is technician going to visit our set top box or not or take that junk box and refund my ammount

              I am using broadband of gtpl.since last three days my net is not working i have complain to cust.care they says our tech.will come their in 24hrs.working days i have given cop.on date 7/01/2016 comp.no.1003710 but still no body has come to resolve the prob.my id is .rameshchandra8 so.pl.go thr.the matter and solve my prob.as soon as possible.thank you.

                Internet -1453838 Cable Account no [protected] I purchase both the connection on 13th October 2015, Internet The speed which they claim to be 50 mbps is not their at all, the actual speed may be 4 mbps to 8 mbps and some times below 4 mbps. The actual problem started from 22nd December The unavailable of net service from 22 December 2015 till 28 December 2015 and 2 January 2016 till today i.e 8 January 2016. Below mentioned are the complain register number for reference. [protected] dated 22/12/2015 15261065/15256943/15270261 dated 23/12/2015 15271275 dated 24/12/2015 15318191 dated 28/12/2015 15385111 dated 03/01/2016 Customer care number of hathway is just waste of time & money & very important our health. And at nodal officer, no person available, from 22nd december i am given a call to this number [protected] every day but nobody pick up the phone. Cable On 8th January 2016 my cable got disconnected, i have paid for 3 month i.e from 13th october 2015 to 12 january 2016. In advance i have taken the initiative to inform customer care on 4th January 2016 Complain no 03012016W1770 to make a correction about the receipt date of payment which was wrongly showing as 7th october 2015 & send some person to collect the payment as the online payment facility is not available at my area. Pls dont waste your hard earning money on this lazy, no no sorry no service providing cheating company. Thanks & Regards Tyagaraj Karkera

                  Hi sir, By the hath way people i got cheated as they will give new connection for low rates for that i deactivated my ACT broadband connection and i requested a new broad band connection and a person called from hathway and asked me about the address he confirms that we have a feasibility at your home address a connection will be done with in 24 hours, he created one hathway account[protected] for me and i asked to pay the money of 2230 and i paid on 04/01/2016(transaction no:[protected]) for the new connection. After taking money i followed up them so many times to get the new connection. At finally they get back to me after two days saying that they wont be able to get the connection in my area as they don't have any feasibility in UPPAL Hyderabad. Now i called customer care service more than 15 time to get all the details of refund or any other way that i can get the connection. Every time i got the answer saying that i can get back a call with in 24 hrs and they will give one complaint number(different) for me. But i never got a call from them.My question is why the person confirms and collects money if the location is not covered. Now i need refund of my money ASAP and some more money to set up a previous connection as they charge some money for installation again. Regards, tejaswi reddy

                    My complaint for Internet is 48 hours old. 2 complaint nos have been allotted and at least 10 complaints have been lodged but no response. However payment for the services are collected in advance for a year. You are requested to take up the matter with appropriate authorities for Action against the service provider.

                      I have taken a hathway internet connection. Account number-1122896 Registerd in name of Lalu Joshi We had paid the pre paid amount of 12000 Rs for 6 months to activate the link but after following up everyday with their customer care, I am getting repeated assurance of activation within hours which is not happening. I spoke to many of their agents repetitively and they gave the same ans that it will be activated within hours. Calling them everyday number of times but status remain same. This is the one of the worst service experience I am coming across. Suggesting people to not go for this service provider if they are giving you free connection also.

                        Ive placed a request for disconnection of hathway connection with account no 1340536 on nov 18 and after that their collection executive collected the modem and didn't provide acknowledgement receipt.Inspite of repeated requests to diaconnect and deactivate my account completely, they are generating bill every month and sending it to my mobile numberand email id. Service was also pathetic. Its unfair on their part to generate bill without using their services.its a torture to customer from beginning to ending at hathway. better dont fall prey for marketing of hathway as 50Mbps...you will not even get 1Mbps speed... resolve it asap... attaching mail trail image to [protected]@hathway.net

                            Hathway customercare tells me that HD set top box is for around 1850 and 1yr HD channels plan is for 1950(approx) and a monthly pack of 360 for other channels is what i chose on the recommendation of the local cable guy. The local cable guy told me 1000 installation charges. So the total cost for this configuration of a new connection should be 5210 . Although the local cable guy wants 6000 payment and he doesn't have any valid reason for the same as well. Does hathway has no control over their local disttibutors ? And do they allow such overcharging without any check on these guys? This is a very disappointing case. I am a hathway internet user from the past 3yrs but now i am soon shifting to MTNL and tata sky for TV. Bye hathway you disappoint.

                              I would like to bring to your notice a very disappointing experience with Hathway broadband services. I showed my interest in getting an hatchway connection at me residence in khetwadi (grant rd). Mr. Ram from your company contacted me and showed me the relevant plans. I also mentioned him that i stay in Navsamir CHS, located at 13th Khetwadi. After couple of days he followed up with me and also offered me that since it is month end (31st Dec) the company will install internet free of cost. He also promised that the connection will be done before 31st Dec. The main part: Q : I told him that i was busy due to office work so how will he take my signatures? A by Mr. Ram : You plz send me the address proof on watsapp and i will your login. Q : when do i give your the cheque? A: i will pay and you give me later. After 2 days: Q: Mr. Ram when you will come for installation? A: You will get a call and then the person will come. After 3 days: Q: Mr. Ram when you will come for installation? A: You will get a call and then the person will come. After 5 days: Q: Mr. Ram when you you come for installation? A: I don’t have staff to send. Wait for 2 days, if you want to After 7 days: Q: Mr. Ram when you you come for installation? A: We don’t provide internet in your building. Q: Why are you telling me this after 7-8 days? I waited for you. A: You can talk to company. Q: I will put a complain. A: good. This is way your person co-ordinates with new customer. I would rather prefer MTNL person if i have to follow up and get such replies.

                                Its been more than a month since am complaining to hathway but nobody comes to resolve the issue. Daily my internet gets diconnected at 9 pm and it comes back at 11 am. My home is my work place since i operate from home. The service is provided by sonali cable. For hathway. I dont know what is my ID. Whenever they ask for it i give rakesh09 as id. I am fed up of this kind of service. I need a refund and intend to opt for other service provider.                                   I have 2 connection of cable TV.I have already paid the charges of both for period up to 31.07.2016. Collection receipt no.is 377277.Every fortnight my 2nd connection is showing access denied.today I am facing the same problem. No body is taking the call on any of your no.Why I am paying without getting the service.Either you resolve the issue permanently or refund my money. I have been contacting many times they always say they will call back I havent got response for past 1 month thanks

                                        I had a new connection of Hathway WIFI installed but i must say it was my worst choice to opt for hathway. Infact being a new connection it worked for just 4 days and after that it stopped working. I complained several times on customer care and executives also made a visit at my place but i always get a false answer that my connection will start in 30min or 2 hrs by everyone however it never started.Its almost more than a week now but it is not yet resolved.
