We had applied for a new hathway internet connection on 29th Nov 2015 through hathway service agents. All relevant documents were submitted to the agent along with 3 months pack amount payment on the same day. Till date we have not got even wiring done in our apartment. The service agents made us wait endlessly for them including on working days and weekend but they never turned up. They just said in it will be done within an hour but that hour never came. We also raised complaint on 14th Dec 2015 to the customer service team and were assured a call back within 8 hours. There were no calls from anyone. We again called on 15 DEC 2015 and got the same assurance. We have already requested for a refund of the complete amount given for this connection but there has been no update from Hathway team on its procedure. complaint number 15155301 . They kept telling us will call back in 1 day/2/days but no calls happened so far

    Hi Sir, I have taken hathway broadband internet since March. The company has constantly provided bad service after charging such hefty amount. Their connection breaks mostly on every weekend and they downgrade the speed without any justified reason. There is no resolution even if we call multiple time for any issue. when asked to transfer to the next higher level they always just put the call on hold without anyone receiving the call. Please do something regarding this. I want them to payback the money that we have given for the days when we don't get the internet from their side. Thanks and Regards, Mayank Naharia

      Hathway broadband customer id is 569582 and i have paid 6 month subscription for Rs. 2978 (Transaction id: [protected]). But monthly 20 days i couldn't connection to server. It will connection only in the afternoon 2 to 3 hrs and night upto 11 Pm only.

      After 6 month, i dont want to continue with Hathway and moved to another provider.

      Now the problem is, they are asking model to return and they will give back my security deposit money Rs. 500 after 15 to 25 days. But i told, give the money and take modem. But they are not ready to do that and saying you will get legal notice.
      Have you return the modem and if not have they taken any legal action...I just got legal notice mail

          I am user of hathway Cable connection whose Card number is [protected] from Jan’2015 and paid amount for below mentioned without receipt as local cable person never provides receipt : 1.) Setup-Box 2.) Cable TV Connection 3.) Monthly Charge Upto Oct’2015 One day Local cable person came and take money upto Oct’2015 given receipt and disconnect the connection. Required detailed reason for disconnection as Nov.’2015 month I am out of Mumbai but now when I am back unable to see TV. Attached is the receipt got till now for all above 03 point s mentioned. And pay 2000 rupees for hd box.But faridabad distrubuter mr.Jain charged 2700 rupees charged for hd box without pakeg.               Hi, I hold an account no 1129486 under the name of Divakaran with the Hathway network. A week before the due date of my renewal date, I had received an e-mail stating that my connection was deactivated as I had consumed my data/due for renewal. Immediately I had made a additional top up of 10GB for Rs.572/- and also did a 6 months renewal for Rs.3250/-. It had been close to 10 days since I had done this payment and my connection still remains in a deactive state. I have contacted the customer care over phone for over 20 times and each time I get a response stating the issue will be resolved within 24 hours of lodging the complaint. There was also no call back from the technical team to solve this issue. I would request the Hathway team to get this issue resolved at the earliest or get my amount refunded and have my account deactive as it is.

                I hold a internet connection with account number 1189753.During last activation done in October 1st week, wrong plan is activated by Hathway person.Instead quarterly plan, they have activated monthly plan and demanding more money.Many a calls done to customer care resulted no luck and pathetic response.                   As per you have said i am informing you that Net Connectivity was not there from yesterday evening from 6:00 till 7:00pm. we were tired of calling on the helpdesk provided to us nobody answered the call. Mr.Sandeep i had called you aswell you just told me to message our user ID and you said you will get back in 2mins (yesterday at 7:00 pm) till now no reply from your side. After continuosly calling your engineer we were able to report the problem. What kind of a service do your'll provide? your service is really worst if possible try to improve it. Really if possible Because every time its becoming more worse from before. This net connectivity issue is going on from how many days please do check it. What your technical team is upto?                     Hi, I took hathway connection on 26th August by paying Rupees 5312, which was for 8 months, as said in the bill. However now, it is reduced to 6 months, which is confirmed by customer care executive and the IVRS query. Upon the lodging a complaint regarding this on 23rd October, I was told it will be rectified and it was confirmed the purchase is for 8 moths validity. Complaint number is 14615951 and Executive sopken to is Mr. Chiran. Despite repeated follow up of the complaint, nothing has been done, which is frustration from a customer perspective.                     Received a follow back call, as soon as I posted this complaint. But the call sounded suspicious, as they wanted my bank details. Without actually getting into the issue. Call came from this no. [protected]

                        I have Gtpl net connection from around 6 months and every month I am facing serious problems in your net connection. Every month net is been close for 2-3 days twice or thrice. I dont know what are you doing with my connection but as a current student of mba and actuary I am very much mentally harassed by such problem.                         I am still facing net issues. and now it has crosssed every limits. from last 1.5 months my net is closed and every time i talk to them they have an excuse ready for the delay i am tired of this now...

                          Its been like 2 days i paid them advance they also collected photo and address proof and when i call agent he is like right now technician not available i ill send him in half an hour and today i told him that at any cost i have work i want my connection he said i will send him in half an hour and when i called him after a hour at first he didn't pick my phone änd 2nd time it was busy and afterwards it was switched off this is how they treat the customers

                            My Hathaway set top box has not been working since the last two weeks now, I have called the office to send a person to fix it I have been calling since the last 5 days they promise to send in someone to fix the problem but they don't really do, pathetic service.

                                Hello sir myself Shubham Shah Here is my GTPL Login ID: jitendra_007 After installing your gtpl connection i am constant facing net problem and i make constant complaint for that even though from company side they can not take any action for that. i have already requested for cancel our gtpl connection but from company side they have not given any response to us. I want cancel my connection and refund our money at earliest. i have mailed them for this regard as guided by gtpl customer care executive on [protected]@dlgtpl.com inspite of that there is no satisfactory action taken from company side.                                   Hi, Hathway Broadband Internet Service Ac no 1060737. I have been complaining about the speed for last 21 days on call centers and on mail o Help desk, Nodal officer, Appellate with screen shots. It has not been resolved still. I have made adavnce payment. My speed is as bad as 4 mbps. I need to move to the consumer court for the fraudulent, false commitment, cheating by Hathway internet services.

                                    Since the last couple of weeks, me and my Roommate have been chasing the Hathway operators for a simple cable connection. Our society has dominacy of Hathway, so we cant contact anyone else. The operator had come one day, taken money from us, and done half of the connection, saying he will complete rest later on. The later on never came. I called customer care, who at 2 different time, gave me 2 different concerned people's number, a Mr. Venkatesh, [protected], and [protected]/ [protected]. Post which these numbers redirect me to [protected]. Who again doesnt take my call. And my friend had also called up, and has been going through this calling cycle. It is heights of horrible customer service.

                                      My internet ac no 257974 Mumbai was offered 3+2 month free internet by some cheater name sunil Gaikwad, who became invisible suddenly after availing services, wrote 12 emails, raised 4 tickets no to sort this out, no one bothered to call back or reply emails, not even nodal officer, my friends were telling me not to avail hathway services, now i understand why they were so negative about these shameless People

                                        My account no. is 1490067 i gave 3 months advance and installation fee on 27th nov, till date i have not receive any connection, i tried calling the local contact [protected] he never picks up nor does re call back, worse support person. they told you will get connection within 24 hrs now its been more than 10 days i have not got any thing, i have complain ticket no. also 14975651 which has been escalated, i have talked to escalation desk also they also said same thin that you will get connection tomorrow but no action taken. Worse escalation desk. I called again to get my money refunded they told sales will call me within 24 hrs but its been 48 hrs no call. Sir is this kind of support you provide . According to rating 0 out of 5 . Not expected this kind of support from such company . I believe i would have gone for other connection would have been better and best. Can you people check and refund my money. I Hope you people dont want ticket to be more escalated to 2nd level. Highly disappointed with support. Not gonna recommend any one else .
