Hi,
I took hathway connection on 26th August by paying Rupees 5312, which was for 8 months, as said in the bill.
However now, it is reduced to 6 months, which is confirmed by customer care executive and the IVRS query.
Upon the lodging a complaint regarding this on 23rd October, I was told it will be rectified and it was confirmed the purchase is for 8 moths validity. Complaint number is 14615951 and Executive sopken to is Mr. Chiran.
Despite repeated follow up of the complaint, nothing has been done, which is frustration from a customer perspective.
Please help me resolve this issue.

Updated by vinu_mh Received a follow back call, as soon as I posted this complaint. But the call sounded suspicious, as they wanted my bank details. Without actually getting into the issue. Call came from this no. [protected]
