My account no is 668723... i am using a plan which has quarterly payment is Rs.1584/- When I got message for renewal of the plan. I went through the online payment procedure. I found that Rs.1054/- showing as minus... hence i have made a payment of Rs.1055/- through online. Second day I have received a call from 66403700 intimating that my account is showing excess payment. Any how, further i have been also noticed that from two days my broad band connection has been disconnected. I have tried several times on the number given above but not getting answer.. Please look in to the matter and instruct concerned person to activate my broadband connection immediately. It is noteworthy to mention here that my account is showing minus amount on my credit... I regret to inform you that each time at the time of renewal i faced this problem of disconnection/deactivation...even after making excess payment... Regard Dhairyasheel Bhople

    I am tired of the net disconnecting after every 10-15 mins.. i keep losing very imporatnt data due to this issue. Everytime i call the CC, they say that were facing an issue earlier and that its resolved. However, my coneection keeps failing intermittently. Fix this ASAP!

      Customer Id : 1487893 Date of Installation : 28/11/2015 Hathway is the worst internet service provider. I had applied for new connection, at the time of installation engineer told me everything is configured and some service maintenance work is pending in your local area after completion it will resolved automatically after 2 3 hours. But till date no access. I have logged 4 tickets with their customer care but no follow up, no call and the complaints has been closed. They have worst service and customer experience. Please refund my entire amount so I can move with another service provider. Thanks

        First complaint registered on 3 Dec before 5 pm. Told that the problem will be attended to within 24 hours by a technician who will visit my home. Second time complained on 4 Dec at 5.20 pm that no one had yet attended to the problem even though 24 hours had gone by. Told that the technician has been informed to visit before 8 pm. Third complaint made on 4 Dec at 8.40 pm that no one had yet showed up & was told that the Technician would not be able to come today as their hours were up to 8 pm only. Responses given at call centre showed that they were helpless other than to register complaints & pass on the information. Poor service & useless call centre is what I want to report.

          Customer ID: 1432674 Multiple issues faced with hathway: 1. When we applied for a broadband connection for home with hathway, we were asked for the full advance payment for at least a three-months period. So we made that payment on day one. They claimed to install the connection within 24 hours. But it happened after 10 days of regular follow-up. But the billing cycle started from the day of applying. 2. Almost every alternate day, there is no network because of either a technical issue in my area or in the city, or their server is down. Multiple complaints are being made to their customer care, and nodal office, with no respite, and the problem can again arise anytime. There is no permanent solution. 3. Recently, our connection had been disconnected by hathway without prior notice. When we call up to their rudely talking customer care executives, we are told our documents are missing. The documents were provided on the first day of applying for the connection, and it is on the basis of those documents and their verification that we were sanctioned a connection. Anyway, so we provided our ID proofs again as documents to hathway's executives. But did not restart our connection. When we keep calling to inquire, sometimes they say they don't have ID proofs, sometime that they do not have our payment receipts. So finally, we sent all these documents, including ID and the copy of payment receipt to several of their executives, and also to their nodal and appellate authorities. But the connection is still not started. Their executives are, first of all are extremely careless to misplace our documents, and even on sending multiple times again and again to them, those remain invisible to them. During 2 months of our hathway connection, more than half of the time internet was not provided for some or the other reason. During this period, there were multiple complaints made to their customer care, nodal, as well as appellate authorities. But there could never be a permanent solution to any of those. It is very evident that hathway has no intention of providing its customers any services, and are only interesting in getting the initial payment. This is pure cheating. Our experience with hathway internet has been of constant struggle and fight, rather than peaceful use of internet. We claim our payment amount, INR 3, 000 back, and we do not wish to continue with hathway. Also, we advice all reading this message to not opt for hathway broadband.

              Dear sir, i took hathway connection account no.1441583 i am getting very slow speed 0.55mbps net but my plan is 50mbps net and 60gb download.after 60gb download i get 4mbps net but now speed is 0.55mbps.no body can taking complant.you can solve this problem with in 2 hours, otherwise you can disconnect your hathway connection.

                  Reference above the internet connection keeps getting disconnected intermittently, I have complained many times and have been told that an engineer will visit my house and sort out the problem, but no one has come and the problem continous, this is causing a lot of inconvenience, please do the needful at the earliest. The current Registered complaint number is 14956749 Please do the needful at the earliest asthis is become a source of great inconvenience todaythe engineer has come and is saying that this modem is registered on some other name, something I cannot understand, but still the net is not working

                    I own a prepaid account with hathway internet, while making my last recharge i informed their employee name gaurav emp code : 86726 that i will change address, , he told me the procedure. when came back after a month to change address i was informed that they dont provide connection in that building. when asked for refund i was denied saying its a prepaid account hence not applicable. My complaint is why was i not asked to check at the point of sale that you need to check if we provide our service in that area. why was it after they got the money. Incorrect information given by their employee loss will be mine. Contacted hathway nodal officer, they ignored their mistake and informed me that they wouldn't refund infact asked me to deposit their equipments back. All i want is give me refund for the period i have not used the service.                         I have renewed my internet account choosing HD 2 STREAM 50Mb Qtrly which is for quarter period with effect from 31-Aug-2015 on which it was promised to me via written mail that i'll get 2 months in additions as a compensation to the service issues faced by me. Since then i have been following up with Hathway team on mails but no one is bother to respond to my mails. This week even i have visited their office at 7 Bungalow but i was asked to keep following up on mails and they have forwarded by complaint ahead. My account is due for renewal on 29-Nov-15 and i don't want to suffer any further. Please help me out in getting the issue resolve and take action against Hathway for not responding their customers. A person from hathway visited my place to resolve the technical issue to whom i insisted to provide name of some contact person who can resolve my billing issue on which he was kind enough to call his backend team where Mr. Raj confirmed that they have updated my plan expiry date.

                        To add to my above complain, i have also raised my concern about low speed via complain no 14964247, i didn't receive any calls neither anyone visited my place to resolve the speed issue but i received a message stating your issue is resolved and complain is closed. Where else the speed issue still exist. This has not happened first time, many a time your technical team is just closing the tickets on paper. To whom you people are fooling?
                        There is no call and no solution given by your team till now, why? My plan is expiring tomorrow, i don't want to face even a single day without internet as it may affect me financially.

                            I took hathway broadband service look at the add which says 50 MBPS speed I mean 50 MBPS really !! The nightmare starts the moment I took the connection. One thing you need to make up your mind that you will not get the speed which they say and you have to get fed up giving complaints. The speed provided to us actually are anywhere between 2 MBPs to 15 MBPS. Another nightmare with this company is the data limit of 50GB which you can browse or surf. I thought 50GB will be more than sufficient for the whole month, but with in two weeks they downgrade my speed limit to 2mbps saying I have crossed my data limit. We only browse during the evening hours as everybody is at home during that time, so how is that possible to cross 50 GB for a 3 hours browsing on daily basis ? with a speed of 2 MBPS to 15 MBPS. Every month there is a complaints about the speed on my account. I have included the account number along with this complaint. Concerned people can check the list through my account. This totally feels like a fraud and does not provide the trust factor to go for the connection.

                              Hathway had offered Cisco Router with deposit of Rs.1100 which would be returned once the router is returned...i returned the router and i was promised that the money will be deposited to my account within a month...however it has been 4 months but no money has been returned..

                                A pathetic work system is accepted by Hathway.

                                Date of Disconnection - 15th May, 2015

                                After sending mails to Hathway several times, Hathway is not even ready to resolve complains. Even Hathway Nodal Officer is not replying to customer complain for customer satisfaction.

                                When Hathway wants new customer or renewal, it will send person immediately on same day. But when it comes to refund, Hathway is taking 6 months?

                                - Worst customer care which even don't know what is a problem customer having.

                                - Hathway is disconnecting connection without any prior notice and intimation.

                                - Hathway is disconnecting connection even after taking 100% money of plan in advance. Is a customer fool who is selecting Hathway as a service provider?

                                - After 8 years of service, Hathway is disconnecting connection suddenly. Also after disconnection, Hathway is not in a position to reply with reason of disconnection. Is any illegal working is being done at Hathway or what? Is Hathway playing with customers? Are we toys?

                                - After 5 months of disconnection by Hathway, Hathway itself is calling and messaging and sending letters for renewal. Hathway employees does not have any about working at Hathway? or Hathway's policy is made up such way way which not one should knows?

                                - After disconnection by Hathway, Hathway people are saying that refund procedure has to be initiated by customer. Hathway doesn't care about its brand name or goodwill or what? Shameless answer by Hathway people.

                                It is not ending here.

                                - Even after initiation of refund procedure by customer, Hathway is not even reverting for mails and not even processing refunds.

                                THIS ALL INCIDENCE INDICATES THAT SOMETHING WRONG IS HAPPENING AT HATHWAY WHICH IS HARMFULL FOR ANY CUSTOMER AND CUSTOMER CAN LOOSE ITS MONEY ANYTIME WITH HATHWAY. HATHWAY IS NOT AT ALL A TRUSTED BRAND.

                                Help me if possible to get my 100% refund from Hathway. In this kind of case also Hathway is saying to provide refund on usage basis. When a customer is paying to avail service, why it will accept half refund where service has been disconnected by company itself without any reason?

                                I will be thank full to this site if I am getting refund.

                                  It has been 10 days since I subscribed to Hathway Cable, the service providers asked for payment WITHOUT installing a new STB, saying that they would install one after Diwali and hooked us up with an old STB for the meantime.That was 10 days ago, since then the service providers have not responded to my complaint. I also wanted a package where I get all the English channels, but the providers made an excuse that they aren't available at the moment (all the English channels). Pathetic service. Will be unsubscribing from Hathway as soon as possible.

                                    Account no: 1102588. It is shame that your sales representative are doing malpractice to earn incentive. I am prepaid user and how I am suppose to receive bill for Rs 562.25? The extra top-up of 10-15GB has added to my account without my knowledge. I remember I used to receive calls from sales team and they were pitching me top-up. I already told them I am satisfy with my plan as I am not frequent internet used. I pay 6 month advance so how there supposed to be a bill? When I contacted phone support and area dealer. Both assured me it will be taken care off. However, I am still receiving message to pay amount in order to avoid interruption. I contacted email support but they're not even able to communicate properly in english. Not even able to answer to my single query. I just need to get it resolved. It has been around month. I did send 3-4 email asking to contact Supervisor but no response yet. Shame!!! Such a bad customer service and allowing employees to do malpractice in customer's account. I just want it to get resolved soon. I will post it to all social sites.

                                      My Internet not working properly from last 1month in spite of several complain my problem is not solved your person every time told me that your problem is solved but next day same problem arises again. My customer id 1326799 and my mobile number is [protected]. I have complaining about this to you 3-4 days ago but still my problem is not solved.

                                        I had made advance payment for One year subscription of the VAJRA package for two connections (VC NO[protected] / ID- [protected]). The service for one tv was OK while the other was terrible from the begining. I had informed them about the video and sound cracking and also not receiving few channels for months eventhoug I had paid for the service in full. They said they are refreshing from there end but nothing would happen. My subscription ends this November and the service is hopeless. I have called and reported the above same problems to customer care and they have done nothing. It is the same refreshing at their and power off and power on from customer's end. They say they are sending there personal to look into the problem but none show up. I want a full refund as I did not receive the service I had paid for. I certainly will not be using their service anymore. Lokesh

                                        The problem still hasn't been resolved but today I receive an sms saying that the issue has been resolved. What nonsense is this.
                                        Since the HATHWAY representatives never showed up, i decided to switch to another vendour. But, as my 1 year package ended I started receiving messages to subscribe.SHAMELESS HATHWAY. The representative arrived to collect money for the package and I gave him some sound gyan. But this man wanted me to forget the past and it was my mistake that I hadnt contacted the regional office. IRRESPONSIBLE REP. They on checking my connection he said that I wasnt receiving any signal as the cable I have been using from there junction wasnt HATHWAY cable. I told him it had been 1year since their rep had given the connection. But again, this man wasnt accepting the fact. He then wanted me to pay 300 rupees for the wire and I reminded him that HATHWAY owed me 1 year refund payment. A SMALL SIGNAL STRENGTH CHECKING COULDNT BE DONE BY HATHWAY- ITS A SHAME THEY HAVE A CUSTOMER CARE AS THIS INCIDENT HAS PROVED HOW INCAPABLE AND DISJOINTED THEIR OPERATIONS ARE.

                                        I STILL AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND AND STILL NO AREA MANAGER HAS CONTACTED ME.
