Hi, I had taken the Hathaway broadband connection plan on 24th September 2015. For the past 4 weekends, I am not able to use the internet on weekends especially on Sunday evenings. We have made continuous six complain every alternate day - for any time stopping Hathway Broad band internet services and some time very poor network. Can not open or sign in mail account. Frequently service brakes. An average break down hours are 10 to 16 hours since last 12 days. Complains are just noted and no feed back.
