I had faced connection issues for 11, 12, 13, 17, 19, 21, 26, 27, 29, 30 October and 3, 4November (Lots of complaints raised - but for the service extension, the complaints raised were 14654591 &[protected]. Apart from these, I had raised complaint regarding speed (I had taken a 50Mbps connection - and i believe during the speed issue time, the speed was near 256 kbps - not exactly sure - could have been much less than this also!). When asked for service extension, the backend guys say that during speed issue time, I had used internet and so they cannot refund. The main use for me of internet is for office usage - and i cannot connect to office network during the lower speed times - and they say they cannot even refund/extend services for these days! It takes atleast 20 minutes to close a call single time - this is taking a toll on my mobile also now - these guys don't even have a toll free number! I would like to get a refund for the past 3 months (my hathway id is 1153070) and money for the amount i spent on the mobile bill! Really pathetic service, poor customer care executives and no-value/respect for customers!

I had sent mail to blr.[protected]@hathway.net as per instruction from consumercomplaints helpline. However, that id is unreachable - so, i forwarded the mail to kar.[protected]@hathway.net. I still have not got a response from Hathway. Please let me know the next steps.

    I have two complaints

    1. Installation of the New Hathway setup is done from the installation guy from Hathway. He provided the username and password for the accessing the internet.
    But when i try to browse anything, it is asking for the authentication and when I provided userame/password it says Invalid credentials. When I try to retrieve the username using the account number provided by the installation guy, it says "Invalid Account Number". I am calling to customer care and also dropping mails to the customer service of Hathway, I see no proper response from the team.They simply saying that they will inform to their back end team and nobody is contacting to resolve the issue. I have attached the mail here along with the screenshots for your reference.

    2. Installation for my Hathway connection is done on 03-Nov-2015, but Hathway website shows it as 30-Oct-2015 and renewal date for the connection is calculated accordingly. I request to correct the renewal date as till now i am not able to use the Hathway services. Same requested in the mail which i attached here.

    Today morning (06-Nov-2015) around 10 AM, one of your customer support person called me about the issue. He said that he has updated the settings and asked me to test the connectivity after restarting the modem. I have followed the instructions and tested the connectivity after restarting the modem, but still the issue exists. I informed the same to your customer support person and he said that he will give a call back after sometime. But till now I didn't get any response from your customer support :(

    Please find the attached screenshot where its clearly saying "Account Number is incorrect" when I try to recover the username by providing the Account Number..

    Also now if I try to open any website nothing is opening even the Hathway login pages also. Now I see Wifi Network is getting connected but showing no internet access. Attached the screenshot for your reference.

    Looking for your active involvement in resolving this issue ASAP.

    Point 1 is resolved and I am able to access the Internet from Yesterday(16-Nov-2015).

      My home net connectivity deactivated since 04/11/15 morning, complaint logged on 04/11 at 1300 hrs vide No:14746800.Sorry to inform that till evening 0700pm of 05/11, my problem not resolved, even nobody with proper spares attended my residence in spite of repeated reminders...feeling helpless...please take necessary action.

        After several reminders to you all & continuous telephonic-ally follow up with your department no refund was made till to date. Resulting with i am deeply depressed. Sir, with due respect please let me inform you the whole picture once again As per my hathway account no. 285855 you can easily find out the loyalty of mine with HATHWAY. On the month of JUNE 2015 I had shifted my house to new location. The shifting request has been made to hathway but unfortunately HATHWAY was unable to provide the net connection .           Dear Sir, I bought Hahtway Internet plan for 1year in September 2015. the first month it was working fine but than in October fist week the problem started and when i called up thay said some DNS server problem!! Than finaly the technician visited and told the the hathway modem is not good and will replace it.i am calling till date and no replacement done!!!

            Lots of time I have registered complaint against cable network but again and again cable shows technical problem. And cable operators not receiving the call to solve the problem. It means even if we r paying a good amount we get the poor service. It means common people money have no value.

              I have paid my 15 month package internet fees in advance two months back.I am facing so many problems in the connection usually, but from the last five days my internet just stop working at 11 in the night and and starts automatically at 7 in the morning.I have called the customer care so many times but they are just giving the time of 24 working hours and after the completion of this 24 working hours I didn't got any positive response from the company and I am facing the same problem form last so many days .My username ID is deweshkumar and some of my complaints number is 907176, 909799, 912530. My registered mobile number in the company is [protected].They are not sending any of the technical team to fix this.

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                I was using GTPL internet service at my old house since last 8-9 months. Initially I took plan of 6 month so I paid for 6 month, after 6 month I needed to renew my plan and also I was going to shift my new home so I had asked their sales guy to check weather your company is capable to provide the connection at new home then only I renew otherwise I am going to leave the service at that time their guy told me they would be able to shift the connection to new address. Now I have shifted to new home, I placed connection shifting request on 12 october 2015 and I came to know the company is not able to shift my connection due to unavailable infrastructure. It's directly make customer full and interrupt my business.

                I hope you have understand the situation and help me to short out.

                  This is regarding Hathway company and the terrible services they provide.
                  I got a hathway internet connection set up at Koramnagala (kudremukha colony) bangalore.
                  They were responsive and pro active to requests ONLY until the payment was done.
                  I had issues with the cabling and they said they would come fix the issue soon. (In a day to be precise).
                  But they stopped answering and even went to the extent of cutting my calls.

                  This is highly un professional and I demand it to be justified. I don't believe in paying 3k bucks for nothing.

                    We got hatway broadband connection on[protected], the plan was 50mbps 100 GB download limit. We never saw the promised service. Within 3 days we had logged a complaint, and corresponding to that till date we have registered so many complaints, We finally got fed up as even after so many complaints the service was not provided as per the plan, The service keep breaking off in between and when we got the service it was not consistent. Till date we have never heard of them neither we have seen the advance given to them of Rs. 18650/- (Receipt No. HYDISP/479433) Following are our details: Connection in the name of: D Ramaraju Contact Details: [protected] A/C no.: 1396510 We have been rigorously following up but have not received a proper response, the customer care isn't even giving us the local address to confront them for our issues. I pay Rs 18650 for 1 year Kindly intervene & provide us permanent satisfactory resolution.

                        I had requested for separate bills of internet broadband for each month.I have not received any of the bills from september.And when i call to customer care no body will respond in a proper way.I need my money back and separate internet bills for each month from september ASAP and I would like to discontinue with this broadband which is really the worst one.Please raise a complaint towards them and do the needful.

                          Hathway Boradband must be cheating me as till date written almost 20 mails to know my usage as I am individual user of there unlimited plan of 50 MBPS per month My account number 340790 and within 7 days they inform me that my usage limit is 100% used which is next to impossible and then they downgrade the speed. This is worst kind of Broadband I am having in Pune city.. I request you guys to look into this. Thanks & regards

                            Hi I'm Satyanarayana with hathway customer code 1447352 I had taken plan for 3 months in the month of October Now in the starting of November month dated 1st of November -I received a message showing that I had crossed the allowed usage limit and the speed is degraded But how could it be possible to cross the limit in the 1st day itself Please do needful

                              I have registered Complaint 3rd time.
                              Hathway is not giving us permanent solution. There Technician visited my home ... he is doing something so that point of time Internet is working.

                              But again we are facing same issue.
                              I am fed up with this kind of service.

                              Kindly intervene & provide us permanent satisfactory resolution.

                              I have been following up with Hathway customer care for my internet issue. Even after one week my internet issue is not resolved. Not able to speak to supervisor as well. Supervisor team always busy and we need to wait for more than one hour to speak to them.Very bad service from Hathway.

                                I renewed my broadband connection(Account Number: 1366499) on 19 Sep 15. After renewal, Internet disconnects every day. I called almost everyday to the customer care (non tool free number). I spent 500 Rs just for calling the customer care. But still Hathway unable to solve the issue. Every morning I opens a new ticket and in night it get closed without my knowledge. So many times I raised ticket[protected],[protected] for Refund also but this also closed without my knowledge. Customer care number is useless. Even there is no any escalation process in Hathway. If Hathway not capable of solving this issue, then Hathway should refund all my money. So that I can take some other broadband connection.

                                I have asked for the refund of full amount which i paid . But you guys are extending the connection.
                                What i will do with the ridiculous connection?

                                Today i got sms that 'I crossed 100%of fair usage limit'. Though i did not have proper Internet connection and in just 10 days i can not cross my 100%of fair usage limit. This is highly impossible. Initial 3 months it never happen.

                                Every night before sleeping i always switched off my modem and wifi. But today morning when i tried to switch on modem, it is not switching on.

                                For the first three month i did not face any issue. But after renewal, I faced lot of issue. Last month also you guys have downgraded my speed, without providing the proper Internet connection.

                                You guys are keep saying that billing department will call me but from last more than one month no one has called me and closed all the open ticket. As i told you before that your customer number is useless. Today also i called but in between your guys stop talking to me and then disconnected the call.

                                I am getting ridiculous service from Hathway from more than one month. So please refund my full amount.
                                I have not received any call from the billing department so far after raising multiple request. Today also i called to customer care(escalation department) with "Sobha S." She promised that today definitely some one will call from the billing department but as usual today also i did not receive any call.
                                I don't know what you guys are doing. You are simple cheating with the customer.
                                My request is very simple. Provide the proper service which i have paid before, If you guys are not capable of providing the proper service then refund my money. But you guys are not providing the proper service nor refunding the money. What does it mean? Though i do not have proper Internet connection, I spent nearly 1000 rs for just calling the use less customer care. Who will compensate this? Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I have already waited for more than one month.

                                  I had taken a connection by paying Rs. 3100 in CASH as 3months subscription. But few days later my account 1416529 deactivated and the customer care personnel are not able to explain the reason for deactivation. And almost two months later they have called and informed me that, my account got deactivated due to cheque bounce. when i had paid them in cash, why a cheque bounces, whose cheque is this and why it is updated to my account. where is the cash paid by me is accounted. can't you find out whose check is this, with the help of receipt against this cheque? subscribed for three months, but the connection has not yet been resumed for the past two months.

                                    This is pathetic internet service. Internet disconnects everyday. I have to call support everyday to fix it. Last time the internet didn't work for 3 days and the only answer they have is there is some technical issue. I call hundred times and sent multiple emails and of course there is no manager around when i call them, thats the only time when managers have meetings. If you can't fix it, dont provide internet and refund my money. This isn't what i am paying for.

                                      My internet plan of "HD 30 STREAM" was supposed to expire on 4/11/2015. However, I paid Rs. 3299 for the "HD 50 STREAM" plan on 27/10/2015 via online payment using VISA card. It has been 24 hours since I paid the amount but the plan still hasn't changed and I'm getting 512kbps speed. Very disappointed with hathway.
