Very disappointing and worst service of the world. Internet shuts down every day afternoon for 1-4 hrs. Customer service tells to dial a number which has been already dialed. Massive fluctuation in the internet speed .And the shameful hathway will show a great service in reminding me to renew my account before 10-15 days after this level of service. And even after renewing it nothing has changed. I hoping to get a call from hatchway.If not it will confirm that this feedback system is nothing but hokum.

    Hi, I had taken the Hathaway broadband connection plan on 24th September 2015. For the past 4 weekends, I am not able to use the internet on weekends especially on Sunday evenings. For some stupid reason, the internet gets disconnected permanently on Sundays and I’m not able to browse or do anything in the internet on the weekends when i need it the most. I have to make some customer calls in the US as well as call my relatives and it is not possible because of the suspension of the service. Whenever I call up customer service, they tell that my account got deactivated and they do not provide any particular reason. Every week on the weekends I end up fighting my way through getting a service agent to talk to me. I have paid an advance payment of Rs 3050 for 3 months and is this what I get in return? Billing department is so slow that when gulping the money, they encashed the cheque immediately but when I asked for the bill, they told that it would take 15 working days to get the bill generated. I had called up the customer service on the 14th of October but he did not create a service request for the bill- who gets penalized- the customer? Till now (26th oct) i have not got the bill.

    HATHWAY- you suck!!

    These guys are the worst internet providers in India-- go for other option. Spread the word!!

    Update: On 25th October 2015- there was no internet- I called up customer service and they said it will be fixed in the late evening.
    On 26th October: I called up customer service 4-5 times and everytime they lied teling it will be restored soon.
    Today, the 27th October @ 6 pm: there is still no internet and customer service has no answer. Instead of trouble shooting, each time I call, I end up telling the same pain I’m going through.
    Is this the ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE’ you are providing?
    The customer service people are a bunch of monkeys- they lie and fool around with customer all day long

      We have made continuous six complain every alternate day - for any time stopping Hathway Broad band internet services and some time very poor network. Can not open or sign in mail account. Frequently service brakes. An average break down hours are 10 to 16 hours since last 12 days. Complains are just noted and no feed back. None of them call back . any time start working and at the mid of work connection off. If they call for an advance money to deposit for services - why services are lacking and no feed back - Must not cheat consumers this way.

          My account number is 1152831, using a plan HD1 STREAM BLR 50Mbps QtrlyU, which used to provide 7MBPS download speed but from past 4 month i am getting 500kbps, i have complained several times but still it of no use, while renewing my account i called customer care executive and told him if you are not capable of providing speed please disconnect, he assured me this doesn't repeat and then i renewed but this time its even worst am getting speed of 200kbps and even without proper usage its already showing usage has 25 GB, now am getting speed of 25kb instead of 512 kb, mean while i have called customer and asked for disconnection and repay my amount more than thrice but still no reply, one of my complaint number is 14551981, am fed up with HATHWAY please disconnect and repay my amount or else please fix the issue.

            My customer ID is 1338829, i am using hathway internet service since march 15 they promised that till 15gb i will get 50mbps speed and after that 1 mbps unlimited but they even doesn't provide 1 mbps dedicated speed and mostly their internet doesn't work, in every 2-3 days i need to complain them about internet issue but they don't provide 1 mbps speed and without informing they send msg that your ticket has been closed and i ask for my money back they reply that they dont have rule to return customer money even they are not able to provide service. from starting my ticket numbers:- 1. 13780171 on 9 march 15 2. 13023886 on 7 june 15 3. 13023594 on 8 june 15 4. 13433445 on 15 july 15 5. 13618841 on 1 aug 15 6. 13622978 on 3 aug 15 7. 13744696 on 14 aug 15 8. 13770317 on 16 aug 15 9. 13780171 on 17 aug 15 10. 13814505 on 19 aug 15 11. 13902088 on 27 aug 15 [protected] on 15 sep 15 13. 14154416 on 16 sep 15 [protected] on 19 sep 15 15. 14609048 on 22 oct 15 still i am facing internet speed problem but they are not attending call and no reply from their side about my current complain number 14609048.               My internet is not working and the only website opening right now is 'hathway.com'. Other than that, none website can be opened. I tried to contact them on[protected]Aurangabad's Billing & Renewal / Tech Support) but that number is busy. I tried for almost an hour but I still couldn't get my call through. Then I called on[protected]Aurangabad's Customer care) but that number is not working too. Then I though atleast the number for new customer might be working so I called that number too[protected] but that number is not working too. Then at last, I called their Aurangabad's nodal officer Mr. Murtaza Vanswadawala ([protected]) but he didn't also pick up the phone.                 I subscribed to hathway broadband in Augest 2015 50mbps plan A/C NO- 1382523 . Recently i have been renewaled the plan before one week i.e 17 oct -2015 and expire date is 22 oct -2015 however plan not got activated after payment recieved due to poor services i face a lot of problem from two days no proper customer service and fraud internet services cheating the people

                The same thing happened to me as well (acc # 1436038). The customer service is a BIG JOKE!!
                There is no internet in my house for the last 3 days and I am frustrated making numerous calls and waiting through decade long wait times.
                Neither the customer service agents nor their supervisors have the basic courtesy and ethics to call back the customer if the call got dropped.
                Go for private connection like G-broadband, siticable or airtel 4G.
                i am going to do that...

                    This is an complaint against Hathway broadband services Bangalore. I would like to bring in notice of everyone, that Hathway broadband services Bangalore is a fraud . They just take the money for three/six months and run way without providing any service for that they truly charge. Few days ago, I got the new Hathway broadband connection and paid the amount for three months in advance as per the plan. It’s been only 15 days frequent disconnection problem has started. I complaints multiple times by giving the call to Hathway customer care, they take the request and close the same without providing any resolution. From past 5 days, it is the same situation, everyday I call them, they close my request without providing any resolution on the query raised. Below are the some list of request/complaint registered and closed without any resolution: 14591497 14559348 14593534 Now when I call them to look into the issue, customer care associates threatens me saying that “we have already provided the resolution, don’t call us again, otherwise we will disconnect the connection permanently from here”. If consumer court board can take any necessary action against them, it would be helpful for me as well for others who are facing issues with Hathway broadband, Bangalore. Thanks. Vikas

                      I am leaving from my current in 15 days, end of current month. And my broadband got expired on 14th of the month. To continue my service, I called customer care and asked what can be done, they suggested I pay 500 rs and they will upgrade my plan with better speed and better usage limit. I paid the amount. I saw that there was already a credit balance of 924 Rs. Hence they now had total 1424 Rs. from me only for one month. However the plan they promised did not get activated and when I complained they said now, I need to pay to more.

                      The promise of plan upgrade was made by Shantanu Pandey on 13th, Oct, 2015 and he said it will be done within 4 hours. I got a message the next day stating that my request has been closed, so I thought the plan is upgraded. But within 2 days I got a message that my usage has crossed 100% limit and my internet speed downgraded a lot. I got skeptical and checked my balance. It said 16 GB is left. While my limit according to the new plan (HD3) is 25 GB. So I called the customer and this time a person named Pratap Pandey talked to me saying that my plan is still HD2 and that he cannot upgrade my plan to HD3, I now need to pay even more. When I told him that I wish to speak Shantanu who made the promise, he said he's busy and cannot give my call to him! I want them to either refund my money or give me extra GB with HD3 speed till the end of month at least.

                          My wi-fi internet connection is not working since last 11 days. I have lodge several complaints regarding this with no resolution every time I call customer service they says a complaint has been forwarded and in 4 hours it will get resolved but no body follows it up then no filed executive has visited my place and has checked regarding issue.the last time I called customer service they very rudely said that if you are not happy with the service please disconnect the services.

                          Finally a Field executive visited my place as i was requesting from last 12 days. Within a minute he came to know that the adapter (which powers router) is faulty, i replaced the adapter and my wi-fi started working.

                          Just received a FRAUD CALL from [protected] stating that he is from head office and he can refund half monthly bill and asking for card details when i said adjust it in the next bill as i am not comfortable giving card details he disconnected the call and when i called back getting error that this is not a right number.Reporting to the police immediately.

                          They are very prompt in sending SMS reminders & calling back for renewals, they deserve 10 Star rating, in collecting the subscription.
                          Not seeing the same enthusiasm in resolution of customer complaints. Never get the committed broad band speed for which we paid.
                          This time I do not want to renew the service.

                            My internet is down from last 6 days and i have complained about it multiple times but it is still not resolved. After waiting for 5 days i demanded to connect me with superviser but customer service team(shilpa, aqeel, Ahmad) made the false promise and i never got the call. Infact aqeel told me that his supervisor shanwaz doesn't have time to talk with customer. I called them today again and they (Avinash) made the same promise again. Best part is that i am getting ticket resolved msg everyday so they resolve tickets without resolving the issue. I think for SLA. Hathway account 1260004

                                Hi my hathway account number is 1109294. I have been facing some serious disconnections with my hathway broadband. I'm unable to use my internet for even 1/3rd of the day while I had paid for 24 hour connection. Even now I'm sending this message over my neighbour's internet. I have contacted the customer care several times (like 20-30 times in the past month) and all the support I've got is a text message on my cellphone with a complaint number in it and a call from hathway on the next day saying that your problem has been resolved. While in reality, it wasn't. I requested to send over a technician but inspite of getting consent on that no one showed up. If there is hint of scope on the problem getting resolved I would appreciate that otherwise all I want is REFUND and disconnection of the service. My last recharge was around 16th September since then the internet is not working properly and my plan is HD STREAM 3. Thanks. Awaiting for your reply.

                                    We got hatway broadband connection on[protected], the plan was supposed to be 50mbps 30 GB download limit. We never saw the promised service. Within 15 days we had logged a complaint, and corresponding to that till date we have registered 3 complaints, following are the complaint numbers: 13943824 14056206 14102080 We finally got fed up as even after so many complaints the service was not provided as per the plan. The service keep breaking off in between and when we got the service it was not consistent. Finally we registered for cancellation without using the service for more than few days. Our cancel was registered at around mid September.Following is the cancellation number: 14102115 We have been repetitively following up, went to an extent to social media, on twitter they promised us that someone will contact us ASAP . Till date we have never heard of them neither we have seen the advance given to them of Rs. 3080/- (Receipt No. 160489) Following are our details: Connection in the name of: Jayesh Syal Contact Details: [protected] A/C no.: 1414329 We have been rigorously following up but have not received a proper response, the customer care isn't even giving us the local address to confront them for our issues.

                                      Hi, I have had Hathway Broadband connection and due to their pooreeesssstt service, I had disconnected it on[protected]. They have closed the request on[protected], stating my mobile number was not reachable. After chasing them for 10 continuous days through calls and emails, I got a call from Appellate officer saying the amount will be refunded soon, but no one did that till now and its been more that 6 days that the officer had called me. They are cheating me big time and their customer care executives are not in synch with other executives. Each one is giving different answers and I am totally annoyed due this people. If any HATHWAY representative is here in this forum, just take a look at this complaint and take immediate action. My account num: 1343288 Thanks Aravind S

                                        I hve taken the scheme of 600kbps from hathway broadband... But everyday I have issue with speed its giving only 12kbps or maximum 14kbps now I have work to do on net and the speed is to low pages are not loading and when I m calling Hathway for service they rplies v conecting your call to technical department but I get no response then...                                         Hope you do something about this or Il b disconnecting your hathway connection and wil tke some other services and tell my frnds and all also to do the same...
