I had renewed the subscription on 13.10.2015 by making an online payment but the service is not yet activated. When called at the customer care they asked us to visit the branch. Hathway internet goes down very frequently. In a month, it disconnects for 10 days. Seeking customer service's help also doesn't solve the problem.
