This is the worst network i have ever seen . Such a reckless customer service.it is cheating customers very badly. This is a type of scam.the internet services are worst . In a month, atleast 20 days the net connection shows connectivity problems. This stupid hathway is cheating customers. And the customer care executives are also very rude and reckless towards their customers. Iam reporting this complain with lot of frustation. Atleast now wake up and solve our net problem . It is costing around 20 rupees for one customer service call ! Stupid network and worst services . Dont fool customers like this .

    Very poor service but had to depend on them as there was no other service providers in my locality, they take an average of 24 hours to attend to complaints, and complaints are very often, an average of 1 complaint per week. They disconnected for non payment one day, I was their customer for over a year and had made payments within the due date and this time I had plain forgotten about the payment, I did not get even a reminder call and they disconnected, I made payment the same day I got disconnected but they took 3 days to restore back the connection. My account id with them is 1120035. I have now opted for an alternate provider, luckily I have one more provider now. Two days back I have called them and asked them for termination which they have not responded as yet. The complaint number is 14308292. Hope they don't charge me for another month just because of their lethargy, My payment due to them when I raised the termination request is Rs. 0. Guna Seelan

      Hello, I am Prashant Bhosale, logging a complaint on behalf of Vijendra Singh. We took a hathway broadband connection yesterday, i.e 31st Sept, 2015 in Veeranpalya area of Banglore. Details of connection are : Account no : 1443812 Complaint no : 14341422 Sales Person details : Name : Vijay Contact : [protected] Hathway Technical Person : Contact - [protected] The problem is that, hathway guys are unable to fetch the connection from nearby society named MindSpace Apartment to our society called Sri Krishna Apartment. Due to this silly issue, the connection is not being setup. Hathway guys are saying that sir we can't do anything there is permission issue. During the time of sale you guys will call thousand times, and in case of issue you guys raise your hands. Our 3 months subscription money is with Hathway and I wish you guys to resolve the issue by today itself, or else refund us the money back.

        Please help me to convince GTPL for buy back wrongly configured set top box. GTPL Sold me a HD Set Top Box(Model No. GTPL-HD-HDC-7300A) with Recording Facility. Because of there is a technical issue this model is not supporting recording. now they saying if i want to avail recording facility, i have to buy another model. Before 1 year i have bought a GTPL set top box. As i am looking for a set top box in which i can avail HD channels and Recording facility. GTPL company sold me GTPL make Model No. GTPL-HD-HDC-7300A in which i can see HD channels and it also have recording facility. At that time they told me "now a day company haven't start recording facility in ahmedabad. once company start recording service facility, you can record programs with this set top box. after a year (on 30/092015) i have call GTPL customer care toll free No. [protected]. A call operator told me that we have activated recording service in ahmedabad i have to contact my area's channel operator regarding this matter. than i have contact my operator and he told me that i have talk with local GTPL office but recording facility is still not available in ahmedabd city. Again I called GTPL customer care toll free No. [protected]. I told a call operator about this. He told me that recording facility is available in ahmedabd and again he insist me for to contact local operator regarding this matter. but when i forced him to check reason at there end. he put me on hold and talk with senior and than ask me about my set top box model. i gave her detail of set top box model. again she put me on hold and after a while told me " sir recording facility is not compatible for your model no." i told her at a time of purchase set top box, i have confirm with my operator and also there was a 2 slot of pen drive in set top box and recording button in remote control." but she told me that this model is not supporting recording facility you have to buy our another model of set top box compatible with recording. i told her for price of said compatible set top box she told me that it cost Rs. 6400/- i have spent Rs.4, 400 for my set top box before a year. so if there is a problem with this set top box at company's end they should buy back this set top box against new one and i will pay difference amount of Rs. 2000/-. now she told me that i should talk about this(buy back matter) with my local cable operator. again i call my cable operator for bay back set top box. he told me that it is not possible. i understand him because its not his fault. It's a liability of GTPL who sold me a product with wrong configuration. please help me to convince GTPL for buy back wrong configure set top box. Myself NILESH GADHIA, from Maninagar, Ahmedabad.             Hi, I am sarvajeet singh. My hathway customer id is "928209". I have using hathway internet service since last 3 year. Every two month some problem with regarding net issue. From 22 sep'15 i am unable to use internet service. 100 times i have calling in hathway customer care No.[protected] but no one executive are tell me exact solution expect We have frustrated of such type of services so we have decided to close one Number and deposited full and final amount and close this number "928209" but customer care executive are tell me this is in process. Executive are also tell me i have no rites of call transfer to any serior member or manager. I say what type of this service whose manger are not talk with me.               Sir, I have done payment of Rs.741 for Hathway Broadband on 27th through my SBI account net banking. But the payment was not received by HATH WAY. But the same amount was deducted in my SBI. Please see image attached. Please pay back my deducted amount....

              I hv been facing Problem with My Internet connection for the past 15-18 days but Hathway is one company who just believe in selling their connection but zero in customer service. They just keep on giving you false promises like morning, evening, tomorrow it will be done and so on but no one solves your problem we have to pay them advance so we cannot do much I email them 3-4 time but not a single emails for message from them they will just give you complain no and after few hours you will get message your complain closed my internet plan is 50 mbps but it work only 2-3 mbps and some time just gets disconnected check attached file

I took new connection from hathway, to activate the account itself they took 3 days and again login credentials are not work. again raised complaint . they did not called me and not provided. its very very worst service. tikona is somewhat better compared to hathway. guys please do not go for hathway broadband. its wasting of many and time.                   I am new customer to Hathway and its been less than a week that the connection shows on however the wifi doesnt work at all. It will connect for few seconds and then goes off completely. What irritates more is the customer care who never answers the call. The 24/7 helpline is waste of time. You never get anyone on cal.

                    My account number is 1228769. Till now i have had the worst experience with Hathway amongst all internet service providers used till date.Internet speed is never as promised by the company usually speed is 56kps againgst 1Mbps promised by the company. To call Customer care service is another nightmare, i was on hold for 30 mins again and again put on . hold, none of the executive was available to attend .Really bad internet and customer care, very frustrating, will not advice anyone for Hathway broadband connection

                      Hello my name is Ravi my Hathway broadband is registered in my fathers name (H.P.Leeladhar). On Friday[protected] I made a top up of 10gb amounting to Rs.570 and the date today is[protected] till now the hathway staff members are not activating my top up, I have called them 5 times everyday and the response i get is "your top up will be activated within 4 hrs" but its already been 3 days and still no activation. Every time i register a new complaint it gets closed the next day without the issue being resolved. I have completely lost faith that they will activate my renewal for the subscription of my broadband for the month of October which is due on 1st will also be resulted in the same manner.The Hathway staff are not interested in activating my top nor they are ready to make a refund of that amount, If this is the way they provide service to the customers then i will be happy to cancel my broadband connection with them and switch to a different ISP.

                              I got a mail stating that my service is going to be deactivated today (25th Sept 2015). But when i checked the payment portal it shows the expiry date of 01/10/2015..

                              Here is the screen-shot and email attachment for your reference.

                              Current Plan ULTRA 600 Qtrly prepd Unltd Expiry Date 01/10/2015

                              If this what the payment portal is stating then why you are sending a mail that my service will be deactivate today (25th Sept 2015) and why your billing team is calling me and threatening me that they will discontinue the service if the payment is not done by today itself.

                              I will make sure to pass on this information to all the people how are using Hathway to check their expiry date on the billing portal and also make sure to make a note as to when they had made payment. As this is really getting out of hand where you (Hathway) don't care about the Customers. STOP CHEATING AND FOCUS ON PROVIDING A BETTER SERVICE TO YOUR CUSTOMER.

                              I would request TRAI Team to kindly look into this matter and get this resolved as this is a case of extorting money from customers even when their current plan is active. The plan is going to expire on 01/10/2015.

                              There is more when you call their customer care centre... they give you the best reply ever...

                              I was on call with one of your executive and she told that there are no managers in the company and there are only senior managers which don't come in shift at this moment. I don't know how Hathway works. But this is really frustrating... one of the pathetic service ever got in my life...

                                I have paid for 3 month advance package, but after 1 month I shifted residence and hathway couldn't provide me the services as I had shifted out of their service area. So I asked them to close the connection and refund me the amount. They came back saying their is no refund policy in hathway Hathway Cosumer ID - 1082711

                                  My internet also not working since 23 sep. They saying that issue occurs only for me inly. So their technical team not able to resolve one problem since last 3 days..they are engineer or road chap engineers..every day i called up and remind that internet is not working. Nobody follow up from customer service. When i calld they said that it will resolve tomorrow by 1 pm.then next they saying that it will resolve by eod. Then again when i calldd at eod they said that it will resolve by 1 pm. Then again said that 3pm. So hathway is thinking that we are fool and they provide 3rd level service. Goto hell hathway.

                                    I am a Hathway Broadband User ID 1208366. My internet is not working since 2 days and there is no one to listen or resolve it . Customer Care is well trained to say sorries and make fool of you . Technical department doesn't even care what's going on an the Head doesn't even care . I have personally written email to the head, talked to Mr. Sandeep (who calls himself to be head of Customer care Delhi/ncr) after getting nothing from the customer care after several calls but again of no use . Can you guys imagine life without internet for two days . Every time I called they told me next possible resolution time but it never happened. Now I don't know what happened I am not able to to call to Customer Care even . If the customer has to write it down on consume complaint site, you can figure out how worse is it . Shame on you guys .

                                      I have been using Hathway broadband service and it is worst service ever! Let alone in the ISP market, their service in comparison to any sector. My internet connection has frequent disconnections (sometimes for days); and every time I raise a complaint it gets magically fixed for a couple of hours before the problem occurs again. I have brought this to their attention requesting for a permanent solution, but no effort from their side! It is as though they don't care. I wish there was a way to sue an organization with such poor service and reliability! I have been using it for quite some time. THE ONLY reason why I'm sticking with this pathetic service is because other service providers have no feasibility in my area. My mobile 2g connection is more reliable than this broadband service! I have gone weeks without an internet connection and without updates from their technical/support teams. And the cases I raised are CLOSED without any confirmation!!! After having raised 5 CASES in in the last 1/2 weeks! for frequent disconnections the problem still persists. The bigger issue is, not a month goes by without me having to contact Hathway because the Internet has stopped working (the very basic service that they are supposed to provide for what I pay). Keeping my fingers crossed and awaiting that a new service providers sets up their base here and I cannot wait to terminate my connection with the biggest smile on my face. To the hathway executives who MAY (hopefully) be reading this. You have failed as an organization. You have ads explaining the advanced technologies you have upgraded to! That is such a waste of time. I will be a happy customer even with 512 kbps provided you give me a stable connection. What is the point of having 20/30/50 Mbps plan when half the time I'm unable to use it? Your organization objective should not be better speeds! It should be reliability! You need to have a good technical staff who can address issues even before the customer reports them. In the end it is not the speed that will bring you success but rather a satisfied customer. Luckily my quarterly prepaid plan is expiring in the next 20 days. If I do not have a resolution, I will gladly disconnect and upgrade my mobile 3g plans. That will save me the pain of having to sit on a holiday and write this to you which anyway will not make any sense, because it has not made sense so far! Regards, A disappointed customer.
