Dear Sir, My name is Eshwar, I'm a Hathway customer, I have taken 50 Mbps Net connectoin, My A/C No.1241262, But they are giving me only 512 Kbps Speed, I have raised so many complaints, No one is responding from them, I have given complaint for nodal and appellate officer also, they are responding very slow and also not giving proper solution, Today also I have raised a complaint, still no response, Please take a serious action on them, they don't know the value of a customer .       I have taken a new broad brand connection last month September 2015 from Krishna his mobile number- [protected], sale executive Hathway in Indira Nagar, I wanted Rs700/- plan which he confirmed that I can take it from 2nd month as It is new connection he cant give right away, for the first month I have to take Rs1000/- monthly connection for which I have paid Rs1500/- in total. after that I have call customer care team, billing team they said there is no Rs700/- plan and in tourn I have informed Krishna he once again confirmed there is Rs700/- plan he will take me to there regional office in IndiraNagar to confirm on Rs700/- plan and asked me not to pay my 2nd month bill and after that I have send e-mail to Hathway billing team asking for plan change to Rs700/- plan. Yesterday I get call from Ravi from Billing team than I have to pay Rs1035/- on 13 October 2015, as they will not change to Rs700/- plan and today Krishna sale guy calls and say do what I like company has stopped the plan he cant do any thing, this is cheating false commitment and misguiding a customer. I took the connection on the sale person Krishna confirmation that I can change to Rs700/- . I tried reaching there Mumbai Head office as there is no proper response on top arrogant response from there Nodal officer - Prasanti.. however Neha at the reception told will arrange a call back with-in 1 hour from some one named munmunn but I got a call from Sanjay technical support when I informed him that its billing and related to plan issue he gave me Vishvas number- [protected].. when I called him he told me he was busy will give me callback arrange callback .. until now no call back from him I believe I am to small (or) they are to big to give a call back .. This is my experience from hathway false commitment from the start this was as on 06/10/2015 on 07/10/2015 I tried for vishvas no response and Krishna called sya ing do what you please I cant give Rs700/- plan.. Again I called Mumbai head office neha connected me some extension where there was no response and again when I called reception there is no response .. Please cancel my connection by refunding Rs1500/- back to me. I need a apology from the sales person for misguiding me and sharing wrong information.

        I have applied for a new connection on last month, 19/09/2015 via, your executive from Sanjay Nagar Bangalore. But, the committed date of connection got breached and I dont want to continue now. So, i had requested them to cancel the connection process and meanwhile my PDC got cleared. And till now, I did not get my refund of Rs:3070, Photograph and Address Proof back to me. I have raised a complaint numbered, 14406706. Please close this issue immediately.           Customer ID - 1187276 Complaint num[protected] Customer name - Shreya .B .S I received an SMS Weekend offer dated Jun 27th that if I pay for renewal for 3 months' validity, I will get 1 month free. As in, if I renew for July till September, the offer will extend my validity till October 31st. I went ahead and renewed. The bill is dated Jun 28th for amount 3760.86 After three months (Jul-Sep) my connection was terminated on 2nd october without any call or message concerning the offer. I raised a complaint with num 14361271 on the 3rd of october. I made a dozen phone calls from 3rd to 5th with no response except an assurance that my connection will be restored. I was put on hold for nearly fifteen minutes every time I called. I was promised that I will be given a call back within a few hours on each call. Nobody called back. I finally made a call to the nodal officer on 5th oct who is saying the offer is not applicable and asked me to renew my connection again by paying for 3 months. I got a number of calls on 6th pressuring me to pay for next 3 months and renew my connection and only then will I get my older offer. This was not stated any time during the July to October period that I have already paid for. This is not acceptable because according to the offer, my plan validity expires only after 31st oct. I want my connection restored and I want to avail the offer that I have already paid for before making any new payments. The appellate officer is not reachable by phone. I have spent many hours on the phone with the customer care and no resolution has been given to me. Kindly note my grievance and help me in solving my issue. The offer SMS and call logs are available with me if any proof is required.

            Hello Sir, I have taken Hathway broadband connection and from the starting almost 4 months i'm using this connection they are cheating the customers by offering the 50 mbps internet speed most of the times it's below 5 mbps sometimes 50 mbps. i am complaining about this in a daily basis sometimes i don't have connection at all. They are taking advance money from the customer for 3 months and fooling them. I never got a complete rectification for this. i have mail to the Nodal office and everyone still they are so irresponsible. please help me to deal with this.               Dear Sir, I am a user of hathway broadband services.I had taken services of hathway broadband from 29th august 2015.My problem is that some important websites are not opening such as gmail, yahoomail, facebook, youtube.Technician came and checked the connections.He said that everything is correct and there is a problem in the backend.I made a call to ur executive he said to me that it is a problem from mumbai and he said to me that with in 2 days they will solve the problem.now it is 23rd day still they are not solving problem.I called them regularly but their answer is "with in 24 hours we will solve the problem". I dont know how many 24 hours they required.It is disgusting and worst services given by the hathway.They will not bother about customers. Please take action or else you have to extend the services one month.

                This is the complain about Hathway Broadband Internet Services, Aurangabad. I have encountered since past 4-5 days that from 6 in the evening to 7 in the morning, my internet speed goes down considerably. I tried to call their customer care but sometimes, I get the recorded voice that says their number doesn't exist. They didn't even bother to check on their website and update phone numbers. One more thing is that I can't even attach 500 KB file in my mail. The upload speed also came down drastically and I haven't been able to attach any file in my mail since a week now. My account no. is 553516 Please take some action so that I can use your service like I did before.

                  this is too much that the hathway disconnects the services even after payment of amount well within time. I was told that disconnection is automatic whereas payment updating is manual. funny. this has been happening every time whenever the bill is paid, causing inconvenience to the consumers. I have been complaining to call center, they simply say it will be done in an hour. i use the services on Sunday but sunday it self the services have been disconnected and more than 24 hours still nobody to listen. will somebody look into the attitude of hathway?? cust id- 1245482

                    A/C no: 1191758 Name: Rahul Jaiswal. I have been using your service for around 6 months from now. The service offered was pretty fair compared to the other service providers as i am not a regular user of Internet at my place. But during the past 10 days i had to suffer the worst experience as a consumer. I had planned to work from my house for few days but the temporary service and ill mannered replies from the staff destroyed the minimum expectation to my needs. i tried calling 'n' number of times to your service centre in kandivali east as well as local customer care. but it showed busy, temporarily not available or not reachable. I had to personally visit your office on 3rd Oct 2015 considering the fact that your number is not reachable. Along with me there were many who were facing the same issues and hathway had no defensive replies for the same. One of the person informed us that there was an update for 100mbps line going on since a week and that is the reason there was disconnection of the Internet. I asked them to provide a satisfying answer as they had not given any prior intimation for discontinuation of the service. they had no answer for the same except taking our account numbers and convincing us to leave from there saying internet issue will get resolved within 15 mins. I returned home and found the Internet working for an hour or two. After that i found it stopped working again in the evening. I called up Hathway kandivali and he informed me that there was some binding issue and it will get resolved. This is happening since days and their person visited my place and informed me thee wont be any issue further. But still the issue continues as net is on for an hour or 2 and again stops. I have tried reaching your office again and again through calls, but every time i am provided unsatisfying answers. the staff is rude and the calls are kept on hold with no response further and the calls get disconnected. The staff doesn't has the courtesy to call back again as they are the one who are unwilling to provide the best service. We pay in advance to be assured of the best service and not to tackle such ill mannered response and pathetic service which wastes our time and money. You aren't able to provide service and you message in the morning reminding me of the expiry date of my plan. I am applying to discontinue from your network and also demand the refund for the duration of the services halted. Will also ask higher authorities to look into this matter.

                      Hello, I am ANJNI MISHRA, We took a hathway broadband connection yesterday, i.e 31st Sept, 2015 in poonam sagar complex, mira road-east. Details of connection are : Account no : 1443315, Sales Person details : Name : aswin/sagar Contact : [protected], The problem is that, hathway guys are unable to set up the connection . Hathway guys are not able to provide the set up my new connection. During the time of collecting money they called me 10 times, and in case of issue you guys raise your hands. Our 3 months subscription money is with Hathway and I wish you guys to resolve the issue by today itself, or else refund us the money back.

                        Dear Sir I had a Hathway internet connection @ my Res in Charkop, which I renewed around 14th July 2015 for 3 months payment made was 3464.00. CUSTOMER ID : 1194239 For some reason I had to shift & I bought a new flat at Vishwadeep Heights, KT Soni marg, Off Link Road, Mahavir Nagar, Kandivile west. I had asked for transfer of my existing account to the new address but was informed that this particular Building Hathway connection is not available. I had my Modem & Router surrendered on July 25th 2015 for refund of deposit & refund o[censored]nused Internet Plan, I was asked to wait for one month. I received a CHQ today from Hathway but only for refund of deposit paid on Modem / Router I did not receive refund of My renewed Internet account which I have not utilized. This is to request you to process the refund o[censored]nused Internet plan as Hathway does not have connection in Vishwadeep Heights I have had to surrender my existing connection. Kindly process the same at the earlierst as I have already waited for one month for my modem refund along with subscription refund, which you have not refunded & again a month wait as per standard Procedure for refund by Hathway would be unjust. Enclosed is PDF file for your ready reference. Once the chq is processed kindly intimate on this mail ID & mobile : [protected] & courier to the New address below & not the registed address of the account no 1194239 as I don’t live there anymore. Expect prompt action from your end. Continuation of complaint as reply from hathwat was NO REFUND POSSIBLE Dear Sir I am surprised & shocked at your reply & attitude of Hathway When your person called for renewal around July 12th I asked him if my Hathway account was transferable as I was looking for a new house already, I was told a big YES, I reconfirmed my new area is Mahavir Nagar & building is Vishwadeep heights in Mahavir Nagar again the answer was yes, so I went for 3 month renewal in July else I would have taken a smaller plan for the 15 days at my old Location. The shifting address was communicated to the person who called for renewal & the same was confirmed when your person collected the cheque & I had asked for internet to be disconnected at old address effective 20th july & give me the connection at Mahavir Nagar from 21st july. It is when your person who came here to make the connections at Vishwadeep Heights said that Hathway cable is not possible in this building & advised me to surrender the account, Modem, Router & I was told full refund will be given less usage from 12 July to 21 july. Sir it is your problem [ hathway] I have not offered to close my account it is hathway that is not providing me service on my account to my new address & hence I don’t ACCEPT nor EXPECT an answer we won’t refund. Sorry you will have to refund me unutilized proportioned amount as you don’t have service particularly in my new building you should not have collected my renewal of RS: 3454.00 in that case. If your sales people are not aware of certain exceptions of area it is not my problem I AGAIN REPEAT I HAVE NOT CLOSED MY ACCOUNT BUT SINCE YOU DO NOT HAVE SERVICE IN VISHWADEEP HEIGHTS YOUR OFFICE HAS ASKED ME TO SURRENDER THE CONNECTION & TAKE REFUND, THIS SURE IS DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE AT YOUR END M/S HATHWAY.                         i asked the lady who called for renewal on 12th July that i am shifting on 20th July, she asked me to renew the account for normal 3 months as previous renewal as internet account is transferable & it will be shifted to the new address, accordingly my internet was disconnected at my Charkop home address from 19th July & i was told my internet in Mahavir nagar would commence in 2-3 working days, finally after one week a person from Hatway who cmae to make the connections said : that account cannot be activated in this particular Building as Hathway connection is not available. i was advised to surrender my account, modem, router etc for a refund.
                        I had my Modem & Router surrendered on July 25th 2015 for refund of deposit & refund o[censored]nused Internet Plan, I was asked to wait for one month.

                          Hello There, This is really sad and painful when a consumer leaves you. However, I am here to put a notice to your concern the loss and Hassel I have faced from past few months or this can be said as since I choosen hatway for my home network. I enquired the very person multiple times whether they have a good connection or not because outages cost heavy for me. I was consoled that the place where I live has good connection so I choosen hatway. From the same week I was facing continues outages in my location, putting my quires point to point 1.For the first week, the gateway of the modem and the ss login was provided, and from the next month it was demanteled. Here comes questions of ambiguity that I believe this action was done as we were using some unauthorized gateway of another company (may be tampered connection ). 2.The connection you provide with your cables were surpass a Transformer in my location. Due to the poor quality there was a short circuit caused by your cable which busted the transformer. Since then the electric board has restricted to place connection from it. Still it was not taken care. 3.On the very day, technician from ACT, claimed that the cables of hatway were his that even ment that there were toggling the same. I reported that issue to your front line support as usual you don't care 4.That day you have given me service for 3 days where for 3 days nothing was done. Your technician demand extra money as techies charge.however, let's talk about what's the outage which caused every day from 11 pm to 4am and completely fussed on Friday? . Unexpectedly I gave hopes 5.Your reps talk in high tone raising voice for my query. No supervisor call are forwarded. I am given a false expectations that some one will call you which never happened. It's just faulty and lies 6. HOPELESS with hatway, I choose to opt for another service provider. I want to discuss with bussiness team my refund or my plan deactivation details but you don't have a team atoll. This is really HASSEL. 7. Since twice I paid you the bill no recipient were provided. 8.I still my issue is not resolved nor you take ownership of the same. I lost my clients due to you and today was my assignment last date. At least WAKE UP NOW TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS, WE PAID FOR THE SERVICES WE ARE NOT BEGGARS. Despite of the further escalation, if you service is detached. Then I know how to move forward. In India word of mouth is important, gaining that Is quite tough. I hope you understand my frustration. acknowledgement is greater than solution please help me with my final settlement then after I garuntee you will never return to your services with the gust to audacity thank you P C Sastry

                            I paid a money for3months. But in the middle fo the first month net speed abruptly decreased. I raised a complaint in the customer care in 2 weeks back. But they did not resove it and at the same their behavour with is rude. They neglected the complaint. Every time i have to call and they said they will send the person to the hoem. But they did not come. It was repeatedly hapens to me.

                              We as customers using ur broadband connection would like to know that what is the problem with the netWork connectivity. we r facing d problem every now n then. I can understand there can b some technical problem, but every alternate days? What does it mean? how does ur technical team work? Earlier from the Office v were provided the technical head no. Of goa. Mr. Milind. But whenever v cal him he dnt have any answer for it. So hence forth whom should v ask Or not to ask?

                                Last month when our bill was due we complained about the slow internet speed. The collection executive explainer to us another high speed plan for our needs. We found it suitable and upgraded our plan. However ever since the new plan started we have been noticing that out of our daily usage of 8-10 hours for about 6 hours the modem has no connectivity. We got our router changed to check whethere that is the reason, however still the problem persisted. Apparently in exchange for providing internet speed at reasonable rates they cut off your connectivity for hours to not allow you to use your unlimited download plan

                                  My internet automatically stopped working on 22 or 23 September 2015. On inquiring in customer care I was informed that my account has been deactivated (Even before the bill payment date). I asked them to restore my internet as a lot of my work depends on it. Various replies I got from the customer care was: 1. Wait for 2 hours. 2. Wait till morning (If I called in evening) 3. Wait till Evening (If I called in morning) I got a call from Hathway billing department on 26 September informing me that my bill date is on that day (26 September). In hope that paying the bill would make the Hathway customer service people to restore my internet fast, I paid the bill in full. But, I was taken aback when even after paying the bill, there was no change in attitude of Hathway. The customer service representatives were still indifferent towards my plight and complaint. I called Nodal Office and was given mobile number of some Mr Satendra. It turns out that Mr. Satendra never picks up call from unknown numbers (even after sending him SMS). His number was occasionally engaged clearly showing that he was available to receive calls otherwise. This went on for about 9-10 days. Finally when I had enough of their incapable customer service interaction, I asked them to end my subscription and return my money back. The Customer Service representative rudely disconnected my call without giving any response. In those 9-10 days of my internet not working I faced losses of my studies and otherwise as well. It was only after sending two emails to The Nodal Office (SIkander Ali) (ncr.[protected]@hathway.net) that the service was restored. This has been a very disappointing experience with Hathway.                                   Stop making these copy-paste replies and have some guilt. Have decency to atleast read what I have posted here.

                                  Since you have not paid heed to my post, let me write it again : MY INTERNET HAS ALREADY BEEN RESTORED. But it was after multiple complaints, emails, phone calls (which are by the way not toll free in case of Hathway) and it took more than 10 days. 10 days to handle a login issue.


                                  And To top it all. My internet connection again stopped working on 12th October and was not working for a whole day. Please learn from your mistakes. Least that we as consumers can expect is to have uninterrupted service delivery after paying our bills on time .

                                  I would not post any complaint on this forum next time I have a bad experience with you guys. I wil straightaway file an official consumer redressal petition in consumer court.

                                    Hathway is charging me for 50MBPS and providing less than 20MBPS. This is 8 Block, Koramangala, Bangalore. I have written to them and called them many times, yet, no response from them! Their support line is not a toll free number as well. Every time I call them, I end up wasting at least 20 Minutes and 50+ rupess from my account. Account ID: 1437014. Complaint: 14363460.

                                      Dear sir I am using hathway broadband connection from last 3 month. I have paid 3100 for 3 month for 30gb 50mbps. From last 3 month almost it was not worked for more than 1 month. After 3 month i have not recharged for renew but this people called more thn 100 times to renew and assured me i will not face any problem. The day i have recharged its not working and almost 5 days over every day im trying to reach this people customer care no., technical asst. number but no one replied me . plz help me .

                                        Dear Mangesh... Account Number : 1238609 I have been availing Hathway Internet for a month; and its been largely a forgettable experience. Maybe Hathway thinks I am a child so I need parental control. Maybe that is why everyday after 9:00 pm; Internet goes down. I tried to switch the plan to 2mbps; however was told that it can't be done mid way of a billing cycle. So I am stuck with 512kbps plan which works slowly than 2G mobile network I was using 4 years ago. Last night n night before that; I called customer care 4-5 times, however never once I could speak to you technical "EXPERT". I am done with your company's diabolical service
