My internet also not working since 23 sep. They saying that issue occurs only for me inly. So their technical team not able to resolve one problem since last 3 days..they are engineer or road chap engineers..every day i called up and remind that internet is not working. Nobody follow up from customer service. When i calld they said that it will resolve tomorrow by 1 pm.then next they saying that it will resolve by eod. Then again when i calldd at eod they said that it will resolve by 1 pm. Then again said that 3pm. So hathway is thinking that we are fool and they provide 3rd level service. Goto hell hathway.

    I am a Hathway Broadband User ID 1208366. My internet is not working since 2 days and there is no one to listen or resolve it . Customer Care is well trained to say sorries and make fool of you . Technical department doesn't even care what's going on an the Head doesn't even care . I have personally written email to the head, talked to Mr. Sandeep (who calls himself to be head of Customer care Delhi/ncr) after getting nothing from the customer care after several calls but again of no use . Can you guys imagine life without internet for two days . Every time I called they told me next possible resolution time but it never happened. Now I don't know what happened I am not able to to call to Customer Care even . If the customer has to write it down on consume complaint site, you can figure out how worse is it . Shame on you guys .

      I have been using Hathway broadband service and it is worst service ever! Let alone in the ISP market, their service in comparison to any sector. My internet connection has frequent disconnections (sometimes for days); and every time I raise a complaint it gets magically fixed for a couple of hours before the problem occurs again. I have brought this to their attention requesting for a permanent solution, but no effort from their side! It is as though they don't care. I wish there was a way to sue an organization with such poor service and reliability! I have been using it for quite some time. THE ONLY reason why I'm sticking with this pathetic service is because other service providers have no feasibility in my area. My mobile 2g connection is more reliable than this broadband service! I have gone weeks without an internet connection and without updates from their technical/support teams. And the cases I raised are CLOSED without any confirmation!!! After having raised 5 CASES in in the last 1/2 weeks! for frequent disconnections the problem still persists. The bigger issue is, not a month goes by without me having to contact Hathway because the Internet has stopped working (the very basic service that they are supposed to provide for what I pay). Keeping my fingers crossed and awaiting that a new service providers sets up their base here and I cannot wait to terminate my connection with the biggest smile on my face. To the hathway executives who MAY (hopefully) be reading this. You have failed as an organization. You have ads explaining the advanced technologies you have upgraded to! That is such a waste of time. I will be a happy customer even with 512 kbps provided you give me a stable connection. What is the point of having 20/30/50 Mbps plan when half the time I'm unable to use it? Your organization objective should not be better speeds! It should be reliability! You need to have a good technical staff who can address issues even before the customer reports them. In the end it is not the speed that will bring you success but rather a satisfied customer. Luckily my quarterly prepaid plan is expiring in the next 20 days. If I do not have a resolution, I will gladly disconnect and upgrade my mobile 3g plans. That will save me the pain of having to sit on a holiday and write this to you which anyway will not make any sense, because it has not made sense so far! Regards, A disappointed customer.         The below mail complaint is forwarded to Hathway complaint section on their web site.

        But the mails were bounced back as their mail quota box is full.
        I believe their mail inbox was full as they are not responding to other consumer complaints.
        Please help me in getting my issue resolved asap.

        Dear Team

        This is with regards to the hathway steup box (which is out of warranty) provided by your team here in hyderabad.
        Last month the set up box stopped functioning due to sparks coming out of the box.
        Up on checking with your local cable operator, they confirmed that the box is of no use as the board inside the box is

        burnt & I have to buy a new one which costs 1350/-.
        And the main reason behind the box damage is due to 3 pin wire which was provided by the hathway team only. Due to the

        power passage inside the wire from the television to the set up box, the setup box is burnt.
        As per the suggestion from your cable operator, I had called up the LG executive to check the problem with my TV.
        The LG team charged me Rs.550/- as visiting charges and finally confirmed that the issue is not with the TV, but because of

        the cheap quality wire which was provided by Hathway.
        When I started arguing with LG team, they pugged in their LG branded wire to my TV, & the power is not passing through.

        The final conclusion is MY SETUP BOX IS DAMAGED DUE TO THE CHEAP QUALITY WIRE PROVIDED BY THE HATHWAY TEAM, and I had to

        pay Rs.550/- to the LG team just to confirm that the fault is at your end.


        Hence, I request you to please replace the setup box with out any charges.
        I agree that the box is out of warranty, but the issue is not with the box, but due to the cheap quality MADE IN CHINA wire.

        You may find the attached images of the wire issued by the local Hathway opertaor.
        Your quick response is much appreciated.

          I renewed connection, paid Rs-2800 on 21st sep 2015, i was eligible to get 3 months connection for this payment amout with 25 gb of download each month...

          ***ISSUE- since 5 days I Am getting only 200- 300 kbps LOW SPEED instead of 50Mbps speed, I did not get my 25 GB as well, , unable to use internet connection since 5 days..

          Bad customer care call centre, they say ticket got close automatically due to some of their system issue, no one called me back as promised to me, , , , VERY FRUSTRATING, , COST BE A LOT WHEN I CALL THE CALL CENTRE WITH ZERO RESOLUTION...

          Note----- YOU PEOPLE SAY I HAVE FULLY USED MY 25 GB WITH IN 4 DAYS, , BUT THE TRUTH IS I MAY HAVE USED ONLY 1 OR 2 GB...FIX UR BLOODY SYSTEM HATHWAY...

            Account no. 1166102. Net was deactivated for some unknown reason after I paid my bill on sept 21, 2015. I've atleast made 25 calls since then and it is the 25th now and I still don't have my Internet. Call customer service and they shamelessly ask me to wait 2-3 hours, which is thier standard response to such situations.

            I'm running a business here and I'm losing business because of this. I know the company doesn't give two about this forum but it feels good to vent. God bless

              This is the second complaint from me in consumer portal for hathway. First time when I complained, I got few calls from Hathway support team and everytime they said that their technical team will call us and resolve the issue. But till now nobody called and when called today, they are saying that we have consumed the provided internet usage limit. When asked to provide the usage details, then they are saying that the system is down. Great... so they need time to create a false report. Its only been 20days and out of which 15-18 days we have raised a complaint and now in 2-5 days all the 30GB data is used.

                I have submitted several complaints to hathway broadband internet service provider, however they are not ready to resolve the issue. (total of 10 complains submitted) no one is ready to address this issue, I am really frustrated, please help

                  I have been using Hathway Broadband network from the last 4 months. From the day it was Installed we are fed up talking to the customer support executives regarding the connectivity problem. If I am not wrong I have given 15 complaints in 4 months i.e., more than 3 in a month and once in every week regarding connectivity issue. As soon as we raise the complaint our network work better for next few hours. As soon as it looks better support team will close the issue saying rectified without bringing to my notice. The same thing happened for me in all the complaints. My sincere and humble request please never ever choose Hathway as your Broadband. Please help me to resolve this issue at the earliest or give back my renewal money 3000 INR.

                    Hi i am using hathway broadband and my plan is one mbs day two mbs night but i am not receiving two mbs in night. i have raised this issue thrice in row 23, 24, 25 sept. but i didn't get any solution from their side. this issue could be happen other customer so kindly look in to this matter and resolve.

                      My account number : 1243886 I paid for 6 months plan. Just 3 months over now my net is not getting connected. I am getting the Error message as your account is suspended. Morning I called to the customer care they replied that they accidentally deactivated my account and will activate it by 10 but still I dint get my account activated. Very horrible service.

                        Hathway's broadband service is terrible. Internet speed is often low. Internet is absent for minimum 2 days a week for some or the other issue they make up. Worst of all their customer care is a big facade. They are clueless about how to handle any request. Its the worst any broadband service provider can get.

                          I have purchased Hathway internet connection for my office in Kandivali East and paid the charges in advance. But the internet stops working very frequently. In last one month I complained 8 times for internet not working. Very pathetic service and I will suggest people not to go for Hathway internet.

                            DONT EVER GO FOR HATHWAY CONNECTION I have called hathway services almost 20 times for the period of 2 weeks and no action taken for the complaint raised . I have paid an amount of 2610/- for the period of 3 months and regret doing paying the amount in advance . 'My account number of 220471 . Hathway is not willing to repay the amount back also and neither fixing the issue . Pathetic service .

                                My name is Priyabrata. Staying in NRI Layout, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore.

                                Hatway fibernet account number: 1433956.

                                On 13th September 2015, I paid 3 months advance (3760 RS )for 50mbps, 50gb plan to Hatway executive krishna (mob :+[protected]. He promised me that the connection will be done in 7 days.

                                Today (22nd September) is the 10th day, no buddy called and even no buddy came for the cabling work at least . Daily I am calling there Bangalore CC service ( 3-4 times a day) and some will pick up the call and will tell, it will be done in 24 hours.

                                Just now I called there customer care service and requested for termination, even practically not have any any connection.

                                Hope I will get my full money back.

                                Verdict: never ever opt for this useless company.

                                  We were looking for business plan for office use and for the same Hathway sales executive Mr. Dinesh contacted us. Mr. Dinesh promised us he will be the one point contact for any issues related to hathway broadband connection and he will follow up with concern team and get rectify the issue within one or two hours and we can contact him any-time for any trouble related to Hathway broadband before we got Hathway connection. Mr.Dinesh collected check on the same day and he promised next day he will install and internet will be up and running at the same time he also promised he will configure in the way where it will not ask for Hathway user name and password whenever we use internet connection and this is what the way we also wanted to be internet should configure in our office where it should not ask Hathway credential always. First fake promise it took three days for internet up and running ! Second fake promise we were keep trying to reach Mr. Dinesh he was not receiving our calls! Finally on third day he responded to our calls and fixed internet issue in the meantime we also logged the complaint calling[protected] customer care but not received any feedback or solution for the complaint. Third fake promise we are still following up with Mr. Dinesh to configure internet without Hathway credentials and he is yet to resolve this and also we have logged complaint in customer care and waiting for any valuable feedback. Before taking check Mr.Dinesh was tone was very soft and now Mr.Dinesh shown his true face. Pathetic service from customer care and all empty promises done by Hathway sales executive Mr. Dinesh, Koramangala, Bangalore. One request if you are not able to provide good service then please ask your sales executives to not give false information or do fake promises.

                                    I'm using Hathway broadband service, My Account number is 390050. I was told that I will be getting 50Mbps download speed. I paid my bill for 6 months, But I'm not even getting 50Kbps download speed. I have called them 5 times each and every time I called them they are telling that my problem will be resolved in a hour, but nothing is happening I'm getting the same speed of less than 50 Kbps. I will not recommend any one to have Hathway Broadband. I have paid my bill for 6 months, it's been nearly 2 months since I was having this connection. right from the first month in facing connectivity issues. I wish to have refund. I was fed up with Hathaway. I wish to have 4 months refund. please process this compliant as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

                                      Our cable serive haas been blocked since two days. We did complaint to our local operater in the morning . Till evening there is no solution. We gave regular call to uor operater about the status, but no use. During afternoon he started not to attend the call and now he has switched off his mobile. We got the hathway cable on 8th september, till date we have not got the cable regularly even for the single day. Kindly guide us what should we do in this regard? Should we surrender the service and look for another TV network or we should waut for the day?

                                        I am using hathway for last 6 months. I am facing a lot of problems. My account number is 1322325 1) Internet speed not good: Speed is not good. If I am getting internet for 2 minutes then for next 6 hours no internet. They promised me that they are providing 50 Mbps speed and now internet itself not good. If any thing happens customer care officers rebooting from their side . Some times they are telling just switch off your modem or remove power and again try. 2) Bill generation not good: For getting a bill I am calling customer care 100 times and they are telling some junk reasons. 3) Customer Care Service: Very pathetic situation. They are telling maxing 24 hours to solve and even completing 48 hours also no use. Without solving the issues directly closing the tickets what i reaised. For getting a customer-care executive we need to wait for a long time and nearly 1000 rupees i spend within last 6 months for calling hathway customer care. 4) Technical Assistance poor Technical Engineers who ever coming to homes also don't know what to do and how to resolve. They are only checking how many lights are blinking. They are telling all lights will blink but no internet connection from hathway side. What I do with lights I need internet connection right? Please tell me how to claim my money back and how to discontinue the service. In our apartment nearly 5 families are staying and all are having same complaint. We all are planning to disconnect the hathway service. Even in bangalore many of my friends who are all using the service is planning to do the same.
