My Hathway subscription for WiFi was for 3 months which cost me 3540 Rs. Out of these 3 months I got service of 2 months..its almost been 1 month wifi is not working. I have taken 50 mbps internet connection from Hathway. My Id is 948103. For the last couple of months I am getting 1 mbps speed.In mid July I got message from Hathway stating that there is some upgrade happening with the server to improve their services. Don’t buy hatchway connection. Don’t pay advance to hathway, if you paid that’s it. you don’t require to them, pathetic customer care service. They won’t pick up already existed customer calls.
