I am Hathway broadband customer[protected], Account Name:- "Himanshu Jain".
I am facing the internet speed and connectivity problem since last one month, and still I didn't received any solution for this problem, I filed complaint at customer care so many times, but all time they close the complain next morning without resolving the problem and they never gave me appropriate solution. Internet speed is like sometimes, I can't even unable to open any webpage, I didn't expected this from Hathway with the speed of 50MB/S. I am seriously not little bit happy with this service, even I am planning the change the Internet service provider. Still when today I called customer care about speed problem, they told me that 4 more days will take to resolve this issue, I mean what' wrong with it, always they use to say same like this, Initially when I called first time around on 20th July they told me that max till 5th august this problem will get resolved.
Ms. Swapna Salvi is a nodal officer, I have informed and sent am email also to her but still no any proper response, and they still charging for this worst service, They never respond accurately that when this problem get resolved, they always use to say that in next 4 to 5 days it will get resolved but it is not.
So I hope that I will receive some good help by posting complaint here.
