Constant disruption in connection

I got connected to Hathway Broadband internet on the 28th of last month. It's 2 weeks now and I have not had a single day without the connection being disrupted. It is just not for a few minutes but for hours on end. So when something important is being worked at the connection will snap. No Refund On Disconnection

Is not changing the current plan since 1 month

Poor broadband services/technical team do not exist/no support

Non Activation of account

My account recently got suspended on 01/07/2015. Hence I asked the customer care guys to gimme just one month plan as I was planning to shift to different locality. Worst experience in even starting up the network

Big time cheaters, Loss of your money

I have taken this connection a month back. Hardly their network connects. If you call customer care they will not provide you any assistance.
