    Please note that my account no is 1015697, I have hathway plan Superblast 50Mbps 30GB postpdU, which has a FUP of 30 GB, since I had utilized all my 30GB, I had made a top-up of Rs 562 for 10 GB from hathway website "http://payonline.hathway.com/" using my account credentials on 12th July 2015, the payment was succesful and the amount was debited from my account (RS 562) for the described plan! Now, when i was redirected to the hathway page, the page showed that the transaction was not successful. I had lodge this complaint to hathway customer support on[protected] and they registered my complaint with complaint #13427323 on 15th July 2015, thereby assuring and promising me that the backend team will contact me within 24 hrs for the issue concerned. They also told me to send an email to [protected]@hathway.net with attachment of amount debited from my account and same was done by me! Providing them my bank statement on 15th July 2015. Now, it has been 48 hours, still there is no reply. Today morning (17th July 2015) when I called the customer support, they told me that the complaint 13427323 has been closed from backend team without my concern and without any reimbursement or remuneration for the same. Please look forward to the issue concerned and I want to solve it at the earliest!

      I have paid the money to hathway to provide internet services on sunday ( 12. 07 .2015 ) The executive promised the installation will be done on sunday it self ..acording to their SLA with in 48 hours installation should be done and provide the internet service. But they did not provide the service till now ( 10:30 AM 7/17/2015 ). I have been following up with hathway customer care from the day i have given the money . I even dropped lot of mails to hathway nodal officer i did not get even callback from hathway. Even the executive( Abhinav ) who collected the money is also not even picking up my calls. Because of the internet service promised i am loosing my money and time more valuable than what i paid to hathway. Can you please take the proper action either providing the service with loss of my money / refund the amount with loss of my time and money.         Hello, My account number is 629678. Since last 10-12 days my internet connection is disconnected. I have lodged numerous complaints also discuss with your technical support engineer who has promised to visit on Saturday and then on Tuesday(14 July 2015) but no one came to visit to resolve the issue. My office works gets disrupted due to internet issue. I have never experienced such a pathetic service from any service provider. I almost called 15-20 times to call Hathaway call center but problem is still exists. I am not able to understand why my problem is not resolved still after so many service complaints were made, So, requesting you to kindly look into this matter on top priority else I will be forced to discontinue with your services. I hope you will take appropriate actions regarding the same. Thanks

          We are paying monthly Rs.250 for the STB cable service to hathway, but they are not providing MAA services which are regional services. And also they are not responding from last week. They are not allowing other cable operators in the area. Please anybody take action this is not only my problem.

              We have taken Hathway internet connection with 50 mbps speed and were extremely happy with the speed and uninterrupted net..however, to our suprise, post 3 months, when we paid next instalment-the internet did not work even for 5 days, out of 30 days...It wud work for hardly an hour or so in the entire 24 hours and that too most of the days it does not work..We have tried calling customer care also almost every alternate day, but nothing helps resolve the problem.. One time, we are told-that the server is down and at other time that the executive will call back...Out of 30 days which consists of 24 hours each, the internet has worked hardly for 24 hours in totallity and we are really upset and want full refund of the paid amount...

                    My old hathway digital cable box got damaged last week due to which the cable operators toldme to change it with a new box. The took money along with them and now its one week but yet, i didnt get any new box and i am still sitting without a a cable connection. I want you guys to look seriously in this matter solve me problem as soon as possible. I hope your action would be quicker than the local cable operators and i dont have to suffer much.                       I have taken a new connection 10 days back, till date I am facing problem. Daily I am complaining about the speed to customer care and they always say that the execute will call back me in 4 hours and most of times no call back from them. They have sent an executive after lot of followup. But was not resolved Most of the times getting error while showing the upload speed, even the execute saw this but no use. He says there is some work going on in my area. When I raised a request to cancel the connection, they stopped replying me. Please guide me what I need to do. I strongly recommend, not to go with Hathway, it is not hathway it is Horrible way.

                      Yes you are right i am facing the same problem . but the customer care are not listing and not ever sending executive
                      Same issue here. I have taken connection 1 week before. the same problem, i think hathway is fooling customers by committing 50 mbps connection. the speed is less than 5 mbps downloand and upload speed is almost nil.

                          My internet not working properly. My account no is 1207625 and my complain is 13276274 on 01/07/2015 and second complain no is 13299861 on 04/07/2015 today is 10/07/2015 but still my problem not solved. I daily call to customer care and they always say same thing "Your Complain will be solve today". My connection work only from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and other time my connection not work also some time connection speed approx 900 bits to 9kb. I attached my connection speed proof.

                            I have taken a new broadband connection couple of days back, account number : 1375028, from the first day itself, Hathway connection is disrupted for 4-6 hours everyday. This is completely unacceptable and such service is better discontinued even if it means financial loss to the customer. But Hathway broadband will receive really bad mouth publicity which is very harmful for the company in future.                               New connection. . Submitted all documents and payments for last 10 days there is no one bothered to care for connection from field executive to your customer care center. . I have lost 10 days of working. . I know you people are least bothered on our calls and concerns only request not to play around with common people.

                                I have hathway broadband internet connection with consumer ID 1310520. I have recharged my account for Rs 5250 for 6 months on 7 July 2015. It's been more than 2 days but the net connection is still not available. Also the account is showing only Rs4744 Credited. I didn't find any option to mail them. Whenever I tried to call the customer care the call was never picked up.

                                    I am a consumer of hathway cable T.v. The service is provided by my local cable operator named as Vision Cable T.V, andul road, Danesh Sk. lane, howrah-711109, west bengal. My set top box was not functioning from 05.07.2015 and i handed over the box to my above named cable operator for solving the problem. To day i.e, on 08.07.2015 he is claiming Rs.210/= for repairing the set top box and refuse to provide any receipt/bill against the repairing charges.                                       My Hathway I'd no:1334427, the hell is I have been calling continuously for a week to resolve the issue as my net service is deactivated from Hathway. I paid 3 months tariff in advance of rs :2250/- for having us new connection on 8 May 2015, after a month the service is disconnected by saying the account has been over due of rupess-2400/- . And, I have been told to contact Customer service and finally I did so but at least for god's sake also no proper response I got till today. I feel the Hathway service is worst ever than any other service in India. They are fraudulent and money cheaters. Hathway the hell for the network users!!

                                        I have moved to a new location in April and hence wanted to move my Hathway Broadband connection. I had called them to check availability in my new location (Nagpada) and they confirmed that the connection can be moved. They asked me to make a payment of Rs 450 and submit new address proof and ID documents by mail. I completed these formalities on June 4th and they said that the connection would be moved in 7 days. I kept following up with them continuously to ensure that the connection was moved in time. On the 7th day, they said that the payment I had made was adjusted against a previous outstanding. I clarified that there was no previous outstanding and that it was a billing error for which I had spoken to them already and had several mail exchanges with their billing desk. They said they would take care of it and send someone to move the connection. After 2 more days of follow ups and false promises I was told that the connection cannot be moved to my new location. They said that they would refund my payment in 30 days, which I have not received so far. My complaints are as follows: 1. Misinformation again and again leading to hassle and waste of time for me 2. Asking me to pay though they new they wouldn't be able to move the connection to my location 3. Previous billing error not rectified even after 6 months 4. Non refund of Rs 450 I am looking for a full refund and a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused. Account number: 1207309 Complaint numbers: 13069987, 12988448, 12988367
