    Dear Team, From 30 July 2015, My broadband connection taken from Hathway is not working My Account No is 1009539.(SURAT, GUJARAT ) On weekdays I didn’t have time to call the Hathway customer care and take the current status on my complain. I used to call them in the evening or night to get the status. First few days whenever I called them, they use to say some technical problem is there and our engineer will visit to your location tomorrow and problem will be rectified. Next day no one comes to my house from Hathway. Again when I call to Hathway customer care they say the same things. This continues to next 7 days. Till today I’m getting the same answer from them. Below are the some complain number which I have raised in Hathway is attached for your reference. 1> 13589856 –>Raise on 30th July 2015 2> 13446459–>Raise on 17th July 2015 3> 13301012 –>Raise on 4th July 2015 4> 13203025 –>Raise on 26th June 2015 My Hathway Broadband account mumber is :1009539. I really really need help on that and expecting a solution soon. Also need your help to give some sort of penalty to Hathway India for providing such a poor customer service.       Hello, I have raised a request to disconnect the Hathway broadband connection on Jun 24, 2015. It is already 1 month 9 days no one is taking the device back and nor refunding the Money back. I have been sending mail after email but no response from the Hathway. They gave me contact persons contact number to return, I did all possible things to send device back to them. Hathway is not even providing the office details for the same. Reported the same to Nodal officer of Hathway but all invain. you can reach me on [protected]

        We have a hathway broad band connection. Our previous plan validity expired and have 700 unused balance in our account. We have called several times (more than 20 days) the hathway customer Service but the guys in same are not changing the plan . They are creating a new request every time and closing it before solving the issue. Each time when called we got a reply that "Your request is on priority it will be solved in a while and our engineer will call you soon " but none of the two happened.

          Hi, This is regarding Hathway broadband services poor technical and support system. We applied for a new connection on 7th july 2015 and it was activated on 8th july. We paid 3077/- Receipt no-7958 as advance payment for three months vide cheque number 000262 Andhra Bank dated 7/7/2015. The connection was activated on 8th July 2015.The experience for the few days was good, but we started facing frequent disconnection problem in the services after a week. Whenever the Hathway broadband was not working we switched over to MTNL connection, so we didn’t took the fault seriously. Previously we were using MTNL Broadband, which is not discontinued till date due to there billing cycle issue. But the Hathway services is disconnected since Friday 24th july. Repeated complaint were made on saturday, but services were not resumed. Sunday was our holiday, on Monday again complaints was made, complaint no[protected], 4hr time was sought to rectify the problem, but nothing happend. Till now, no body from their technical team called us or visited to get the services resumed. Repeated calls to customer care didn't helped. Mails was sent to their Nodal officer also but get no response. Complaint through website is also given regarding the same, but all efforts goes in vain. We are suffering the trauma for the last 5 days without internet. The biggest trauma is that no body from the technical or support team tried even to contact us regarding the issue. The officials are sleeping. Our MTNL connection will be discontinued after 30th july, . If it is not done we will have to continue with MTNL, so we request your goodself to either resume it by today or get it permanently disconnected and refund the advance amount collected.           Hi,
          This is to inform to the would be users of Hathway broad band services about the pathetic condition of their customer support and technical team. Despite so many reminders and calls, there is no solution. Payments for 3 months is charged in advance and if you are not satisfied they keep on saying that issue will be resolved soon. Once complaint is lodged, the next day it will be closed, without any resolution. They are also not disclosing their refund policy. As per the communication held with one of the executive it was told that modem and Wi Fi device is required to be submitted, but payment is not refunded for prepaid plans.
          These complaints are dropped and discussed on this platform to divert the attention of the management of the company about the poor technical assistance given to the customers. Lack of expertise to handle customers. The behaviour of the customer care is not helpful. They are rude and arrogant.

            My hathway box card No.[protected] was purchsed one andn half year back but since last sic month all most all the channels were edactivated and cable operator stating that we have get the set up box recahrged. My cable operator is Absa Cable operator Jahanuma Hyderabad-500053.My home address is Syed Asgher Hussain Jaffery H.No19-3-40 Jahanuma Hyderabad-500053 Telengana. Kindly advise what action to be taken further to get acivated all te deactivated channels. At present only 40 channels that regional can be viewable earlier it 200 plus.

I have been wasting my money calling the customer care for so long and the are giving the same stupid reply. .                   My account recently got suspended on 01/07/2015. Hence I asked the customer care guys to gimme just one month plan as I was planning to shift to different locality. However I made the payment of 930/- on 06/07/2015 at 12:35:35. However it is still not activated. Worst part is whenever I call up to CC they say my payment is not reflecting. I raised the concern then had few email conversations, sent the online receipt of payment. But still no luck. The last email from the executive says that my customer ID is wrong. This is a lie because If its wrong then how the details of mine associated with the account are correct which Hathway executives ask for verification whenever I called customer care. Hence I feel this whole thing a messed up thing. Request someone to act on it.

                    i took a broadband connection in may 2015 .however i am totally unhappy with the way their connection works. the connection is never stable. and trips .
                    the logon page on 24 online keeps tripping all the time forcing relogin.and when i type in the ip address in google it says only ie 5 and above is combatible
                    multiple devices also do not work

                    while i just plug in tatadocomo it works in any d evice

                    i will submit the complaint to every possible site
                    and urge users not to buy hathway

                      Hi I live in a PG in Koramangala and since 10th July there has been no service. There are total six TVs in the PG but the cable doesnt work in only one TV. It shows a message "please call Your Cable Operator Hathway Office to Subscribe to this Channel (4)." When called customer care they said call your cable operator and when I called cable operator they not only denied it but also spoke very rudely. And its been more than a week since i called your so called hathway people, but they are not ready to listen. Is this the kind of service you people provide to all your customers? And is this the way to talk to any of your customers?

                        Dear Team, From 6 July 2015, My broadband connection taken from Hathway is not working. On weekdays I didn't have time to call the Hathway customer care and take the current status on my complain. I used to call them in the evening or night to get the status.                           I have been registering complains against bad network (I dont get connection for 5-6 days in a row) in my bldg and wanted to disconnect the network but got a call from the billing team (Sandeep yadav) and was told that they were extremely sorry and would take care of the issue as it was under their control and also give me extension of service which would pay my loss incurred in past cycle. I was given a number [protected] and [protected] to get an update of extention and register direct complaint in case of further inconvenience and was asked to pay the amount for renewal, now I dont have any extention nor do they answer the phone calls a person took up the fone and used foul language in return. Need the company to payback my amount and take a proper action

                            I have paid the money to bhawabi cable executive for start of my data network for wifi.It have been passed 45 days that my connection have not started, around 100rs must have lost by only calling them.When asked for contact with their higher executive, the same is not dealth with.Please help with the issue.
                            Im from govandi east, and the nearest hathway bhawani cable office is at chembur sindhi society.

                              Dear Sir, I am Piyukh, a software professional at Bangalore. I am writing this email to inform you that for past few weeks I am facing continuous issues with my Internet Connection taken from Hathway. Most if the time I work from home for my oficial works which are extremely importan for me. Several times I have launched my complains, but NO action has been taken yet. For last copuple of days I was literally begging towards those people while in customer service call saying please please either tell me how to terminate this connection of send someone to visit my place to fix my issue. On each and every call they are just saying "We understand sir your situation and we will definately send some Technical person to visit our place and I am escalating your casr to the concerned team". For last few days being a customer of them, I really can't explain that how many times I had to call them to fix my issue and same story I kept receiving. Even today I tried twice to connect to their supervisor once I caled them, but for 15 mins I heard different musics. But none got connected to listen my issue. Two days back, someone called me from the number [protected] saying he will be visiting my place in nect 30 mins. Already 3 days over and it seems to be the longest 30mins in my life. On that day I left all my jobs and waited for that guy to come and just wasted my time. I tried to call back to that number, but that number seems to be busy on 24x7 basis. On a daily basis, whatever the complain I am launching, next day in the morning, I keep receiving one SMS saying your complaint has been close. And funny thing is that none took that for me and nothing was resolved. I am not sure, to whom I should approach to get this sorted out for me. I don't know how to terminate it even, because these people are not leaving me anyways. It sems, they are just making fun and playing with my pain. I completely gave up and have lost my mind. So this is my humble request that if you can do something for me to get out of such a situation and get a proper solution from them. My Hathway Broadband account mumber: 1302269. Right now, it is 12:55AM and I am connected to my mobile internet connection and writing this email having my last hope on you. I really really need Help on that and expecting a solution ASAP.                                 1.Internet connection is not fluent, every time we switch off device it takes 2-3 days to connect 2.complained customer care about it they said an engineer will come but no one came (its been 4 months) 3.went to pune kothrud office but no one is keen to help...even called our sales guy instead of solving issue he asked us to get new connection

                                  I have taken this connection a month back. Hardly their network connects. If you call customer care they will not provide you any assistance. Simply they say there is a technical issue and will be resolved next day. Next day it works for 1 - 2 hrs and again it gets disconnected. I did a great mistake by selecting Hathway Broadband. They are big time cheaters. Their network is pathetic and it gets disconnected every time. When we call customer care they give wage answers and will not work on resolving the issues. More over they speak to you bluntly if you ask for time lines. They are cheating us by taking three month money in advance. They give you fake promises and commitments. NOTE : I am writing this complaint by using my Tata Photon.

                                      Please note that my account no is 1015697, I have hathway plan Superblast 50Mbps 30GB postpdU, which has a FUP of 30 GB, since I had utilized all my 30GB, I had made a top-up of Rs 562 for 10 GB from hathway website "http://payonline.hathway.com/" using my account credentials on 12th July 2015, the payment was succesful and the amount was debited from my account (RS 562) for the described plan! Now, when i was redirected to the hathway page, the page showed that the transaction was not successful. I had lodge this complaint to hathway customer support on[protected] and they registered my complaint with complaint #13427323 on 15th July 2015, thereby assuring and promising me that the backend team will contact me within 24 hrs for the issue concerned. They also told me to send an email to [protected]@hathway.net with attachment of amount debited from my account and same was done by me! Providing them my bank statement on 15th July 2015. Now, it has been 48 hours, still there is no reply. Today morning (17th July 2015) when I called the customer support, they told me that the complaint 13427323 has been closed from backend team without my concern and without any reimbursement or remuneration for the same. Please look forward to the issue concerned and I want to solve it at the earliest!

                                        I have paid the money to hathway to provide internet services on sunday ( 12. 07 .2015 ) The executive promised the installation will be done on sunday it self ..acording to their SLA with in 48 hours installation should be done and provide the internet service. But they did not provide the service till now ( 10:30 AM 7/17/2015 ). I have been following up with hathway customer care from the day i have given the money . I even dropped lot of mails to hathway nodal officer i did not get even callback from hathway. Even the executive( Abhinav ) who collected the money is also not even picking up my calls. Because of the internet service promised i am loosing my money and time more valuable than what i paid to hathway. Can you please take the proper action either providing the service with loss of my money / refund the amount with loss of my time and money.
