My old hathway digital cable box got damaged last week due to which the cable operators toldme to change it with a new box. The took money along with them and now its one week but yet, i didnt get any new box and i am still sitting without a a cable connection. My internet not working properly. My account no is 1207625 and my complain is 13276274 on 01/07/2015 and second complain no is 13299861 on 04/07/2015 today is 10/07/2015 but still my problem not solved. I have taken a new broadband connection couple of days back, account number : 1375028, from the first day itself, Hathway connection is disrupted for 4-6 hours everyday. This is completely unacceptable and such service is better discontinued even if it means financial loss to the customer.
