From the day of taking up connection there is issues. I have spent a lot for calling the concerned people than paying for connection. One complaint they take more than 48hrs to correct it. It's like a mental torture for me everyday giving me tension. i am a senior journalist and internet plays a important role in my everyday work. For all the issues faced by me there is not alternate from hathway broadband side. I have lost all my patience. Is there no value for a customer? The response from hath way broadband staff is very ignorance they blame each other's. if I call concerned people they tell me to call the other person. I was choosing some other service provider but after seeing some reviews over the internet I changed my mind but I am repenting now. Because of hathway bad service I lost money, time, communication and professional link. Currently, internet is not working. since I had paid for the full three months. The first month is coming to an end, so I have finally decided to cancel my connection and want my refund for the remains two months. immediately. If they oppose my refund, Can I further take this to the consumer forum? Complaint details Date.     I am a user of hatway digital cable tv for the last six months my card no is[protected] which was running fine and on 21 June 2015 it displayed a message in which there was clearly written that "PLEASE DO NOT TURN OF THE SETUP BOX " IT IS BEEN UPGRADE so while watching the tv it popup and i let complete, after the completion it never started till date, and as i have contacted the local vendor he tooked the setup box for two days and after two days he told us the box is dead you have to purchase the new one. It was not a hardware fault from the customer side it is a fault of software through which the hatway team is unable to take care of it or they must not be having the proper technician who can handle the software, and as I have talked to the hatway team they still put blame on us, This is a serious fault of the Hatway upgradetion department in which the lack of technician who are unable to maintain the complex network of hatway As i have been working in the computer electronics i am aware of the problem comming in this setup box, because the same kind of problem comes in the modem of beetel 220 bxi in which the software needs to be upgraded . I am a muslim and the holy month ramdan is going on ad my family is missing the important prechings which were relayed on tv.     yesterday I got a call from the nodal officer from indore he asked me for the address and I send him by Email and day before yesterday.and the local vendor visited my premisses and tooked the setup box without a prior information to me nor telling what is going to be done with my setup box,
    I humbly request the nodal officer to please clear the inbox of your mail cause mail send by me has bounced several times and please take care of my setupbox because the vendor will be taking the full charge of the month and without using the services provided by hatway

    asin before i have told from 21 june 2015 my hatway tv setup box is not working nor the local vendor is responding to me I think that I have to submitted a PL on hatway for the waranty issue and as i have the record of local vendor for providing the services only for six and a half month my waranty remains of 5 and 1/2 months,

      We are using Hathway broadband prepaid connection. Most of the times internet will not work.And it always have connectivity issues.it will work for minute and frequently it disconnects.We called nearly 10 times and response provided by customer service is very bad. They don't know the problem at all .Many times, they will answer the call and keep it a side.We are paying nearly 1200/- per month. Still service is very very bad. This multiple times but response from customer care is always same and very irresponsible...this is the third time i'm complaining.. I was using hathway digial tv conection and broadband service in AFS kanheri Hills and when i shifted to a new address i called customer care and asked them to shift my connection to the new place for which they are charging again . They've given me a no.and when i called he refused the service on my location after that i am callin again and again in hathway customer care but they are not giving proper response and they cut the call, so now i am looking for sevice or they refuend the set up box money and take broadband connection back .

        I contacted hathway for new broadband connection on 06/02 and got details from sales representative. I have finalized your 10 MBPS plan with 40GB FUP and based on promise given by sales representative, after FUP, the speed should be 2 MBPS ( I checked multiple times with sales representative on post FUP speed before taking connection) but I hardly touched 0.8-0.9 MBPS any time. I got hathway connection on 06/04 and with in a week all 40GB got exhausted (this is a unique case, I am using broadband from past 5 years and could not recollect a single instance apart from this case) and I contacted customer care and no valid response on how it got exhausted. I raised a concern to the technician who installed hathway connection and to the sales representative on internet speed after FUP, but there is no proper response. Even I raised complaint for couple of instances but there is no response and closed with out any intimation.           This is Preetham, unfortunately i had to opt my ISP as Hathway. i opted for 50Mbps plan and i hardly get 10 Mbps. When we call for technical assistance they come up saying everything is fine from our side. are we stupids to give fake complaints.please guys i've lost all the money i paid. you don't do such a mistake Hathway get me back after 11.30 AM tomorrow. i need an explanation on this issue.               this third time i'm complaining.. the speed is very incosistent it is changing from time to time. just in a span of 15 mins the speed has declined from 40 Mbps approx to 14Mbps.getting fed up and feeling helpess. note: please call me only after 1pm. every time i get a call when i'm in work and unfortunately we can't call back to that number.

                This is Dr S SRIRAM from Hyderabad with Hathway BB AC.NO.1338512. I have got Hathway BB installed on 15 th May 2015 with 3 months package costing me Rs 2920/-. It has hardly been a month since installation, repeated net disconnections are bugging me .Recently there was a net disconnection on 19th of June 2015 since 4 pm in the evening. I have raised a complaint on 20.06.2015 with no.13159312 with a promise that the issue will be resolved in 12 hours. To my utter shock i received a SMS on my mobile on 21.06.2015 stating that the complaint has been closed. How can my complaint be closed without resolving the net connectivity???. I called up customer care again on 21.06.2015 and they registered another complaint and promised me that the issue will be resolved in 6 hours.The issue has not been resolved till now i.e 22.06.2015 11 am.I receive an SMS on 22.06.2015 that the complaint no. 13171116 has been closed. AGAIN HOW CAN MY COMPLAINT BE CLOSED WITHOUT RESOLVING THE NET CONNECTIVITY ISSUE??? What sort of a customer care is this??? I AM FED UP WITH YOU HATHWAY PEOPLE. I AM ISSUING A NOTICE AGAINST HATHWAY FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO ME I DEMAND FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY ME I.E RS 2920/- WITHIN 1 WORKING DAY FAILING WHICH I SHALL PROCEED LEGALLY AGAINST HATHWAY IN THE CONSUMER COURT. EXPECTING A POSITIVE RESPONSE ATLEAST NOW FROM A SENIOR EMPLOYEE OF HATHWAY TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS.

                  i have recently opted hathway HD stream 1 plan - 50Mbps with FUP of 30GB. they promised at least 40 Mbps bandwidth but when i perform speed test it shows only 25 Mbps. its all fake propaganda they do. when they cannot provide 50Mbps then why to advertise and cheat. i seriously repent having opted hathway. at nights its very horrible it just showed 6 mbps bandwidth. this my earlier complaint which is not yet resolved.i really don't understand why companies cant do just for what customer has paid.

                    i was using hathway digial tv conection in south extion and when i moved to kishangarh (vasant kunj) so i called to cc and asked the kishangarh service provider so they give me [protected] so when i called to this no, he refused give the service on my location after that i am callin again and again in hathway cc but they are giving same no and cut the call, so now i am looking sevice or they refuend the set up box money. regards amit [protected]

                      This is to bring to your notice that I am using Hathway broadband account number 1170067. for the last 10-15 days the speed of the internet is terribly slow with speed of 0.1MB as against 50MB plan I am in. Every time we contact hathway they either promise to send someone who doesn't come or tell us to make a 450 rupees deposit for transfer. We'll gladly pay the 450 if we get at least a confirmation call that the technician is arriving on site. I have mailed all the necessary documents to the email id they had given. I have also provided them with multiple contact numbers so we can't miss their calls. They did reply to my one mail with the promise of someone contacting but no one did. I am attaching the email conversation below. Please try and provide us with any help you can, our current plan lasts for 2 more months and is going to waste, remaining unused. Thank you for your concern, You have helped me before(Thank you so much for that) hence I trust you people will pull through.                               Dear Ajit, This is to inform you that I have been your internet services i.e. 4 MBPS Broadband connection. I am facing this issue since last couple of months. I have been complaining regarding the same regularly and in fact in the month of April I have been complaining almost every day regarding the issue. No one wants to help and get permanent rectification. Since last 15 days every alternate day there is problem with connection. All the subscribers of the building have been complaining no one turns up from your office. We all have recorded the necessary complaint numbers that we receive after lodging the complaint. Moreover when we call you we get vague and arrogant answers. I have recorded the speed through speedtest.net on regular intervals and have saved it for records in case you would like to check. Concern Person I have been talking to – Mr. Ajit –Contact number – [protected] & technician Ajay – [protected].
                              Worst Internet service provider. Manager is also hopeless Rajesh kachkal not picking up calls & technician Kishan is hopeless no knowledge & just do the time pass & doesn't pickup the call at all. GUYS EYE OPENER FOR US IS THAT show Rajesh hath way their level n stop using that switch to JIO

                                We have taken a new connection just 5 days back from the day 1 it has issue. It's keeps on disconnecting and if it works too it never connects to any website that bad download speed we are getting. While providing the connection they promissed that 30 GB download limit with 50 Mbps speed per month. But I didn't even get 512 Kbps, when I check speed test. So far we have raised two complaints but no use. Surprisingly on 2nd complaint when I was talking to customer support kept me on hold for 30 min and disconnected the call. Please this is not way to handle customers. My account number is 1357262. Please resolve my issue at the earliest. We are using airtel since 5 years we are very happy with their service, As we have moved to new house where we don't get airtel we have chosen Hathaway. Frankly we never expected this kind of service from Hathaway as it has a good name in Bangalore. Please rectify my issue if not please do the disconnection and refund my money.                                     Account number 1239926 - Abhishek Took 3 months subscription from April to June 2015, paid in advance as per company demands, no service, most of the time connection is slow or not working, Took 50 Mbps 50 Gb plan and no connection available. Frequent connection drops, slow speed, poor customer care, non helping staff .. thats HATHWAY.. fed up of you Hathway you are only cheating... And how can I forget, increased the tarrif plan of broadband and did not even bothered to inform customer..

                                      Myself Vijay Singh with hathway account no. 1267652, I paid bill on regular basis . But they disconnect connection without intimation. When I called customer care replied that invoice payment is remain. It is not fare. I paid three payment from feb2015 for three months after that may and June. Where is payment remain? Do not know. I thought it is pitiable response from hathway. Please help...!

                                        Hathway card No[protected], Bangalore I had given 1 year subscription for the TV ccable connection. As I moved out of Bangalore I requested for refund on 22nd April 2015 to refund the balance amount. The request has been forwarded from Girinagar to Basavanagudi Office of HATHWAY. Till date the refund is not received. THE RESPONSE IN BASAVANAGUDI OFFICE is THEY ARE HELPLESS.Please arrange to send the refund immediately.
