Took 3 months subscription from April to June 2015, paid in advance as per company demands, no service, most of the time connection is slow or not working, Took 50 Mbps 50 Gb plan and no connection available.
Frequent connection drops, slow speed, poor customer care, non helping staff .. thats HATHWAY.. fed up of you Hathway you are only cheating...
And how can I forget, increased the tarrif plan of broadband and did not even bothered to inform customer..

Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
yesterday I got a call from the nodal officer from indore he asked me for the address and I send him by Email and day before yesterday.and the local vendor visited my premisses and tooked the setup box without a prior information to me nor telling what is going to be done with my setup box,
I humbly request the nodal officer to please clear the inbox of your mail cause mail send by me has bounced several times and please take care of my setupbox because the vendor will be taking the full charge of the month and without using the services provided by hatway
