Took 3 months subscription from April to June 2015, paid in advance as per company demands, no service, most of the time connection is slow or not working, Took 50 Mbps 50 Gb plan and no connection available.
Frequent connection drops, slow speed, poor customer care, non helping staff .. thats HATHWAY.. fed up of you Hathway you are only cheating...
And how can I forget, increased the tarrif plan of broadband and did not even bothered to inform customer..
