On 5th June we paid cash of Rs.3084/- for a 3 month Broadband package with a valid application. The executive promised connection & activation within 48 hours. I am using Hathway Broadband since 6 months and paid for the last 2 quarters.
Since last month internet is not working, when I ask for compensation for the last one month rental. Those people are saying that they don't have refund policy in the company. Never ever take hathway again. Stupid customer service I have ever seen.
