Hi, I have taken Hathway Broadband connection 50 MBPS for my residence purpose. I have been raising a complaint every day regarding the Network loss. They are not taking it very serious to resolve the issue. Please kindly update the info to all the customers who are willing to take Hathway Connections here on. User ID no. 1132015. Kukatpally.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had the same issue. Their customer service is the worst. Every evening if I raise a complaint, the next morning I get a message that its closed without no one coming in to check at all.

I wrote to their appellate/nodal officers. All seems to be fraudsters! ultimately, I just asked for disconnection.

    I had made a prepaid recharge of 3819/- for six month on 10/01/2015 and then I relocated to.another house then your helpdesk team said that first pay transfer charges then we will do transfer your connection and than I paid transfer charges of rs. 450/-. On 10/02/2015 But after making of transfer charges your helpdesk team said that we don't have service on your relocated area so we will make refund for your unused portion and transfer charges. Than I had submitted modem, adoptar and ethernet cable related to account number 1139555, to your representative as on 21/02/2015 as per Ack for GRN no. 197872. After three months and after so many follow ups ( approx 25 time through mail and call) they transfered only 450/- and said that you are not eligible for refund o[censored]nused portion. Kindly look into this matter and see negligence of your team, this is not about money this is about customer satisfaction. What a worst experience i had with your company,

      I showed an interest of taking an internet connection in last week of May since then your executive was calling me every day and night for connection...he was even ready to come to my home late at 10 o clock for documents collection and cheque collection...Finally i got the connection last week on friday i.e. 05th June 2015...I was promised that my LAN will be installed next day by 11 o clock and connection will start working in 2 hours...by the way i bought a 50 mbps plan for a month of Rs 968+tax...total paid Rs 1252...so the connection guy not turned up on Saturday and i was bound to spoil my weekend waiting for connection guy..Engineer's mobile no.is [protected]...I called the sales guy and he said i will call you back in 5 mins..That 5 mins never came again...thankfully the installation guys turned up on Sunday and i waited for 2 hours to get over to start my connection...but again i faced issues...connection activated late in evening...now as committed to me router will be installed 1 day after the installation of modem...but now these guys have timelines..router installation guy not even waited for 15 mins for installation and my router got installed after 3 days...Now the sales guy not picking up my phone...customer care has no answer to my problem..they only generate a complaint no...internet service is pathetic...my cell phone internet works much better than this so called 50 mbps connection...i am fed up of following up and calling customer care...really a bad experience...wi fi only works in one room...they should be penalized for frustating their customers...my account no. is 1352568...in Mumbai

        On 5th June we paid cash of Rs.3084/- for a 3 month Broadband package with a valid application. The executive promised connection & activation within 48 hours. Nothing happened till 8th afternoon when I decided to follow up. First I was told they have not received payment, then on 9th I was told application was filed only on 8th Monday. Till date (12th June) inspite of 3-4 calls every day there has not even been a single phone call - forget the connection. To my disbelief on 12th afternoon when I again called customer service I was told the modem has been installed and the cable too "how is it working" No matter how many follow ups, there is nobody beyond the poor customer care executives (well trained in handling harrassed customers) to listen to your woes only to give a standard answer "we will forward to concerned dept, we will resolve ASAP". if this is the behaviour before the service has started, God save us later. Hence I have decided I do not want the connection but a refund of the payment instead to which there is no response. I have personally spent time calling multiple offices in bangalore to get a name of someone who can help & got the name of Ashok Reddy supposed to be the Nodal Manager. he has not been accessible through the day. Messages left with his office have no response till now.

        Dont even dream of a hathway broadband connection in bangalore even if you have live without internet

          I am using Hathway Broadband since 6 months and paid for the last 2 quarters.
          Since last month internet is not working, when I ask for compensation for the last one month rental. Those people are saying that they don't have refund policy in the company. Never ever take hathway again. Stupid customer service I have ever seen.


          Please take some action on this insane company.

            Dear Sir, I am Kumar K one of the new costumer of Hathway, i took the connection on 7th May 2015, and on 8th may the connection was setup completely. However since that time i am not getting the assured speed of 50 mbps. When the Tech engineer came and checked it he said he will check with cable technicians and get back to me since today morning i was begging like any thing and raised complaints and escalations to customer care, but my issue was not take care and i am loosing my client work for which i took this 50mbps connection. I have no idea where to reach because they simply says that they have escalated and just giving me false statements, Also they are saying i cant terminate the connection and they wont refund the money. This is my last hope assuming that atleast you will address my issue and give justice, My Hathway account number is 1352918

I am really fed up of this kind of mail as per Mr Ajith it will refunded to me within 2days but it is already one week .If any other service provider they should have closed below issue long time back.                 My account number is 1287445 and my email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com. I have been calling more than 2 weeks. No one is hearing the problem correctly.I will never ever recommend your service to any one I am using 25 GB plan and I have paid 2470 in the previous quarter. I have paid NY renewal fee of 2585 on may 19th and 200 in this month for 25 GB plan..but the account is not activated yet..and I have sent my attached receipt copy of previous paid but each time the executive calls and asks for the receipt which I have sent thrice...if you can't give me the service then give my money back...

                  Hello, More than just a complain, the reason I am even writing this is in hope that people every where will stop using their connection. Especially since they have launched 10mbps, i have a 2mbps which never works i can only imagine the complete waste of money the 10mbps would be. I have complained several times about their connection (this with them knowing that I work from home) but they really dont care at all and to add insult to injury they actually treat you like as if they are doing a favor by providing internet, forgetting the fact that i have actually paid for 3 months in advance. I would like my total paid 2575/- for the month of apr/may/jun be refunded for the lack of device provided. For the utter disrespect of the 4 hours SLA which never resolves in that time and always takes a minimum of 48 hours. If any one of you is thinking of buying a new connection with hathway trust me think a hundred times before you do it for its as good a pouring your money down the drain.

                    My a/c no is 728937, I have been complaining about speed issue from a long time (please check mail chain), I never get 512Mbps as my plan is that however i am paying for 512Mbps. After complaining, attaching screen shots of speed test also no action has been taken till date it’s been almost 5 to 6 months. Every time I call customer care I get a reply saying "there is a connectivity issue going on in your area". Why would customer suffer for these issues which don’t have resolutions? How many months are you going to say the same sentence? And customer support simply replied saying "i assure the issue has been resolved." I ask how you assure where as I have a proof in mail as an attachment which shows it’s not even 200kbps. Are you going to compensate that anyways? Don't just give away fake assurance rather work on the issues. I tried restarting modem etc. but it did not improve. Almost every week I have to call customer care and say my internet is not working and then somebody does something and it works with low speed, where is the resolution for the problem. Why should I start my day with a call to hathway Customer care every day, isn't it annoying. I Speak senior person from hathway at the call center and Ms.Karuna co-ordinated with me and told me that I will get the solution in 1 day. But it didn't happen. I also had requested to visit my place and look by themselves about speed issue, but no one is coming yet... Kindly look into this matter at the earliest. Worst experience so far.                       Termination of Broadband connection

                      I am holding Hathway Account Number: 1015434 and requested to terminate the service for the given account number on May 1st, 2015. Reason: Permanently moving to Hyderabad I spoke to one of the executive (Varsha) today and raised a request for the same. Request Number: 12655348 and to refund my deposit amount. Till 30th May 2015 none of the executive provided an status update and also wrote an email to Nodal officer. I guess everyone...

                      Hi, A am resident of Bangalore, K R Puram, Muneshwara Layout. My Cable Provider provides Hathway Service. We have selected a pack of 350 rupees. But he never provides all the selected channels. We also got to know that he does this for other customers too. Please take action. He comes for payment on time but never solves our issue.

                        I am a resident of bangalore. I had requested for connection shift on 31 May. Surprisingly the request was logged but I was not given the request number. ETA was given for 4 days.Today is 5th June and still there is no update from the concerned department. What a pathetic service provided by Hathway. Every time I call up the help desk, the only reply I get is "Today by EOD it will be done, Sir!" Few points I would like to highlight on the pathetic service model: 1. No SMS or Email for the complaint logged. 2. No transparency for consumers about the request. No point of contact for customer to check for updates or directly approach the concerned department.Need to contact customer service support for all the updates which is nothing but worthless. 3. The technicians are VVIPs as the customer support person tells that they can arrive any time. 4. Importance of ETA? I have taken 3 months plan and currently as per the ETA defined, I have lost 2 days. Now is there any refund policy for the same?

                          My account is not activated after payment and when we complaint they are not giving valid justification I had renewed my account on 30th May and its been 4 days... Every time they say new thing. They claim to start connection in some hours which is a big lie. They promised to send engineer who never came.                             I am from banagloer and I have raised a request for shift my connection on Thursday 28th may 2015. Today is again Thursday 4th June 2015 and it is not done still. When I call to their customer care, every time they tell it will be done in 3-4 working days. When I ask for compliant number they will give different number every time. If I ask about this they just put me on hold and don't come back for more than 15 minutes of time. I end up in waiting and then disconnecting the line. I have even sent e-mails and I don't receiev any replies apart from their "Aito Reply" e-mails. This is really frustrating, I cant even close my connection as they made me pay bill for "two pre-paid cycle" (6 months) in the month of March as they did not see my bill payment reflected.

                              I've raised the complaint '12794567' with Hathway internet for setting up the connection from my old house to new house on 15th May 2015. But till today there was no response even after calling them daily. I'm really disappointed with the way there are handling. I've already paid money for the connection. Please do the needful.

                                I have Hathway broad band connection in Surat. My customer No is 964523. My connectivity is out for as many as 6 days. I have lodged complaints for multiple time. Each time hathway customer care executive says that it will be restored soon but nobody comes to attend the problem. In past also my connection was out for 3 to 4 weeks but they never cared to attend that. Every time their customer care executive says that it shall be restored in 24 hours but they do not attend. They take money in advance and then they do not care about customers.

                                  I am staying in bangalore nagarbhavi circle. I am using Hathway cable, local provider is "SRI GANESH CABLE NETWORK", even after paying monthly charge of 300/- for the plan, the local provider is cheating the customer by blocking the channels like, sony six, star sports, kids channels etc. Even after many phone calls to local cable operator, his response to customer is at worst.                                   problem is not yet resolved by Hathway
                                  I Have Hathway connection No 964523 in Surat. I often witness my connection getting disconnected. On discontinuation of my services 6 days back, I lodged a complaint to hathway. They have not attended the complaint till date. Their customer care executive always tell a lie that it will be attended shortly but till date it is not been attended. In past also they have took 3 weeks to attend the problem. They are people with no business ethics and never give the time that when the problem shall be attended. You go on complaining they they keep on giving false promises every time. I urge all who so ever read this not to subscribe for any service of Hathway. You will witness nightmare otherwise. They collect money in advance and then they are least bothered about the problems you face. beaware of Hathway. better find some good service provider.

                                  I (account id 1355144) applied for new broadband connection on 9th; Hathway sales executive Mr. Kishor G promised me to enable the connection within 2 days. However after several follow ups I still do not have the connection activated. Hathway engineers called me 2 days back asking if my user id and password is working or not and when I told them that internet is not available they promised to visit home but it did not happen. When called to customer care executive, they gave different answers at different times- like your connection is active, sometimes they say it is in process, MAC id is not updated, it will take another 7 days etc...

                                    Hathway - 50MBPS speed- 3months advance rental paid. From last one week 4 days no internet. Today I have called and registered complaint number : 12938618. No response. Says 48 hours to fix the issue. To escalate higher officials/management- all calls busy. My account number: 1243743 Please help me in getting the connection fix. It is causing mental agony as it stops work.
                                    Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      mostly every weekend the internet doesnt work at all, and on being complaint so many times already, still the issue is not taken care of if it continues like this, i will have to disconnect Hathway Too exhausted with the poor service of yours
