My internet has stopped working from the last 4 days and even after repeated attempts to call the customer service, the issue has not yet been fixed! This is probably the millionth time I'm facing this problem and the only reason I'm using their connection is because the other service providers do not have feasibility in my area! On every call I'm told that it will be fixed by evening but ofcourse it's Hathway so it is not fixed. I hope the person reading this takes action and fixes this as soon as possible. I would like a refund for the number of days my internet has not been working!

    hathway executive received an amount of rs.2250 on 22nd may 2015 from our home at saidabad colony near water tank, hyderabad, telangana assuring that you will get an internet connection with in a day, next day onwards when i tried to contact hathway executive he is frequently disconnecting my phone and didnot provided internet connection, i informed this matter to customer care of hathway to my surprise they always say with in few hours you will get call back but till now i didnot received any call from hathway employees nor internet connection is not installed in my home. very poor and worst customer service, please take stringent action on this kind of companies who least bother on consumer service. proof of hathway receipt is attached to this complaint

        I was your existing customer having card no[protected]. Now I have changed my residence from one operator to another. from friday they are amking excuse and not installing my connection. I have paid you not donate you. why you are not installing my connection. if you are not installing ther eis a lot of company who provides cable connection. take away your box from me and give me my money at once. Already I have waited for 4 days now no more. If you will not pay I will go to consumer court and Heathway company have to beer all lossed due to these kind of operator. Operator No is : -[protected] Mr. Raghu New Ranjeet Nagar is demanding money from me. he does not answer of my call and not pick up my pone.

( for 3 months ) Plan: Unmilited 30 GB ( 10 GB per month ) / 50 mpbs / 512 kpbs Expiry of Plan: 27th May 2015. Paid Rs. 1800 /- All inclusive for 03 months. ( Rs. 600 /- per Month ) Sub : Reply to your Renewal Call. Dear Sirs, Three Months back when your Officials had approached us with their Proposal to market your Internet & Cable TV connection business in our Twin Tower CHSL comprising of 150 Flats + Shops, We including Committee & other members of Society unanimously decided to accept your Proposal on Mutual benefit on one side by co-operating you to enhance your company’s Internet & Cable TV Connection business vis-a-vis to provide all the subscribers of the Society the ‘ Lowest rate, Hassle free & Fastest internet connection ’ with existing 10 GB plan (50 mpbs – Rs. 600/- pm all in) as well as other plans depending upon the requirement & usage of all other individual members of the society. On consideration of above mutual benefit, we had opted to subscribe for 10 GB – 50 mpbs plan (Rs. 600/- pm all in - which is already more than our Usage plan ) i.e for which we paid Total Rs. 1800/- for 03 Months. At the time of availing subscription, your officials had committed that after 03 months we need to renew & will get the benefit of same plan with same price. (Please Kindly make a note of this). However, some days back, ironically, we were amused when we received a call for renewal from your company & compelled us to renew for 15GB plan- 50 mpbs (Rs. 913/-All in pm) which we neither require nor affordable & secondly it’s more than our daily usage. Almost 95 % of the subscribers of Hathway Internet Connection from our Society are Residential subscribers & NOT COMMERCIALS ! Hence, compelling residential subscribers to change to 15 GB – 50 mpbs plan (Rs. 913/- All in pm) is neither affordable nor acceptable & is totally unjustifiable to us & other society members who have subscribed the same plan of 10GB – 50 mpbs ( Rs. 600/- all in pm ) plan. You can neither cheat consumers by giving attractive offers initially for 03 months & then show your true unethical & unprofessional colours nor you can just raise your hands & go back from your committed words & say that now onwards 10 GB -50 mpbs plan is closed !! just because your company can’t afford or may be for any other reason, ethically it’s not right & why should we suffer for it !! …. If it was so decided earlier, then why did your company offered this plan initially ???? Just to grab the customers from our Society ?? Do you think we all members are fools to listen your such scrap reasons !!! And most ironic is that the same 10 GB plan – 50 mpbs still exists in your website Tariff plan !! then how can you lie us that this plan is shut !! SETTLEMENT / RELIEF SOLUTION : We request to kindly escalate the issue seriously and resolve immediately with permanent solution by renewing with same existing plan of 10GB – 50 mpbs (Rs. 600/- pm all in) in addition to more extra speed than existing without any extra cost. In case above problems are not solved, we including our Society will be compelled to permanently terminate Hathway Internet & Cable TV connections from our Society & switch over to alternate reliable & responsible ISP. Hope that the top management will take necessary action immediately in appropriate manner so that they don’t work in unethical and inappropriate manner in future and no consumer should be fooled by them.             My Name is Ranjith. My User Id: 1307671, I purchase HATH WAY broadband 3 months offer with 1675.00 Rs From May 2015 on wards we are facing issues while using HATH WAY Broadband. After 7 pm on wards net unable to connect services, if I called to customer care they said signal issue.We have 3 connections in same building. They knows signal issue but why they are giving connections, this is completely cheating. In adv. they are offering 50 mbps but i am not getting that much speed. I called customer care so many times. still issue is present As per my experience Hath way is the No.1 worst service in Hyderabad. Hath way peoples are cheaters.

              Hi Team, I have applied for Hathway Brodband new connection and paid Rs- 6738(6 months plan) on 5th April 15. After two days the representative Bhusan told that in your area we don't provide Brodband connectivity and thus we will refund the money. Later he asked me to wait for 15 days as refund processing will take some time. I tried to reach him many times but now he is not picking the phone. I have called the Customer Care number -[protected] and they created a ticket[protected]. Every time I call them they ask me to wait for few more days saying Billing team will contact you. But so far I have never got any call. I have even sent an email [protected]@hathway.net but haven't got any response. This is extremely frustrating and demotivating that even after around 2 months, Hathway team has not returned my money, neither even contacted me.                 Hello Hathway, I took Hathway broadband new connectioN and i paid Rs. 3500- for 3 months. THEY TOOK money told me that i will start your broadband internet within 2 days but still no one has come and WiFi connection is not yet activated. Customer care doesn't receive the call. Marketing officer is not responding. Feeling pity on myself for choosing Hathway. If a new customer is facing this issue...then I don't about existing customers...!!! They don't even lift our calls. has been more than 40 days now..

                  Hello, My internet account no is 1300275. We have taken 3 months package connection from Hathway Internet Providers on 19 march 2015.First month they provided average service and from second month on wards problems has been increased.The 50 mbps speed is trash and the 20GB data is consumed with in 5 days only though we are using internet for browsing only not for any downloading.We are trying to ask them about internet problem but they are not given proper response and saying your 20 GB usage is done.We are totally disappointed with these company(HATHWAY).They are cheated badly and we lost our money and time. We will surely going to complain to TRAI on HATHWAY.

                    We have decided to choose Hathway Broadband connection. Santhosh Pandit (mob-[protected]) from Hathway Collected a cheque of Rs. 1685 for three month subscription on[protected]. Till date (almost one month) neither the connection is provided nor our cheque is returned. This person, Santosh is making excuses and not even picking our calls. Worst service provider. We are now planning to move to consumer court.this is the response Hathway give to their consumer. My contact no.[protected]

                      from last four months, we are getting disturbance while tv, and while complaining, the service isn't prompt. after repeatedly complaining from last month, the response is not worth. evening before yesterday when we called mr. jay([protected]) he was rude, and did not behave properly. moreover, when his senior's phone number was asked, he was rude enough to claim his mistakes and asked to repair the set top box by the senior himself. our problem is still not solved and there's disturbance only after 15 minutes of switching on tv and continues further. all the channels behave in the same manner. the cable man (mr. jay) says he will come and repair the issues or change the set top box, but its of no use. he never comes.. after his rude behavior, he still didn't come and we are on the same issue. it's been inconvineant for us to access to our entertainment. will wait for your response. regards kritika raghuvanshi 15 sundar nagar extension, indore, mp, india

                        Hello All, Please take this complain very seriously. I am a resident of Munnekolala, Marathalli, Bangalore-560037..Every 2-3 days there will be an issue with Cable coonnectivity and so many times we have called this Cable Operator asking to check the problems but they always be rude, we thought of making good rapport so that they should atleast show some respect and have the issue resolved. Today also, there is no connectivity for cable when I called they told me to wait for 20 minutes which happened three times and after that they started banging the phone on me. I called the Headoffice Bangalore Shree Complex, 4th Floor, 73, St.Johns Road, Bangalore-560042. Tel : +[protected]; +[protected]; +[protected] AND ALL THE NUMBERS ARE BUSY ALL THE TIME. Then again I called the cable operator in his land line[protected] and he informed that TECHNICIAN informed that there is an issue from Head office and not giving proper time frame. I called these Operators:- [protected]-Madhu(He switched of his mobile) [protected]-Purushothama (Phone is busy all the time) [protected]-Venkatesh (Phone not reachable). What are we supposed to do...I informed them there is a semi final match and cable is not coming and he told that for us it is also not coming, I told that we pay money for the service and not for all this and then nobody is coming on Phone.                         000051801660, please check and service is interrupted you are kind of fraud keep interrupting service for four to five continuous days and charge us for whole month.. this is my 3 time in three continuous months. please disconnect my connection asap...
                        Its happening for all the consumer in Munnekolala. Its technique of saving money for them. We pay full amount to them for 30 days. But they pay less than half of that to hathways, since half of the month cable is off and we are not using. So hathways charges them on day basis. They are saving a lot for them. Better go with DTH.

                        Same here, We are also facing the same problem as mentioned by Mr.Ravi Sinha, Iam the resident of Shriram Samruddhi, Kundanahalli gate, Bangalore. On my complaint to the cable operator, without even checking the problem, they have taken the hathway setup box saying that the capacitor is gone and we need to pay Rs. 200 for the same. Even after a months time we still have not received the box nor the complaint has been resolved.

                        Iam fedup of these guys and hathway service . and have no option.
                        Calling & talking to them politely and following up everday which has become my routine work. Especially chasing[protected]Purushothama (Phone is busy all the time). Request you to pls look into this.

                          I paid Rs. 2581 and and subscribed to Router for 1 month and their sales guy came for paymnet very next day and application form. But they took 5 days to set up the connection and in the mean time i requested them 6-7 times for early connection but they did not take care of it. On top of that after 6 days they established the connection, i used it for 2 hours and on next day when i started using the net, the router failed to reply. It was giving me error (Limited Connection), so i again logged the complaint and customer care representative informed me that their engineer would visit and sort the problem within 4 hours, though i dont stay at home because i have office and i go there. The whole day gone and i logged the same complaint 6 times there (at hathway ) but no use of it. This is how they provide service to customer. I have sent 7 emails to their Helpdesk email address but no reply from there too. I am helpless.

                            I m a resident of Mumbai.I use hathway wifi with the d-link router. My hathway wifi account no. is 1063813 it is registered on the name of Ria Marwaha. My wifi plan consist of 10 GB downloading with 50 Mbps speed and further as i cross my FUP limit my speed gets downgraded to the speed of 512 kbps. I face problem regarding my usage every time due to which my speed gets downgraded and i have faced this problem many a times. This month that is from the 1st May 2015 to 9th May 2015 my account shows a usage of 5GB which i havent used and after the use of more 5GB my speed will be downgraded. I had even changed my password so that if by chance some one is using my wifi connection will automatically get disconnected but i still faced the same problem this month. If i had to use my wifi speed only for 10 or 15 days of a month i would have better have a normal LAN connection which would have cost me less or i would have selected another plan. I have complaint many a times regarding it still i face the same problem. I have even mailed the billingdesk regarding it but still no reply. As for now my speed is again downgraded when i even have not used my 10GB od downloaing or surfing and surfing or just using whatsapp does not take soo much from my account. I request you to please help me regarding this since i have payed my entire year amount and my plan expires in December. I have really done a great mistake trusting hathway

                                Hello Hathway, I took Hathway broadband new connection on 16th of May 2015 and i paid Rs. 2400/- for 3 months. Suresh (marketing Department) come and told me that i will start your broadband internet within 24 hour but still no one come and WiFi connection is not yet activated. Customer care doesn't receive the call. Marketing officer is not responding. Feeling pity on myself for choosing Hathway. If a new customer is facing this issue...then I don't about existing customers...!!! They don't even lift our calls. If a new customer is facing this issue...then I don't about existing customers...!!! They don't even lift our calls.

                                  Hello, Initially they said, we have FOUR PLANS in Hathway cable, which is start from Rs 150. But now they are telling that each month you have to pay RS 300 or RS350. Which is NOT acceptable for middle class people. They are cheating people by giving attracting offer initially for 2 months and then they show their original face.

                                    I recharged my Hathway account no : 1041621 on 16 May 2015 at 9.30 AM . I got a confirmation SMS stating that my account will be activated in 4 hours. Even after 6 hours my internet was not activated.I called up customer care to get an update, they told me that they have checked with their technical team and issue will be resolved in 1 hour. After 2 hour issue was not resolved and they registered my complaint no:12806789 and told me in half an hour my problem will be resolved. After half n hour also issue was not resolved, I called the customer care again they said it will be resolved in an hour. Nothing happened even after two hours. Again I decided to call the customer care after waiting for 15 mins nobody responded to my call. I think someone picked my call and put me on hold without talking anything. Hats off to Hathway coustomer care, they are actually pain and not of any use. I tried calling again and this time I could reach a person(I was lucky), as soon as I asked about my complaint status they replied it's fixed. I was asked to check again, after almost 3 times of checking I told them it's not working. The executive put me on hold to check something finally he turned up saying "it's a all Bangalore problem with Hathway Internet and will be resolved in 2 hours". I was convinced that I was not the only one affected. I decided check with my friends in my area as they also use same Hathway connection. Most of them in this are uses Hathway as there is no much options available. I came to know from others that it was only me who is having problem and no one else is having problem. CHEATING customers is easy task as there is no one to question them. The only other option to raise a complaint is to mail to [protected]@hathway.net, that is also of no use. No one responds to your query. Requesting to take an action against such cheaters. - I have lost lot of money by calling customer care. - lost a day without Internet and missed lot of commitments. - could not complete my work and as a result I lost my one day salary. - I was cheated by Hathway care executive.

                                      my self vishwanath chatterjee using card no[protected] . we 100 families r very much frustrated with the service provider of our area. even we forced to lodge a complain to the CONSUMER FORUM ... DOCKET NO[protected]. After contacting several times to the operator they r not at all solving our problem. they are charging us money but not giving the channels we supposed to receive. many of the channel showing lock code 4. where these channels were available to us previously and still available to some of our neighbors who is using hathway. while contacting over last six seven months the representative of the operator named MR SUNNY is very much ill mannered, abusive even to the women he was threatening us about our complain even we were supposed to get a mental molestation. we want a solution for the same otherwise pls give us right to recharge our cards directly from hathway such as the other connections like TATA SKY is giving. we do not want to get harassed each and every day by such illiterates ill mannered fellows.pls cancel the licence of such inactive service providers or give your consumers their own right. pls the issue asap or we the 100 families of ASHMITA JYOTI SOCIETY OF MARVE ROAD MALAD WEST will continue this escalation to higher lavel of consumer forum as we are very much frustrated over years. vishwanath chatterjee [protected]

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, My old cable connection & cable oprator payment issue that was my hathway cable disconnect. We will change my rent room i want old setup box used to Hathway cable. this oprator told me give me a noc letter. we will told him i will pay my old blance payment why are puchase new setup box.
