I have been Hathway's customer since last 5 months, My experience was worst !!! The internet goes off again and again everyday !!! My acc # 1053956, the promising speed is 50 Mbps, but what I get is just 1 mbps, and after the limits are crossed (fup) speed lowers to 1 mbps, but that gives me around only 50 kbps, I have registered many complaints, I call them regularly regarding this but what reply I get is u should connect your pc directly thru lan to get the 50 mbps what the hell? Also when asked why on wifi so low speed, the reply is as number of devices connected is 5, speed gets divided, 50/5 is still 10 mbps per device, my recent complaint number is 12519655, They always leave me with the complaint number, and say somebody will be at your place, and no one shows up. I'm tired of the service and also connection, please somebody help me out, my connection is off since week, and before also it was not working well since last 2 months, there's a month still left in my service I demand the refund of one month also the days I haven't used, I want to change from Hathway, they just eat money at the early stage and then don't look back at the customer again till its time to pay for new rental period. Hate Hathway!
