    Im facing packetloss issues from 10 days but i called them and i asked why am i getting packetloss issues they said they will check in 1 day i called them 2 days ago and the 1 day was over no one assisted me. 2nd day i called they said 1 day again. and this is freaking . why would i pay for stuffs they never solve the problem till 5-6 days

    That doesnt means that i wont even get 512 speed after downgrade.

      We are subscribed to hathway cable network through Local cable operator. we have subscribed 300 INR package and paid the amount on 21st April 2015 which was due on 23rd April. But we are not getting the requested package since then. We had enquired with cable operator regarding the situation on 26th April 2015 and he said that we need to inform once the due date reaches and said he will provide the service by 27th April 2015. Today is 2nd may 2015, still the service has not yet been provided.
      NOTE: Paid 300 INR and getting bill for 250INR and when enquired with cable operator He said he will do like this only and there is no right to ask from us.

        Its 4 days now since my cable TV went blank. Have called call centre multiple times. Replies have ranged from 1. System down, cannot check details 2. System upgrade call after 1 hour 3. Complaint logged, technician will come home in few hours 4. Technician must have come, hasnt he come? The status as off now, no fix...CABLE STILL BLANK. This in spite of me identifying the problem and updating them multiple times that its a very simple fix. Problem identified by me is that, the cable connection from the junction box into my house has been removed from the junction box. Technician just has to put in a screw into the cable and attach it to the junction box. Its 4 days and still they havent cared about it.

          Hathway broadband Bangalore has not been providing service for about 3-4 hours everyday. I have been regular in calling to their customer service, however everytime it has been told to me that there is a maintenance being carried out. This has been a daily practice and now, they have started to put my calls on hold for 20-25 minutes and then disconnect the call. They are not even ready to reimburse the maintenance time, which ideally should be. Their supervisors are one step ahead and does not even attend my calls. My account # 1262950. This is the most pathetic service I have come across so far. I want to disconnect and want to claim for refund of the amount paid by me.

          The service has gone from BAD to WORSE. Now a days the service is active only for 4-5 hours, rest of the time I have to struggle with Customer Service reps, who again are PATHETIC.
          I need a refund and want to deactivate the connection, as the service is not being provided.

          No communication even after posting grievance to this forum. Not sure how else can I get help. It has been over 25 min just now that I am waiting for an advisor on call. they pick the call, put me on hold and never return.

          Bunch of CHEATERS.
          Internet Service is not available again since this morning. No response from Customer Care Either.
          We are using Hathway broadband prepaid connection. Most of the times internet will not work.And it always have connectivity issues.it will work for minute and frequently it disconnects.We called nearly 10 times and response provided by customer service is very bad. They don't know the problem at all.
          Actually all their ****ing servers are down.

                My customer code is 1307181. I have been a victim of poor service from Hathway Broadband for quite few days now. When I took the connection they said that the service is good but after few days the connection stopped because they say the check I provided bounced due mismatch details on the cheque. I insisted them to send a person to my home to collect the money in cash but nobody came at all. I kept calling that day for more than 3 times but still they said that somebody will come in the evening but still no show from Hathway. The next day somehow I managed to do an online payment but still the Internet wasn't active. Every time I called they would say that it will take 24 hours. Whenever asked for supervisor they say that they had no provision to transfer the call to supervisor. I mean how can they deny a supervisor call to a customer. I have been working in Customer support line for few years and they have to have a supervisor to take calls or arrange callback. Somehow the services resumed again. Now today again the broadband is not working and they say that there is an individual technical problem and they asked me to wait for 24 hours again. I mean how can the Internet be down for me twice in a month and that in the first month of the connection. Really poor service and I am stuck with them for now next 3 months as I am on quarterly plan for which the money is non - refundable. Request to please help me and fix the issue ASAP as I am frustrated with the pathetic service of HATHWAY.

                  Hi Sir, My Account Number: 1119466, I am facing internet problem from the past 7 days, either it is a poor connection or complete disconnect, I am calling to the customer care daily, every-time they are telling that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours, 7 24 hours are done but the issue is not yet resolved, I had called [protected] - Srinivas almost 20 - 30 times on 27th - April - 2015, either he will tell that the issue will be resolved in 30 mins or he will not pick the call or disconnect the call, same with [protected] - Vasu. Please improve the staff to give better customer experience it's not my duty to follow-up on the issue, even then I am calling them but they are not ready to pick the call itself, Even I can provide the call logs for the above 2 numbers. 3 - 4 days back when I called the customer care they said that I should renewal the account, I did it but the connection did not improve, then they asked me to add top-up of 5 GB even I did that, but the issue is not resolved. Without knowing the issue they are suggesting different options, this is the kind of service we are getting. Please let me know if the can be resolved or not, if the issue is not resolved please refund my money back, I will look for different service provider.

                    My uncle took an annual plan of Speedway 1 in Mumbai (plan was activated in March 2015) and when I advised him the benefit of a better plan he wanted my help in calling the customer care (CC) to upgrade the plan. So I called the CC number and spoke to an executive by the name Vivek. I requested him to upgrade the plan to HD 2 Stream and told him that we are ready to pay the difference for the upgrade. To my utter surprise I was told that is not possible! I was told that if I wish to take that plan I will have to forgo the amount paid earlier! Considering it's just been over a month and we have a full year to go we feel really cheated as customers. Why should a service provider not give consumers the option to upgrade? After all it is in the interest of the service provider! It is really strange and amounts to cheating of customers. Request you to please look into this matter seriously as I'm sure it will be beneficial to a lot more customers.

                      i am kishore from Hyderabad my hathway account no is 1225299 i never seen such a worst broadband network like hathway before, previously i used airtel and beam they are very good but hath way is worst, it was frequently disconnecting. in a day at most it will work for 4 hours out of 24 hours, in a month you will get internet hardly 15 days only. and hathway don't have any toll free number for customers. that to it will take 10 min to connect and they wont resolve the problem mostly i never seen such a stupid customer care executives. i am extremly disappointed with hathway. i am not satisfied with their service and asked for refund my amount on prorata basis they are not accepting such a worst thing. now i am placing so many printouts near by my apartments that indicated not to take hathway connection in all apartment notice boards. no one can suffer like me. i am writing this letter with very painfully. finally worst worst worst hathway. dont ever think of hathway

                        I have been Hathway's customer since last 5 months, My experience was worst !!! The internet goes off again and again everyday !!! My acc # 1053956, the promising speed is 50 Mbps, but what I get is just 1 mbps, and after the limits are crossed (fup) speed lowers to 1 mbps, but that gives me around only 50 kbps, I have registered many complaints, I call them regularly regarding this but what reply I get is u should connect your pc directly thru lan to get the 50 mbps what the hell? Also when asked why on wifi so low speed, the reply is as number of devices connected is 5, speed gets divided, 50/5 is still 10 mbps per device, my recent complaint number is 12519655, They always leave me with the complaint number, and say somebody will be at your place, and no one shows up. I'm tired of the service and also connection, please somebody help me out, my connection is off since week, and before also it was not working well since last 2 months, there's a month still left in my service I demand the refund of one month also the days I haven't used, I want to change from Hathway, they just eat money at the early stage and then don't look back at the customer again till its time to pay for new rental period.                             I am facing lot of issues with the hathway broadband. Right from getting the connection to not getting stable connection or speed which was promised. I raised a request for getting the connection, same day I got a call and the person came to my place. I asked him to check everything before committing anything. He said he can give a connection by next day 6pm. Only on that condition I gave him the money and documents. Next day I was waiting for some one to come and fix the connection but no one came till evening then I tried to call the guy who took the documents and money (Anil). He didn't pick any of my calls. He was disconnecting the calls. I called customer care they said by next day morning they will give the connection. Next day morning no one came. I called customer care again as anil was disconnecting my calls. To my surprise customer care guy said my area is not feasible for connection they will refund my money. I had to call 10 people to get find some technicians number.. I even went to the office where I was told that its not internet office its cable tv connection office go-to main office on commercial street. I had to drag them to my house to get the connection. After getting connection i am not getting the speed which was promised. They promised 50MBPS but only for few minutes in a day I get that speed otherwise it will be very less sometimes I cant even open a website like googl.com.. forget about downloading anything. The connection is very unstable. Ill get internet for 10-15 min then it will disconnect again it will come back for some time and go away.. From last 3 days I am not getting even that. Calling customer care is hopeless. they don't give number of the technician who is working on the job. They have made my life hell. Every day I go home and call customer care of write a mail .. for which i don't get any reply.. I have requested them to give my money back and terminate the connection. I want to file a harassment case against them.. they dont deliver what is promised or saying that they dont deliver anything would be more appropriate..

                              I got fed up with Hathway services and finally requested for termination nearly 2 months back. Now, you guys are neither turning up to collect the wifi router nor refund my amount. Its been more than a month now... no response even after multiple complaints. Your customer executives are reckless and saying after we have raised a complaint and no one is giving the ticket number and seniors email ID or contact number. Because they are worried about their job. I take this opportunity to update you that the response that I got from Hathway is pathetic and that forced me to terminate the connection and opt ACT. Now how long do I need to wait???? Will I get my deposit back???????? Please help me in lodging a complaint against the services.

                              After waiting for nearly 20 minutes got connected to their customer service executive and that bastard is asking me to come to their office to return their WiFi router. Even their appellate authority (ap.[protected]@hathway.net) service is hopeless. When customers ask for a new connection they are attending like dogs and if the same customer asks for resolution they disappear.
                              Hopeless service and hopeless staff.

                              Faced lot of issues connectivity issues. I request other customer, better not to take connection from HATHWAY.

                                I own a Hathway broadband Internet connection in Aurangabad since few years and never got such problem. But since a week, I am experiencing a problem with my Internet speed. After 8 in the evening, my internet speed goes down very vastly. And as their office closes down in the evening, I can't get any help from them because no one is there to pick up the phone at the helpdesk. The speed goes down in the night and when I look for the speed in the morning it has came back. I require my internet at night because most of clients are from other countries and I can't communicate with them properly with this ridiculous speed.                                   My cable operator not sending hathway kyc form last few months. Iam not seen lot of channels main problem is operator is postpone the issue.                                     Service has become unusable. dont know when the service works.. totally unreliable. either Hathway should die / stop giving the worst service. TOTALLY unfair. customer service number also doesnt work. what a stupid service that you are giving? dont you feel shame? can be given better value than your broadband service. Check your network performance in hyderabad for last 4 months. you will realize Hathway greatness. you will be amazed to see how many times your pathetic system is down. shame on you. dont cheat people with cheap mindset and cheap service. better die than looting the customer.

                                      I live in aurangabad maharashtra.i am custmer of hathway tv since 2014.but it was continuous problem in its service regarding picture quality and signal strength.by complaining again and again i am totally tired now.no one take care of comlpaints.

                                        I have shifted residence in Hyderabad. My cable operator suggested that I need to update KYC with Hathway to activate both my set top boxes. My cable operator and myself have sent several e-mails to Hathway. However no action till date. Details as below.
