I pay my bills regularly even though i dont get service proper. In 1 month the net Disconnect average 4-5 days. Many times too low speed . And when i call the costumer care they tell we rais a compliant to help you and our engineer will come and help u . till now never engineer came to my home and called me and help me . When i go to there office i never get proper response ...

    Hi, this is Uday kumar. I am using the Hathway cable service more than 7 years, and i was not facing any kind of issues since 7 years, but from the past 6 months, i am not getting any channels in my television, it is saying like "The service is Blocked" I have consulted my local cable operator regarding this issue, and also asked him to activate/update my Hathway card number which is[protected]. But i am not getting any response, also i consulted to the Hathway branch office still no response. Please do the needful and activate/update my cable service. My Hathway card no is[protected]. I'll be staying at Warasiguda, Secunderabad, Telengana-500061

      Hi, I have Paid them 916 for monthly recharge on 9th April 2015 but they are not sending me the bill/ invoice copy. I have repeatedly called there customer care, dropped mail to every possible e-mail id for cc but no resolution till now. Even there internet connection is pathetic. Breaks most of the time and the customer care cuts the call in between if you call for complaint. Please help me resolve my issue. Regards Monis Hathway Account No. 1251044

        my consumer id is 1246932. the guys were literally after me until i took the connection. after the three month period, i am losing my connection almost every week. every time i call the customer care, they say it is 'outside' problem. and they say the keep this complaint in 'critical priority' and it will take at least two days to get right. and the problem crops up again. pathetic service.

            Hi, I took Hathway internet connection in Oct-Nov'13. Starting from 2nd month of my connection I was facing a connectivity issue, twice or thrice in a month and was raising complaints for the same. In the month of Feb'15 there was area up-gradation on 9-10 feb'15. Starting from 11th feb'15 till 23rd Feb'15 the same issue. I have raised almost 45-50 complaints and asked them not to close any complaint without my permission but all were closed without informing me. As they were unable to provide me service, many times I mentioned that I will not pay the bill for the month of Feb and March'15. Even their supervisor Rehman, Shekhar, Krishnan and 2 more agreed to my point. As the CC executives asked me to send an e-mail to billingbangalore and bangalorehelpdesk informing the same, I did that as well but no body replied. I received an e-mail on 27th Mar'15 stating my connections will be terminated on 29th Mar'15, I will not pay the bill. I replied to that e-mail but again no reply. I feel like mentally harassed by Hathway. I wasted alot of money and huge amount of time calling CC. Even though I have internet connection, for any official work I need to run to my office irrespective to weekend, weekday, day time or night. I have received a bill of Rs2386 and Rs1719 for my connection(A/C: 1054054&1054052).I request you to help me in getting the wavier and compensation for my frustration and inconvenience.               My hathway broadband a/c. no. 995827 and I have been continuously facing the problem of frequent disconnections. I have registered the complaint many times at the customer care number of hathway and they assure that the problem will get resolved in 24 hours. However, the most of the times does not get resolved and/or sometimes gets resolved but only for 2-3 hours or for 3-4 days at the maximum. Both me and my wife are working so we rarely use the internet on weekdays but on weekends when we try using it, we face frequent disconnections. We lodge the complaint and they say that the engineer will pay a visit but nobody turns up and they change the status of the complaint from pending to closed. Today i.e. on 12th April, 2015, when my wife called at the customer care number, they said the same thing. Then, my wife spoke to the supervisor named Mr. Mohammad Ali who again made the same promise that the issue will get resolved in 24 hours and the engineer would pay a visit at our place but when asked about the timing for the visit, the phone got disconnected. She again called them and this time, she was made to speak to one Mr. Shivendra Sharma, the senior supervisor who said that the compalint will be resolved within 24 hours at their end and if the same does not happen, their engineer would pay a visit at our place. My wife asked about the time when the engineer would visit as both o[censored]s are working, he said that he had no idea to which my wife said that she would like to talk to the engineer who would pay the said visit to which Mr. Shivendra said he could not give the number. Now, I don't know as to whether we are supposed to leave our office and sit at our home and wait for the hathway engineer to pay a visit at our home. This is heights of irresponsibility. Hathway takes payment for its future services in advance and now I, having paid for it cannot switch to other broadband service also. This is completely irresponsible and uncalled for and amounts to cheating innocent clients like us. Please look into the matter urgently.                 I am getting regular Internet disconnection issues with Hathway Broadband, I been spoke to Hathway Customer care several (20) times and lodged complaints too. Every time i been told it is a technical issue in your area due to regular disconnection of Internet services, My work got effected every alternative day.                   I Dr Satyadeo Jaiswal, A/C No 1189130 for cable internet am really not satisfied with my cable internet broadband service from Hathway. Since 17/10/14 I have subscribed to the service. Every day I have to lodge a complaint for loss of internet connectivity SINCE LAST 6 MONTHS. The online light goes off time and again and I am told its a technical issue, server is down or there is repair work going on. I am suffering work loss because of the faulty service. I have written to the helpdesk many times but no response. Nothing has been done to resolve my issue of repeated disconnection. It seems my mail is not read . My complaaints are lying in junk box. The nodal officer’s number is not answered. The Pare headofficel number is also never answered. In the past my internet was not working at all for 3 weeks and I was told that the fault will be rectified for good but it has not resolved yet. I have taken a year’s subscription and hence carrying on with them. I’m surely not going to renew my Cablenet service with this company. I am truly suffering because of their faulty services and false promises.

                    I am from Banashankari, Bangalore. And, for activating one channel, I am helpless after being made to call various telephone services provider by hathway. No one is lifting the call even I tried for more than 100 times (Full ring) to the Local Cable Operator (Pragathi Cables). Its not only first time, its happening for my any request. And, since my details are not properly updated in DB, customer care even can't help me. Please take this note as my request as my escalation and understand the customer needs.

                      Since many days I am complaining about my poor network connectivity I am facing the problem as well as my neighbor also having same problems I called so many times to hathway customer care but they are as pretending that nothing is wrong I told them please send some good engineer to have a look for our connections . But it is the same story every time I call but it is of no use. I have started 10gb pack so they have mention I will get 50mbps speed but as I have attached the photo copy it is showing 43mbps. And during day it becomes more less speed and at night they shut down the whole damn Internet service. My id is 440040 and my contact number is [protected]

I registered the complain to customer care number several times but every time they only fool me saying that the issue is resolved. they are providing the poorest customer service so far.                           Sir, We live in Old Safilguda (sainathpuram road). The cable operator is asking to pay Rs. 100 for activation of blocked channels. Operators in Moula Ali have not charged this amout. When I asked him the same he said if I go to Hathway office they charge more. Can you please let me know if this is valid. If yes why the operators in other areas have not chared the same. Thank you.

                            I have taken a new connection on 27th March 2015. Sales team made tall claims about service and installation. I must say that hathway team is full of incompetent and ignorant people. Plan: HD 2 50Mbps Payment: Advance paid for 3 months ALL THEY GOT TO SAY : "I HAVE RESET YOUR MODEM, PLEASE CHECK" "SERVER IS DOWN, PLEASE CALL AFTER AN HOUR" "I HAVE RAISED A TICKET, OUR TECHNICIAN MUST VISIT AND RESOLVE" THATS ALL THEY HAVE TO SAY!

                              On April 1st my connection of Hathway cable got cut. Usually the people from Hathway office come and collect the payment but for past 2-3 months they didn't come nor did they give me a call. I went to Hathway website and saw the option of Quick pay and I checked the amount due using my VC card no and then I paid the balance of Rs 824 through online transaction on 2nd April. I was expecting my service to resume that day but it didn't happen. So I called the local Hathway office and asked what was the reason, I was told that I have to pay the amount at their office(Kaggadaspura location). I told them that I already made the payment online and I was told by them that they don't accept online payment and I have to pay the money at their office. I have been calling Hathway Customer care since then and no one has picked the call. I am down 824 Rs and I still haven't received the service on TV. I am ready to pay the money at Local office but I need to know first that the money will be refunded to me or whatever is the solution. My VC Id is[protected]

                              Now I had a talk with the customer care and I was told my details have not been entered into the system. Yet when I go to Hathway.com I am able to see my name, amount to be paid and account number by using my VC card number. The local operator in Kaggadaspura were rude when i went there again with my problem, the customer care is telling me to go to them and ask them to enter my details in the database.                                 I got a new connection from hathway some 10 days back. The service is not working from the time of installation. Nobody comes for fixing up the connection issue even after repeated complaints at the customer care center.                                   I have taken Hathway braodband and my ID 1215060 since two months each day I call for the non connectivity. I get a reply bindover problem or some other problem as i dnt understand the technical things. Each time I register complaint in the evening and I get message at 9 in the morning saying that my Complaint ticket is closed not even single executive visits to check the problem. Once an executive called for the address and he never turned up in return I call they dnt response. When ever we call the customer care they tell me to swictch off the modem and router and change the yellow cable in opposite direction and switch on the systems its pathetic to do all this each time. I am Paying four months advance rent still I get this kind of service from HathwayBroadband

Actually we paid the amount on Jan 8th for 3 months service, but we asked that person to activate the account on 20th as we are moving out of station.The account was activated on 20th only(we couldn't connect to Internet on 19th) Today we got a message regarding the expiry of the account and the date mentioned was 8th March Please look into the issue.

                                        Acc Number: 662544, located in Bangalore. There was always a Internet issue now and then but that exceeded from 24th Mar 2015. When a service request was raised on the same day one, they told 24 Hrs it will be rectified. Later they told me that issue will be rectified when I get the new modem (users were asked to migrate to 50MBps plan). The new modem was installed on 25th Mar 2015. Again a request was raised on 25th, 26th, 27th till 1st Apr 2015. They never came to the location for checking the issue, simply closed the ticket first 3 days. 4th day i asked them how you closed the ticket without confirmation from side, they did not any clue. Fed up with this service, a mail was written to their billing & help desk mail id on 30th Mar for Internet closure. They told that I will get a call from back end team within 24Hrs. No response yet, in between a guy called me asking me to wait for a day and he will send the technical team and correct the issue. No one came here. Next day again i wrote a mail for disconnection today, No reply for that, again another guy called me asking me to wait for a day and he will send the technical team and correct the issue. No one came here. How many days they need to check the issue, I have already paid Rs 2516 for 3 months Internet (Apr- June), no clue whether they refund that. The mail ids they use only when they want to send plan changes, when customers write a mail they do not even respond. Can you please do the needful in deactivating the connection and getting the refund.

                                        A lady from Refund team called me and she is telling that refund cannot be done, since this prepaid plan. I have paid for 3 months and how logical they are in conveying this to me.

Have referred this to customer care team a month back and also to all the executives who called me recently to recharge further for three months but to no avail. Please resolve at the earliest. Kindly deactivate the account as this could lead to security breach.
                                        It wasn't informed to us during temporary deactivation of the hathway cable that during reconnection we had to pay quite a good amount of money even if we didn't have the cable connection.
