im k govindarao k ([protected]) from saroornagar hyd...i gave 600rps to ur executive for new connection yesterday, while taking money he promised that he wil give connection today ...from yesterday evng i almost did 30 to 40 calls to him he his not responding to my calls, his name his A Nagaraju num [protected]
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am(Ac# 1277256) facing issues with Hathway connection since morning...I had to drop all my meeting, very sad part is there is an impact on my delivery.

I strong recommend people who will work on important deliverable, must not use Hathway service.


Service provider does not understand the problems of people who needs Internet services for working on client deliverable.

Hathway feels whoever use their services just for watching porn site or social networking, which does not need uninterrupted services.


Strange part is ...I have asked to disconneted but it never done.

      Hi, This is Hardik and I am Hathway customer with A/C : 1245732. I have purchased its "HD 2 STREAM" plan for 4831 Rs on 02/01/2015 which is 6 months plan and I will get 50 mbps speed untl 15 GB usage and then it will b downgraded to 1 mbps. I have attached payment receipt of my plan. But Hathway has activated HD 1 plan which is lower speed plan with less amount. I am getting poorest Internet speed. I have been talking to their customer care since 3 months regarding my speed issue and they keep saying that I have exceeded 10 GB so ur speed is downgraded to 512 Kbps but actually My plan says I will get 50 mbps until 15 GB and then it will b decreased to 1 mbps. Regarding Internet speed, they are not providing committed speed. It takes too long time to open simple facebook or twitter or gmail. It is really irritating and frustating speed to work with. I have purchased their plan to attend my business meetings and video call for work but I could never make it successfully with their speed. They are cheating people like me and many more. I have made complains for this many times but never resolved. I tried to reach their technical helpline but they never resolved my problems. They just create complaint and close it without doing anything. I have many complaint reference number which has been closed without resolving my issue. Some reference numbers are "12226883", "12231971" "12138631". There is long list of such numbers. I also written to their Nodal officer "[protected]@hathway.net" but i did not get any help from him. I also written to "[protected]@hathway.net", "[protected]@hathway.net", "[protected]@hathway.net" I have contacted them many times but they never replied. I really become sick of such pathetic services. I have all recordings of chatting with your customer care. So I would like to request you to help me to upgrade my plan to HD 2 STREAM with immediate effect. And since they ruined my 3 month's work with pathetic speed and wrong plan, I need 3 months extension with my current plan as compansation. Please help me to resolve my problems.       It has been 20 days and my problem is still not solved.
      They are not willing to resolve my issue at all. They are cheating many consumer like me. They are 100% fruad.
      Do not listen to consumer complaints.

      Please advice me how I can take legal action agaist Hathway.

        I have been using Hathway cable (250) package for over 6 months. I have always received Star Sports connection. But sincsince today(since there is a Ind vs Aus semi final); they have cut my cable connection and now stating that I will have to upgrade to 300 RS package. Well it's not the change that concerns. It's the timing of when they decided to pull this smart trick. This is nothing less than a fraud! Not just my cable. My internet connection which is again from hathway has not been working for the last 3 days. Wonderful service there too!! Hathway needs to pull their socks up and at least run an honest business even if they cannot provide a good service. They need understand that they will lose their customers with these unprofessional tactics!

          Due to horrible connectivity, and pathetic customer service( spent EVERYDAY Rs.10-Rs20/- calling call centre for connectivity issue), cancelled the connection in Nov '14. The WiFi router was collected back immdly within a week. Since then following up with tem for refund of Rs.1000/- spent more than 1000/- on phone calls so far. All my efforts are in vain. Got cal back twice once 2 months back that the cheque is ready. And again 15 days back that the cheque got ready. Bt nt recd so far. When I called back after a week for courier details, no one has clue.. and promisd me to v a call bk. It's 1 week now and not recd any call frm Hathway. It actually takes 24 hrs if sent in courier and 30mins if hand delivered.

          Received call twice from Hathway. Once on Sunday from Mr. Ramkumar who said my DD is ready and will b couriered on Monday I.e. on 29/3/15. And wanted to know my address. When I shouted at him on frustration, he said he already resigned and makes no difference to him. The cheque was ready by 10th march, 2015. I told him to send the cheque to the communication address which is mentioned with them. On 31st another lady called me asking for the address to send the DD. Upon telling her abt the 29th March interaction, she said she will get bk to me.. Till now I have not recd my refund yet.
          U will never go for Hathway again. the staff are clueless with what is happening. Everytime I call, they say they will call bk. No connectivity between departments. Horrible!!!
          Finally recd cheque for Rs.1000/- dated 10.03.15 where as the letter says dated 01.04.15. Again reflects the negligence of the staff.

          Finally recd a dd for Rs. 1000/- today on 08.04.15 after a deep agony and mental torture at an expense of more than Rs.2000/- of telephone calls. The DD date shows 10.03.15 whereas the letter says 01.04.15. Again which reflects the negligence of the staff. It took 1 month for the staff to get the DD posted.

            Complaint Details sir our account no is 1204531, we had paid Rs 1500 + cabling charges on 27/10/14 for internet connection with 600kbps speed and unlimited use.since then connection was not done, sometimes they said you install new driver, sometimes they din't listen to our request for connection even after installing driver.Now we again called several times and got feedback as the connection which you have opted for is not working in your area, so there is new plan working which would be better for you. so after making many many calls and emails to appelant authority and pune nodal office, technician, helthey came home and took Rs 570 more from us on 16315 and promised to make connection within 3 days, still nothing has been done and everytime we make a complaint and they promise to do something but they dint listen and send us message that your complaint has been resolved.Company is not giving our money back and not listening to our complaints still.we faced lot of mental harrassment from these men, we have record of what we complained and what they did in these 6 months.Everytime we called and asked about the situation of the complaint.It is the WORST SERVICE of company which we have ever seen.we want our money back +calling charges+cabling charges + 5000Rs for mental harrassing us for last 6 months.its not the company its the hell who is working to harrass people mentally

              I have taken rajesh Hathway internet connection, it is completely filled up with rude employee. I had spoken to the customer care girl name prena only false, promise to send technician. They don't provide the speed for what they charge. Also out of 7 days of week 2 or 3 days it hardly works. I have taken download speed of 1 mbps but what j get half of it. Please help do something of this fraud accompany.

                My id is 1202059.…...i have been using hathway speedway 1mbps connection from about 3 hours...according to the plan, after 12Pm i Will get speed of 3mbps..i am getting The required speed but the ping is too high, its unbelievable...!the ping i am is getting is Above 3000ms...even a 2g network gives around 500ms...its so pathetic!please look into The matter and solve this problem of mine

                  I am a user of Hathway Broadband internet service A/c No. 1171106. Recently i changed my plan from speedway 5 Mbps to Flash 2 Lite, my a/c reflect usage 5811 MB only and Today only i receive a message from hathway mentioned that Hathway internet a/c 1171106 has crossed 100% usage limit, your speed is downgraded. Please let me know that i[censored]sage limit is 11 GB(mentioned as per plan), Actual usage 5811/1024 MB = 5.67 GB. How it is equal to usage limit. Also my due date for payment is 13-Mar-15 (SMS received), A/C deactivated on 10th-Mar-15. This kind of service i never expected from hathway, Feeling Cheated. Even customer support team is not updated about a/c is prepaid or postpaid, At the time of connection sale person took Rs.1122/-(inclusive all taxes) after that every month hathway charge 1270, 1372, 1170, Is every month taxes varies or plan cost ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

                    Refund of WiFi Modem

                    Complain 1- 9th March, 2015 I had a Wi-Fi connection in South Delhi, Kalkaji through Hathway Broadband. My Account No provided by them was 1169933. I purchased my connection on 30th August and returned my Wi-Fi set on 6th December and I was told that Rs.1000/- will be refunded for the modem in the next 15 days. It has already been three months since I’m asking for my refund of Rs.1000/- Every time when I call them they say it takes time...

                    I have many issues with your hathway internet regarding your bad service and poor internet speed, Main purpose of internet connection is for study and prepare for exams. But after getting your connection I started facing many issues in regards to poor internet services from hathway. Below are the issue and problems: · Broadband service portal won’t logoff, tried several times · I haven’t used internet for not more than 30 minutes daily · Complaints are raised on my account but no action has been resolved from your agents. · I got a message stating that your request# registered with hathway broadband services has been closed (without any action or services your company closed the ticket#) · Internet speed is too slow · YouTube will not work (Some circle rotates or says buffering) · Please revert back my money so that I can get some other broadband services · Going forward I will not come to you for any connection/request

                    It is very disappointing for me to write that the speed plan that I have subscribed for i.e. 50 MBPS, doesn't even provide half the speed at my current location i.e. 1502, Batul house, D. N. Singh road no. 3, hathibaug, Lovelane, mazgaon, mumbai-400010 under the connection name

                    the problem persists.

                    2 technical teams have visited so far. One from the thakkar industrial estate which is the nearest hathway offi ce to us and the second one from lalbaug. Unfortunately, both of them were unable to resolve the issue.
                    I genuinely request you to look into the matter as early as possible.
                    The current speed is not more than 12 MBPS. I[censored]nable to resolve we request refund or be charged as per the speed available. The payment has been made for 3 months altogether in advance.

                      Pathetic service provided by hathway broadband . My internet not working since last 1 month, i have called 7-8 times to call center each and everytime they give us a new complaint number and then we gets a message that your compliant has been closed and that too without resolution and without even visit or any call from technician. when i call their technician they say call to call center and one of their technician named anil i got his number from their office he is saying he dont even work for hathway... please do something if some higher and responsible authority of hathway is reading this or please get out from the business of broadband so that people can choose for some other company and dont waste their time and money.                         I activated my hathway internet connection on the 13th of march 2015 My Ac number is 1096264. And from 13th Till today my internet Is not working . I have called the customer service Team for nearly 15 Times asking them to send the technican to my House but they never turned up and Today one Seinor supervisor Name sayed told me that he will cal me back in 15 mins but he didnt call me. This is not accetable .

                          As per the service plan data package was supposed to be 50 GB per month, Hathway broadband has given us a very wires service with less data and also failed in explaining us the right reason for this.as a customer i really dislike/unsatisfied with service provide and want to reimbursed the amount for the same.

                            I was asked to recharge for RS 1252 for plan upgrade of 15Mbps to 50Mbps by a Hathway executive.I told him I am relocating, but he told me its fine when the people call for new modem installation tell my new location, later they told me that the Internet is not feasible at my new location and the money will be refunded once I have returned the modem and all. I have returned the modem, but till now not heard a single word from Hathway. It over a month now.

                              As per above subject I Bhushan Patel regular customer of your cable TV service from last 2.5yrs.

                              I paid my all cable rent by cash for yearly package in advance from last 2 yrs. From last 3 months I am facing problem of poor signal quality due to that I am unable to watch most of the channels.

                              From last 2.5 months I am taking follow up of my cable operator & service provider. But they just told that they will come my home & will sort out the problem but instead of giving service they are just sitting at their office.

                              I reach towards them about 30-35 times till date (you can confirm the same) but no solution till today, one month ago i forcefully carried them with me for showing my problem, they both are verified the problem & ask me to pay 500/- for installation of new amplifier, though I am facing problem so I agreed to them & ask for install but no action taken till date.

                              And now today he is demanding more money i.e. Rs.[protected] to install the new amplifier. & told that previous money is for 2nd hand amplifier.

                              I also tried to reach MCN on [protected]@hathway.nenet; [protected] & [protected] but most of time nobody will receive the call & one or two time I talked with Mr. Akolkar he told me that he will ask my operator for resolve my problem but no action from them too.

                              Just because I paid in ADVANCE, THAT'S WHY HATHWAY & HIS SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT SOLVING MY PROBLEM & NOT TAKING CUSTOMER'S SERIOUSLY.

                              Facing poor experience of your service.

                                I will like to register my complaint regarding hathway pune. My Account Number is 1277902 and registered by name of RAJIT SINGH. firstly I paid money for their service on January and after many calls and efforts we got installation in February mid(I will say they were no mood for doing so only after saying that we will report to police and consumer court for this, they hasten up things) But our nightmares didnt ended with that, after installing, Connectivity was major hurdle which we have not been to able conquer yet..Only after installation, 1 day we got to see full working net connection but after that each day network was down, we call hathway customer care(which is not toll free so paying from own pocket for our complaint) but each time I can say my complaints fallen in deaf ears...they just say we will resolve issue with 24 hrs and that 24 hrs never get over for them. Moreover each time I register complaint ticket, they auto close it by themselves without checking whether problem has been handled or not...I am facing serious mental and financial trauma thanks to their service. Now I am loosing my patience from hearing their false response and want this forum to please register my complaint regarding this totally unprofessional organisation

                                  Hathway Reason : Pathetic services of hathway, one of the worst service provider i have come across. No quick service, no response towards customer, no resolution for breakdowns. I have created a complaint for internet not working on last Friday 13/3/2015 and till now i have no internet service for which i am paying. Basically i am paying to get nothing from "Hathway" Inspite of multiple followups i have no resolution and i have to bear arguements from your service desk " jokers" ( Yaseen and Mohammed Mujahid). i was told some technician would visit my home and fix the issue no body showed up from past 4 days. And this not the first time hathway has done this, last year November 2014 i was without internet for almost a month please refer the email below.

                                    I had taken a hath way broad band new connection in Mira road on Wednesday today morning installation man has come they had done the wring and told me modem and router another person will bring and do the connection after that I had call them and asked what about modem I had not received they had told me concerned person is not there he went for lunch and one he will be back I will tell him to reply you . I waited till 6:30 pm and then again I started calling them till 07:00pm bell was ringing but no one was picking up phone at Mira road centre then on 7:05 pm on reception lady has pickup phone and told me I will talk to the concerned person and replying back you with in 5 min. I had waited for their call till 7:20 no one has call me back again I had started calling them 7:45 I got reply from the reception that today modem you will not received they will come tomorrow from morning they were telling me modem is coming and evening they are replying me modem will come tomorrow first of all they are not responding and if they reply they give false commitment. Because of their false commitment I had loss my day.

                                      Please do not opt for Hathway Broadband, I lost my job coz of this relatively slow internet speed(using 4month package, speed-50MBps). They never stand on what they say while initial internet connection. Customer service is pathetic keeps you waiting for such long time and in return says "Your customer code is expired sir" wth? They don't have any toll-free numbers, that's another way of looting. CHEATERS!
