Hi, I've been trying to complain about this for a long time. I receive about 20 odd calls everyday from hathway even after we have repeatedly mentioned to them about us not being in town. We requeted for dnd and just a minute later i get another call. We even requested to disconnect the line considering the mental trauma we had to face due to unbelievable number of calls. This is definitely not right and we can't reach any of the customer care support either. Next step would be for me to go to the consumer court regarding this. Do the needful.

    I have vacated my house more than an year ago and after vacating someone called me and said to pay the pay the internet bill, i said them that i vacated, he said ok and ended the call, and even while installation the person said that the router is free, and now after an year they called me and saying that i will be penalized of amount 4500 rupees, to make the sales initially they give all fake statements and afterwards they are torturing people, When i said i have vacated, dont the hathway person know to take the router, i left that in my old house itself, even after 15 day they called me and i said them to take the router off, now they are saying that i have to call the customer care and raise the complaint, even while using the internet i got lots of intereptions every month, I highly dont recommend anyone to take the hathway if the same service is being continued.

        My Internet is not working since 29 December 2021. I registered a complaint and calling hathway customer care number, but i did not get any help or response. After 4- 5 days they close my request without solving this issue.
        I again fill complaint and I calling daily to hathway customer care number. they told me every times "we forward your complaint to our technical teams they will contact you soon", I daily listen these lines and no one calling me and no one is here to response.
        At the time of recharge they calling me 4-5 times day and quick responsive but after that service is very poor.

        please take an action soon against them as my business and job impact due to this.

          I have disconnected the hathway broadband service long back. I have called to customer care to stop the service they approved and they got their stuff back, but since then i'm getting call from hathway everyday stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service, but that proved to be of no use. Everytime they call I ask them to remove my number from the database and not to call or text me for any plans further, still my inbox and call logs are flooded with the spam calls. This type of service is not expected from such providers. Please help to resolve this or I am going to take it legally, this is offence to data privacy, when I have disconnected the network where do I recharge and where do I use the internet. Why are you people using my personal data even after disconnection.

            I deactivated my hathway account ([protected]) as I moved cities. The modem was collected before I left. Its been 1 month and I get calls everyday asking about renewal. I have raised requests to delete account on their customer care number and @hathway.net.
            I still continue to receive calls. Blocking the caller doesn't help either as i have blocked 10 numbers of hathway and they call from different numbers each time.

              I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different part of Indore. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer?

                I am still getting calls from hathway regularly even i am not using this service since aug 2020. I have confirmed multiple times to deactivate my account from hathway still getting msg and calls.

                Kindly help me deactivate my hathway account so that i don't get any msg and call from hathway or suggest me if i can file any legal action to the company.

                  I got tired of speaking to GTPL customer care that even if my number is removed from the database, they still share my plan or data of those people again and again by text message or in WhatsApp or by calling me. I request GTPL to remove my number from their database and do not contact me again and again otherwise I can go to police complaint

                        Hello, Firstly, I am happy connectivity.

                        While there is plan of
                        8800/- RS for 40Mbps 18 months.( 488Rs month for 40Mbps)

                        I was overcharged at 8000/- Rs 18 months for a 10mbps plan. (444Rs month for 10Mbps)
                        I was not made aware that for only 44Rs more, I could have 4 times the speed. Shocking, right?

                        I filed a complaint with there customer care, when I discovered these plans. But I recieved no reply.
                        I complained both on GTPL app and email. Still no reply.
                        When they called me, unrelated to my complaint, it was to notify my current plan had expired and that I should recharge.
                        On my questioning no explanation was given why I was charged so unfairly, and told I would still have to pay 8000Rs for 10Mbps plan.
                        This is pure misleading of customer and borderline scamming people out of their hard-earned money.

                        If there is such a drastic gap of Bandwidth(speed 10Mb to 40Mb) for miniscule price difference(44Rs), there should be adequate explanation provided.
                        Which they failed to do so. Even after repeated contact and complaints.

                        Since they didn't contact me and let my plan run out, it means I will have to switch ISP soon.
                        That is, if they still don't contact me. Time is running out...
                        Tip: Scamming long term customers is not the way to grow your business. Ignoring them is even worse.

                          I have left the city(Pune) since a year back, submitted all the devices and required formalities but still I am getting all un necessary calls on my RTN [protected].

                          The persons will say ok sir, I will put your number on DND and yet everyday will get a call.
                          This is completely beyond business ethics and violating personal comfort.

                                  I live in bangalore and relocated from BTM to Sarjapur, when I kept relocation request the hathway customer care said it is possible and so that I paid 300rs, later I didn't get any update I raised ticket and it got closed without my notice 1 month usage is wasted, after plan is expiry they will tourcher me for renewal everyday and even I got bad words from them..

                                    I have hathway accounts for home. Since 1 weeks hathway broadband is facing regular outages at any random time and even when the internet is working it isn't giving fulll speed. On contact ing hathway local provider or even main office there is no reply. The outages are getting worse day by day. There is no clear response as to what the problem is and how much time will it take to resolve completely. This is happening in our whole area(Kandivali).

                                      I have two hathway accounts one for office and one for home. Since 2 weeks hathway broadband is facing regular outages at any random time and even when the internet is working it isn't giving fulll speed. On contact ing hathway local provider or even main office there is no reply. The outages are getting worse day by day. There is no clear response as to what the problem is and how much time will it take to resolve completely. This is happening in our whole area(borivali). Our society co-op board contacted hayhway but after sometime even their calls were not answered. We are getting forced to switch to other network providers. Very bad customer service and even the service is abysmal now.
