I previously had a Hathway account.Due to covid'19 I came to my hometown and I canceled the Hathway subscription. I frequently get calls from Hathway customer care and I requested them to remove my contact from their Database I no more needed their connection(more than 10 times).

Again I get a call from Hathway its annoying and irritating.

    Hathway customer services have not stopped calling with new offers when it was told to them that I have a new connection and I do not want their services anymore.
    This has been going on for the past year. My phone has not stopped ringing.
    Even when I changed my number from their app also.
    Have tried so many times to get my deposit back and for them to come to take away their modem and disconnect the service.
    This is mental harassment. Their staff doesn't know how to talk. It is becoming a hassle.

    I just want them to delete my number from their database and stop calling.

      Hathway executives call and Torture me daily 6-7 times per day, every single day for recharge. No outstanding dues are there. Just they call and ask recharge timing and no matter what you say some new person will call from a new number. Help me end this corporate harassment.

        I use hathway internet connection in Delhi. I have shifted to somewhere else and till then i dont see any reason to recharge my internet connection as there is none to use it.
        I explained the same to hathway and they acknowledged, still i get multiple calls daily from hathway customer care to recharge my account. I even asked them to deactivate/surrender my connection, and will activate once i am back still they dont stop. I am going through lot of things here, and these calls just irritating more leading to a mental stress.

          I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different part of Chennai and there is no service available here. I have called to customer care to stop the service and collect the router but no one collected and daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? This was so much irritated. Do i
          need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement?

            I have deactivated my Hathway account long back like 6-7 months ago, still, I keep getting calls from their customer service ppl, asking me to renew. I replied to them gently many times asking them to remove my details from their database. I blocked as like 30-40 phone numbers of Hathway customer care. I don't see a point, they call at any point in the day and torture the customer.

            I want immediate resolution this issue, and I don't want to get any calls from them

                My account was registered on my number [protected], I am not going to reneval hathway broadband because I have relocated somewhere else from Delhi, From past 5 months iam getting calls from ur telecallers i have told so many members and hathway representative or customer service even the guys who called from New Delhi also but they won't understand the problem... Please stop calling me. Iam very much irritated by ur telecallers. So, kindly remove my

                  I've Registered a complaint on 10.03.2022 having ticket number[protected]B803411 for internet not working and it has been 5 days still no resolution and no follow ups from their end and I have been constantly following up with them but they have not been attending the complaint and when asked that if not able to give service then refund the money, they are not even refunding the money for balance period left.

                  Desired resolution is to get the refund for balance period.

                      I have deactivated my hathway Broadband account (ACC. No. [protected]) as I have faced poor service. The modem was collected after I have terminated the subscription. Its been one year and I get calls everyday asking about renewal. I have raised requests through phone call to delete account on their customer care [protected]@hathway.net.
                      I still continue to receive calls. Blocking the caller doesn't help either as i have blocked around 20 numbers of hathway and they call from different numbers each time. Please help me resolve this issue to delete my account from their database. It is affecting my work and privacy very badly everyday.

                          Previously I had Hathaway Broadband connection. Because of relocation I discontinued my connection and submitted Modem/Router to Hathaway. Now I am not using it still also getting so many Hathway calls. I am getting irritated. I want to get rid of those calls.

                                  Hathway took Rs 1000/- for modem and 6 months advance payment for the Internet. Despite repeated calls to customer service and regional officer, there was no internet for approximately 5 months. They didn't care to reimburse the 5 months. We stopped using their service 6 months ago due to poor customer service. Since 6 months they have been harassing with activation calls, now harassing with calls and angrily asking 1400/- for the modem penalty. When asked for the Rs 1000/- return for the modem, they threaten legal action. This is stealing money from customers and now harassment.

                                    I just dont need hathway messages to pop-up on my personal phone, there is no need for executive to get in touch with me, you can simply unsubscribe my number [protected] in your list. Also I am out of country and calls wont be receivable from my end. You can please stop sending messages, that all i need. Thank you.

                                      Actually we are changing our house so we want to discontinue the connection so we have stopped using our account but the wifi router is also with us only and once i gave complaint to the coustomer care to take the router back but they didn't came and didnot take the router back now they have called me and harrassing that they will take a legal action so i have told them to take back router so they are not at all listening and harrassing us continuously so resolve this issue My account no : [protected]

                                        We had renewed our subscription on 19th Feb 2022 for Regular & HD Channels.

                                        On 21st Feb, we had made our first complain for Blank Screen, which was attended by the local technician.
                                        He was able to start only the regular channels & not the HD channels.
                                        We were informed by the LOCAL office that the SERVICE FOR HD CHANNELS ON OUR SETTOP BOX IS DISCONTINUED BY THE COMPANY FROM IMMEDIATE EFFFECT,
                                        We had asked the representative to discontinue our service & process the refund as we are unable to View HD channels,

                                        The representative gave us a suggestion to change the Settop Box with a Low Grade Box for Rs.500/- ( We are using a HIGH GRADE SetTop Box with recording feature supplied by GTPL itself at RS. 6500/-.)

                                        We denied the Offer & asked them to provide us HD Channels Or can Refund Us the Subscription amount as GTPL is unable to serve me the Channels & have Discontinue the services to our SET TOP BOX Supplied by them.

                                        Various complains have been made to GTPL through ONLINE & on Whatsapp..

                                        BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO HAVE HD CHANNELS SERVED
