I have disconnected my plan 3-4months ago as i wasn't t satisfied with the services and decided to change my provider but even after 4months i still receive their customer care calls almost everyday and its very annoying. The same thing again and again. Please do something about it. The constant calls from different numbers are just literally harassing me now

    Termination of account.

    I have two accounts associated with hathway, which were connected to the same device. I have submitted the device and only one of the account is terminated and the other is deactivated and I am getting calls and messages everyday to renew the account.     Stop SPAM calls

    I have disconnected from Hathway service and closed my account in 2019 but to this day i keep getting calls and messages from them. Even after calling and informing their customer care support multiple times the calls are not stopping.

    I have moved out of India now and they are calling me in the middle of the night. Stop calling me...

    I’m Sandeep. Advocate from Hyderabad. We are using Hathway broadband since years and Since the Internet is not working since 4-5 days we are calling up the customer care and no executive is responding in a right way and giving false information and wrong promises. Called up lot of times a day. Every customer executive are asking time for 30 mins to 2 hours to resolve But no response. When asked for the refund. One of theirs executive said not even single penny will be refunded once you started using your plan. In a rude way. Other executive said he will transfer the call you higher level and connected to wrong extension and escaped from call.
    Unprofessional employees. Useless network. They beg for renewals and this is how they respond to customers.

      I would like to highlight the unethical sales practices being done in acquiring new customers without informing.
      I had applied for 100 Mbps connection and paid for 1 year in advance along with static IP.

      Before installation, I was assured of proper services for my personal web server installation.

      Unfortunately, just after installation, your sales guy and engineer says that they don't support bridge mode. This false commitment has rendered by Omada gateway and firewall useless.

      Before making payment, I had clearly informed the sales person about my gateway and firewall devices who visited my residence. But now he says he does not even know what bridge mode is.

      The second unethical thing was misinformation related to connection speeds. I was NEVER informed about hal[censored]pload speeds. This effectively leads to slower reachability of the server installed.

      Neither sales nor installation engineer has informed me about such policy. Also the documents sent by him does not mention about hal[censored]pload speeds.

      This is purely misleading and misinformation to acquire customers and can be termed as fraud.

      Therefore, I hereby require you to cancel my connection and refund the amount paid in full at the earliest.

        Currently I have 80mbps gtpl fibre plan and every weekends it stops and los light started blinking even calling in customer care no solution provided and technichian never visit or call also ticket closed many times without providing otp to technichian, service provider never pick call, I'm just frustrated with this and want smooth service ASAP when every plan expire they starts doing call and messages but when customer suffers in problem only at that time they need to update system, other area faults occurs at same time no somution is provided.
        Here I'm sharing my last 2 complaints.

          Getting unwanted tele marketing calls from @hathway daily 5 or 6 times even after discontinuation of their services. Please help to stop this non sense from @hathway.
          I want to raise a complaint against @hathway regarding the same. Very frustrated ex-hathway user.

            Dear Sir/Madam

            I'm kannan from perungudi Chennai. My mobile number [protected]. Due to personal reasons I disconnected hathway broadband by end of Nov. Since then I was daily called by hathway to reconnect broadband. Even after lots of requests to hathway, they intentionally calling me. And sent requests mail to hathway and explained reasons and hathway simply replied RENEW the connection.

              I am getting continuous calls from Hathway customer service agents atleast 3 times/day for recharge. Even after stating the proper reason why I couldn't recharge temporarily and requested to keep my status in DND. Still I am getting calls daily. Worst service I have ever seen .

                    Hi,

                    I have registered submitted my mobile number to the Hathway website for demo. Even tho I am not a customer of Hathway they have been calling my number for the past 1 year. I have told them to delete my number several times, they promised it and calls again next week.

                    Complained in their Twitter account and email support. All no use, I still get calls.

                    They use different numbers, that too normal numbers not telecall numbers.
                    So call blocking and dnd complaints are also not working.

                    If they can harass me without even being their customer I can't think of what their customers might be facing.

                    Please do the needful for stopping this SPAM marketer from Hathway broadband Chennai.

                      Hathway is an absolute cheat company in the market. There is no proper network at all at any time but they are fully focused on making the customers to renew their subscription without any network coverage. There is no proper customer complaint addressing process also. I request the government to ban this network from the market as it’s creating more stress among the customers.

                            I am using Gtpl broadband services having User Name- aron_603e in the name of Pallavi Raina . I have requested to shift the connection from 6th floor to 1st floor on[protected] request number- 277345 . I have not received any response regarding my request neither customer care is satisfactorily responding to my calls . I have no other option then complaining in consumer forum. How could i continue using such disgusting service where I have paid my fees till April 2022 and will get no extension for all these days when I have not used the services. Kindly revert to me with a genuine reply or I will complaint to higher authorities regarding such ignorance at your part.

                                We had opted for gtpl broadband connection for an year (10/01/2022 till 10/01/2023) but although after complaining the issue was not resolved because of which we are not been able to attend our classes and my work too is hampered. I had issued my complaint on 15/01/22 but it has not been resolved till now and also I had called to the customer care several times and also mailed them with ample of reminders, also complaint to their appellated authority and also visited their office and I was provided with the same excuse by your executive each and every time that they have an technical issue since last 5 days when asked about further details they knew nothing redarding it. we had already paid them an amount of 7, 495Rs for an year plan with a speed of 100Mbps 3 days before installation. Because of this I'm suffering from a loss on both academic and work front.

                                Also after after installation it was not working as the router has no access to the internet but they had started counting the days form 10/01/2022 itself where as the wifi started working from 11/01/2022. From 15/01/2022 it is not been working till today i.e, 19/01/2022.

                                  I have placed a new connection request on 14th Jan, 2022 and I was promised that installation will take place on 17th Jan, 2022 by the sales person. The payment was immediately taken with I'd proofs, once the payment was taken, no services are provided and topic is dodged of installation. I am working from home and since 17th of Jan, I am unable join due to no internet connection and i am at loss of pay due to the same. Will GTPL take responsibility for the loss of salary ? I am calling every day to the sales person for the connection but there is no accurate response and keeps dodging the topic of installation. This is absolutely unacceptable. Other service providers like Airtel and Jio provides better service. Big mistake of taking this connection. I will never ever suggest anyone to go for this connection.

                                    Your two hathway people are calling and asking money in their gpay account. I have already paid 1s for the wires which are not received. They are again asking money and are using bad language when denied to pay them. Lots of emails are also sent with the screen shots. I am forced to file a police complaint on extortion.
