I live in bangalore and relocated from BTM to Sarjapur, when I kept relocation request the hathway customer care said it is possible and so that I paid 300rs, later I didn't get any update I raised ticket and it got closed without my notice 1 month usage is wasted, after plan is expiry they will tourcher me for renewal everyday and even I got bad words from them..

It's mental harassment, please take action

I have hathway accounts for home. Since 1 weeks hathway broadband is facing regular outages at any random time and even when the internet is working it isn't giving fulll speed. On contact ing hathway local provider or even main office there is no reply. The outages are getting worse day by day. There is no clear response as to what the problem is and how much time will it take to resolve completely. This is happening in our whole area(Kandivali).

Very bad customer service and even the service is abysmal now.

I have two hathway accounts one for office and one for home. Since 2 weeks hathway broadband is facing regular outages at any random time and even when the internet is working it isn't giving fulll speed. On contact ing hathway local provider or even main office there is no reply. The outages are getting worse day by day. There is no clear response as to what the problem is and how much time will it take to resolve completely. This is happening in our whole area(borivali). Our society co-op board contacted hayhway but after sometime even their calls were not answered. We are getting forced to switch to other network providers. Very bad customer service and even the service is abysmal now.

I am getting regular calls on my personal number from hathway to reacharge/start/ renew connection from unknown numbers. It is extremely annoying even the telemarketers are disturbing at the busy time. They are wasting my time and causing mental stress. I will raise a police complaint for the mental trouble they keep giving me, if this is not resolved.
They keep calling from different numbers. There is no true identity as who is calling.
I have blocked several numbers and each getting call from unknown number

it is very offensive

I am receiving call ans messages to renew my connection, although I have informed the team numbers of time that I have shifted from that location now.
And I don't want thr connection.
Please remove number from database and don't send messages and don't call me.
I recieve call everyday and messages multiple times in a day.
This is really annoying.

Our internet is down from last one week

My network connection is getting disturbed in every 15 min and there is no network available.

To resolve the same i called the HELPLINE for redressal they only keep on saying that there is technical fault in the system and technicians are working hard to resolve but in last 48hrs there is no any improvement. when we convey this to help CENTER they saying that just mail your problem as it is not in our control.
If there is no resolution available to them, They why should we call them for help and why there is HELP LINE no. Just only listen about ### about the technical issue.
We want the service and that to in good manner. If you are not able to provide then don't sell your product and waste others time and energy.
I know the company will not refund my money at least give the GOOD SERVICE.

I'm a professional gamer and I need a stable internet connection to be able to compete. Hathway has put me into depression due to their services, every weekend they keep having server issues. App doesn't work, customer services are down. This is ridiculous.
I do not have any other service provider currently at my location so I have to bear with them. Lately, they have been torturing this server thing. I think it's done purposely now to save money and power. Please look into this.

Here I lives in bharuch and i have connection of GTPL wide Channel Narmada and service quality of GTPL is very very very poor hence I have many time problem of signal which is technical problem which is resolved by service man but after the 5:00 pm service man seitched off his mobile so we are not able to see programs bcz of the poor quality of service.. If they people don't want to do work after 5 pm then why they pretend to give number to customers... Service man number is also I mention here...[protected]...
I[censored] guys do on this matter than plz do otherwise I am going to consumer court without any hesitation...

I have never registered my number or taken any services from hathway and still I have been receiving spam calls from their customer service everyday for renewal. I want you to stop these, asap. Please check your customer database and see if they are actually your customers or not before spamming them unnecessarily.

I have been with hathway for nearly 2 years and wanted to shift the House location with in the same Flats (different flat with in the same community). so had to shift the connection, on 10th of Dec around 9.30 Pm i have requested for the connection shifting use the app. on 11 th some one called and said they will be coming by evening to do the shifting. At this point i clearly asked him is there any documentation required or is there any charges involved to make the changes. He clearly said we dont charge for this and nothing is required as it is instructed to do the changes. waited for the whole day and no body turned out. Next day which is 12th evening around 7 o clock called the call center to check why there is a delay. They said it will be done with in 48 hours which is a standard time. so i had to wait for the 48 hours cycle to complete. Again on 13th Evening i tried calling the call center where they started explaing me that it is a different location so i need to pay. Now this is the first time i was told about the payment on 13th and was told it is late so they will organize some one to visit the appartment tommorrow and fix it before 9 AM. Waited again. today on 14th i tried calling the call center at 10.30 and asked what happed to the promise then i get to hear that i need a document (Proof) to be submitted so that they can come and do this.

At this point i have given up and started looking for a new connection and am not sure what is the standards these guys are maintaining to give a service for which they charge. Also they provide a Prepaid service and for this when it is due for renewal they start calling you from before 3 days and almost 5 calls a day. On the last day they atleast make 20 calls to make sure you renew it. Man they squeeze it out of you.

Why are they not following up on the service as they follow on the payment. If the service is good then they dont need to worry about the Payment since it is a prepaid service right.

Over all very pathetic service and no process and communication in the call center. Any body can say anything as they want. No sufficiant information is shared with customers.

I have paid Rs. 1344 for Hathway broadband connection in Chennai. After few days of request they informed that my area is not feasible and the connection cannot be given. I've made the payment on November 20th 2021. They still haven't provided for refund. I request refund as soon as possible.

My internet connection getting frequently disconnected since last three days..many times raise raise but issue not resolve yet..also send mail to nodal as well as appllete escation but still same issue..two engg was visited as said that issue in backend will check and resolve.

I subscribed for Hathway HD Elite 6 months plan with account no. [protected] on 5th August, 2021. I used the internet for 1.5 months and after that due to some unavoidable situation, I had to shift to some other location where hathway connection was not available. I made a request for cancellation. I got response mail and call where I was told to submit / deposit the hardware / modem to the nearest hathway office. I did the same and sent the submission receipt to hathway. However, I did not get any refund. Instead I am getting message from hathway for renewal of account. I am continous sending the mails to hathway for deactivating my account and initiate the refund but 'NO RESPONSE'. It has been 3 months since I raised the complaint. Highly disappointed.

My phone number was wrongly updated for these two hathway connections so i receive all the reminder and promotional call on the behalf of original customers. I have requested them not to call me and remove my number from their list but nothing happened.

The executive said he will provide internet in my area bt the reality is there is no connection in my area he cheated us by saying this, we made the payment of 2k for 3months.now it's been a week no refund no answer. I don't no why this fraud came from how these companies hire them.never ever trust these fraud fellows.the CUSTOMER care is jst ###.they dnt no how talk and manage every time bsy such a irresponsible staff. I want my refund soon

In December month download speed issue is so common that arise frequently in a week.

I register to complain through the Hathway app and social media too. But their support is worst. Kindly take strict against this company.

My current issue is my modem shows Red light LOS connection so I am unable to access the internet. Speed is slow is another issue that I report all day and weekly. But their employee sleeps at work.

I recharge for 12 months but they serve me the worst service. I hate to admit but this company is a fraud.

Kindly, resolve my issue otherwise I complain ion a higher authority.,
