We had opted for gtpl broadband connection for an year (10/01/2022 till 10/01/2023) but although after complaining the issue was not resolved because of which we are not been able to attend our classes and my work too is hampered. I had issued my complaint on 15/01/22 but it has not been resolved till now and also I had called to the customer care several times and also mailed them with ample of reminders, also complaint to their appellated authority and also visited their office and I was provided with the same excuse by your executive each and every time that they have an technical issue since last 5 days when asked about further details they knew nothing redarding it. we had already paid them an amount of 7, 495Rs for an year plan with a speed of 100Mbps 3 days before installation. Because of this I'm suffering from a loss on both academic and work front.

Also after after installation it was not working as the router has no access to the internet but they had started counting the days form 10/01/2022 itself where as the wifi started working from 11/01/2022. From 15/01/2022 it is not been working till today i.e, 19/01/2022.

    I have placed a new connection request on 14th Jan, 2022 and I was promised that installation will take place on 17th Jan, 2022 by the sales person. The payment was immediately taken with I'd proofs, once the payment was taken, no services are provided and topic is dodged of installation. I am working from home and since 17th of Jan, I am unable join due to no internet connection and i am at loss of pay due to the same. Will GTPL take responsibility for the loss of salary ? I am calling every day to the sales person for the connection but there is no accurate response and keeps dodging the topic of installation. This is absolutely unacceptable. Other service providers like Airtel and Jio provides better service. Big mistake of taking this connection. I will never ever suggest anyone to go for this connection.

      Your two hathway people are calling and asking money in their gpay account. I have already paid 1s for the wires which are not received. They are again asking money and are using bad language when denied to pay them. Lots of emails are also sent with the screen shots. I am forced to file a police complaint on extortion.

        Have recharged Rs 1770 plan on which an offer for one month validity extension was promised.
        Still waiting for the offer to reflect in my account.
        The Customer care executive at first said it will reflect after recharge, then he said will reflect after 5-6 working days. And now when I am asking why it's not done yet he is not replying.

            I was a Hathway consumer who disconnected their services 2 years ago because I moved out. But now i am spammed with daily calls and SMS asking to reactivate my account even after asking them to stop calling. PLEASE STOP THIS AND PROVIDE ME A RESOLUTION!!!

              I terminated my Hathway services about 5 years ago.
              I am still getting promotional messages and phone calls.
              This is sheer harassment and I am losing my mental balance.
              Also, despite my arduous efforts, one account still shows as Active. Please terminate it for God's sake.
              Please stop sending me messages and phone calls. Refer to attachments.

                My net has been closed continuously since November 29. GTPL Customer care officer have been constantly giving the same answer since November 29 that the net is closed due to technical problems across the area. My neighbour's gtpl broadband connection in my own society and in my own block has been going on since November 29 to December 25. They are you lying so often.

                  Yeh sab se ghatiya aur bakwas company hai GTPL.
                  mere yaha pe internet 3 din se bandh hain customer care me call karte hai to bolte hai ho jayega lekin kab hoga pata nahi.

                  Aise ghatiya service aaj tak maine nahi dekhi.
                  Koi bhi iska internet connection na le.
                  Nahi to paisa dub jayega
                  Jitne paise ka connection liya hai usse jayada paisa ka to apka nuksan ho jayega kyun ki jayadatar down hi rehta hai woh bhi 1 ya 2 hrs nahi pura 2 se 3 din

                    As the net was off since couple of months, a complain was filed before 3 days (14/Jan/2022) requesting for the resolution and resuming of the services. The customer care promised to resolve it within 24 hours (GTPL ticket[protected], and there was no solution till 24hrs.

                    Later, on 15th January, we filed another complain on customer care to resolve it ASAP as we have work from home going on. Customer care provider confirmed to resolve it on high priority whilst issue was not resolved and a message popped up on my registered number that the issue has been resolved.
                    When we connected with customer care for this discrepancy, they said there was a technical issue on their side and would try to resolve the issue asap.

                    This situation has occurred multiple times where the services stop for a week or so and we have to resort to call the customer care which again is a concern as their number doesn't get easily connected.
                    After entrusting the services we chose the services to take for longer time and the customer services, services are too poor at times.
                    This should resolve and also the time they missed to provide the services in the whole paid services should be given with refund or carry forward days services.

                    As a resolution, we want GTPL to fix our internet issue on a very high priority basis otherwise this will affect us on both financial and professional terms. We are relying on this internet to have job interviews and do medical consultation which is a dire need in the current COVID-19 scenario.

                      I had ha hathway broadband connection and I have deactivated the connection but still I am getting daily call 3 to 4 time at day. I requested to don't call me again and again but they are not listening to me what I do? I have frustrated with this.
                      When I contact to some hathway person so they are telling me please block the number but how I can block the number everyday I am getting from the new number everyday.

                          I had used Hathway internet connection when I was in Noida till Mar-2020, However due to Covid-19 I had shifted my self to my home location thus I completely left the Noida. Prior to leaving from Noida I had made multiple approaches (Email, Phone Tweets) to Hathway for uninstalling my connection however I didn't get any response on the same.
                          post some days I am started getting many calls in day for recharging the account, I made them that I have relocated to remote location and I don't require any renewal etc, I informed this approx. 1000 times and they told that we will update this in system so from next time you will not get this call however It didn't work still I get daily calls from various unknown number which are harassing me.
                          can you please help me to stop this harassment and torture.

                              I disconnected my hathway broadband connection in July 2021. I have asked the customer care to collect the modem from my address. But none of the agent called me to collect the modem. Surprisingly i got a mail from hathway telling that legal action will be taken against me if i dont submit modem then need to give charges of Rs2500. I sent email and requested for security deposit refund, still no reply from them. Despite being not able to collect the modem, hathway is sending emails stating that they will take legal action. I am ready to return the modem. I request hathway executives to collect the modem asap or else i have to file a complaint against hathway for sending those kind of emails.

                                I want to say that i install heathway in my premises and gives 3 months security to company. But with in 1 month dere is so much problem of network issue. I told company i dont want to continue the service so give my 2 month security back . They said whether to use or not amnt will not refunded.

But none of the agent called me to collect the modem. I have scheduled a pick up request for the modem on 10th october 2021. But none of the executives contacted me. I raised a pickup again for Jan 13, 2022. Despite being not able to collect the modem, hathway is sending emails stating that they will take legal action. I am ready to return the modem from -7 months which hathway is not collecting. I request hathway executives to collect the modem asap or else i have to file a complaint against hathway for sending those kind of emails.

                                    Greetings, I just faced a bad experience with hathway. A marketing executive of yours just cheated me really good making us take a new connection in the name o[censored]pgrade and made us pay Rs.1500 for it when we had existing connection. I'll brief my experience. a marketing executive named abdul called my father and talked about upgrading to 5g broadband we were not interested and first but my father agreed to upgrade it but suddenly marketing guy said he cant upgrade to my fathers account and asked for another aadhar id said he can give 5g upgrade for it.my father didn't understand marketing guy aiming for new connection. So he gave my aadhar and took new connection in the name o[censored]pgrade to 5g. But in our old account we paid for 3500 recharge for 3 months only one month ended and 2 months usage remains. Regarding that marketing guy said he will recharge once when renewal date comes for new 5g account and marketing guy asked us hide our router and instructed us to tell that this is the hathway account and we dont have any previous account in hathway.after a month renewal date came we asked the marketing guy to renew he stopped taking our calls, refused text messages and blocked us. i understand the marketing guy made us take a new connection to complete his target.I know we got conned my father believed everything he said without doubting. just because we are not cautious you dont have the rights to trick us like this. now we lost almost 1500 + (2000) old connection which we paid but never used. Im really disappointed and frustrated because of this experience. your marketing agents trying complete target of new customer or target of "cheating" customers? We have all the evidence voice records and screenshots of the marketing executives assurance. I demand immediate action for this issue or I will take this issue to consumer court. immediately make this right. We need refund for the days we didnt use and refund for making us take a new connection by saying lies.

                                      I have contacted Hathway in December that I won’t be renewing my connection and that they collect their router. Hathway is now spam calling me multiple times each day to renew the connection. I have blocked some numbers but they call from a new number everyday. Also they send multiple spam messages everyday.

                                        I relocated to another place so i discontinued hathway and submitted their router device. I'm getting daily calls from hathway team. i told them many times not to call me again and again.. they aren't stopping calling..
