This complaint is regarding my hathway cable set top box which is not working properly from 4th march 2015.This time, the problem in the box is totally different.On 4th march, my set top box suddenly changed its channel into all DD NATIONAL stuff.No other channel other than DDs are displaying in my menu list.Only channels which are available in my set top box available now are the 8 channels which are of DD(doordarshan).Now, when the cable operator has switched off his phone too, i ultimately decided to write an online complaint to you guys. Hope you guys will help me resolve this problem as soon as possible.     20/02/2015: Paid subscription for one year 24/02/2015: Temporary connection given pending concealing of cable, but wifi could not be received in laptop - router not configured - technician unable to set right 26/02/2015 Concealing of cable was done by our electrician and the company was contacted for connection - no response till date 05/03/2015 - Customer care Phone[protected] failed to respond. This call centre went on promising to send technician but no avail. The executive said he will transfer call to supervisor but no response. I called one Sri.Siddeshwar who came to us collect the cheque at 11 pm but disappeared. When we call him we get always that his phone is busy. This Company is fond of collecting money as I see from their policy. I am spreading this type of service by Hathway to all my apartment owners

But he is not responding to me . Not even come once at my residence to check the problem. I am just calling on your customer care number and listening to their feedback dat they are just forwarding my complaint on high priority base to their head department.         I have got fooled by 2 people.. I wanted a connection from Hathway, 2 guys came and took money for installation, 1 called himself manager. From 3 days I m waiting for them to install the line. But no news. I need hathway complaints dept to reach me. That mangers number is +[protected]. Pls check if they are genuine also or not..

          Account No.1267739, Dealer -HYDERABAD - HATHWAY. I have taken connection last month (6 Feb 2015) since i am facing lot of issues. 1. They committed to offer 50MBPS; I never had a chance to see it on multiple speed test providers. Max i have seen is 18MMPS. 2. I am seeing lot of connection drops evert hour.. i just placed ping to google.com in my computer i am seeing every minute there will at least 5 requested time out sessions. Now the connection is getting disconnected for hours and days. Whenever I call Customer care number[protected] the executive will check and say “WE HAVE A PROBLEM AND IT WILL BE RECTIFIED IN 24 HOURS, ENTIRE AREA IS DOWN” .. I never got this answer from my old ISP that is “Pioneer broadband“. I request all of you, please don’t go with HATHWAY.. this is a way to connect internet “Not HATHWAY IT IS HARASSWAY”

            Hathway‬ Internet service as well as customer service is one of the worst. I have raised complains many times in hathway that net is not working properly and when it got it has poor speed not able to open the one page easily even though my plan is for 50Mbps. I have to call more them 3-4 times a day to the customer care and need to wait for 24hours They are very good in closing the open complaint but they don't resolved the issue. After 24hours again we need to call them and they will ask for to wait one more days and then for 5 minutes it works and then it doesn't. from past two days no internet many time it has been complaint but not taking any action and no proper response and now fed up their bad services

              i have hathway internet services . it ha s poor speed . i have to call more tham 3 times a day to the customer care . it works for for 5 minutes and then it doesnt. please send a boy to collect your system of the internet. i will put some good iternet service like airtel etc . humble request

                my A/C NO:1240383, I got a new Hathway connection in 28/DEC/2014 for my house in santhnagar, hyderabad, . Within 4 days I raised my first complaint saying that the internet is getting disconnected frequently. They never fixed it even after complaining for 5-6 times. they send the complaint number after 2 days they send your requst/complant xxxx regisstered with hathway service has been closed .incase of any query, please call helpline.I wonder when i recevied replay same repeated n number of times i leave it, I had pre-paid for 3 months. Worst experience! I had opted for Quarterly plan 50 Mbps with 20GB per month. The first week itself i registered complaint that i was getting only 1.5 Mbps speed, the technician responded to the complaint after WEEK and told us that their WIFI speed will be reduced by using ROUTER. They asked me to connect to LAN cable to get the desired speed. The technician did not have any other explanation to handle the situation. This being the second month, i was getting 20-60 kbps but now there is a twist with Hathway. They sent a message last week that i have already consumed 100% of the Usage limit. While going through the records, they have shown i have downloaded 21.5 GB(21458.606) data in 1 days while i had practically downloaded only 1 GB or less data. I sent a screen shot of my download & also registered a complaint but there was no response. stupid explanation that Modem is password protected & that is the most secured Broadband service. Customer has only downloaded the data & Hathway does not have any system to check & confirm if the downloaded information is genuine. Customers using HATHWAY are provided with Account wherein your data is not captured REAL TIME. The data usage is visible to customers only after 72 hours (3 days). In my case they have shown data 21 GB downloaded in 1 day & had they were not able to record incidents of download.still no change in data usage attached below . These guys fudge data usage to bill & mention the customer has used 100% data within the plan period. They put us in a situation that Customers will be forced to pay extra and get the connection renewed. They have already secured advance payment from customer for the quarterly plan. My Humble request to hathway solve the problem as soon as possible, i loose 2 month data still roaming around cyber cafe, if your not i send complaint in consumer forum online it will effect on new customers. it's request and warring contact [protected]@gmail.com

                  I have raised complains many times in hathway that net is not working properly and even there is not net working sometimes. But still there is no step taken from the company. I have given them the cheque also. But still there is no service provided.

                    My name is M Balakrishna Menon who is an existing Hathway Hyderabad customer who has the below experience.‎Hathway‬ Internet service as well as customer service is one of the worst i have seen in the past few years.We (Ac #386192 Srinagar colony, Hyderabad) have been pushed around for the last 6 days with firstly service not working or working intermittently and secondly on top of this the customer service (Mrs Sathya, Mr Sayed Sanavulla, Mr Vikas) naming some of the reps we spoke to have been reluctant to escalate the issue or give the incharge supervisor's contact number to a disgruntle customer showing an utter lack of accountability.Do not ever ever ever subscribe to Hathway. Hope others dont have such experience which is why trying to spread the word.

                      Dea sir, my register mobile number [protected], my self previous borad band is Beam ACTi think hatway is good in service now a day so i called to your custome care person on 04-December-2014 i have paid a money for service package to install on 04-FEB-2015 but your team makes me a trouble during installation time i.e..04-FEB-2015 i have called to your customer care they said installtion done in next day...next day...next day...next day... at final it comes to install on 22.02.2015 this is HATWAY service in hyderabad to new costumes... contact me :- [protected] plese give explation why your peopel do like this type o[censored]n worth able words to customes.

                          I have a 10 GB per month plan. I used up my 10 GB before 16th of Feb. Hence I did a top-up on 16th Feb. Since then I have made calls to customer care every day - I keep getting asked the same questions so here is the FAQ 1. No I have not crossed 10 GB after doing top-up 2. I have removed the wifi router and connected directly as was told by the customer care guy 3. The amount paid for 10 GB is what your website auto-populated - There is no option to change it manually - So if there is a difference in what I paid (Rs 562) and the actual value then it is problem of your website 4. No I do not have a virus(Duh!) Below is what I heard from there calls : Day 1 : You paid a different amount.. Your problem will get solved in 4 hours Day 2 : Its techical issue . Your problem will get solved in 2 hours Day 3 : You exceeded your limit!. Then after me telling them to verify again they confirmed I have not exceeded limit. Day 4 : First call claims I have virus. Then Its techical issue the technical guy said they are not able to apply my topup Day 5 : Your problem will get solved in 2 hours Day 6 : You exceeded your limit!. (Then I had to tell this guy I did the top-up yet again ) Then he verified and said billing department will call me. I have been talking to hathway guys every day and I am fed up of saying the same thing every day Here is the Speedtest.net report : http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/[protected]

                            i called for an issue..i wanted to chnge my wifi password their executive told me to press reset button after that it stops i called on 18th feb...then i called on 19th for comlain they gave me sr num11941037 exectve told by 19th evening technician will come no one came nor call.i called on 20th feb 2015 they gave me sr num11949754 they told technician will come by 20th evening no one came nor call.i called on 21st feb 215 to speak to florr manager bt whille transferring i spoke 15 executive heres r name...ejaz, dilshad, shekhar, swanil, sarfaraz shaikh n akshay ujari 2 times, snehasuraj, priyanka, jignesh, after 1hour calling constantly i spoketo manager or head on the floor.she told me today theywill resolve on 21st lets c...i paid 6th month advance according to their schmes.service sucks dnt take hathway broadband connection...plsssssssss hasan here

Having connectivity issue from last more than one month. Having lowest speed from more than 1 month, , , , take minutes to open google home page ... Having login and logout issue, we have to login hathway, , , , , after every 30 Seconds. WHY ? Please resolve issue at earliest or we will need to disconnect hathway after 8 year of service...                                 our cable operators charging above 300++ on package ...while we called upon the customer care and found out that our package is of 240 rs and we were not getting starsports 3 ...for worldcup matches..on top of that cable operators have told us of 35rs extra have to be given for starsport 3 we feel cheated and have been giving 300+ rs for months ...and we are also not provided with bills for the payment...card no.[protected] contacts [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I am a subscriber of Hathway since 4 years. When I got a new connection I was promised certain channels at the cost of Rs300 per month. After certain months various channels were blocked and additional sum was required to pay to unlock them. If I am supposed to pay additional sum to unlock these channel why isn't my monthly charges reduced? If I'm paying certain extra amount to unlock these channels, that extra amount should be deducted from my monthly charges. eg- (without any additional subscription) Monthly charges = 300 (with additional subscription of Rs30) Monthly charges = 330 the new monthly scheme should be Monthly charges =270 (if I do not want to subscribe to it)

                                    I paid the bill on 15th Feb 2015 hoping that my internet service would get resumed the very same day. But I got to know (when I called them) that it will get activated on Monday because Sunday is holiday. Then, on Monday (16th Feb 2015), my internet service gets activated but the very next day, i.e. Tuesday (17th Feb 2015), it got disconnected again and when I called them, the automatic voice told me that my service is deactivated. They didn't even bother to tell me the reason. And my call was forwarded to billing department and the person on the other end told me that I didn't make the payment and that's why my service got deactivated, even though my internet was activated on Monday (16th Feb 2015). Sometimes, I don't get my internet for days but the bill comes on time. If I pay for whole month then if they keep my internet off for days, shouldn't I get some refund?

                                      Hi, I took my hathway broadband Internet connection around 1st feb 2015. Sales person promised me all fancy things, like amazing customer care, technical support 24*7. None of which is satisfied. I wanted a wifi router to be installed and was trying to call them since saturday (14th Feb), after trying for around 2 hours i finally hanged up as call was continuosly givigng me no connection possible error. On Sunday I could catch hold of hathway executive which again got cut 3 times. Around 12 pm I got my request registered for wifi connection and the guy over call (named Pawan) told me that their technician will be coming on Monday. Asuming that he is not a liar and they dont fool people, i took off from office and nobody came till 5pm. Now when I called that lady over call (named Naznin) told me that no one can come today and I will again have to wait tomorrow. When I asked her about any approx time, she bluntly told me that she can't say. Also when I asked her to transfer my call to some senior she said no for that as well and hanged up the call. I am very much disappointed with the services that they promise and don't provide.

                                        Sir, I, P. Naresh Kumar, R/o, Sudhanagar, Old Safilguda, Malkajgiri, am using the service by purchasing Set top box last One and Half year. Since One year it is not working due to the error showing"Inserted Card is not a viewing card ". Recently I have approved to the C Channel, representative of Hathway Set top box controlling for the repair of the set top box. As per the govertment of india regulations we have purchased the set top box in time and connected but the controling of non-servicing is not referred to the authorised. On that day which I approved last Month that set top box is showing the same message. Today, ie., on 16.02.2015 called the C Channel centre, they replied that the this is not their responsibility it is only on the service provider of Cable TV. Please look in to the matter earlier.
