I had taken a hath way broad band new connection in Mira road on Wednesday today morning installation man has come they had done the wring and told me modem and router another person will bring and do the connection after that I had call them and asked what about modem I had not received they had told me concerned person is not there he went for lunch and one he will be back I will tell him to reply you . I waited till 6:30 pm and then again I started calling them till 07:00pm bell was ringing but no one was picking up phone at Mira road centre then on 7:05 pm on reception lady has pickup phone and told me I will talk to the concerned person and replying back you with in 5 min. I had waited for their call till 7:20 no one has call me back again I had started calling them 7:45 I got reply from the reception that today modem you will not received they will come tomorrow from morning they were telling me modem is coming and evening they are replying me modem will come tomorrow first of all they are not responding and if they reply they give false commitment. Because of their false commitment I had loss my day.

    Please do not opt for Hathway Broadband, I lost my job coz of this relatively slow internet speed(using 4month package, speed-50MBps). They never stand on what they say while initial internet connection. Customer service is pathetic keeps you waiting for such long time and in return says "Your customer code is expired sir" wth? They don't have any toll-free numbers, that's another way of looting. CHEATERS!

      Hello, I have applied for Hathway Broadband Services yesterday. As discussed with the provider, I paid amount today submitted the required documents. But they did not setup the connection on time. I kept calling them but they just responded once saying we will do it an hour after that they didn't received my call the whole day and night. I have attached the receipt of payment. Please look into the issue quickly. I shall be highly obliged by your co-operation. I have very high hopes from you.         Dear sir/mam, I am using hathway cable services since last 6-7 years, but recently due to renovation work I had asked my cable operator to stop the services temporarily in advance & then restart the same but now after 2 months when I asked them to restart the services they asked initially Rs 450/- for activation charges & when I questioned them that why activation charges, when not a single wire is removed- - then he agreed that by mistake the line was active & hence I had to pay the rent of two months even when I had not used the services - - listening this I argued with him that why I should suffer for his negligence - - but still he is on his own stand & even after complaining at hathway customer care number of times - till date no result & I am not able to watch TV since last 1.5 month Req to look into the matter on priority & help me activate the cable service Note : card no.[protected] Bharat Punmiya [protected] Dadar West - Mumbai

On dated 09.03.2015 I have paid money Rs:240 (for Set top Box Card no:[protected] and Rs:310(for Set top Box Card no:[protected] to our Local Cable operator who is part of Hathway Cable network. But still I have not received any Hardcopy Taxable printed Invoice YET. So I am requesting you to help me out to get the Hardcopy of Taxable Invoice ASAP. Please look into this matter urgently.               My acc no 1269987 i hv taken 50.mbps 10 gb plan per month n i hv taken 6 months plan for which i hv already made advance payment for 6 months but i m gtg speed of 2 to 4 mbps n lot of buffering is coming i hv made several complaints to Hathway customer care n my area Hathway off at Dahanukar wadi, Kandivali west but it seems they r not bothered to solve the problem i think HATHWAY IS CHEATING PEOPLE by selling such plans i m facing a lot of problems as my business is on net n i m suffering a grt loss due to this speed problem.

                Hi, When i had registered with Hathway for their broadband services they promised me 3 months + 1 month free broadband connection. My account number is 1225916 and its in the name of Niki Prakash Rele. My connection was started on 6th Dec 2014 and it was active till 5th Mar. I had raised a complaint (number[protected] on 4th March stating that i should received the one month free connection after 5th March and that my services should not be deactivated on 6th March. But sadly they did not action my complaint and they disconnected my broadband services on 6th March I have been chasing the customer support team for the last 9 days to activate the 1 month free broadband connection but its still not done. Today, again i spoke to a supervisor named Kamlesh (from Hathway) and he promised me that the 1 month free connection will be activated but i do nott trust them any more and hence raising this complaint as i am completely unsatisfied with the disconnect between their Sales offer and the billing department not actioning my 1 month free request.

                  Please do not take Hathway connection. Worst network they are saying 50 Mbps we are not even getting 50 Kbps. Every 1 hour connection gets disconnects. Worst customer care service. We took connection 1 month back we called customer care more than 100 times. Every time they says we will call you never got any call from hathway service. Please please do not encourage this kind of worst network.

                    Pathetic service, called on 3rd to inquire about plans. 4th March you people come and collect money immediately and make false promises of connection being activated in half a day. After that hundreds of calls to make you guys come and install the whole setup. Millions of calls to activate connection, static ip generation, and all bull . Still bet not activated. Today for the millionth time when I call u people say there is some technical issue. Bull service, no actions taken after million complains and best part no seniors or managers ever available, always on breaks and not in office. Are you trying to fool us by saying you leave all executives on the floor without supervision, ? Worth making a complaint to consumer court for making false promises, taking money and not giving any service in return.

                        I have taken the 50MBPS connection for my home. Its been more then 2 week since i am using the Internet but till now i haven't got the speed more than 17mbps. I check everyday and i use only one machine still i never get the full speed. The other issue is with my router it has a bad signal strength. Even if i sitting in the same room where the router is kept still i dont get full signals. Kindly replace the router and solve the issue of the speed as soon as possible.

                            While paying the bill for Hathway Broadband internet, first time money got deducted and didnot get any receipt or any confirmation and same was not reflected in the Hathway account. Hence we payed the money again using some other account and this time it is successful. This happened on Jan 02, 2015 and we gave the complaint for refunding on Jan 29th. Till now, the money is not credited to my account and almost 5 times, I have called the Hathway customer care and everytime, I got the response as 'within 3 days money will be credited to my account, but till now moner is not refunded. Please help me in resolving this as I almost lost 100rs for calling the Customer care and around 2600Rs for Internet payment. Hathway Ticket Number raised was:11767585

                              Recently i have experienced very bad customer service experience.For renewal of service i have made payment before last date of payment.But Hathway has deactivated my account.I have made complaint about this to customer care they have registered my complain & said within an hour your service is reactivated.But this is not happened.So again i have called back to Hathway & same thing representative has said. Through out whole day i have made 6 calls to Hathway customer care but representative with proud telling me same thing "within an hour your service get reactivated". Finally it took ed around 9 hours to reactivate service.Really Hathway has tested my Tolerance with such bad customer service.

                                My customer code number is 1241616 registered at Hyderabad. Almost daily I face the same situation of "No-connection" between the morning hours from 10 am till evening upto 4 pm. And I have to lodge the complaint daily. I would like to know what is happening and why connection is removed and reconnected after giving complaint. I get the same reply by the hathway personnel that it is due to technical problem. Why cant this technical problem be solved once for all. And some other time I get the reply that it will be done tomorrow morning since there are no people to attend. I strongly protest against this and kindly resolve at the earliest

                                  I have been trying to contact hathway Mumbai, Karnataka, Bangalore, local cable operators for last 1 month. No one responds to my call. I have filled the form for selecting required channels and given to local cable operator 1 month back. I have been trying to call him and 2 other operators since then. All numbers are either switched off or if they pick up accidently, they say they will come home now, but they never do. I have made full year advance payment and 2300 for set top box.                                     I had a Wi-Fi connection in South Delhi, Kalkaji through Hathway Broadband. My Account No provided by them was 1169933. I purchased my connection on 30th August and returned my Wi-Fi set on 6th December and I was told that Rs.1000/- will be refunded for the modem in the next 15 days. It has already been three months since I’m asking for my refund of Rs.1000/- Every time when I call them they say it takes time to process at least 15 days and you will get your money in a week or 10 days maximum. After that I have already called innumerable times for my money but not getting any response from their side. I have called on the provided number (+91 [protected]) (+[protected]+91 [protected]) but they are not helping me at all. They even cut my call now or do not receive when they see it is my number but when I call through an unknown number it is received at once. I am asking for my own money but it seems something else. A refund process of Rs.1000/- does not take three months. This is utter nonsense. This is not the way a customer should be treated. They have crossed all the limits now and I am left with no option except to complaint against them. I request for an action against them. I need my money back.                                     I have complaining about this matter so many times and waiting for it to get resolved and receive my money but I see no hope it. There is ye no action from the consumer Forum as well. There is no use of creating such websites and promising the people of getting their problems solved when nothing such is being done. This is website is as same as the problem related. I don't trust this website anymore. It is just useless and wastage of time writing problems unnecessarily where nothing is being done. Thank you for creating such websites and lighting false hopes in an individual.

                                      I have submitted form for channel package selection 1 month back(before cricket world cup started). When I call the operators they say they will come, but they never come. I have paid for set box and 1 year advance. How much time it wil l take to activate my requested channels? 10 mins?                                         My account no is 1288594 Logon website login.hathway.com in not working hence I can not connect to my internet ..the helpline Ppl gave me one number starting from 203. ... Smthng .. Still it's not working ... This is happening from last two days .. Unacceptable service from Hathway
                                        Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        No one has contact me so far from Hathway ...while installing the process was quick..but post service they are not bother only ...
