I am hathway broadband customer from Vizag and acct no. 1117963. The net connections were gone in Oct after the hud hud cyclone. Though the whole city came back to life in 3 weeks there was no sign of hathway connections for over two months and the response from customer service and local office in Vizag was VERY VERY poor. Now after waiting for three months i took another connection in Dec. I have requested the refund of my unused amount and also refund of my modem deposit but till now nothing has been done. They say will take 45 days. This is ridiculous. A refund taking 45 days. I need the amount of the unused period and deposit amt of MODEM URGENLY as i will be away from Vizag from 1st week of Feb. Kindly look into this.

    Spped downgraded to 1 MBPs even though usage limit has not reached

    My hathway account number is 1127216. My current internet plan is "HD 2 STREAM 50MB 6Mon U" which was renewed on 08/12/2014. Since 10/1/15; my internet speed was downgraded to 1 Mbps and I received a message stating that my FUP was 100%. But my usage for this billing cycle has hardly reached 4 GB. It looks like all members who have renewed their plans are facing this issue. I have been making a complaint to various persons everyday since...

    Since 2 week my Internet is not working i have dropped my mail on 9th of january and again i have dropped my mail on 10th of Jan 2015 but i did not get any response. And also i have tried multiple time to dial customer care no. One of the worst customer care i ever seen in my life after getting all information customer care disconnect the call. After long effort finally i was able to connect my call with customer executive. but i did not get any resolution of my issue. Then again i had tried to dial customer care no after 5 back to back effort i got connect my with executive and i got my complaint number 11699548. And they are also not providing commited speed also.

      Hello, myself Rahul Rapatwar and my hathway account number is 1048986. My current internet plan is "HD 4 STREAM 50Mb Qtrly U" which was recently renewed on 26/12/2014. Since Monday i.e. 5/1/15 my internet speed was downgraded to 1 Mbps so I thought there might be some problem with the network on you side as it always does and few days later I received a message stating that my FUP was 100% crossed while I didn't use 50 GB of FUP fully so on Friday i.e. 9/1/15 I raised a complain regarding the same to the Customer Care and was told that the downgrading of speed was wrongly happened and also my FUP wasn't reached 100% so the problem as told was supposed to get resolved by that evening but it didn't. I again called in evening of the same day as a reminder of the problem still unresolved and I was told that it would be solved within couple of hours but it never happened. The next day i.e. 10/01/15 I got a message that my complain was resolved and closed but it wasn't so since that day i.e. 10/01/15 till now everyday or alternate day I raised a complain which was getting closed the next day stating that the problem was solved. The fact is the problem is still not solved and its been almost 15 days which is so disappointing. This problem has caused me lot of downs in my work and hindered me a lot and I paid for this plan because I need high speed during my work so as approximately 15 days of my month are wasted I want the issue to be resolved and also want my monthly FUP renewal date to be extended by 15 days so that I get ample time to use my FUP properly as per my regular usage.         Hathway broadband bangalore has not been sending my bills for the year 2014. Even after requesting for the bill multiple times over phone / emails / escalation etc; they have not sent any of the bills. This has caused a lot of inconvenience for me as a consumer and I'm denied of the bills I have the right to have. I have had multiple conversation with their 'amazing' customer reps; who promised me to send the bills within 24 hours; however I have not received them even after 10 days! Their supervisors assured me that I would receive the bills but I have not. My account # 852853 This is is the most pathetic service I have come across so far.

        First few days : The customer support said they will provide the bill in 24 hours

        Next few days : again 24 hours

        I called today : It will take 15 days.

        Next call today : We cannot provide the bills


        This is ridiculous behavior!

        Update : I got a call from their Supervisor who said will arrange a call and have the bills sent to me.

        An hour later -> I receive a call and they say they cannot provide the bills to me! What kind of an organization fails to provide the bills to the customer? Do you even realize that this is a violation of law?
        FYI - I did not even receive the bill for which I made a payment in Jan! Where are my bills disappearing. Will anyone bother to take a look at this. I would appreciate some attention here.

          Sonali Cable Vision (Future Digital Infotainment Pvt. Ltd.) I am Anish Pai a resident of Goa, India. I am using digital cable tv services provided to us by FDI pvt. ltd. I was using Cisco STB which was very good. the channels had a fixed channel numbers and positions. Well before they used to provide cisco Z260DVB STB but now they have stopped it and are providing some poor quality made stb with model no HDC-1000C. the thing is due to some upgradation work in the control room they stopped giving cisco stb in 2010 and they have replaced all stb of customer with the new one. so because of some changes in the control room/headend the cisco STB do not work. It has been 3 years and no new channels are added only channels are removed. In this new STB HDC-1000C all the channels are coming from 1-150 and are mixed. not only that the new stb has iredeto software, it has got a provision for VC but it has still not been started yet. The problem is that whenever the STB is rebooted, everytime a popup appears saying "Channels have been modified, Press OK to Scan" Whenever I press ok it starts to scan for the channels. And the channels get stored in new no's which is very irritating for all the subscribers. The channels have no fixed positions. In the cisco stb, all channels where in a fixed position (the same channel list of hathway Mumbai). But in the new stb all channels are in disgust. I have asked my LCO whether new types of STB will be launched. he said it will launch shortly. he keeps saying the same thing as he has no idea. I called up FDI and asked them, they say the same thing. So FDI is the only Digital MSO in GOA. As we want local news channels we cant go to dth, and because of rain problems also. NO DTH. Because of their monopoly, they are enjoying and troubling us. I am paying Rs. 320 / month. Also i need to know whether this MSO is Hathway or not. They recently put a scrol saying that the MSO is hathway but when i call their helpline they mention themselves as Sonali Cable Vision. Pls help me as we have no option. Other than the above problems the following things should also be taken up by the company:- 1. Launch a new SD STB as the current SD STB is giving a lot of problems as described above. 2. Also launch a new HD for HD channels and services. 3. Place the channels in the correct format and order and not mixed up. (like hathway mumbai) 4. Add more channels in the STB. 5. Stop removing channels and give a scroll or a message before removing any channels.           Still no contact from hathway (Sonali Cable Vision Goa), and no info from LCO.


          Issue still there, no news of new model STB, HD STB and services, new channels etc. Problem is now they have removed many channels.
          FDI is the worst ever cable service provider people please do not subscribe for their service. They do not have customer loyalty.
          They never attend to any complaints of the customers.

            Dear Sir Pl read under mentioned mail I wrote to hathway. But still there is no action. Pl help me out. Thanx. M/s. Hathway Dear Sir, I applied for Broadband connection on[protected] through Mr. Sanjay (Mobile No. +91 [protected]) for my residence. Application made in name of Devang Vyas. I paid cheque of Rs.3819/- as payment of six months in advance against verbal promise to get connection within 5-6 days of Mr. Sanjay. After 7 days I called Mr. Sanjay he requested me to wait for 2 more days. After 2 days I called him again and he again asked me to wait 3-4 days. After 5 days when I called he said sorry he could not do it in time and requested me to wait for 2 days like this I called him 3 times but could not get the internet connection. I waited even I was in need of internet very badly. After all false promises I asked him to cancel my order and get me the payment refund. He confirmed that u will get in 15 days. There after I kept on calling him and the Authorised Gentleman Mr. Abhay Parikh (Mobile No. +91 [protected]) suggested by Mr. Sanjay. I am calling, sending messages almost every day to both of them. Everytime I called either the false promise is given or they do not pick-up my call. I have been told by Mr. Abhay Parikh before 5 days that your cheque is already dispatched by courier and asked me to confirm as soon as I receive. I kept on calling my residence from my office twice in a day asking if any courier is received. Today also I sent messages to both of them. I called Mr. Abhay 3 times at some interval assuming him busy but no response. I called Mr. Sanjay 2 times. Second time he picked-up my call and asked me to wait another 15 days. I feel that I have been begging all these days. Just count the days[protected] to[protected].               1. If no electricity available then Internet does not work. 2. No service / support available even after calling customer care multiple times. Hathway doesn't bother about customer's complaints, even if customer has something important work to complete, no support available in day time as well ( i.e. 9 AM to 6 PM). I am facing these issues for a long time on regular basis, but no one is here to solve. I would not recommend anyone to use Hathway.

                I have taken the hathway boradband connection around 3 months back. The company had offered a connection with 50Mbps speed But I have never got the speed. Almost everyday the internet speed will be too less that I will not be even able to load google or the speedtest website. I have contacted the customer care almost 30-50 times during the last 3 months and everytime I was assured the issue will get resolved permanently within 24 hours, on the next day I will get ans sms saying that the issue have been resolved, but the internet speed will be the same as before. If I call again the customer care team will say the issue was resolved and this time its new issue and will take another 2 hrs to get resolved. Now the download in speed is showing as 50 Mbps, but the upload test itself is failing and hence I am not able to open any site other than the speedtest. I had even contacted the nodal officer many times, but he takes the first call, assures the issue will be resolved within half an hour or so, and will not attend any further call, and the issue also will not get resolved.                         Dear Sir I have installed Hathway Internet Services about 6 months back, Ref A/C Number 1142657 Registered in the name of Sampangi S Reddy. While installing i was promised 50 mbps speed and i have been paying monthly rental of Rs 1500 for the same. However till now i have never got that speed further the internet connection does not work 80% of the time, i am not able to do my activities because the internet doesn't work and all the money i am paying as rental is a waste. I have complained the same several times to the company, they promise to rectify it but of no avail. Reference complaint Number[protected]. I request you to kindly take action against the company.

                            My cust. ID is 1219994 for Hathway Broadband I am having a 50 MBPS connection. My connection was downgrades to 0.5 MBPS because my download limit was exceeded in Jan15. I topped up the account for 10GB by paying Rs 562 on 11.1.15. I have registered a complaint 4 times on phone [11638870, 11642103 ] on cust care number and two time on helpdesk email. They are just giving false promises and closing the complaint [ I get SMS to that effect] without solving my problem. Every time they are giving me different explanations which I cannot understand. Today 16.1.15, even after 5 days, My account is still not credited for this amount as well as connection speed is not restored as per contract. I am only getting false promises without solving my problem nor am I being told what is the problem. So even after paying full charges, for last 5 days, and also spending money on many telephone calls, I am totally helpless. Will Hathway compensate for my lost time, money and mental torture?                                 I am supposed to get a refund of the amt Rs 1000 as I have disconnected the Broadband due to relocation. I collected the cheque from Hathway but since the spelling of my name was wrong, Bank cancelled it. After speaking to customer care, I submitted the cancelled cheque at the location (sector 10 noida) as asked. It been 13 days and I have not got any reply as confirmation if the cheque was received and regarding the new cheque. I got a call once but they just asked where did I submit the cheque. I have raised many complains with customer care but they don't respond and close my request the next day.

                                  I am forced to write this complaint because of the poor service and extremely bad customer service. My internet service has not been working since Sunday, 11th Jan, 2015. I have been repeatedly calling Hathway Customer Care team on a daily basis to report this issue. All that I have been told so far is that there was some server issue and I am given a complaint reference number. Over the course of the last few days, I have been given multiple complaint IDs however my issue has not been resolved yet. Complaint ID – 11634438, Complaint ID – 11650797, Complaint ID – 11654511. In spite of repeated calls to customer care centre, the issue is not resolved and I get told every single time that the complaint has been escalated and the issue will be resolved within 4 hours. I have called today and yet again I have been asked to wait for 4 hours. MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED.

                                    Hi i have paid 2400 to get 50Mbps speed internet for 3 months but am not getting 50Mbps, , , not even 1mbps they are asking to browse speedtest.net, there its showing 50mbps, , , this doesnt mear tht actual speed is 50 actual download speed is 1mbps, , , this is high level scam Customer care really sucks, , theydont know howto escalate and so irresponsive please take this complaint and take action Narasimha.N

                                      hello I have an hathway setup box and I am not able tto watch TV because all channels are blocked due tto KYC issue..my cable operator says he can't do anything for it...I don't know about where the forms available or where to submit...and I don't understand y this interruption is being caused...is there any way ithis problem can be solved online..plz..??
