For many years I am using the hathway account. First I have used [protected] due to personal reasons shifted my home to new location.
Then I asked your customer representative to change this to my new address but the referred person updated the new account with the good features. So I asked the same person whether I will get the refund for my old account and installed new connection [protected].

I am following up with your customer care past 4 years for my refund 400rs.
i) First they have replied after 3 years you will get sir.
ii) Second they told your account not crossed 3 years when I check with them at the same day confirmed from them post 3 years of completion you will get sir
iii) Day before yesterday I have dropped mail for refund and with the bank details.But now they telling story that connection need to active and this terms and conditions not updated any where and shared as well.

    Hi team,

    I am not sure if this is the right portal to complain but was frustrated of the service received from hathway from past 1 year. My internet broadband plan is 100mbps but getting speed of max 20mbps download and 7mbps max upload which is not serving my purpose. Sevaral complain registered on hathway portal but the servise ticket get closed stating its resolve without even confirming with me the issue is resolve or not. I am looking to change my provider if my issue is not resolved. And might go to ombudsmend to get it resolve or like a compansation on this.

      I have been diligently using Hathway for past 7 years from HSR layout and made payment for 6 months in October 2021. I have relocated to Cox Town. and made Relocation payment of 300/- on 11 Nov 2021
      Since I am out of coverage area, I applied for termination of connection.
      I registered many service requests and there has been no follow up so far. A Hathway personnel turned up to take back the modem on 17 November.
      I handed over the modem to him.
      I still have not received any mail confirming the termination of connection or about refund of the subscription and relocation fees.
      I am tired of calling toll free number, going to self care on website !

        I used Hathway in past and because of poor services from Hathway I switches to other service provider. There are no dues or anything which is pending on my account as I was using a prepaid account and I also closed my account properly through the proper channel as per Hathway procedure.

        Now I am continuously every day receiving calls from Hathway and the tele callers are saying that they will not stop till the time I will not renew my account. They have been very rude to me and keep on calling me everyday. I do not wish to receive any calls like this from Hathway and people talking to me like this in this tone like I owe anything to them. Please make this stop or I will have to file a formal complaint against Hathway of harassing me and pressuring me to do something which I do not want to do.

            The hathway is calling me frequently, from multiple number, though blocking a number, calling from different numbers, stop harassing the consumers, we dont and will never use Hathway services for ever, what the company expecting by harassing the consumers

              I book a new connection and made a payment of Rs.1944 on 30 Nov 2021 after installation team call me he say your area is not feasible so he can't install.                 I'm trying to get my connection disconnected from 18th November 2021 but no one is responding. I tried raising requests through their self care portal but the ticket is getting closed without any call back. Then I tried throught the customer care, but the IVR just says that, I'll be getting a request number and a callback on my number but nothing happens. I just keep getting calls asking to renew the plan, on asking to help regarding the termination process, they just disconnect the call.
                Please disconnect my connection and refund my deposit.

                  I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocation from Hyderabad. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer?

                  You are torturing like anything. Today, I got phone calls for three times and still continue to go. I feel this was the right place to file a complaint but you are not responding.

                  Let me know, how can I stop getting calls from you. Do I need to reach out to any Police/Consumer Affairs/Hathway broadband office to file a petition to avoid the calls? This is not only my problem, I have observed many complaints have the same thing. You are torturing people with as many calls as possible.
                  This was not all correct.

                  Please send me your mail (or) any communication channel and I will send my mobile number so that you will not call me again.

                    I had booked Hathway Internet on 7th Oct 2021 in Account number [protected] with mobile number [protected]. Unfortunately, due to society's restrictions the Installation couldn't be completed, and immediately I had requested for a complete refund as well via mail @[protected]@hathway.net, and in reply to my mail, I was assured as well that I will get a complete refund for the amount I paid i.e. 2525rs. It's been almost 2 months now and still, I haven't got my refund back, every time I mail to billingdesk they just state it's in process.
                    I am utterly disappointed with the service Hathway is providing.
                    I kindly request you to get my refund credited to my source account ASAP.

                        I want to disconnect the service.

                        From 1st November 2021, every single day I have been receiving calls from different people from customer support for renewal of the plan. Every time I explain them the reason why I want to disconnect and I request them to upload it in their system and collect their modem. However, even today, I am getting calls and no one has come to collect the modem.

                        Kindly register my request for disconnecting the service as I am not using it. Please collect the Modem and I don’t want any more calls for renewal.

                        Kindly look into this matter. It is exasperating to get calls with same questions daily.

                          I have subscribed to their cable internet in Jan 13 and paid the monthly usage charges in adavnce in Jan-13 along with refundable security modem deposit of Rs 400 ( thier receipt no. R[protected] dated 13 Jan 2021). I was moved out of Chennai to remote location and returned their modem on Aug-18 and reqested several times for refund of security deposit. No Action was taken for the last months

                            These people keeps on calling to recharge every 10min from 9am-6pm, which is so irritating, because of this am unable to focus on my work. My BP levels go high because of them, if anything goes wrong with my life.. They are response for that, I request to take strong action against them at the earliest.

                                To whomsoever it may concern,
                                I am a hathway customer with acc no 13100502 from delhi . They provide pathetic internet and have worst customer care .
                                I have taken 50 Mbps connection but all that I get is 2_5 Mbps during the span of 24 hrs .Most of the time my internet is totally down .When ask them to fix the isuue, no response and no fix .They would prefer ignore and blocking the customer rather than hearing them out .Hathway having no front end presence to the customer, hence these agents are such monopolistic in nature . No value for money.
                                They are cheating the customer.
                                They deserve to be called out
                                This system of Hathway needs to change .
                                Hathway must be accountable towards customer .

                                  I have submit a lot of complaint for Hathway slow internet connection but they didn't listen at all.

                                  1) They have given me a plan which is 50mbps

                                  2) Their internet doesn't work at all and giving me a speed of 2 mbps

                                  3) On complaining they just listen what is the problem and then suddenly cut the call. So no response from customer support.

                                  4) They have pathetic customer support which only knows how to restart router from their end.

                                  No service engineer had visited my place to look into the matter, it's been around one months of me complaining and just waiting for anyone to come to my place and rectify the issue.

                                  Now it's been a long time, and i don't want my money to get wasted. Its a sincere request that please refund my money and take back your connection if the issue can't be rectified and proper internet speed cant be provided for which you are charging money.

                                      I bought a GTPL optical fiber connection on the 28th of November and paid Rs.8899 for 150 mbps speed with optical fiber.
                                      Till date after 17 days GTPL connection has not been installed on my requested address at C902.
                                      Mr. Satish Parmar Mob GTPL sales executive [protected] & Rr. Rahul Ponikar +[protected] had visited on 28th November 2021 and after his assurance that 150 mbps speed connection will install and work in 2 to 3 days I have paid Rs.8899 in advance to install connection at my Residence C902.

                                      Now after 17 days GTPL is unable to install a high speed connection for which I have paid money in advance. I would like to register complaints to GTPL and the customer forum for the same.
                                      GTPL should return all my money with. I even lost 17 days o[censored]nused data time for this period. I had to pay a big charge to another service provider for my work with the internet.

                                      I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until 24 November before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or other assistance. Please contact me at the above address or by phone.
