This is a hopeless company, take my advice please dont go for Hathway Broadband, its the 3rd day of my service and the connection is down from 2 days. The customer care nos are also not toll free. I have called customer care 3 times for 10 mins and wasted another 20 rs. This is absolutely hopeless. Believe me this is my 3rd day after installation I cant believe some company can be so unprofessional. Mandar Joshi

    Although i am complaining from last 10 days none of their engineer visited to solve the issue.


    Today morning i called your customer support and they assured me that speed problem will be rectified by today evening. But again as expected worst service from your end. Just now hv checked speed at speedtest.Net and below is the link for your

    With reference to the above account # i hv tkn connection on 18th of last month. I hv given many complaints reg speed in last one week. My experience is very bad in dealing with you guys. First complaint hv given on 2nd august and few more in next 3-4 days. Not received any calls from your end reg my complaint. Yesterday august
    8th twice hv visited your kandivali branch and explained them that i am incurring heavy loss in my work, they assured me it wl get fixed by evening. Nothing done so yesterday evening i told your customer support (
    I shouted ) to discontinue services and refund my amount. In next one hour hv started receiving proper speed. Late evening somebody from kandivali office called me asking for status. I said now speed is ok. Today late evening exactly after 24 hours again speed problem started.     For new connection your 4 staff members called me when i gave call back request on your website but for my complain no body has time to call back ?. Every time removing all connections and re-connecting it, is not the only solution.

    Now at 11.40 pm on speedtest.Net i am getting 0.3 mbps download speed and upload speed says connecting only from last 3 mins and finally upload test error. My plan is 50mbps speed 25 gb monthly.
    Pls give me solution monday morning itself. If you can not then pls discontinue your services and refund total amount i paid you at the time of connection.

    From 16th to 19th evening - 3 days i got good speed but again from last 24 hrs it is down. I am loosing heavily as i work from home as a consultant. I am seriously thinking of switching to another service provider.
    I think i have wasted enough time behind you guys where today i am not getting even 1 mbps speed. You please ask your concerned branch to discontinue my services and refund my balance amount as problem is always from your side.

      I am using hathway cable for tv my tv is not coming from one week when i enquire customer care he says kyc is to be given and there is nowhere where you can download the hathway kyc form and when we approach the cable operator he has taken the id proof but still it is cable is not coming please tell me how to resolve this i work in bank i dont have time to go to the cable tv head office leaving my work

          Since last 21 days I have not been receiving ZEE NETWORK and when I asked my local service provider regarding ZEE NETWORK NO SHOW he say that agreement is under renewal hence it will take 8 to 10 Days since last 21 days.How careless is HATHWAY ???
          However if I do not pay money they are removing connections within 24 Hrs.

            Hello, Myself Sudeep, a resident of Banaswadi, Bangalore. We have been faithful customers of Hathway for the past 15 years.I would like to bring to your notice about the notorious activities of the Hathway Cable operator in my area. I had subscribed for HATHWAY HD in the month of June. I had paid Rs.5600 as a whole for a 1 year subscription that would last till June 2015. However, it was only after installation that i had realized that we had been tricked. The cost of the entire Hathway HD package comes up to Rs 3700 only. We had recieved this information from the main office (St. John's Road) . The issue does not end here, the cable operator then demanded the old set top box we had been using free of cost. We told him to either provide a bill of the new Hathway HD package or provide a nominal amount of Rs 500-1000 and take back the old set top box. But he straightaway refused, and started throwing tantrums. He was abusive and violent in his approach and behaviour. After a while, he disconnected all the channels (close to 400 of them) in no time.This, despite the fact that we had paid the full amount! We are deeply dis-satisfied with such sub-standard service and operators. We humbly request the concerned HATHWAY authorities to kindly take such people to task and reprimand them with immediate effect. Thanks, Sudeep

              My name is Goutam Bhowmik. My residential address is 7A/6 Channa Market, W.E.A. Karol Bagh, New Delhi 110005. Mob: [protected] Recently I applied for a new connection of Hathway broadband Internet service at my residence address. I have already paid full amount (installation and plan charge) in cash on 02/08/2014 to Hathway sales person. My receipt No. 581. But till date Hathway technical team unable to start the service. Further more no one from customer care service have contacted me in this regard or provided me with Login ID or password. If they are unable to give service to me due to any technical problem or so I think their moral responsibility is to refund my money. Am I to believe that once Hathway get the money they forget their customers. This is one of cheating. Is this Hathway's business policy.

                Hi, I am really frustrated to choose you as an Internet service provider.I started using your service 15 days back and the service is not yet up continuously for minimum of 24 hours.I don't know what service you are providing because your internet always used to be not working. I request you to look into this matter urgently otherwise i will lodge a complaint in consumer court about false service promise. Also, I want my money refund for the time your service was not available for my account.Please educate your Service Desk staff who keeps on telling services will be up in next 4 hours which never happens. STOP CHEATING CONSUMERS!!! Please revert back to me urgently.

                  Few months back new rule has come that everyone should submit KYC form but no one or no website from hathway has given option to download KYC form in Hathway. How can anyone can expect every customer should go to the head office and get KYC form? I am from Hyderabad and working employee so I don't find time to get form it would be appreciated if you put it in your website which saves lot of time for customers. Please take this in to consideration and try to place KYC form in Hathway website with clear instructions.

                  hi my name is kumar, i reside in bhongir, nalgonda di, as we all know that we have to submit the kyc form but the problem is when i approached my cable operator he told me that they have not been provided the LCO code bcoz our area has not yet digitalized, he also told me that we can do nothing, but in the kyc form there is line where we have to enter lco code. i[censored] hathway people don't provide the lco code to every area and expect us to fill the form and submit... how foolish it is...! as people mentioned above u just cant expect 1 crore people to come to the office and submit the form, i bought the hathway for 1300/- rupees, i just wathed for one month, thats it all the remaing 11 months i coudn't watch.

                  so what my point is why dont u put a form in the internet so that everone can submit, and those areas which LCO CODES were not provided let them see all the channel untill u provide them lco code or make their area digitalized,

                  shame on u... people who is responsible for this cause bcoz u can't utilize the technology and u make pople fools by selling us set up boxes worth more than 1300/- and with no use. i[censored] have any shame u people better take ur boxes back and return us the money or provide kyc form and LCO CODES, to the appropriate areas, it would have been better if we would have choosen ta ta sky, dish tv, relience etccc...

                  as i have mentioned above my cable operaive was not provided LCO CODE, and i tried calling customer support for months, it always tells me busy, so i cant fill the form even if i come to the office there is no use bcoz i dont have LCO CODE so stop cheating people AND better access all channels to my set up box, untill u provide the LCO CODE, thanks.

                    Hello, We have two set top box. Our cable provider is Ganesh Cable. We have opted for 'Digital Premium Package' for both the set top box. For last one week we are not getting many channels such as "Zee Bangla", "Zee Cafe"[ all ZEE related channels], "CNN International", "Cartoon Network", "POGO" and many more. Upon inquiring with them they said that Hathway has closed the channels. Also, no one responds to the toll free number of Hathway. The main reason we opted for 'Digital Premium Package' was to get these channels. Please let us Know if its HATHWAY's standard procedure to pocket the customer's money and Harass the Customers. Please make necessary arrangements so that we get all the channels for which we are paying. An Immediate response is will be appreciated.                       I have an Internet plan with hathway wherein I should get 1 mbps speed during the day and between 12.00 am to 8 am in the morning, I should get a speed of 3 mbps. I know you never get the exatc speed. But the speed provided by hathway is disappointing. I am paying more than 4000/- for 6 mnths and It still buffers when I play a video on Youtube even after 12.00 am. Imagine what speed they must be giving during the day. Earlier the speed test use to show a download speed o[censored]pto 2.35 mbps after 12.00 am which was satisfactory. But even after 12.00 am if you hardly get a speed where videos start buffering even at 480p then it is a concern since I am paying so much for that speed. It is not that this thing is happening for a day or two. I have waited for days now or weeks and it still repeats. It is enough now.

Its quite irritating and frustrating as to continue with work and i had wait to load the page for a long time.                             I having a 1Mbps(Day)/3Mbps(Night) plan but the speed that I am getting is 0.5Mbps(max) irrespective of day or night. It has been almost one month now.Have called up the customer care(got a complaint number) but there seems to be no affect.

                              I'm a Hathway Internet customer in Pune, my account no is 1115459. My Internet works only for 15 days in a month and another 15 days its dead. I've complaint multiple times since I took connection to get the permanent solution for this However they are unable to resolve the issue. I'm using advanced rental plan (kind of prepaid plan) where I play before and se the services later. My days get lapsed regardless of Internet working or not working. There is no compensation for the days where there was no service available. As soon as the date of expiry reaches, connection automatically gets disconnected.                                 Hi Team, This is Balasubramanya Aithal ...I have taken Hathway connection 3 month back ...I am a resident vensai apartments Crystal block Door number 102 kompally Hyderabad ... From past 3 Days cable is not working and your local vendor is not responding to call and if he respond he will have only one answer That he will be coming with in 20 min ...But from past 3 days no buddy visited .. I called to your customer care but they told that they will take care if any problem with setup box ...

                                  i am ur costumer frm choksi ashhokkumar and co from zaveri bazar, my television connection is not working frm last 5 days and even after many complaints by me to the local cable operator frm hathway he has not responded back n the connection remains unavailabe, this is the last complaint frm my end to ur company or else i have no other option of cutting ur connection and complain to consumer court for ur worst services

                                    The Cable TV has been issuing warnings to customers that the channels will be interrupted if the KYC form is not submitted filled up completely. The above operators did not supply the form and all my trials to get it on line for down loading did not materialise.The cable operators never visit us or give response on any number of phone calls.The TV channels have gone erratic. Does KYC mean that the customer should run after the operator?

                                      This is Ramesh Bodke from sewree (Dadar). I am HathWay internet Subscriber since 2010. my a/c no.712438 I am getting the lot issues about the HathWay Connection. Your service is very poor in sewree. I am faced lot issues. My internet connection is disconnect Since payment has been made last month, But still i am not getting the connectivity. Everyday i am facing the same issues If itz connectivity there or not. In Mumbai office(HathWay Employees) Not responding properly my question. I tried to called couple of times but there is no satisfactory response from the Hathway Customer Care. Even I had lodged complaint on here. This is second time again i have to lodge complaint n kindly do the needful help dont overlooked on this. plz dont instict to me take legal action against you or disconnect your service.

                                        My a/c number is 1079934, i am facing serious connectivity issues for the last 3 weeks. Every time the connection is going off and coming back only after 5 to 10 minutes, sometimes the connection itself will not be there... I called customer care and informed the same minimum 3 to 4 times. Every time getting the same reply that connection will be resolved within an hour. Paying too much and facing these kind of issues is unacceptable. Please revolve the connectivity issues ASAP.
