My a/c number is 1079934, i am facing serious connectivity issues for the last 3 weeks. Every time the connection is going off and coming back only after 5 to 10 minutes, sometimes the connection itself will not be there... Hathway cable has horrible (actually non-existent) customer service. Firstly, they have discontinued star sports from their regular package, and want customers to pay on a monthly basis. However, when requesting to recharge, we have to call them again and again - and have to call at least 4-5 people. even then, they do not care about the customer, and will not even answer their calls.
