I have recently got Hathway cable at my home in Bangalore on my friend's recommendation.But I think it was a big mistake considering Hathway cable to opt for. As they never provides intended services which the mention during connection.

Account no. 642750 I paid an amount of 1200 for a month's internet of 15 mbps unlimited plan with 40 gb data cap. I paid it on August 17 and now I get a message on sept 1 saying I have to pay 402 Rs.
