I am an existing customer of Hathway since 1 and half year, has serious concerns on the service you provide
We had a data-plan change in Last Month for our Broadband Internet connection, so we decided new HD plan to activate
Earlier we used to have 3 months 5mbps, Rs. 2999 plan
So we have upgraded it to New HD plan of Rs. 3420, 50mbps, as an instruction from your customer executive on a sentence that, All old data-plans has been closed
So we made an e-money transfer of Rs 3470 to the hathway account
The date we had an commitment from your executive on New Modem Replacement was 27 August 2014 in only 2 days
Which we look didn't happened yet, Instead a 60kbps, Postpaid Plan has been activated without any information or approval of customer, which is a pain while surfing
For this, we have raised an complain on the same above, with Complain ID: 10595731
Today, its been whole month passed since we have commitment, for Model Replacement
I would like to know the details why this happened and how a postpaid plan has been activated without notifying the customer, If that a part of your Customer Policy
We have made several calls to customer executive, but each time a false hope has been kept in front o[censored]s
As there is nothing that we are expecting from your service,
A service Impression is already down, and we need the return Money Paid for the same

In Addition to this, we have sent a complaint email on helpdesk, still no reply
Complaint marked as Resolved Yes after 2 days, they have replaced the modem
But As we said, there is no point in customer delight if customer is already harassed
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They have no answers. It is now 4th day since i am not able to use internet.
