Dear Sir/Madam We had booked Hathway broadband from your dealer in Bibewadi kondwa Road. Had paid them Rs 1000 as installation charge and cheque for 3 months. But due to your high maintainance charge of rs 200 every month (hidden charges which were not told during disucssion) we decided to cancell the order. Its been more than 15 days now we are not geting any refund of Rs 1000. We must have called Mr Kishore (mo- [protected]) 10 times for refund but its of no use. Hope it will be resolved soon.     Hi, I am an existing customer. Since the time I have taken hathway connection, I regret my decision every day. Not a week goes by without any issue. This time i have been facing issue with the technical connectivity and the its the Bill Copy which after innumerable calls and mails I havnt received till date. My cust id is 1106112. Worst is the customer care takes the complaint n sends a message that its resolved even before they do. Rather this whole month most has not been resolved but I have a series of resolved tickets. Is this how hathway works. well then i wont recommend it to anyone and also get it disconnected as soon as I can.

        I am an existing customer of Hathway since 1 and half year, has serious concerns on the service you provide We had a data-plan change in Last Month for our Broadband Internet connection, so we decided new HD plan to activate Earlier we used to have 3 months 5mbps, Rs. 2999 plan So we have upgraded it to New HD plan of Rs. 3420, 50mbps, as an instruction from your customer executive on a sentence that, All old data-plans has been closed So we made an e-money transfer of Rs 3470 to the hathway account The date we had an commitment from your executive on New Modem Replacement was 27 August 2014 in only 2 days Which we look didn't happened yet, Instead a 60kbps, Postpaid Plan has been activated without any information or approval of customer, which is a pain while surfing For this, we have raised an complain on the same above, with Complain ID: 10595731 Today, its been whole month passed since we have commitment, for Model Replacement I would like to know the details why this happened and how a postpaid plan has been activated without notifying the customer, If that a part of your Customer Policy We have made several calls to customer executive, but each time a false hope has been kept in front o[censored]s As there is nothing that we are expecting from your service, A service Impression is already down, and we need the return Money Paid for the same Please Revert back on the same for the resolution Ac No: 1055899 Customer Id: [protected] In Addition to this, we have sent a complaint email on helpdesk, still no reply

          I am from Koramangala, Bangalore and we are facing issues with Hathway broadband from last one week. Everyday we try calling the Customer care which gets connected after spending around 30 min and they register the complaint which never gets fixed. Most of the times the call just gets disconnected. They really have a very bad service which they never want to fix it. We are paying around 1800 rs per month on this stupid network and we are really unhappy about their service. Never go for Hathway service and they should take appropriate action on these people.

            Hi, I am from Bangalore. I am able to login successfully in Hathway still unable to open any site however skype is working fine. I am facing this issue from last 3 days.I am calling customer care continuously from last 3 days but no one is answering. Please let me know if you people can call me and rectify this issue or not? If you can not rectify it then please close this connection and refund my money. I have spent 100 minutes of calling your stupid customer care which never answers and keeps us on hold for 15 -20 minutes and then call gets disconnected automatically. Who is going to pay for my telephone bills?? I want a call from Hathway sales team immediately, please respond otherwise i will go for some legal action against Hathway. I complaint to the operator on 4th Nov and today on 7th Nov the operator says it will take 7 days. I am surprised with this, after follow-up for 4 days now he is informing 7 days. Please advice.                 My Name is Vinish Kumar. I have taken a Broadband plan for 3 Months on 26-Oct-2014 and have paid the whole amount of Rs. 2527 to them. They hadn't connected Router and Modem at my place even though I have repeatedly complained them. Now they have started not to pick my call also. This is a very serious issue as I am madly following up with them to put router and Modem at my place, but nobody is caring about that. My Account Number also they have created without providing me the Internet connection. My Account Number is 1201245. Please help me and put Router and Modem at my place on Saturday (8-Oct-2014) as I will be at home that day.                   Hi, I am from Bangalore (Door no 540, 17th A 2nd Main, 6th Block Kormangala). I am using Hathway cable connection for more than a year now. I also paid the 1 year fees in July 2014 for last 10 days none of the channels are coming. There is a display that The card is not authorised. The smart card number is[protected]. I have been speaking to the Bangalore customer care. They asked me to contact Arun. He asked me to contact Raghupathy. Then I called the cable guys (Krishna cable). No one is taking any action on this. I have given all my details and full payment. Everyone is diverting me to the other one. I am completely dissatisfied and unhappy about the same.                     Took new hathway connection but second day itself it got disconnected.. Hathway has very worst service provider... its waste of time and money...worst service provider and even worst tech support...who doesn't know how to resolve the issue.

                    I have a set top box of "Hathway" installed at my residence at E-704, Ravi Estate, Opp. Devdaya Nagar, Thane West 400606. The local service provider is Sai Satellite & Video Cable, Shastri Nagar, Thane(West) and my connection S Card no is[protected]

                    For past 5 months we are paying Rs. 350/- per month to the Service Provider for Digital Premium Package in the hope of viewing the promised channels which were never available . In spite of repeated complaints to Sari Satellite & Video Cable they have not responded . This has become a sort of ritual for complaining and not getting the promised channels. We are lost now and don't know how to get things right and when will "Hathway" pull up the local service provider for not providing services to its customer.

                    Would once again request to pull up the Service provider to restore "Hathway's" dignity otherwise as a customer, personally will never recommend "Hathway" service .

                      Hathway Broadband Hi, Acct nbr :1200739 This is regarding Hathway intr serv that i had taken On 25 Oct 2014 i had made my payment of RS 1600(3mnths) for Internet connection . I got the connection on 28, After that i was able to use internet only for 1 day And when i tired to login.my credentials werent accepted. Then i called to customer care who told me my account was terminated. A complaint was raised[protected] .After i called number of times to Hathway office and customer care to know whether my issue was solved.But i got no response from them I tried to contact on every number (atleast 5-6) and they would either not pick up my phone or on listening to my complaint they would disconnect the call Finally on 4 Nov i had to raise another issue to discontinue the connection. I got another complaint number[protected] saying my account will be discontinued and i will get my money in 45 days. I have no idea why they need 45 days for the money to get transferred Companies with such bad services should not get any license to provide services. I am totally disappointed.                         I have cancelled my hathway internet connection (Account Number 1064271) due to poor connectivity and irresponsible customer care. I also submitted the modem and router to them vide receipt no 56334650 dated 17th Sep 2014. As per thier customer care I am supposed to get the deposit amount of Rs.1000/- towards router in 20 days. I have sent so many mails to thier customer care i.e [protected]@hathway.net and hyd.[protected]@hathway.net but no body is responding. It is almost 45days but still I am waiting for the update. I have made so many calls to their customer care and they are saying different answers each time. Mr. Raghu (Regional Manager) and Mr. Sastry (unable to reach him after so many attempts) were not able resolve this issue Guys in hyderabad..Pls dont go for any kind of hathway services.. Ramarao

                          I was using the 6-Months Unlimited plan of Hathway Broadband. I made the advance payment for 6-Month unlimited plan. But in around 1 month itself the Internet connection started breakdown issues, I registered an online complaint but they failed to resolve the issue. It went around 4-5 days like this and finally I went to their office. The executives said that they are working on it and well give a feedback by next day, but as expected no feedback. So I told them to disconnect the Internet. I filled the application for disconnection on 25/09/2014. They told me that the money will be refunded by cheque in around 10 -15 days from the day of disconnection and now it's been 1 month and 8 days and they are still not telling the status. If this is how one gets a result of an advance payment then I will generalize especially in case of HATHWAY BROADBAND INTERNET SERIVICES that not to go for an advance payment.

                          I have taken hathway connection in hsr layout sector 2 after service issues with ACT . Hathway sells person told me that everything will be get done within 24 hrs but i waited for 4 days and nothing happened till now. We have urgent requirement of Internet so we have opted for disconnecting ACT and getting Hathway. But hathway person does not fulfil whatever they said. I called customer care too but no further update from their side.
                          I have taken 3 months plan.Please let me know what is the refund process .

                                We have taken cable connection but we are not zee channels and hbo channels but we have been asking the cable operators for 6 months, he just says it will come. From past one month i m not getting any channels clear, ever 5 mins it gives error, signal could not be recieved. If we complaint local cable operator, he say if you wish you remove it, but dont call us gain n again. I m ready to remove, please ask them to pay back my entire set up cost. It not only me facing this problem, many neighbours & friends r facing same issue. We all have decided to file complaint in consumer court, against hathway, & get the issue in media, and request maximum people to disconnect the hathway connection

                                  I have given an advance payment of 3200/- towards a new connection in bellandur for 3 months. Till now no installation has been made by hathway executives. Furthur, Mr. Deepak who came for collection of money in hours, has been wasting our time by calling us up for installation at 8 pm everyday and then just stops picking our calls altogether! Any attempts to ask him to install in the morning are not even replied to. Deepak has now completely stopped picking our calls nor does he call back, even though his phone is seen to be busy multiple times. Please understand that we come back from work early only because of the false promises made by mr Deepak for installation and your company executives are wasting our time and money everyday.                                     I am facing this problem with Hathway Dombivli from more than 2 months now. Every three to four days there is no connectivity or frequently disconnection problem. Every time the complaint lodged the customer care executive provides a complaint no. and says that it will be attended by the engineer but still we face same problem after few days. I really want hathway to solve the problem with their servers with Immediate effect. Awaiting your kind reply for the same.

                                      I have been requested for relocation of my data connection to my new which is just few streets away from old one..its almost been 12 days for now but no one has turned up..The local distributed who sold me data connection says he cant help in it speak costumer care..if i speak costumer care they asked me to send an email with address which i did and even got an reply saying it will be done in 4 days but still yet to answer.. They are not answering the calls properly as well. It’s been a month since I have tried contacting them yet . I am a hathway user for 1 1/2 - 2 years yet this is their response.                                         Hello sir, we have taken cable connection but we are not zee channels and hbo channels but we have been asking the cable operators for 6 months and even told we wil pay them for the channels we have requested for .and the operator always says he will but he wont when we speak he speaks, he speaks in a rash way.I think the operator which you have given is not profession and he doesn't care if some one will remove the cable he say remove and keep what ever you want and on newt we se all channels are given when we pay for them i wonder why you keep such kid of people and we don't get what we want .remove the operator or ask him to keep proper and things we want a are ready to pay.
