The building where I stay has HATHWAY cable connections for TV. Accordingly I opted to take service from HATHWAY.
Two HATHWAY personnel Mr. Jeetu & Mr. Gupta installed set top box in my house. Since then no body came to activate the card. I reminded them many times for actvating the connection but I got replies like Mr. Gupta is sick, Mr. Jeetu is sick, then both are sick, ganesh Chaturthi, Gauri, Ganash visarjana etc.
On 22nd September Mr. Jeetu came to my house & in 15 minutes he left my house with excuse that he wants to change some part. He then did not turn up.
I contacted Mr. Rahate the supervisor of Mulund East HATHWAY Cable T.V. office through my son. Mr. Rahate promised that on Monday 30 th September the T.V. will be started.
The T.V. card is yet not activated till today.
Before starting the services this is apathy of HTHWAY staff, what sort of service should I expect from HATHWAY. I informed HATHWAY to take back the set box. No personnel from HATHWAY yet turned up to take back the set top box.
The above incidence indicate the apathy of HATHWAY services to customers.
I complained customer care of HATHWAY on 24/9/2013 & phoned them. The personnel on duty expressed he in ability to communicate about staff apathy, nor could give numbers of senior persons to whom I should contact.
HATHWAY Cable T.V. Mulund east office to take back set top box immediately since they can not provide services.

Hathway Digital Cable — Not responding to our problem
My cable is not working from last 6 days i had call cable operater they told me your problem will be resolve in 24 hours but they not come to check problem and all the time they say it will be resolve within 24 hors
