I Chirag Jain resident of Borivali (east), Mumbai, I applied for Hathway broadband Internet connection in November month by receipt dated 24337 vide Cheque no. 148860 of amount rs. 3578/-, and I allotted Account No. 1061926 Showing Active Status but still no Broadband services & Modem provided by distributor even i got message in my registered mobile no. [protected]. Please make refund of my amount, Because now i have no more trust in your services.

    Hi, My Hathway ac no 919704, Jyotsna from Mumbai. Recently, I am using Hathway's "Ultra 1 MB Prepaid Unlimited" (NO FUP) plan. "No FUP" means no fair usage policy apply to this plan. Since last 2 weeks, am having bad speed around 0.4Mbps to 0.6Mbps speed during day time and at night getting around 0.12Mbps to 0.3Mbps. Even after requesting Hathway Support to fix my connection issue since last 1 week, nothing is changed.Am getting same minimum speed while I have paid for 1Mbps(NO FUP) plan. I have sent so many speedtest.net result's screen shots and results weblink to Hathway, But still my issue is not resolved.     Hathway took 15 days to identify and resolve my problem. For this issue, I called the same sales guy who had offered me that Internet Plan, and thankfully He was very supportive. Also I had sent email to nodal officer, so one senior engineer from their support team contacted me, who helped to identify the main problem.

    I have the same issue since 8 june 2020 since i have connected with hathway.no responce what so ever

      I was happy with the broadband, and I would not renew service for three months but only one more month and then change to another connection. The connection is going off again and again from last one month. On the website, I could never check my usage even after putting the credentials as guided by Hathaway customer care.

      I've installed Hathway connection a month back. It worked good for a month only. Now after the first recharge the connection is very slow and in a week time the connection went off thrice. I'm using the 10gb at 5mbps speed plan 1 point something GB out of 10gb is still left but the speed is so poor right now that on WhatsApp I'm not able to send text. But my GB consumption is still on no matter if I'm getting the speed or not. Pethetic customer service always pick the call after 4 to 5 minutes of hold. So pissed off right now with the service I would love to get a feed back on my issue
      i have installed hathway connection just a week ago and now my speed is downgraded to 256mbps and when i asked the customer care they said i have used all the Gbs. They said that on first day that was 13 july 2016 i used 10 gb of data which i never did. I will not be using hathway any more and i will not even suggest anyone. Company is cheater and i iam even thinking about consumer forum to get my money back
      Since August 24, 2016 I am using Hathway Broadband Connection and I have not experienced any problem regarding connectivity. I am getting 50 Mbps speed almost regularly though on two or three occasions I noticed slightly low speed of 25 - 40 Mbps. During initial days I had a Quota issue but it was sorted out though Nodal Officer /Appellate Authority (?) never replied me back despite repeated calls and e-mails. May be there is no tradition of replying in Hathway Organisation particularly among top bosses.

        Hi, Hathway A/c - 1046230 I am Srikanth residing in Bangalore. I took hathway broadband connection 4 months ago and plan is 15 mbps with 40GB usage limit. Starting from the month I took the connection, internet speed I am getting is between 1-3 mbps in the evening time. After 6 pm speed decreases drastically and is happening regularly till today. Lots of follow ups, complaints and even spoke to Mr. Manjunath Reddy who is a nodal officer for Bangalore area. Nothing happened till now and having the same issue. Every month I pay Rs -1, 200/- although the issue is not rectified. I request all people who are thinking to buy broadband connection, don't go for hathway. Certainly never consider this hathway as an option instead go for other vendors or atleast BSNL. Never go for hathway, if you are choosing hathway they will show you stars but you will end up inviting troubles as you will never get the specified speed. Thanks, P Srikantha

        Even after speaking to Mr. Manjunath Reddy who is a nodal officer issue was not resolved. Funniest part is speed further reduced to 1 mbps.

          A/c No 202738 The worst service ever experienced.Past 1 month i have been requesting to fix my connection problem but of no use, customer care executives are employed only to worsen the situation giving a new complaint number everyday and even dont have contact nos of nearest service centres, this happen the whole month of december. They say we forward the complaint to the concerned department but after no response from them its really frustrating. Its as they don't bother.

          I faced the problem for the whole month of december. Customer care executives says we have forwarded the complaint to the concerned department but after that no response from them and no person turns up to resolve the matter, its really frustrating.

            I am a Digital cable HD subscriber from Hathway thru their LCO Sai Star Cable in Kandivali East area (Smart Card# [protected]). first year I paid Rs. 6666/- for a year when they started service with 8 channels and increased it to 20 later. While renewing I had a choice to go to Tata Sky or other dish based TV or retain Hathway. They were charging Rs. 5555/- for a year service and promised me that I will get all HD channels for the entire year including the ones added in future. They did not have any package to chose from so I went for the max as they had no other option in HD. In Oct 2013, they added 3 channels and blocked them for me. I called the helpdesk and logged a ticket. 2 days and no response other than one SMS informing me of the ticket nmbr (Ticket# 368006 Date 10/12/2013). I again called and they told me that I have to connect to my LCO. when asked for number they did not provide saying it is against the policies of Hathway. Hello. What policy stops you from helping the customer!:-(. Not only this all my HD channels were down once for multiple days. The quality becomes bad every now and then. The customer service is pathetic - they will transfer the call 4-5 times and every one will ask for the issue again and again. It is a waste of time to call them for any resolution. Anyway regarding the blocked channels I wrote to the Nodal Officer Mr. S Venkateshbalaji. I got a call from his office in 3 days. The person who spoke to me(Firoz) was nice, understood my issue and asked me to wait for a call from LCO. so far so good. The person Subhash called me from LCO- Sai Star Cables and started asking me the problem. After explaining the whole thing he told me many things which I could not understand but I got the point that I will not get these channels and I am free to do whatever I like to do. Go to Nodal officer, go to anywhere I want to etc. When I asked to speak to his supervisor the response was not good. He sounded very rude and said I am the highest authority here so you speak to me only. I was scared with his tone. I searched for Nodal officers number on the internet and gave a call. No answer to my 4-5 calls on the landline. I called the cell# given. No answer for 5 calls and then the phone was switched off.:-( I thought they are there for listening to customer complaints! Fortunately I got a call after sometime and I spoke to a lady saying that Mr. Venkatesh is in some meeting and I can talk to her. I insisted that I want to speak to Mr Venkateshbalaji only and requested her that he call me when free. He called and after listening to my story started talking like a lawyer asking for proof of everything. Who signed the receipts etc. I told him that I got the cable in May and don’t remember the name and also that I am not at home right now. Will send the copy of receipt as soon as I get home. He still continued talking from Hathway side indicating that I am wrong and what they are doing is right and in between if I interrupted he would ask for proof of whatever I am aying. After me telling multiple times that Hathway promised me all HD channels verbally when I paid and they are not giving me all channels now - so I want the blocked channels restored. That’s it. He sounded to me more a lawyer of Hathway then a Nodal officer who wants to understand the customer problem and get a resolution to it. Pathetic. I got the message. After using Hathway for 10 year for TV and Internet I have to search for an alternate provider. Is this the way Hathway treats its customer even at Nodal Officer level.

              Hello Team, I am Mrs Manisha Ghodke, using Hathway internet connection for more than 1 year. Account No: 919546 Since the time i have taken the connection I am facing issues with connectivity. In spite of getting good signal the Internet doesn't work. In a week the connection is not active at least 1 or 2 days. Even now my internet is down from past 30hrs. Internet is vital for me & my family for various reasons and even 2 hrs downtime causes me great loss. Hathway team just apologizes for the problem but doesn't correct it. They ask to call back but nothing is sorted out. It feel cheated as I am using a prepaid account but half the time the net is having issues. My cable tv connection is not working from 2 weeks I had already raised a complaint regarding this before 1 week ago but there is no response from Hathway side. I want to get resolved my complaint asap and also need reimbursement of paid amount for this period.                   This is regarding set-top box with S/N: FCBCTWTQP MAC: 18550F2ED235 Setup box purchase in the month of September, we are two people in family and hardly use this junk box (Set-top box). However November it went bad giving us error (Software update). When approached cable operator he asked us to visit Hyderguda. 28th Nov 2013, I have visited hyderguda with this junk box. I see that hathway has hired complete 4000 SFT area and with several counters, Staff is not all courtiers reminds me of 19th century government employees working as if they are not getting paid for service but getting paid because they are doing favor to company I had to wait in the que and realized that several customers are replacing units for several times because hathway are just circulating all default junk box and with no customer experience In spite seeing that Hathway is looting and circulating junk boxes. I was expecting that I will not face any issue with replacement box. Which was wrong and today since almost a week I have same issue the junk box crashed again. Cable TV operator asks me to travel 20 kms again he says the consignment of set top boxes which was supposed to go diff city landed in Hyderabad and that is why it is giving error and now it should get fixed (Hathways another scam) This is rubbish and non-tolerable. Arrange a new set top box ASAP. I will not hesitate to approach media, consumer court Sorry for referring set-top box as junk box …. Just to know it is a junk box. Because I have several customers who have same issue

                    we employed the services of hathway broadband on 5/8/13. Our plan gave us the speed of 5mbps for 25gb and the rest in 1mbps unlimited all upto 3 month period.We had to pay our first bill of Rs. 4103 on that day to an agent named vijay. The bill included the price of the internet plan and the price of the modem and router, the agent told us that. from early october we got messages and emails telling us to pay 1049 rupees. I asked the agent who came to our house(vijay) if our tenure of three months was over already and so should I pay. He said yes. So we payed 1049 rupees. I was under the impression that the 3 months meant august september and october. After paying I realised that our service period will expire in november and we would have to pay Rs. 3079 and not just Rs. 1049. I asked customer care that for what reason we had to pay 1049 rupees and they said that it was for the modem and router. But we had already paid for it in our first bill of Rs. 4103. I asked Vijay and he said he would talk to his superiors and get back to me. But he didnt call back. Then in november we started recieving messages to pay for further services Rs. 3079 but I said we will not until the issue with the Rs. 1049 is resolved. Vijay gave me a number of a certain Mahesh singh for bill related enquiry. Mahesh singh told me to pay Rs. 2030(after subtracting 1049 from 3079). I payed. Our services were restored. Yesterday We recieved a bill of Rs. 1004 rupees that the customer care claims is the money we didnt pay in our previous bill( We payed only Rs. 2030 as Mahesh singh said). We don't know how to proceed. Please help as soon as possible. I want to provide photo proof but the file is too large. Can you provide me with an email address so I can send it to you?                       Hathway Digital Cable — Not responding to our problem

                      My cable is not working from last 6 days i had call cable operater they told me your problem will be resolve in 24 hours but they not come to check problem and all the time they say it will be resolve within 24 hors
                      No one is replying to my follow ups now. The nodal officer Mr. Venkatabalaji is silent as well !. I have forwarded the mail to Mr. Rajan raheja. Let's see if he is bothered.
                      Rating should be 0 stars. Pathetic service and no management accountability.

                        Hi, I have taken the 3 month 5 mbps plan of hathway broadband internet connection. For the past 20 days, internet has not been working properly. It works periodically.Their technical executives have made numerous visits to my place. It seems to be working whenever they visit but after a few hours, it again stops working. For the past one week i have been putting my request for a disconnection and a refund for the remaining two months of my package as the internet isn't working properly for more then a week now. Their customer support takes the request and says that the billing department would call you for disconnection but nobody does. I have even shouted now at them but they are still shameless. Please help me in this regard. Regard, Kunal Anand

                            For the past three months I have intermittent connection and in spite of having made several complaints, and even after technicians attended, the problem persists. Am quite frustrated and am planning to approach the consumer forum and claim refund and also damages for deficiency in service. Hathway a/c no: 8626. Final attempt to request them to rectify fault.                               Before we are running 5 tv from same amount after permission from cable TV and now we have to paid same amount 5 times i thing politican members son which having these companies ownership creating monopoly and making hitler rule . My point is now we can run tv with high amount and it will dcrease tv sale 50 percent and also monitors and TV tuners ... Government is looting poor and middle class who cannot afford these amount. 60 percent of poor family now cannot watch tv because of these settop boxes. In UP still everyone watching analog signal why not in faridabad ?

                                I'm a subscriber of Hathway Bhawani, unfortunately since thats the only provider for our building in Sindhi Society, Chembur. Its been over 3 months since they took the set-top box from my apartment and mentioned it would be replaced in 2 days. Since then, i've made over 23 phone calls, and 10 visits to their office; which has been always locked even during business hours. I hope this issue comes to the attention of higher managers, and would request them to address this issue. Hathway Bhawani managers, i'd appreciate if you could consider my age (71), and help me so i at least be able to see my kids over the internet.

                                  It's one month since I got my HATHWAY-STB, but it doesn't' work properly. There are frequent flickering and interruptions. I complained to the cable operator who supplied it but he has no explanation to offer. he keeps on harping on such things as the weather or some fault in the cable. But before I started using the STB I never encountered such interruptions using the same cable. I feel the STB is defective. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful. Or else, I will return the STB.

                                    Hello Everyone, First of all please accept my apologies for writing a mail to you but I was left with no other option. I was so harassed by the Hathway people that I have had loosen faith in Customer service. A brief synopsis: My Hathway set top box has been taken by cable operator 2 months back and same has not yet returned. Every time I called the Hathway office I was updated that I will be receiving the same by next day which never happens. The cable provider did not have any sense of talking, he is very rude and never listen. Besides Hathway people like Siddhanth, Vimal, Deepak and Mithilesh always says honey words which are never fulfilled. I just want to take this matter in front of Public so that it can be shown how worst is the customer service is from Hathway.

                                      the mail id of this organization never works: [protected]@hathway.com and [protected]@hathway.com I am facing issue related to connection time out. the rules say if internet is idle for 4 hours then connection is auto logged off. But with me it is altogether a different story. I am logged off sometimes in 10 mins ..sometimes 1 hour ... sometimes even when I am using internet. I have tried to get this resolved but the technical people say it has been resolved but I keep facing this issue. Have been facing this issue since day 1 of registration and never been handled properly. I have crossed my patience limit this time hence the complaint as I am not able to reach the seniors in the technical team neither on phone nor on mail.                                         I have a prepaid connection with hathway internet my customer no. 972396 my internet went offline on the 12th october 2013 early evening. I had placed a complaint on the 12th octoberm2013 and was informed issue will be solved. I received a call on the 13th october 2013 morning around 9am informing me about the technician who would attend the issue by 5pm. I waited till 6pm and did not turn up. I called the customer care by 6:05pm and informed me that sorry the technicians will attend tomorrow. I have faced extremly frequent disconnection and eveytime I have to call them and have it fixed but its gets disconnected again and again. Due to which i am facing hige losses as i work for international clients. The last customer care personnel I spoke to was not polite at all.! And I have a pre paid connection.. which means I have already paid for the quality services they are supposed to give me. And they have failed in giving me quality services.

                                        I am new customer of hathway Internet a/c no 1200763 from 29 Oct 14 after few days frn13 Nov 14
                                        internet not working till to date already complaining for these today also but
                                        No one given responcece not technician as well as hathway agent please solve these
                                        Fast service in minimum time
                                        Worst possible technical and customer service. Internet not working since das and all I get is please wait for some time. All they want is tour money and don't want to provide any service in any way except lip service.
